Well i was really busy these past few weeks mostly cuz i had an assignment for my reading class where we were in a group of about 6 or 7 and we had to draw 90 illustrations summarizing the book Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson and since i was the only one who could draw I took up to the task of drawing all the illustrations. I had to complete them in less than a week. :/ well i drew everything and my groupmates inked.... THEIR INKING SUCKED AND MADE MY DRAWINGS LOOK LIKE CRAP. yeahh... it sucked. my teacher still liked it and passed it around every class... After that i told myself that i was so tired of drawing that i wasnt gonna draw for the next month but i ended up drawing the next day. xD

i have LOTS of sketches that i do NOT wanna finish or look like a monkey up-chucked on them so i might post only spam dumps for awhile until i finish a picturee ~Miss-Moonstruck has ORDERED me to draw. xD lol jk. im colouring so itll be finished soon. I PROMISE.

FURTHERMORE.. I'm soon to enter a poster contest for the police department here in the city. the poster is to be about safe driving. the 1st place winner is gonna win a laptop and printer and the 2nd place is a digital camera. WISH ME LUCK.

Dear Queen,

Gloria Gonzalez is my name and I am immensely interested in the meaning of your song, “Innuendo” from your last album before Freddie Mercury died, “Innuendo”. The intensity of the music and the depth of the lyrics really affected how I see people and their actions and it made me rethink the way I act.

Line 9 in the song which mentions, “While we live according to race, color, or creed,” and line 10, “While we rule by blind madness and pure greed” really showed me how superficial people can really be. Judging people because of their ethnicity or what they believe in is what people tend to do and this song really showed me how wrong it is to have that habit.

The lyrics to this song induced me that I should always try to pursue my dreams and to chase after anything I want. In the lyrics, it specifically told me to surrender my ego and do what my heart really desires which I consider really deep lyrics that I haven’t heard in any other song. If truth be told, this song is very motivational and I think that anyone who has lost their way in life could really use this song to redirect themselves. Not only in this way has it affected me but in a multitude of ways.

“Show yourself, destroy your fears, release your mask,” and “And whatever will be- will be,” has a powerful meaning. To me, it tells me that I should do whatever I can to reach my dreams and to smother any fears I have that can work against my goals. It advises me to let destiny and fate take its place. If something bad happens, I just think about how the lyrics have spoken to me and how they suggest to keep thinking optimistically. Furthermore, I have yet to explain the most important manner that it has affected me.

Most importantly, to me, it has affected me more by contagiously making me like Queen. The lyrics to me, when I first heard it, were literally hypnotizing. The melody and the tempo make drastic changes that made me want to listen to the song over and over again. This is one of the songs that just mesmerized me at how well Queen, you magnificent fellows, can write meaningful lyrics and harmonizing melodies.

Every element, be it the music, the lyrics, or just the meaning and feel, this song just made me realize so many things and I bet it did the very same to a lot of other people. Once I heard this song, I changed my point of view and started thinking more positive about my concerns and problems. My only disappointment was that this was Queen’s last CD filled with a majestic sea of lyrics and harmonies.

I r disappointed with myself. We're reading a book in my English class and we took a test on it today...i failed it. It's a confusing and boring book. ><; Things like this make me not wanna read cuz it's like if I dont understand things...for reasons i do not understand. Do I confuse English with Spanish or French without me knowing? I really wanna pass so I need to work my butt off now D<. I've been too lazy recently.THAT MUST STOP. grawr. I'm getting stupider cuz I used to always been told I could read books at college level and now they tell me that I'm reading at an 8th grade level!? WTF?! Le sigh....My life has been miserable lately...and so has my family's. This whole year bad things have happened... fckin '07.fckin July.fckin summer.

The Bad Events.

1. During February, my dad's truck was stolen outside of my house. I miss that truck :'[.

2. Friday of last week, my aunt's van was stolen...outside of my house. [wtf?!] Inside the truck was 5,ooo USD in cash and about $10,ooo worth of stuff, a collection of CD's, my new backpack and new wallet. :[

3. The same day, my aunt broke her foot/ankle by kicking the tree outside of my house [kinda phunny but WTF!?].

4. Le sigh...the worst thing so far....today at about 10:45 A.M., my parents got in a car accident in my dad's truck which is now totaled from the front. Such a pretty truck... an old '74 Ford. My mom was the one who got hurt the most. She has several torn ligaments, muscle strain, and bruises on her right leg. She's on crutches right now and is gonna stay on crutches for about 4 weeks so I'll haffto help her do almost everything...carry her to the bathroom, help her get into bed, help her shower, etc.. My dad just hurt his left hand, luckily. I'm really glad it was nothing more than that.


Oh I really hope the rest of this year is much better. :< >needs many hugs right now< x[

WTF?! First my stupid scanner doesn't work then my effing computer says that it doesn't have a Memory stick place! [ btw, I take pictures on a memory stick and move them to my computer and when I take pictures of my art i USE A MEMORY STICK!] DAMMIT COMPUTER I HATE YOU!!! WHY CANT YOU JUST WORK YOU BASTARD! I wont be able to effing put art on here cuz my stoopid computer doesnt let me use its memory stick space! I cant believe it! I HATE my computer! My brother was able to place some pictures from the memory card a few days ago! Wtf....my computer hates me to the core. I keep telling my mom that maybe my brother messed it up but since my mom's favorite child is him [even if she says he's not], this is what she tells me: "YOUR BROTHER DOESNT DO ANYTHING WRONG! HE FIXED IT! YOU'RE THE ONE WHO MESSES UP THE COMPUTER! YOU DONT KNOW MORE THAN YOUR BROTHER ABOUT THE COMPUTER!" well thank you very much mom. Well, I'll tell you about the good stuff first.

---Being with my brothers has been great. :> One of my brothers
took us to a place where there was LOTS of unlimited arcade
games, glow-in-the-dark golf, laser tag, and billiards/pool. I beat
my brother playing pool TWICE..[my first time playing,btw and
my bro is good at it so ..yey! n_n] beat him in golf too and this
driving game xD. lol how sad for him xD.

other granpda died when I was only five ;_;] is very ill. He
suffers verY bad depression and is suspected of having AD
[Alzheimer's Disease]. Right now, as I type this, my grandpa is
having other tests done such as CT scans, CAT scans, and MRIs.
When I first heard this, I was sad AND angry. Sad cuz he's my
only grandpa right now and i love him very much. Angry cuz
most of the depression is because my grandma and some of my
uncles dont pay attention to him and are sometimes mean to
him. They dont take him anywhere or help him out or make him
feel important. [we (as in my family) cant do much cuz we're 5
hours away of where my grandparents live :<.] sighhhh....

---Second, my mom has found out that she has very
high blood pressure and high cholesterol [which can be
hereditary (sucks for me :{ )] I dont want my mom to be sick :'<.


---Third, my right knee has been phailing me a bit...I
think maybe cuz I usually put all my weight on it when I'm
standing. Also my right shoulder, just probably from not sleeping

I just recieved a free trial subscription . I'm sick with a cold but I am still happy as a clam. I feel like going to the library >_>. I'll go later so I can became smarter and become the MAD scientist I wish to be HHEEHHEE . I have the sudden urge to make something. For example, maybe buy a doll and make him/her close. That would be fun. I'll ask my mom to take me somewhere. GOSH, I wish I could drive but while I can't, I'll sit here and type on here. Now, that I'm subscribed for awhile I would like to make my journal with nice pictures but I'm not as talented as people who can do that so lets leave it at that( IF YOU CAN DO THAT THEN TELL ME PLZ). I have noticed something really important,BTW. So to explain it I will put it as an equation. (You people might be saying, "UGH WHAT A DRAG! AN EQUATION!" I don't get why so many people hate math GGRRR) Well here it is. MATH + SCIENCE = KNOWLEDGE, KNOWLEDGE = POWER. Some people may not think it's true but this is how I see it. Oh well, heehhee.. :3

Yo! Well, I was sick a few days ago with a horrible stomach virus. It seems to be going around >_<. So sick I couldnt even get up from bed without feeling nauseous Dx. GRR! Oh I also couldnt get on cuz I had to go to the hospital for about 4 hrs in the ER. DAMN U HEALTH PROBLEMS! >_< They kept trying to get some blood from the vein in my arm but the vein exploded O_O ewww i know....so they had to try again on my other arm but this time on my hand. I was paying attention to all of this for some reason. I had to get IV (for the ppl who know wat this is, well good for u =] )what it does is that it hydrates you. (I KNO U MIGHT NOT OF CARED WAT IT WAS BUT YOU LEARNED SUMTHIN NEW SO DONT COMPLAIN!) and threee! other medicines injected...sry this all sounds painful. I just had to share my pain ;_; just kidding....i was just writing it just so you guys would know wat I did on my vacation. WELL ANYWAY!!!! "MERRY" THANKSGIVING! lawl i kno its happy but just to give it a twist...I'm starting to like typing on this journal thing ....well ok im gonna go help my mom with the turkey =].... I would like to try ham once for thanksgiving, see wat its like but i guess not this year.

I just finished a drawing of Freddie Mercury, who is the lead singer of one of the greatest bands that have ever existed. Which band you ask? QUEEN! x3. In my opinion, this picture is one of the best I have ever done. If you would like to see it, too bad (blame this scanner of mine). For some odd reason, my printer works but not the scanner part of it (its a printer/fax/copier/scanner, btw). Last month, I went to go see the Rolling Stones (who are also awesome). They were GREAT!
