From all the evidence gathered, it was obviously a theft instead of "oops I took the wrong backpack".  This only got worse after I filed a report with campus security, as I was told that I, the only person who could identify my bag, am not allowed to view the security camera footage for "confidentiality reasons".  Even worse, I was not the only person to suffer, as someone else from my class also had his bag stolen, along with his entire undergraduate thesis and all the lab data (also his car keys, but that's not that important, relatively speaking).

First of all, I've been getting a lot of that "I can't draw" and "I wish I was that good" stuff.  Please do stop saying that.  The point of DA (from my perspective) is to learn from other people and improve.  There are so many better artists out there much much better than me, and yes, I envy them; but I also learn everything I can from them and try to improve upon the stuff I do.  So don't say "I can't draw", say "I can't draw YET".
