So just a quick progress report, moocartoon.com is near completion. If it's not up by the end of the month, I'll eat my hat (and I really like my hat, so I've got a lot on the line here.) And, of course, with the launch of moocartoon.com I'll finally show the world the first "true" Earl the Talkin' Pie cartoon, as well I hope to update Art & Lit more frequently. Plus, got a couple other animated projects I'm cookin' up, but I can't talk too much about them...in fear if they might crumble around me....

Well, to start us off, I'm still learning how to build a website, which means moocartoon.com is still a little bit aways until launching. Earl the Talkin' Pie will be launched along with moocartoon.com, mostly to drive some initial traffic to the site, so that's why no pie. Not the best excuse, but hopefully it'll be worth it in the end. Also, I'll be updating Art & Lit more than once a week once the site launches, which will allow me to build actual story arcs. There are some new characters I want to introduce, but feel that they need some sort of arc to do so. So, fun this ahead!

Lastly, I'm getting ready to move out of my home town for the first time! It's both exciting and terrifying! But most of all, time consuming! So finally when I'm all settled down, then things will begin to get a little serious (but not too serious, mind you.) But when the hell is that, you might say? Well, it's hard to say at this point, but I'm aiming for the end of the month...seriously...

So stay tooned! I'll be sure to tell you when moocartoon.com makes it's grand entered down the stairwell to the prom of cartoon websites.

Now, to the main point. It's now June, and some of you are probably wondering "where the hell's my talking pie?!" Yes, I'm wondering that as well. I don't want to give you a ton of excuses, cause that'd just be lame, even though I am quite a busy guy at the moment with tons of other projects on the go (Oops! ...ok that one just kinda slipped out...) But there is another more practical reason Earl the Talkin' Pie isn't up here yet. I'm trying to get myself a Moo Cartoon website off the ground, and I think Earl would be a great way to launch the site and get some attention. So I'd rather wait till the site is finished before I post Earl. The problem is, this is coming from a guy with zero site building experience. It's all a first and is quite the learning process for me. That said hopefully everything will be as I want it once the site is up. And there will be more frequent Earl updates, and hopefully a new Art & Lit comic on a more than weekly update (I haven't decided how many Art & Lits I could do a week yet.)

So yes, there must be more waiting to be done, but hopefully I'll become a fancy website building pro once this is over. And hopefully I'll also own a rocket sled and live on the moon with hot moon chicks.

Last year I took the summer off with comics. While Art & Lit will take a short break while I finish all my papers, projects and exams, they will return...on a brand new site! That's right, my main project for this summer is to get a Moo Cartoon site off the ground, and expect new Art & Lit comics more then once a week updated! More on that as time goes on...

In the meantime, I'll be updating my profile with some things like projects I've done over the past school year, including my senor project (biiiiig thing in the work.) Plus there's also a little thing called Earl the Frickin' Talkin' Pie!!! Remember that's hitting the internet tubes in May!

I'll see you guys when I recover from the extreme school work lack of sleep, and then after my extreme partying lack of sleep!

Second of all, finally, FINALLY, I can reveal Earl the Talkin' Pie! He's a little character I've been working with for years and years, but usually my Earl work would get pushed aside due to regular work. But finally, FINALLY, I'll be working to finish a Earl cartoon I feel proud enough to show off the public. I'm incredibly excited. Hopefully by early May or late June you'll be seeing it, and hopefully...it will blow...your...mind!

Thanks to everyone who've been reading Art & Lit over the past year, and expect more from Art & Lit, and Earl the Talkin' Pie in the weeks to come!

In actuality, school has just caught up with me, and time will be taken off for that, but fear not for weekly updates will resume after that! Hopefully with more things I've been working on overtime.

I'd also like to thank all the positive comments on Art & Lit this year. It's really helped things out, and hopefully in the future I'll be able to make some new comics more than just once a week. I have lots of ideas and more character that I want to introduce, but I don't have much time for that right now, so sadly for the time being you'll get the one comic a week...but still! All your comments and favs are appreciated!

A website for Art & Lit and other Moo Cartoon projects is in the works, but I'm using the term "in the works" very very loosely. Basically I mean, I have an idea of how I want it, but don't know how to make a website in the slightest! So hopefully I'll be able to leech off of someone who does... My goal is to have one by the end of spring up and running...let's see if that happens...

Anywho... I guess that's all....I'm going to go back to Super Mario Galaxy now...I mean! ....school work...damn it....

*ahem* ...well...enough of that!

Damn I'm busy! Busiest I've ever been! Right now I'm doing a radio show, writing radio skits which I will record and edit, writing a feature length movie script, writing music and playing keyboards in a funk band, trying to get a comic script in a newspaper, trying my hand at photography for the first time, getting ready for audiences for a play I'm directing, voice acting for a radio play and...oh yeah! Trying to finish those damn flash cartoons!! Then of course there's school which involves tons of other crazy crap.

During all this, why oh why do awesome video games come out? (Damn you PSU!!) Looks like the procrastination nation is back on track!

Alas, what I'm getting at is there probably will be a healthy dose up updates before X-mas, so prepare to utilize only the edge of your seats!! I updated two new comics stripes, and with luck there'll be lots of newer ones coming shortly....with luck! ^_^

Boy howdy, my school year is at an end! I updated with a couple of projects I did during the year...or at least the ones I thought worth showing. There might be a few more comin' in eventually. I also want to scan in a bunch of more sketches and add em in here, just for kicks.

I now have free time which means, what class? That's right: more time to animate! Yes sirry, it's back to the animation salt mines. I sware eventaully I'll come up with something, I sware! Just give me like...the summer....
