Eat less candy. ( )
Work out more often. (Maybe I should start drinking coffee in the morning, so I have the energy.)
Cook healthier dinners! (Just give me the budget for it!)
Don't play World of Warcraft when I have homework. (I've NEVER done that though. *Whistles and avoids eye contact*)
Ding level 70 with my hunter and get a Nether Drake. (Oh, how I want one of those! I won't even consider quitting until I have one.)

Things are really weird here. My grandmother is ill, and my grandpa takes care of her which makes him totally exhausted. Right now she's in hospital though, and he has time to sleep and stuff. Mum's really stressed out because of all this, of course. I found her crying in the kitchen yesterday. And she never cries.. I hope things get better soon, and that grandma will be ok. It just annoys me to the marrow that there is not a single little thing I can do to help, at all. Fuck this.


Mistdancer, my hunter, is lvl 64. Yay.

Christmas Eve was nice though. We (my bro, my mum and I) had plans to spend the evening with my grandparents, but grandpa said grandma just needed to rest so we stayed at home. If there was a price for the longest uncomfortable silence, we should get a buckload of those. Hardly a word was spoken during dinner, but when we started on the dessert and presents we loosened up at least a little. I got lots of books, earrings and scarves, which was just what I wished for, my mum got cd's and some weird soap things, and my bro got some clothes and colognes. My brother gave me The Order of the Phoenix on DVD (I got him a pair of LOVELY black pyjamas pants which I said I'd take and use if he wouldn't, plus some candy), and we watched it together in his apartment. Then he showed off his new game, Assassin's Creed of something, to me. 'Twas fun. ^_^

That was my Christmas. It was nice, even without the Christmas Tree. I've been with ~SantiniStar a lot.
Still holidays though. Plus, ~lumsk4 came home yesterday, so I'm gonna glomp heeer.

Today is Sunday, and tomorrow is Monday. Yet, for some reason I am not stressed out about school starting again. Why? Because we have tomorrow off! HAPPY DAYS! I love days off.
I have to write an essay in Norwegian for Tuesday, though. Bah. Wish it was in English, I like writing English so much better. Better get started soon.

I just made brownies for my bro and his friends. They ate it all at once D:



Guess what!
I got my ear pierced last friday! Not the normal earlobe-thing (already have those), but higher up on the rim of the ear. I don't know how to explain it. It wasn't very painful really, just stung a bit. Couldn't sleep on my left side that night though, 'cause then it hurt. I STILL LOVE IT. It came with a smexy silver earring-thing. LOVE.
It was real fun to do it too, because it was more of an impulse thing than I've ever done. xD Next, tattoos! Really.
Friday was awesome, by the way. ~SantiniStar ~lumsk4 and I walked around town and did some shopping, which neither of us have done in months. I got myself some shoes (FINALLY! ) and a jacket. AND A PIERCING! I love saying that. Piercing. Piiiercing. PierCING!
Then we went back to ~lumsk4's place. We watched V for Vendetta, which is an incredible movie, and ate lots and lots of candy. xD We also played Kingdom Hearts II! I've heard so much about it, and I love it already. It's such an amazing game, and it was so much fun playing it with my best friends.

On to the good news: My scholarship has arrived! I'm so happy I could burst. Gym membership has already been paid, and I'm buying new shoes, a pyjamas and bedsheets (waaant new bedsheets!) next week! Had plans to go shopping today, but I slept at ~lumsk4's place and we overslept. Heh. Then I texted ~w0n, who was supposed to go shopping with me, and she had overslept too and missed the bus. xD But! 'Tis naught a problem. There is always next week!
It feels good to finally train again.

In an attempt to kill off the horribly boring and very close to non-existent backgrounds I've been doing lately, I have bought Watercolours. I haven't tried them out too much yet, but you know what they say: Practise, practise, practise! Watercolours aren't the hardest medium to use either, I think. Wish me luck!


My Halloween was neat! I went to a pizzeria with some friends and it was loads of fun. ~shiniyoukai dressed up in his karate clothes and a Suna headband just to get free ice-cream at the pizzeria xD We talked, laughed and ATE a lot, I really enjoyed it.


You've got to go welcome another of my buddies to our beloved community: ~shiniyoukai!
I actually didn't pressure this one into joining, he joined all by himself sometime during the summer and then forgot he had. Poor soul. xP

I think ~lumsk4 has a secret plot to make me like One Piece. And I am creeped out to say that it might be working D: It actually seems like a pretty good anime, if you don't let the obscene body parts and shapes disturb you. She showed me some clips, and even though I don't know much about the characters (except for what she told me), I found it quite amusing. Though some of the chars do have grotesque appearances >_<

And oh, just for the sake of update: My NE Hunter is lvl 57! Next stop, Outland!


It's getting really cold outside. I miss summer already. Still, can't wait for the holidays!

Now that I've got some money, I'm going to buy a subscription, a devHoodie and a *Goldenwolf-print.

We just had Autumt break. It rocked. I had a LAN with my friends! It was epic loads of fun, even if my comp was totally messed up at first. We made homemade pizza, played Guitar Hero (I fucking love that game now, was my first time), played World of Warcraft and laughed. A lot. ~lumsk4 and ~SantiniStar were watching Claymore, an anime. I think it seems pretty weird so I probably won't watch it, but the music was neat. ~lumsk4 read lots of manga while ~Narcatja, ~SantiniStar and I played WoW. I dinged while AFK and following ~Narcatja's paladin. xD We had so much fun! LOVE YOU GUYS.

Whew.. School is tiresome. So many people all over the place! Still fun. Bah.
I have three tests this week, and an essay. Wtf. PLANS, teachers, make PLANS. Don't dump it all on us at once.

My World of Warcraft playtime runs out in four day's time, and I think I'll wait a while before buying a new gamecard. I need to focus on school some more, since I didn't do all that well on the last math test. But! I'll improve! *nice guy pose* My scholaship had better arrive soon, or I'm screwed. I really really need money, for food at the cafeteria and stuff, and I hate asking my grandparent for some. They say they'll give whenever I need, but most of all I want to get a job and earn it myself. Also, I need money so I can start going to the gym again. Out of shape, maaan...

My period surprise attacked me yesterday. Isn't that just typical. You know, in May, I got it the day of my final exam. I spent half the day in the hallway trying not to cry while the headmaster stared at me. In June, I got it on my birthday. While we were in England on a school trip. July, at the Harry Potter OOTP premiere. Trying not to bleed all over the cinema. Yesterday, at the day of the local theatre-thing and Viking-day (highfive for vikings). My uterus hates me.

Also, my throat hurts. Oh well ^___^

I feel pretty down right now. Last week, my mother was told she'd won over 1,000 000 euro in a lottery in Spain, which is more money than we ever imagined having. We were really sceptical of course, but hope grew in me from the moment I heard about it. It would've changed my and everyone in my family's lives to finally afford to build a descent house, etc. Imagine.. My mum got really excited too, planning a house for us to build once we got the money. She wanted to check with the bank though, because it was very possible that it was all a big fraud. And guess what, it was. A big, stinking fraud. A lie. I wasn't so surprised when she told me, more sad really. Oh well. We'll manage like we always have.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
Saturday was a big day, the day when the new HP book came to the stores! My friend ~SantiniStar and I went to buy it first thing in the morning. We even got in the local newspaper for it! A journalist was waiting for the first people to come by the bookstore and buy it, and guess who came first xD I wanted to run and hide when he pulled his camera out O_O It was really weird, he asked lot of questions and we answered, but in the article in the newspaper he wrote totally different things, and that we'd said them. Weirdo.
The book was awesome though The ending was totally highfive-worhty! I won't ruin it for the people who haven't read it yet, but.. look forward to it, guize!

England was good =] Well, the hotel was fine, bed was ok, food was LOUSY. Seriously, the "Pasta Bolognese" they served one night was a few pasta thingies with a lump of dry meat/mushroom on top and some warm water in the bottom of the plate. Tasted like someone had dragged a cow's brain through mud and chopped it up to tiny little pieces. Good to be back to Norwegian food

In spite of the rather displeasing meals (I mean, how can English people live on white bread and jam?), the trip was a lot of fun. The weather was not very good, heavy mist was everywhere all the time. We hade some excellent guides though, Kate and Mick. Oh, how I loved to listen to their accents.. English is so beautiful when spoken 'correctly', which excludes American (sorry guys, listening to Americans gives me the creeps). And the guy, Mick, he was so much fun! He made all these hilarious jokes all the time, insulting the Swedish xD

Well, I won't bother you with everything we did on the trip ^_^

Not much art lately.. Not much time to do art, either. I drew a bit on the bus in England, but I'm still wondering if I should post it. It's generally crap xD Drew a few sketches earlier today though (in PEN O_O; ), maybe posting?

Feels so good to be back at deviantART.. It was hard to resist the urge to raid Scarborough for an Internet Café every night we were there. Great to be home!

Actually, I've been home for quite a while now, but I haven't gotten around to updating anything here bacause... I've started playing WoW. That's right, World of Warcraft And loooove it. It's quite addictive, really ^__^

Yesterday was May 25th! And you all know what that means... Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End. It was a great movie, the special effects stunned me. Perhaps it lasted a little to long, and there were some very unlikey things happening, but the movie itself was looove
I won't spoil the plot or anything to all of you who've not seen it yet, I'll just say that I recommend the movie strongly, it was not a waste of money. Now, all you Jack Sparrow fans out there, go get yourselves some tickets and see POTCIII!

English exam was today, and it went.. ok. Oh what the hell, I messed up. I got this intense stomachache this morning. Guess why?! Well, you girls understand. It got really bad, and I had to go out after two hours. Stayed in the hallway for 45 mins. Bah. Lost half the day, 'cause I could of course not concentrate the first two hours. Ah well, it was better after I'd taken that break. The headmaster was really cool about it, he gave extra time to finish after the others went home.
I think I did ok.. Cross your fingers for me!

Today is 16th May, and it's common that the graduators at our school get together at that date. Tomorrow is Norway's National Day! That's kinda what we're celebrating, so we're staying up all night. I have no idea what we're gonna do xD Looking forward to it though, I'm leaving in a couple of hours =]

Exams are closing in on me. I hope to get Science or English. *sends good thoughts to whoever decides the subject* I'd rather not get Math (though I actually like the subject), 'cause I get all nervy and.. you know Ah well.


I saw the most horrible thing in the newspaper today! I China they eat cats and dogs, I knew that, but holy crap.. I never knew they mistreated the animals so! There were about 20 ALIVE cats tucked into each one of the cages, which were about half a square meter x half a meter high and piled on top of each other in long rows. The pictures utterly shocked me.
Then, there were pictures of these huge bags filled with DEAD CATS! The little text under the picture said something like: These dead cats are wrapped and ready to be sold for people to eat for dinner. WHO BUYS BAGS OF DEAD CATS? and.. eat them?? It also said that they use the fur for coats and stuff. "oo yay, the new fashion, KittieCoats! Get your own now!" WTF?! Just imagine wearing a coat made of catfur... I'd throw up constantly.
More pictures followed, one of dead dogs in piles and customers poking around to see which one they wanted. (This was me: " WHY AREN'T YOU CRYING OVER THE DEAD BODIES OR BEATING THE CRAP OUT OF THE PEPLE WHO DID THIS OR SOMETHING? ANYTHING?)
That news article made me so furious. Those cats were either collected from the streets or bred in captivity, and that is no way to treat such wonderful creatures.
I am perfectly aware of the fact that animals like chickens are treated in a resembling way, almost 'mass produced'. At least in Norway, where we have laws against mistreating animals and stuff like that, chickens get suitable places to live until they are slaughtered. THEY ARE NOT STUFFED IN CAGES AND HIT ON THE HEAD AND PUT IN BAGS.
If eating cats and dogs is wrong could probably be discussed, but treating them like the people in the article did is just not defendable. Cats are very intelligent. they should get the respect they need. If Chinese people want to eat cats and dogs so badly, they can, but for heavens sake.. there is no need to torment them. Let them have good lives. Rather a short and happy life than a long, crappy life.
