Finally I finished my work on the bikini babe Ï promised in december (after fiddling around with her head I decided to leave her head out, just to keep things easier).

So if you want to know the result, check out my gallery.

As some of you might have noticed, I have added some other works to my gallery lately... and more will follow (I finally got through my diablo 2 addiction... giving me plenty of time to photoshop and fuzz around)

Enjoy the sun!
And remember: every meal you eat, you can only eat once (the second time is very sour)

Some week ago I ran into an old friend on MSN (hey, thats why not deleting those old guys in your list can be usefull). And it turned out he also had a DA page
He's an anime-hand drawer (I'm not that fond of anime, but I can clearly see the skill). Check it out at: [link]

One of his most favoured images I used to make a vector/ps img off it. Quite a new style popping up in my gallery.

Still I'm working on another vector/ps edit of a heidi klum image (trust me, the result WONT resemble heidi klum anymore).

And maybe I will do some cheap render edit in between...

Everybody a happy new year and make it a beautiful one!

I haven't been submitting lately...

This all due to the fact that I was very busy with moving myself into my new apartment.. which actually turned out very nice I have twice as much living room now (from 12 to near 30 m2!) still not an awful lot, but hey, I'm a student!

As soon as these guys have fixed my inet connection @ my new apartment, you can surely expect new stuff to turn up!

Hold tight! (ow, and btw, that litestep... it is too heavy for my pc.. really slugs up my pc's RAM (near to 25 MB)... So I don't run it )

As I'm very fond of completely tweaking my windows environment I've been looking through the visual styles section of deviantart a lot the past half year.

Now that I was looking I bumped into Litestep... a very nice and cute program that completely alters your working space, even more than style xp does...

As I was checkin' if litestep is a secure program (fiddlin with you shell ain't entirely safe after all) I bumped into some very negative comments about it on the litestep site... and on another site Litestep was qualified as "Noobie"-program...

Now was I wondering... does any of you know what is correct?

Well well well.. after using the Apophysis program until I got tired of all the same looking lame pictures (actually, some deviant who was making very nice pictures got seduced into apophysis and now only submits fractals.... a pity to me (and I got really spammed with new deviations on my devwatch).

Anyhow, the Apophysis program doesn't give some thrill anymore, maybe I'll use it sometime to create a fractal for an image I'll make, maybe not.

Right now I'm working on a very nice vector image based on a stockpicture of . I hope I will get it finished the upcoming week.

Just two days ago I got myself seduced into downloading the Apophysis 2.02 program.
And whoa!
What an awful lot of very nice pictures you can make with it! Unfortunately they are all just so known and spread across the deviantart website that the most of them I won't show to you.
However, some of em do pop up in my galleries, and I'm thinking about combining an Apophysis render with a render from the resources section (great work is being submitted there!).

As I was travelling yesterday by train to my parents home I draw a very nice picture on my collegenotebook, wich I will digitilyze as soon as possible.

Whoa, lately I've been roaming around deviantart a lot, as I didn't before...

Loads of very good artwork bumped across my screen, showing the great artistic talents of many amongst them (yeah, I +fav you! )

However what is getting me really upset, is the spare use of tutorials to get to their results. I don't really care if you use a tutorial to get your way to your image. However, if you just reproduce the picture given at the tutorial (by following it and without thinking just submit the result) I would highly doubt if you are adding someting new to the site... at least you are not making art.

I do admit that I too use tutorials to make my images. No one can know everything, and I don't like inventing the wheel twice. However, I do state the use of the tutorial or the use of a technique. And if not, I've altered so much of it, you won't recognize it anymore!

So people: try and get your stuff together, and tell everyone where you got it from!

Luv you all!
