Wooo!! So! Updates! As of the 26th of last month, my poem has now been published!

I've been meaning to get a pic up on here....but of course.. as things go.. time is very limited >.< I have taken a pic....it's just getting it uploaded.... xD


I'm also VERY behind on getting Pasquale's damned transformer cross stitch even half way done for Christmas! ROFLOL
He loves Wheeljack.. and seeing as he has posters of Star Trek and every other damned game... just no Transformer themed ones.. so! Big arse cross stitch is on it's way!!....and yes I WILL kill him...cause I've had so many troubles with it >.<

1. Had to find a program to turn a pic into a chart
2. The program wouldn't bloody work >.<
3. Couldn't find the right colour aida
4. Had to resize it at least 4 times, now I've lost detail in his face sadly =[
5. The printer bloody wouldn't work!
6. It was supposed to be a surprise.. but when he was installing a game on my computer saw the bloody folder.. and of course anything that says transformers he had to go into -.-'
7. Once I had resized it... I forgot to reprint the key.. so the colours weren't what they were supposed to bloody be!!! *cries* So I had to go through and unpick at least a third of what I had done =[

Anyway! This is the pic I am turning into a cross stitch for him =^^=

WHOOPS!! Almost forgot to mention I went for an interview to get into the course I WOULD KILL to get into! xD Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Technology. I got through the first round of the interview process!!! FUCKING YAY!!!! I is happy nao =^^= Not to get through the second...although I'm much more confident now ^^

Whoot! So happy exams finished on Wednesday ^^

I'm tearing my room and sewing room apart trying to find this purple zebra-ish fabric I *might* be able to use for my cheshire corset... but I just can't find the damn thing!! I know I have it here somewhere! ... where is the question... >.< Eh good excuse to clean my messy room up. It's amazing how much you just chuck everything on the floor when you have exams.. xD lol.

I have the interview to get into my Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Technology on the 19th.. so in the mean time.. I'm getting as much work done n my folio as I possibly could =^^=
The best thing is.. the more I work on my cheshire..the more I have to put in my folio. For example.. I just drafted my own corset pattern.. That's a GREAT thing to put in my folio... as long as it works Oh well... as soon as I can find that damned material we'll see!! lol

I got my health checked out, I'm all good. Thank god. I was stressing for no reason just before cancer does run in my fam. But eh. Better to be safe than sorry ^^

Life is just not fair at the moment. Not only are exams this Friday. But I have a few health concerns that could be potentially be very very bad…like cancer bad… Of course I’m ignoring it, because I just don’t want to know. Not now. Can’t handle it.
My brother ended up in hosp a few days ago. Looks like he’s going to have to have an op. And to top it all off.. my cat passed away Friday night.

At a friends place on the other side of the city, and my aunty calls me, because my mum’s crying too much to talk, and she tells me Charlie is dying. All I could say was “that’s not fair’ and ‘how’. Don’t you love shock. He just went to the vets the day before, and he said Charlie was getting better. He wasn’t getting enough oxygen around his little body. His gums were blue. And while at the vets on friday, he let out this horrible howl like meow. It was heart breaking. I just burst into tears and buried my head into my boyfriends shoulder. I was trying to be strong for my mum, to be there for her, but I couldn’t just then. It just hurt too much. To hear him in pain like that. It’s not fair.
I couldn’t stay in the room while he was being put down. No way. I’m glad my mother didn’t have to do it alone, but I couldn’t.

My brother couldn’t even stay sat night here with us, like was originally planned. He just left. How could he just leave mum and I like this. Leave me to look after her when she just randomly bursts into tears. Charlie was like her child. He’d si on her lap every night, and watch tv with her. He’d even wait for her while she did the dishes, knowing that it’s time for them to curl up on the couch together.

And today. Life just hates us! Some arsehole deliberately walked slowly in front of the car. Then punched my window as he walked past, spouting foul language. And of course, had to throw a rock at us, then decide to come after us again. Mum just ran a red light. She wasn’t going to stay there. I tell you, I’m in the right mood to just put someone in hospital if they start shit with me. I don’t care how strong or tough he thinks he is.

To make things worse, the gas was almost cut off because the freaking metre reader got the wrong address. Fuckwit. My boyfriend tells me’ that’s what you get for getting a discount cat’. Like that’s supposed to make the feelings any less valid! Arsehole. And out other cat, Sophie, she had a wheeze last night as well.. which is what it started off with, with Charlie. I just can’t handle it!!! I don’t want to lose them both. I can’t. I thought I could handle this. But I can’t. I’m at breaking point, even though I try and hide it from everyone else. I can’t do this with exams next week. I can’t pretend everything’s ok.

I have the tell tale signs of depression already. I just want to sleep all day. Couldn’t care less about anything. Don’t want to go anywhere. And would have no problem bashing someone’s skull in. Yay for depression. Lets give my stupid body another reason not to function properly with exams a week away.

I’m going to talk to someone at TAFE and see if I can get a derived examination score. Because if it all relies on the exam.. I’ll just fail. The whole year will be to waste. And as much as I don’t care at the moment, I know I will if I fail. I just can’t look after mum, and myself.

End of year exams are looming ever close =S Kinda nervous truth be told! lol But at least then next year I'll hopefully be doing something I actually want to do.. not have to do.

I need to get some more designs drawn, and some more garments made for my folio. And *fingers crosses* I'll get into the diploma course I wish to ^^

One of these designs are Alice in Steamland ^^ I'm play the Cheshire Kitty Maow =^.^=
Just for my folio, I might design the rest of the outfits as well.

I also have plans to make some more gorgeous corsets!!!... but we all know me and plans xD They never get done on time xD

I'm staying in the city from Thurs till Monday, I am going to be EXHAUSTED!! Especially sat night ^^ Whoever wants to join us drinking feel free to!!! If there's a small group of us, we'll stay at the hostel and play guitar hero (yes I'm stupid enough to bring my tv, xbox and guitars) if there's too many, then we'll go out to a pub or club or something ^^

I can't WAIT to see Kim in the gown we're making her! She'll be so pretty ^^

And Scar is coming over Wednesday to photograph some of the clothes I've made... so hopefully I'll have a better pic of the hello kitty jacket soon ^^
I'm going to make an underbust corset to go with it ^^

And you'll see a denim overbust I have also made; the first corset. Wanted to discover the flaws in the pattern before I was to sew Kims as hers is made from taffeta, and fully boned. If I altered the pattern correctly, it will give a nice waist reduction as well ^^

Hopefully I'll get some great pics at Manifest as well!

MY mother was crying and distraught "please don't die, please don't die". I ad to stay calm for the both of us. At least I've learnt I can deal with those situations very well.
SO!! Thanks to it being a public holiday.. we took him to an emergency vet.... $500 later... -.-'


Damn vet bills >.< We picked him up again this morning... they said he was fine, just to keep an eye on him. He's not fine. He doesn't walk properly.. every time he takes a step he almost falls over poor thing =[

I think he had a stroke...because there's no real other reason as to why he wouldn't be walking ok... =[ But I'm not a vet. There's nothing else we can do for him currently... just keep an eye on him. Keep him company and lots of pats and love.

He has a bad heart murmur.. so we knew he wasn't going top live the full life most cats do.. however we've only had him 3 years!! He's not allowed to go yet =[

On the plus side... he now has an old mans walk to go with his old mans grumpy personality xD hehehe ='.'=

Cosplays!! SO I can’t make my mind up which one I want to do for next year’s Manifest lol It should be in September, but I have learnt not to leave things to last minute anymore hehehe. Especially because my workload for next year’s going to more than this year. And I’m helping others with their cosplay’s too ^.^

Trinity Blood (I adore those high collar jackets ^.^ Awesome as)
Sister Esther - The read hair nun girl early on in the series.
Viscount Odessa, Astaroth Athrun (Asta-san) - That’s the girl with the blonde hair with the red streak ^.^ She’s awesome as. (only in ep 11 so far though =[ )

Vampire Knight
Yuuki ^.^ - The main female character. (I just love the school uniform lol)

There are also a few game characters I could go as, so I get to cosplay in a group ^.^ But seeing as everyone else hasn’t decided…I guess the group one’s going to have to be put off for a little bit. But I want to do two characters next year.
As for Amaranth I already know who I’m going as ^.^ In a really ugly dress you’d never catch me wearing otherwise!! LOL Kaylees ball gown from Firefly Although maybe I’ll have to put that one off till the year after. I might not have time to make that one, nor the money. I can only hope that I’ll have my Mal to go with though ^_^ Or Jayne. Whoever he wishes to go as ^_^

I have my Tohru cosplay finally finished (lol) And is going to be on display at my school for the ArtsFest thing ^.^ Sadly I didn’t have it finished in time for the opening, but it’s done for the second night on Monday. So I’m wearing that to Minifest.

Well, at least I can not say I won’t have items of clothing to show interviewers when trying to get into my course!! Lol ^.^

Oh and when I get around to fixing up a few sketches and typing up a short story thing.. I’ll post them up too ^.^ And pictures of my Tohru cosplay as well of course!! Hehehe

So yes on another note...I HATE CFS!!!! >.< Not being able to lift your own arms properly is scary shit >.< I mean you'd think you'd get used to it, but no. And why does it have to be now? I have outcomes to do tomorrow and next week then exams >.< I am soo gonna fail. (yr 11) *knows that if you turn up for the exam you can't actually fail*

Amaranth was amazing! I've never been to Amaranth or Manifest before, so it was great ^^ Has quite a nice photo of us together ^^ [link] Poor Mick had to step back a few times =[ I wonder who has the only photo of us together?

is very pretty ^^ Quite amusing we were sitting very close to each other at the start lol. Then she moved =[

So I have decided...hoop skirts ARE A PAIN IN THE ARSE!! I'm going to wear one next year xD It's not about ease of wear..it's about looks baby!!! *hehehe*

Manifest was great ^^ I wish I could have spent a little more time with Ambi though =[ Oh well. That's how things go! I was already following Ambi, Josh and Kira around like a little lost puppy. It would have been FAR better if someone could have printed off a map

So now I'm thinking of joining MOC (Manifest Organising Committee) because I think I can help. After all, if all anyway did was complain without trying to fix it..

Saturday was just Renee and I. We weren't there for very long as we slept in xD And Sunday it was Renee, Michael and I...plus me going completely hypo from lack of sleep. I haven't felt so free in a long time! It was great!

As for cosplaying..well that was a bust. Ambi was the only one from the group I saw cosplaying! I did see another Uo though...but she's not on the forums xD

So my Tohru cosplay will be finished this year for my last design Tech assignment. I'll wear that to Supanova (well no point in making it and not wearing it!!)

Well there are 17 of us. One guy. I think 4 of us are in high school still and the rest have finished it and been away from school at least a year. We have a few graphic designers doing the course too

It is soo good!! We have two hours of class, then a half hour break, then another two hours of class before lunch followed by..you guessed it!! Another two hours of class. By the second two hour block, I lost interest in what I was doing because I had a killer headache and really bad period pain..and being hunched over a table drawing doesn't help in the slightest!! >.<

I wish I could show you guys what I did I have to say even though it sucks and I'm far slower than the rest of them..this is still the best drawing I have done lol.

We did the grid method of copying a picture. I already knew that one from primary school lol. I kinda sucked at it then..still kinda suck at it now xD But much much better ^^ lol

Then I learned what different grey lead pencils are for. I never understood what the different numbers stood for. Now I know ^^

So you guys will be seeing some of my design tech stuff from school up here..and also some of this course's work too ^^

This Thursday is Amaranth ^^ And the the weekend is manifest..so there's two more costumes to add to my collections ^^ And hopefully lots of piccies ^^

Edit: Ok..I have a month to make two cosplays Whoops xD Yet another example of me being overly ambitious. God I hope I can get them done!! No more slacking off for me, because I have to have them done a week before Manifest. (The week before I have a short course I'm doing and will be too exhausted to do anything that week)

I don't even have any money to buy the material roflol -.-'
I'll find a way ^^ hehehe...maybe with a few shortcuts..but hopefully not. Oh shit. Shoes. Tohru Honda is easy. School shoes ^^ Kagura Sohma...I need tan ankle boots. That's a problem.

I have to say he's certainly a wonderful person ^^ I'm glad to have met him. He made me feel so comfortable when I'm usually very shy and uncomfortable when meeting new people. Then again, I'm sure one on one is much better than a group lol. Someone's forced to talk....(wasn't me )

And now I have no excuse not to sign up for Amaranth if no one I have asked are coming with me. Ambi will be there ^_^ So I shall just talk to some new people, and follow him like a little lost puppy

I can't wait till I get to drag Addi there ^_^ Not that it will be dragging!! lol He'll probably be dragging me!!

I. At school and work I am extremely organised, everything has it's place. At home, nothing has a place!
II. I put all 5c pieces aside and count them every few years. (Last one was $20. Man that's heavy xD)
III. I'd say 90% of my clothes are pre-loved ^-^
IV. If I can save money without sacrificing quality, I always will. Brand names mean nothing to be.
