SUMMARY OF THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH: I applied to be a cleanup artist for SkullGirls, but I didn't quite live up to expectations.

A week ago, I noticed that SkullGirls was hiring animators and cleanup artists, so I applied for the job. Once I sent in my portfolio, they gave me a test that I had to complete in 4 days. Good news: :devlavos12: helped me get my hands on a proper working CS3 and I found the fonts I was missing. PROTIP: when looking for something, make sure to include "free" in the search bar.

I paid nearly 2,000 dollars to be a full-time student and the only class I can take is french class. Let me explain.

Let me get one thing out of the way, first. The story is much less involved than in the first game. Though this is a bit lame, I understand that Mario games aren't supposed to be taken so seriously to begin with.

Anyway, the gameplay was just as solid as the previous game, plus they fixed a bunch of crap. What made this game feel completely new is the fact that they focused less on the basic mechanics and they went on to what's new in this game without making it too challenging for casual players.

I watched something very interesting, recently. It's an anime called Kino's Journey that's like a series of different events happening to the main character, all mashed up in 13 episodes. Most of the stories are irrelevant to each other, by the way. Also, there's no main plot to this, just background story.

It's really good if you're into interesting stories. It's boring if you generally like action-packed stuff, but it does get a little bit more intense halfway through the series. This adds a bit more to the value to the game, but I was at least expecting additions to the story-mode itself, since that's the meat of the game. If you like Boss Rushes, time attacks and BRUTALLY DIFFICULT story modes, then it may actually be worth the buy. EDIT OVER.

Okay. I got my computer back with practically nothing in it. They said they had all my stuff backed up, but why they didn't put it back in is beyond me. I'm gonna have to call again about that. Ok so we took the computer to some dude who will fix it for us and he believes that the 3 main problems it currently has may be fixed without harming any of the stuff I have there. Apparently, the fake anti-virus shit merely blocked any programs from being executed, but didn't infect or delete them. Phew.

I'm sort of a rookie at this game, since I'm not usually very good button-mashing games, and my timing goes COMPLETELY OFF when playing online, but we'll see how I do. At least I try to follow up with combos instead of randomly mashing the attack buttons.
