Why? All my pageviews are from art that I hate, and I dont like that, so Im deleting everything, shutting this place up, and moving away.

The new account will be far less active, because I will be working incredibly hard to improve my skills, and wont just put whatever I doodle up online for the world to see.

For anyone who watches the numbers on my page, my deviations have dropped below 100 by a lot. This is because Im deleting all my bullshit that I hate. Most is saved on my school account, waiting for free time in Graphic Design to rework them into not-shit.

Um, so some day, there will be an explosion of submissions from me, but dont hold your breath or anything.


Break is coming up, and I know Anime Club was talking about having our Laser Tag game then, or early December, but with so many people being away, and just the overall craziness of the season, I decided to put this off until the weather gets warmer. Something around March (which IS warmer, if only slightly).

Secret Santa is still on for now, because it worked really well last year. No one is required to participate, but if you are, dont go buying anyone something that's more then $10. We're all poor, so we understand. Re-gifting is a great idea.

Dont forget to bring in your gently used Manga! All I ask is that you take a marker and write your name on the book, or on a label you stick to the book. We dont want anyone losing their stuff, right?

Im gonna buy you guys some books as well, to add to the supply, because I usually ruin my Manga when I read it :C


Ohayo-Con is still open to "The Girls", but dont feel like Im saying "COME WITH ME, DAMNIT!" Only come if you really want to. Um, prices, I dont know. I gotta talk to about that.


Im having issues with the costumes for me and Kate, since we're going as "Angelique" (that's pronounced 'Angelic' for anyone who wonders...because it's easy to say).

MeMe (formerly storyboarded as Suzie) is very difficult, because I suck at Lolita Goth looks. Thank God for Kate knowing what she's doing, right?

Alice is easier, because, well, I just have to look like I just did Speed in a club.

I'll be in Ohio from the 19th until either the 23rd or the 24th of December, visiting and hopefully . -prays-

In between all that, I have to find a Correspondence course, finish my artwork, finish my bedroom, and get everyone their gifts. Which, by the way, I need help with. TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT! C:

That's right, folks! Instead of $500 for the Ballroom, it's $1000!! Because it would be on a Saturday!

Well, that's "Some old bullshit" (for anyone who gets that), and Im (meaning my mother) not paying that.

So, no birthday at meadowbrook hall. They can kiss my ass, as they withheld this information from us until just before we ordered the room. Also, Im not allowed to cut MY OWN CAKE. It would cost $2.50 for each person, which is like....$150. TO CUT A CAKE!

So, Ive decided to either have the party on the Michigan Princess Riverboat (cool, right?) or at another mansion. Im leaning toward the Riverboat, because said mansion doesnt rent out of Saturday evenings. (lol - they fail at good planning)

So, Vera, you DONT have to redo those invites, and they arent for naught. They only change is that it isnt a birthday party anymore, but will be for graduation, which is in May, when it's warm enough to be on a Riverboat.

Also, it'll be FREE!! (most likely) We found a coupon for the Michigan Princess that says "Free Birthday or Wedding Package". Sounds good to me C:

So, we've decided that we are going to use the boat as a sure thing. Sadly, the coupon is only for Sundays, but we dont really care.

What I want to know is if you guys have any ideas for decoration, music, and anything else you can think of (Not food - they have a fixed menu).

I was gonna ask about the cake, but I think I'll design that one myself.

I think I'll be calling them this weekend, and Id like to have a list of things to have them approve or not.

Upon my father's suggestion (which is weird), Im not inviting most of his family. Something about them not deserving it...I dont know. Saves me money, so whatever.

Every week (or whenever something interesting happens) I will be posting a "Newsletter" in this journal for Anime Club members to read and enjoy.

This should cut down on my irritating temperamental announcements that I do every club meeting that take too long because people wont quit talking. C:

This tradition will only continue until I finish our club website (which may be never, because life gets in the way of me having no life).

This week, I would like to say CONGRATS to Vera for winning the club Mascot contest! Everybody love on Vera. She is fantabulous.

This means that her mascot design MUST be placed on the anime club T-shirt which ya'll get to design. Just pick one or both of the midget Weeaboos (that is Otaku x Insert Large Number of Choice).

If you CANNOT draw the midgets, then we'll simply photoshop them in there with whatever else you draw C:

For the runner-ups, your designs will NOT be appearing on the shirt, but will instead become adorable little...

BUTTONS!

Both runner-up entries will make fabulous buttons, which you can then put on your shirt! Everybody wins!

While the shirts will cost somewhere around $15 (I hope), the buttons will be free. You paid $40 to get in this club (unless you're me, then you still havent paid a damn cent), so you deserve something nice.

Like a button of a crazy cat-on-crack, or a wobbly Panda.

I found a very nice website where I can get these T-shirts in bulk. The bigger the order, the more discounted they are, so ORDER THEM!

Designs are due....um...Amanda, when are designs due? Somewhere in mid-November, I think. Whatever.

I dont know where I caught it, what with barely ever leaving my house. -is lame and has no life off the couch-

Ive had to deal with my mother not believing me, and so forbidding me from seeing any friends and other such annoying inconveniences. Like I feel like going out in the world, anyway, right?

I probably wont be coming back to school at all this week. Woohoo....Id rather be at school than this, despite how incredibly boring it is :C


Let's see...Ive only eaten a couple strawberries and some broth today, because anything else make my stomach lurch. Yuck. Also, Ive shut all the blinds, and kept the lights off until now, because it burns my eyes and angers the midget lumberjack punching me in the head.

My teeth hurt, my eyes hurt, my body hurts...HELL, my HAIR hurts :C

And god DAMNIT, IM HUNGRY! ;^;


Im so tired...but I cant sleep, cause the lumberjack wont let me, so here I sit, aimlessly surfing the web, with no motivation to e-mail my teachers for work, or even move to get myself something to drink.

So, anyway. I usually keep my negative opinions to myself (lies)....okay, well, at least online I do, because Im nice to everyone online.

But I feel like complaining to everyone today, because the past couple days have really gotten under my skin, and I just need to put it somewhere, so Im treating this place like a blog for now.


I dont think Ive told anyone that Ive decided to do a 3D portfolio in AP art this year, which Monroe thankfully backed me up on, because Rose (who is a completely useless, bitter twit, as everyone who has had her knows) pretty much threw my plan in the mud.

Okay, so I wasnt the BEST, most AGREEABLE student. Sue me. I just dont like taking crap from people, especially adults. So, her approach to helping you is pointing out everything that sucks in your work, like you cant see it for yourself (jeez...we're artists...that's ALL we see). So, everyone she talks to feels like crap. I dont handle that well, so I didnt let her act that way to me, and was the cause of much grief. Every time she was mad at me, she went in the kiln room and muttered to herself. (Funny, but not...cause I was being stupid :C )


So, this year, when Monroe sends me over to her for a consult on my portfolio, she blows me off, tells me my work isnt good enough, and overall acts just like she did last year. Okay, I get that I should have been more mature, and just let her do her thing, but that was last year, and I matured a lot over the summer, so cut me some slack.

I didnt get angry, I just set my jaw and did A LOT of nodding and "yeah..".

Talk about a waste of time. So, after blowing off some steam by complaining to Josh (the other student in 6th hour), I talk to Monroe, who makes me go tell Rose to come over, cause she has some questions. Great.

Well, she blows it off for about 20 minutes, and FINALLY shows up, goes on and on about how it was "like pulling teeth" to get me to do anything last year. EXCUSE ME? Who went out and spent $100 on her final project, and then donated the huge amount of left over supplies to you? Thankless witch....-grumble-

Well, Monroe, bless her soul, obviously didnt care what Rose had to say about any of it, and told me afterward that we were gonna go through with the 3D portfolio anyway, Rose or no Rose.

I get why she's reluctant, and Im fine with it, cause it's over and I cant fix it. But that's no reason to just blow me off, what with this being a grade, and possible college credit. Jeez.

Mosty, Monroe (and my mother, who rocks, by the way) likes to blame it on the fact that Rose doesnt like being bothered during her conference hour. What does she think it's for? Fun? God......

Well, there's my rant...I feel tons better now that THAT'S off my chest. Opinions? Share.

Anyway, a lot going on lately. Got back from Virginia, and then ran off to North Carolina for the weekend (yeah!) Went Whitewater Rafting :3

So, now that THAT'S done, and school registration is over (It was much smoother than previous years), I have time to get online and talk to ya'll again.


So, as usual, what I have to say is about my party: I dont think my mother is taking me seriously about the place I want to hold it. No matter what I say to her, so Im pretty much keeping her out of it until I have enough to prove to her I mean it.

I even said Id pay for my cake! (Which isnt cheap, folks! It's from Baltimore!) Ugh. Parents.

So, anyway...I wrote out the guest list, and was like "Do I seriously know 40 people!?" That leaves 80 places that can be filled, so Im willing to have people ask if they can bring someone. If I can meet the person, that would be nice (Invite your parents, boyfriend, best friend since you were two, I dont care, just let me meet them if they arent your parents. I dont wanna meet your parents...)

Besides that, Ive talked it over with some people, and because even those in the loop are having trouble with it, Im gonna reveal the theme of the after party. BUT NOT YET! SOON! When Ive convinced mom to reserve the stupid room!

To Nattler: Need to know if/when you have Monroe, so I can hopefully talk to you during class. If not, I WILL find you.

The mother of my friend has just passed away. We suspect that it was due to her diabetes and drinking. The autopsy was today, but there hasnt been any news.
What she does know is awful - her mother died over a day before she found her, but they had been fighting, so she just ignored the fact that she hadnt seen her...she was in the house with her dead mother for a whole day.

She says she couldnt feel anymore like an asshole...she cant believe the last thing they did was fight...

The viewing is Sunday...D:


Though I am sad, I will not be taking time off from being online - life must continue...my friend would not want me to dwell on this. So, I will probably be producing a piece of work for the viewing, posting it here, and then giving it to the family to either keep it, or bury it with her body...

I will be in Illinois, meeting my grandmother's side of the family. We will then be visiting the town she grew up in, where I will complete a deck of cards about her life. Im excited.
Soon after, my neice (squee!) is celebrating her first birthday of the 3rd of August. The day after that, Im going to D.C. to visit my aunt, cousin, and her boyfriend Dave. He's OBSESSED with anime, which will make it all awkward, since I couldnt care less...oh well, D.C. is warm, and only the COOLEST place ever! Loving the parks!!
THEN, at the end of August, my mother, , her mother, and I are going to North Carolina for a weekend. We'll be in wine country, and will be WHITE-WATER RAFTING!! WHEE!! I cant wait!


Other news - Im saving for a car. It was going to be one of those new Aveos, but then my uncle said he saw a classic 1964 orange volkswagon beetle convertible....sadly, it wont be there when I have the money (only $4300!)...so, Im just going to save up about $6000 between me and my mother (maybe dad will help...)...want a convertible beetle!! And not a new one...I like old...

So, I have no life D: And will probably not be putting anything else up for the remainder of the time...I'll try to at least put some pictures of my culinary work up...

Last night, , who lives south of us in Ohio, got some really nasty weather, which came with several tornado warnings and severe thunderstorm alerts. Today, my area is in a downpour with a warning about strong storms that may produce "Pea-Sized Hail" and "Brief, moderate downpours".....the rain is NOT moderate, it's buckets.

After our recent encounter with tornadoes, Im prepared to say that I am sick of storms...and if my power goes out, Im going to be VERY, VERY mad....So far, not even a flicker, though...

Why doesnt this rain go to wine country? you know, with all the fires?

In other news, I finished drawing their mascot. Im gonna add a background I got from stock to her...just for kicks. I'll do that later tonight....

School is finally over, and the power outage here in Michigan allowed us to miss two days of school. Did you know that after April 1st, any missed days over the limit dont have to be made up? O .O I KNOW, RIGHT!?

So, after bombing my Economics exam, I am glad to be sitting at home with nothing to do. I would LIKE to go see s kitty, but it has a stomach parasite that can pass to other animals, and I dont know if people can be carriers, so Im gonna wait for the all clear.

Ugh, that probably bored you...let's see....what is some interesting news...hmmm..

Oh, Ive cracked down my basement bedroom and picked a color for the walls finally (Let's hear a woot!). "Mango Tango" am I lame or what? D:

Besides that, I beat Okami....that is a seriously messed up game. PLAY IT! I was kinda sad that I didnt get to go to the Celestial Plain. According to the game, there were problems there, and I was all like "YAY, MORE ADVENTURE!!" WRONG! GAME OVER!! Crap, that was so lame...

Im also saving up for a car, but I also found a site for the those creepy life-like dolls...their name eludes me at the moment...and I want one...really bad....damn things cost more than I earn all summer...

Honest to Jesus, out of stupid people, my Sculpture teacher (Rose - only kids of RHS will know what I mean), is the most irritating, unhelpful teacher Ive ever met....We got stuck making dragon heads out of...newspaper and balloons....

I dont LIKE newspaper and balloons....so we did his stupid head out of the stuff, I went and spent...like....$150 dollars on supplies for his teeth, and horns, and eyes, and...you get the point....only for her to tell me styrofoam (not the paking kind, the kind you stick in plants....paking styrofoam is a WHOLE other story) will take too long and be too heavy, so instead I should make the horns out of newspaper..........dude, what? Are you stupid? It would take...like.....500 layers to get the horns big enough with damn newspaper and goo....and it would be VERY HEAVY...being solid...

I hollowed out the styrofoam horns D:< YEAH - WHAT NOW!? HUH, HUH, HUH!?

She's standing there telling me that I spent $150 dollars for nothing.....bitch, give me $150 and THEN see how you feel about my plan....

So, news today is that my father and I are no longer speaking to each other, nor seeing each other. Serves him right, the bitch.

I am sorry to tell that this ruins our New England trip. Sorry, honey - I wish we were still going, too...

Apparently, he's quite serious about not wanting anything to do with me...I was supposed to see him today, but I went home instead....never called or came looking. Bah - I bet he'll try the court angle eventually...I'll blast him out of the water D:< (bitchy man, you suck)

Also, I went to CCS (College of Creative Studies) today with my school, and got a fool made out of me in front of future fellow students. Oi-a.

Saw a lot of naked fat-man paintings, too....eew...man-boobilies!! D:

On a happy note, I got off my lazy tush (which actually makes I sat on it) and started working on my highschool's Anime Club Website. Bitchin', ya'll. Being President rocks - and I plan to do a lot more things with the club than previous years. Like hopefully getting a large group to Youmacon '08 for a day.

And T-shirts before CHRISTMAS! YEAH, SON!! :3

I still have a lot of work to do on the site, along with an English project (sculpture thing) and a abstract painting inspired by music for ADV. DRAW & PAINT. Yeah....and I have to find a job...and gotta pass math...

Now preparing for CCS summer courses, along with ADV. PLACEMENT INDV. STUDY work over the summer, which means I gotta create six quality art pieces within guidelines in three months.

Im missing s graduation ceremony. Snap.

My little kitty went to the doctah today D: She got spayed (or, as my mother states "she got the snip-snip" Hilarious, right?) and declawed in the front because she's been cutting up the neighbor-kids.

The only problem I have is that we have to end the show with Highschool Musical, which is a complete lie!! Highschool is nothing like this. One. No one dances and sings in the cafeteria. If they did, they'd be suspended. Two - we dont care about your issues, and Three - everyone does not accept and like everyone. Highschool is like sticking starved lions in a cage with one dead deer - no sharing or loving goes on.

Anyway, bitching aside - Im excited. We get to sing Colors of the wind, but besides that it's Mary Poppins and.....something I dont remember. Being in the lowest group sucks.

Still, no one has any Lady and The Tramp songs, so and I are doing a duet of "We are Siamese". Yeah, we're fantards of that movie hardcore (minus that scary-ass baby - ugh). So we want to build a full scale (human scale, mind you) set with a bookcase and table and a giant basket to crawl out of.

I got put in charge of costumes, while she took blueprints. My first thought when I heard Siamese Cat was a form dress and china doll hair, but she came along and brought me back from LSD land, saying bodysuits would be best to move around it (dresses allow patrons to see your underpants when you dance, obviously). So I went with a suede, because I hate velvet with a passion when I must use lots of it, and all that wrinkling - urgh.

Well, that's the challenge of making it in. Cant wait.

I know Im not Miss. So Im going for it.

Well, Id like to say thanks to everyone who ever came to my page (even ONCE) for getting me 1000 views, which kind of says to me that a decently average size of people like my work.

Also, for some reason, I woke up yesterday and BAM!! New style!! D: It was so weird - I had been study some panda expression sheet (i think I fav'd it) on the 23rd, and started sketching out the basic faces, which looked crappy, but now it's kind of stuck.

I love it. It's really nice being able to find a style I finally love enough for it to keep me motivated to draw. So I'll be posting a lot more artwork. Mostly cute animals.

As i develop my new skills further, I'll ATTEMPT backgrounds D:

Hrm, good thing Adv. Draw/Paint does a lot with scenery. (oh yes, ADVANCED - Go me...that puts me in AP next year - who can say "COLLEGE CREDIT"!?)

Okay, there's my boasting. Now, for some ACTUAL self-reflection.

Im going to stop looking at other artists' work. It discourages me, and only makes me wish I could draw like that, when I really dont. Not that Im not obsessed with some artists or anything D:

Gonna stop looking at drawing tutorials and shading tutorials, because they get me down, too. It's time I start only looking at my own art as a style I want to keep/improve. Trying to be like other artists will change my style into something I didnt want it to be, and that would make me the sadest panda.

Also, Ive been thinking about these Fursona things, and that's kinda getting me down because I cant draw grizzly bears D: (a BEAR fursona? OMG - SCANDALOUS!!). So, that's my downers. How about some good reflections?

Ive noticed lately that Im becoming less of a grouch (at least to my friends), as I have been for many years of my life for no reason at all that I/my friends know of. Im kind of moving into the class clown/mediator role, and Im glad, because I was really sick of being a crazy bitch a lot of the time.

Still cant find a job, but what can you do? It'll happen - and Ive decided to start writing some childrens' stories to go along with my fuzzy new style of friendly (sometimes kinda creepy) cute animal-things.

Ive had this crazy headache that has been making my life miserable for almost three weeks now without end. It's time I go to a doctor, because this is obviously something beyond the weather and/or stress on my eyes.

Besides that worry, Ive also gotten complaints from my mother that I need a job.

The pet store turned me down, so I dont get to work with the puppies and kitties (those BASTARDS), but I havent stopped looking. Cause when I have money, I can afford comissions and a subscription.

Now, I could get off my lazy ass and draw the characters myself, or get to do more of them, but these arent character sheet comissions - they are "Attack Action Command" comissions.

So, like...each comission would be 6-10 small pictures of the character using magic or something D:

Okay, so we're going to comb through some things that have gotten to me on DA, and for the first subject, we'll start with the famous SnapeSnogger snafu.

I will say this now and get it over with - her art is cute, and that's not going to change, least, according to me.

We'll discuss the behavior of her trollers first:

Enyclopedia Dramatica is simply a place where people with far too much free time and the ability to bitch go to waste their lives away being a general asshole. This everyone knows. We know it, they know it, your second cousin's brother-in-law's great-aunt's mother knows it. Let's agree upon this and move on.

WHY someone decides it's perfectly acceptable to be an asshole over the subject matter of their art and/or personality is beyond my scope of understanding, which, if I can boast for a second, is quite wide. The whole world does not care about wether or not you like trans-sexual snake-beings (or nagas, as some prefer). Are they cute and adorable? Yes. Do they need some clothing? Yes. No one likes that hanging out. Put a cloth over that. I think that the matter of the genital area being visible was a big sour spot in the debate.

Proper Procedure when looking at a picture you dont like:

see material you do not enjoy
resist urge to say ANYTHING at all
hit backspace
move on to next image

We all understand Gemma's explosion was...oh...70% unfounded (give her some slack, folks, we all got some flaws), but..BUT, this really all came from people actually giving a damn about the explosion. Comments that are all one-word, positive, fan-whore views ARE NOT HELPFUL! They may cause the artist to feel warm and fuzzy to know people think they are good, but when no one has anything worthy to tell the artist about the work, then they grow used to only having worshipers, and not true fans. This can boost their ego until it clogs the air.

If from the beginning, anyone had bothered to give more than praise, this would probably have been avoided, and we would still have one of our best artists.

Guide to Giving good crit.

Start out by saying something good about the picture
ei - The colors in this are so warm; they give off such a happy mood.

Give crit
ei - the clothing is very pretty, but it lacks the depth of actual fabric, and I believe by adding a few more layers of shading (using the burn tool, not the paintbrush) would make them fill out and seem as warm and real as everything else.

Give praise again
ei - I also enjoyed how you drew the breeze coming in through the window and moving their hair slightly - very soothing and romantic. (add cute smilie if desired)

Sadly, my fav. uncle got sick and couldnt come, but it was okay - it was an all chick christmas.


Now, for years Ive gone with my father to see his side of the family, but my relationship with them has deteriorated ever since the divorce eight years ago. At first, things were normal between everyone, and now, I walk in and half of them dont even look at me, like Im an intruder within the ranks.

See, my dad comes from a big italian family, where divorce isnt an option. They've shunned my mother completely, which only made the gap widen between us, because my mother is my hero, so ditching her is a big hurt for me.

And for some reason, I feel like because Im living with my mother, that Im one to be watched, too, just in case I decide to leave my guy one day. It doesnt matter that my dad is a DICK most of the time, and drove my mom crazy. It doesnt matter he was the one who wanted the divorce. They dont care.

It's one of those things where you feel like you're frozen in time and the world flashes past you. You've got a bubble around you, and no one wants to get too close, just in case they pick up your disease.

I know that they are my family and I should try including myself, but when I havent gotten a birthday card from any of them but my grandmother in five years (ive counted, trust me), it's hard to think of yourself as welcome to try.

I sometimes think that maybe they dont know what to say to me...Im not like any of the other kids. Both of my second cousins are very pretty, while Im not so good-looking, despite not being hideous. They are all dating, while Ive never even thought of the idea myself.

Im not friendly, I hate children, and I dont like to have parties where everyone eats tons of food and mingles. Im not italian at all, unless you count how I smack my neighbors' kids. That tell-tale italian upper-cut palm smack to the back of the skull. Yep. That's it.

Ive told my dad how it hurts to go and look at my aunt who's known me since I was born, and she cant remember my birthday, even though Ive had to tell her twelve times. My uncles dont know what grade Im in, or where I go to school. No one knows my dog's name, as if they've never met her.

Im bypassed in "hello"s a lot, and only about half the people bother to say goodbye to me, while all hug my father and wish him a merry christmas or whatever it may be.

Im not sure what the hell is up with that family, but I am obviously not welcome into it any longer. Not a problem. They dont deserve me.

It makes me smile, because over the past couple of days I have become increasingly irritable without my Taylor around to keep me happy and smiling.

Apparently, she spent much of her time in the shopping areas going "OH! Libby would like that one! And that one!! That one, too! and that, and that, and that!!" D:

Maybe I should spare her and just move out there. I like the idea of winter temperatures being in the 50s and surfing, and all the beaches and shopping for clothes all day.

Not that Im moving right away or anything. I plan on going out there (if I can afford it) once Im done with all my schooling here. This means, though, that I will not be spending four years at CCS as I had hoped to do, because I dont want to wait that long to go out there.

Not that any of these plans are final, as I may become my fickle self again and change my mind. Moving out to LA means giving up Germany, or barely ever seeing it. I dont know, that may keep me near the Great Lakes.

Honestly, thou, good weekend. Went and saw the sneak preview showing of Golden Compass, and the entire movie can be summarized like so.

Yes, it was very exciting - we were even squeeling with excitement (And I mean that) for about ten minutes in the theatre, and then I chocked on a Nerd, and so we were sad.....but then the movie started and I got over it cause it was SO DAMN COOL!!!! -freaks out-

Anyway, another hot topic in my life is the word "Penis". No joke. Ive had several conversation exceeding one hour or more about the noble penis, but that's a whole 'nother drawing...in scraps...if I get the nerve and stop giggling long enough to type the description. LOL.

Also, got a new printer, throwing out the malfunctioning Lexmark and getting an Hp Copy/Print/Scanner - YAY!! It's nicer and faster than my own, so I think I'll be mooching it whenever possible. Maybe now I'll scan in the growing stack of pictures I have building up in my basement.

That's another part of the update - Ive gotten underway with designing my first line of clothing, all of which inspired my numerous songs in Rune-Cha's Ipod :3 Very random, but it makes me smile to think that I managed to design rough sketches of five designs in one night.

The last part of this journal is a slightly annoying bit of news - I applied for a job at Starbucks a couple days ago, and was then told by a friend who works there that they only hire 18+ D: DAMN!!

Oh well, maybe I'll work at Kohls, cause employee discounts are SWEET!!

Not appropriate for CHILDREN!? This is Sesame Street! The leading childrens show (it beats Barney by about 15% of the child populous) in all of history! How can they come out and tell us that what we, and some of our older relatives, grew up with is now inappropriate for the Glass Generation toddlers?

Let's review the reasons:

1. Everyone lives in a slum, apparently. (When I watched this show, I couldnt even SPELL Slum)
2. Cookie Monster sets a bad example - cookie gobbling. (Because cookies cause diabetes in 2-year-olds, apparently)
3. Big Bird has dillusions D: (Even though Snuffleupagus became visible to all the cast in 1985)
4. Cows are milked by hand (The horror, THE HORROR!!)
5. Burt is depressed D: (this is just going too far)

Now, this is just a summary, cause Im sick and dont feel like writing more.

Missed classes today, and Im gonna be even further behind than I have been from missing all those others days what with the doctors, and tests, and crap like that D:

I have to go to see my doctor AGAIN today, for my day-ruining cramps, and then I have to muster myself and go see my lawyer for a meeting about the video game design and copyright laws, and all the other legal matters that my brain has no understanding of.

Overall, it's going to be a very long day, and now with Thanksgiving right on us, I want to be able to speak without gagging more than ever. But all this gives me time to stock-pile more artwork and practice w/ backgrounds.

Still, Id rather be walking my dog D:

Im so happy that I got my job back with the video game crew, but now Im in charge (oh, who fucking pwns? I do!!) of everything. That means that Im the Wicked Boss-Lady now!! -evil scientist cackle would be here, but how do you express that in typing?-

Anyway, just wanted to go over how my comissions are going, and my progess with costumes and all that such nonsense. Later, I will have links to pictures on Con websites and deviations of them (if I get lucky enough to have someone else put a photo up D: )

So far, cause I had to hire a person who draws like a Sloth (I STILL LOVE YOU!), I have one colored and one inked D: But, still Im happy with them as I could hope to be.

Apparently, though, Shadrinn is causing much trouble in the coloring stage, and we somehow came to the conclusion that he's Native American - no idea why, but he is now I actually like that idea, but it makes it hard to cosplay him, since Im a white mofo, and tanning equals much moneystuffs spent.

Anyway, least for him I dont have to paint my skin blue D:

As for the current outfits-in-progess, I seriously want to get them done because the one I really want to do is right after them. Curse it. I WANT THAT OUTFIT!! D:

Look for some progress photos, cause I feel like it, though for now I havent had time to start. I think after my nuerologist appointment this Saturday, I shall go on a buying spree to get started, then I will actually have some real updates.

Well, just got back from the Youmacon in Troy, Michigan - that was crazy. The number of attendies doubled from last year. Made me nuts. Well, I was looking at all those posters they had in the lobby for other cons, and finally came up with a list of ones I want to attend.

Ohiocon (is that spelled right?) in January
Acroncon (again, spelling?) which i think is also in January
Collossacon which if I remember correctly is in June
and one in colombus, ohio in april which the name of I cant remember D:

We half-assed an "L" costume for but it turned out pretty good, even with no wig.

My sissy was Freya (without a wig - anyone see a running theme of laziness?) and we pwned. Me and another chii (this one had a pink dress, unlike my white one) complained about people stepping on our god forsaken demon-spawn trains. I have sworned to cut it off and shred it. It is EVIL!!
