SERIOUSLY, if you haven't read any of these negative comments yet, it's so damn sad. I was about to put this on her deviation comment page, but thought better of it since I know it'd just result to backlash on me (more likely than not):

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know I'm thinking about taking a hiatus. We got our report cards... last week? And while I did pretty good in some classes, some others not-so much. I really need to be focusing more on my work. I know a lot of the blame falls on my apparent lack of self control, but I'm trying to keep from being so content with browsing mindlessly for 3 hours a day instead of doing actually school work. =^= I'm going to relax until Monday, since I really should while we're actually on break, but I'm honestly going to have to try to be online less. A friendly "You shouldn't be online, should you?" will easily coax me offline.
/rant alert! --
And otherwise, well, I feel pretty crummy; I've been trying to convince my mom that she's absolutely wrong about my hair care - 24/7 sewn in hair extensions that suffocate my scalp, plus a month at a time without washing my hair in the interest of preserving said extensions - is not a healthy habit. I cannot for the life of me convince her that she's wrong, even though we've been doing it her way for right on 6 years since my hair was inadvertantly ruined by my sister (even though it's purely of her own hard-headedness for over-processing my hair and I wish she'd understand she pretty much ruined the way I feel about how I look) and there seems to be no words that can change her mind. And it's really not fair to me. All I want is for someone to listen to me so that I can actually wear my real hair out. T___T
