I have had caught chicken pox and I have been held in a quarantine, since my other family members haven't had this disease.

I am fine now, but my body is full of scars. Oh well..

Now the trip to Japan finally seems more realistic. 8D

I received a phone call from Japanese embassy, announcing me that I was chosen for the scholarship program I've applied for.
That means I am going to live in Japan for something around 5 months.

For the first time in my life I've cried with happiness.
My mom cried, too. XD

I still can't believe it's true.

And the fucking plaster is preventing me from running in circles..

I've had a serious depression for a week, but today is a turning spot.
I am the fucking lucky guy and I am incredibly happy for that.

It's a part of lyrics I want to get tattooed. I know all the kanji used, so I can possibly draw it by myself, too. But I'd like to have it written by a brush of skilled person who knows something about calligraphy...

I crawled through two squares with crutches and this heavy plaster..
ouch. my hands. ouch.

The interview was okay, it was more of a friendly chat about me and my interests etc. in english.
My spoken english still sucks so bad...X”D

I went to check my mail... and there were a mail from Japanese embassy, that they are recommending me as a candidate for the scholarship exchange program.

(It goes like this – they recommend someone, their applications are sent to Tokyo and then a one, lucky guy ich chosen. )

I've applied for the long program – 5 months, I'd be supposed to go to a Japanese high school and I'd be living with a host family.

Sounds nice, eh?

They asked me for another photo, different from the one on the application.
One, that looks more “civile”, I have to send it until this friday.
TOMORROW.

This is how I look like – my hair is dyed platin blonde with black parts, I have a lip piercing, and 6 ear piercings, such as 0000ga flesh tunnel, industrial, two cartilage piercings, I am used to wear dark make up, at least an eyelash – believe me, I look really disgusting without any make up.

<sup>Well, to make a long story short,
I've broken my ankle on last Saturday. ( 14th )

I've made a bad step on a flat ground, while stepping on the crosswalk in creepers with 5 cm platform.
For four days I thought it was only sprained.
It was swollen and bruised, but it didn't hurt.
I was dropping on my right leg, but I was okay.

Mom told me to come home from dorm and to go to a doc, just to be sure.
X-rays said it was broken. Surgeon said I was lucky - if it had broken just a centimetre near the actual fracture, I'd have to have a surgery right away.

I got a knee-high plaster for two months.
I've already put up with it, somehow.

But I don't know what to do about school.
I can't go to school like this, I can barely go to a toilette.
At this rate it is likely that I won't complete this year.
*shrugs*
I have to wait, and I'll see..


Also, I've applied for a Japanese scholarship.
The interview is on 25th, next Wednesday.
I don't know how I am supposed to get there.
Their embassy is in our capital, as my school, too.
Also, I don't have any decent clothes - the trousers had to be usewn on me, because of the plaster, and none of my other trousers are wide enough for the plaster to fit in.
The plaster sure is.. representative.

I can't cancel it either, because I've already verified my participation - I did it when I thought my ankle was only sprained.

Damn.
Well, I would at least draw more, now when I am at home...

... anyways, I'm pissed. I HATE friday's traveling from the dorm. There are always SO MANY people everywhere! >.<
I dislike people, I really dislike big crowds of people and I HATE when someone's invading my personal space. Like in the crammed buses.
Today they almost squeezed my soul out of me in a bus. Then I had to wait 30 minutes in a queue for a ticket, I missed two trains. My home town is only 30 minutes by train from this horrible over-crowded capital city, but it is on the main rail way of this republic. Therefore, traveling from dorm to home takes me 2 hours, because everyone else takes the same trains as I do.
This really can make me mad.
My bad, I'm a short tempered person.
You can only imagine, how politely I treat people and objects surrounding me, then. X”D
I can be so rude when I'm upset – more than after waking up at morning. ( My roommates at the dorm are afraid to speak to me when I'm freshly disturbed from my night rest. X”D )

So I replaced my fave jewel - black titanium spiral with a simple silver stud. And immediately, I got numerous reactions.

"What's that? It doesn't look like you. Only that black one fits you. This aren't you."

I was really surprised.
Have I already such an image, strongly linked with a black lip ring?

It makes me feel kind of... special 8D

I´m gonna join, no matter what.

At least for the feeling of participating.
My works may be seen in Tokyo.
This may be my chance.

I can´t dream big, because I don´t want to be disappointed - I know I can´t stand a chance to already published mangas - also published works can enter - but I´m determined to try it, at least.
I have to hand my entry over ´till 31st January.
My story-writer is already on fire, I hope she makes it.

Well... yesterday I got back from Comics Salon 2008. I immediately dropped dead to my bed and I´ve slept for 16 hours, so I´m now perfectly fresh and prompt to write down this crazy report from Comics Salon.
It can be everything simply said in a few sentences, but I feel like incredibly exaggerating and today is a bank holiday, so I have nothing other to do, because I don´t have to be in school. :3


Guess you´ve all already got used to my annoying end-less journals, haven´t you?

Saturday and Sunday are the most important.


Friday

The first day of the festival was a real mess.
From the beginning of the day I was slacking from the school, because the professor from practice art has called me to help - we were painting pictures on the walls of our school from outside.
The day before I didn´t manage to finish my picture, so she´s called me once again. I´ve painted a vulture, but that wasn´t enough. She requested a Pegasus, so I spent the rest of the day I should be sitting behind a 3DSMax painting a princess-like light blue Pegasus. Thank godness she didn´t want it to be pink.
It took longer than the actual classes did, so I was a bit angry. On top of it, whole time an air conditioning was dripping small... cold...dreadful... drops of water exactly to the place where I was working. So I was in fact tortured in an ancient chinese way, I can say, it was dripping mostly on my head and hand. The biggest plus is, our school building now looks like a kidergarten with all those sorts of cartoon characters on it...
´s already arrived at the time I was still painting, and I´ve deserted from the devilish Pegasus to find her to bring her to wait for me somewhere in the school area. She laughed so hard when she saw me...
I was soaked, dirty from colours from head to shoes and went out from school in that white gown in which I look like a mad scientist. lol.
Then I deserted entirely, leaving the Pegasus case for someone else, and after tons of misunderstandings and mishaps we finally met with everyone, and finally got to where Comics Salon was taking place.

We left early, we still had to try-on make up for the long prepared cosplay for the next day.
, , Natalie, and me, we all slept at ´s place.




Saturday
Noone went to bed before 3 AM, because our make up artist, Arathya, was still working hard on the make up of Getrik´s long prepared cosplay and he made the sacrifices needed, like shaving his legs, and eyebrows. I got rid of my eyebrows once again too.

I´m really sorry I´m not responding.
I really appreciate every one comment and fav, but I just don´t have time to be stuck on the internet..
I work on a petrol station 18 hours a day, and it´s exhausting, we start at 5am and close the store at 11pm...Though I have 2 days free between these long workshifts, it´s killing me and I´m not able to draw properly. Yeah I´m a weakling. DX

You don´t have idea how can people be annoying... Especially when you look like me .. It´s not like I´m something extraordinary or some sort of a rare species, but obviously people aren´t used to unusual hair and facial piercings (lately I´ve got white and black hair.. the black was kinda accident, but let it be.) - So I can´t even try to look ´normally´. I´m not complaining though. I´ll have some money! Yeah! (For another piercings! XDDD ..kidding xD..or.. >D.. I´ll just buy myself something pretty. )

I was at ´s place, and she was here, we had a lot of fun, together with too.
Example..When I tried to ride a statue, lol (yesm that´s me, and Arathya obviously can´t take pictures >DD ) Ride with the rocker XDDD
I was desperate about the 8 hours in the train which took me the travelling into her hometown.. but now I only laugh at it.. In one my workshift I´d be able to travel all the way to hers and back with a 2 hour overdue.

Just a few day ago girls and visited chiaki´s place, and many things happened.. I was also there. xD

My opinion...
Because I also like Naruto series (can´t help it, it was one of my first, so what ... ), and I also sometimes fave some stuff from front page. SO what, if I liked it.
But when I think about it it´s really unfair, how the other, real and valuable art get´s suppresed to background. .... We can´t do anything about it, but just the knowledge would be good, because majority of people does not even realize these things.. and that´s sad.
Please don´t attack me that I´m just causing drama and doing nothing. I think I can´t do anything. If yes, advise me.

Today was a pretty shitty day. Ok, I bear it.
Until..
While I was travelling through the city to the train station in totally stuffed bus..
While I was getting out on the terminal as a last one from a bunch of people, all of the papers slipped off from the "big and uncomfortable flat thing which is used to carry papers and drawings around" (- I´m missing the right word again, hope you understand what I mean).
Because a friend was taking a peek onto my newest work in progress a while before I boarded the bus. And forgot to tie the sides of that *thing* together.
Yeah, it all fell out right onto the floor.
But today was a rainy day, so the bus steps was all dirty and wet and FILTHY!
I tried to save it, but no good. Most of them were just clear papers or some sketches for school works.. BUT
There was also an A3 pencil portait of Mao from Sadie in progress.
I´m just in the beginning of that picture, because it´s very difficult, but I already have spent a 15 hours with it.
And now it´s damaged.
I´m giving up.
I know I´m looking dramitically and tragically, but I almost cried.
It´s useless now!
All covered in dirt.
*sigh*
It pissed me, I feel like unable to draw for a while...

People, support my good friend to go to an art school.
She´s tallented, really more tallented than majority of people in my class, but she doesn´t want to believe in herself. She isn´t anything that special yet, but she´ll be a great artist, I´m sure. She´s pretty skilled already, and has a feel. I just can´t let her throw away her chance, because it would be a terrible loss.
I´m rather sorry for her, because she can´t go to an art school because of her parents and the other reasons.

Good news...The results from the tests of my blood - it can be said, they were good - I ´m not infected with HIV, AIDS, nor jaundice...

Another news. .. I must wait another 3 weeks for ANOTHER tests ... then wait another week for the results, and then MAYBE I´d be permitted to insert my piercings back. >< All of them are already useless... It will be interesting, when I´d be piercing it back .. ouch >wo
.. And I´ve decided to get at least 11 new pierces

And never again will get rid of them because of doctor ><

I thought, when I´ll go to the art school, it would be finally different.. but it´s the same as it was before. That I´d be finally able to feel like a normal person.
But I´m AGAIN the only weirdo, who draws all the time.
Because my other classmates.. I really could hardly believe my eyes what sort of people was able to get to an art school.. absolutely not tallented ones. I probably would not be able to stand theirs idiotic references about my drawings, mostly about the amount of time I spent with it.

Not only this, I think, I probably will kill my roommates at the dorm in the close future ><

And not only this.. one of my closest friends betrayed me...

It seems to me, like my life is ruining again.
gah .. must do something about it everything´s happening just too fast...

I must get rid of all of my piercings (totally 7). *despair*
Actually, I already did it.



Let´s start from the beginning... Three weeks ago, I got a high body temperature and terrible headache, but despite it I went to school..
I just can´t afford to miss anything, everything we´re learning is important and I would be tailing away.
I somehow cured myself quickly with.. it´s called Paralen here.. just some medicine for the flu - because on the weekend I went to the Comics Salon 2007.

Then the ganglions on my neck (I hope it´s the right word for the thing I mean) swelled ... this last already for 2 weeks.. It DAMN hurts , and I´ve got a 2 cm raw *something* on both sides of my neck ...so I missed the school and went to the doctor today...

I was at various of them, and both of them said to me, I´m sick because of the piercings.

They said, my body didn´t accept the metal (Titanium and surgical steel) and this is a reaction.. and even, I could get there ("it´s still an open injury" - BULLSHIT >< I ´ve got it pretty healed up...) some bacteries and viruses during the piercing, despite the fact everything a (professional!) piercer used was sterilized..
I don´t believe this crap, because it´s almost 3 months I have it.
And the piercings in my ears were done even earlier...
"That doesn´t matter. It´s a backward reaction."
The´ve an idiotic explanation for everything ><
Health service in our country is really unadvanced.
It´s not just that, I´m complaining now because I´m pissed, It´s all the time like this.

One doctor (that one... who´s specialized on the neck, nose and ears.. XD you know what I mean? ..omg this language is a nightmare for me... my vocabulary is so small >< *shame on me*)
- he was totally rude, treated me like a dog..really. oO; ouch

He yelled at me.. "You must get rid of this ironmorgery of yours right away. You possibly could happen to pay for the examinations, because is useless to care about people who selfdamage themselves. It´s selfdamaging you know? It´s your fault then, that you´re sick.
In the western countries [meaning - western Europe and USA] they even would not treat you, because people like you are for them automatically suspected from beeing infected with AIDS. You would not be even able to donate blood. Only fifteen and look, what she´s done with herself.." and so on and so on..some bullshit...
Then he send me for the universal examinations of my blood... to see, if I don´t have jaundice, some viruses, and some things which could indicate HIV virus.... ><
He was really inhuman. Not only to me, even to my granny, who were with me. "You, tell your daugter, (my mother), to come here instead of you, I don´t need you to be here. And YOU (me), get rid of it. The next time I see you, you will come without that mass of metal."
I was about to show him my middle fingers, but instead of it I started to cry, I just couldn´t hold it.
"It´s not for crying, it´s for smashing your head on wall, because of your foolishness..."
I ran out from the consulting room and spent over 30 minutes crying on the toilet.. (my make-up got damaged and looked like Tatsurou´s and rest of the day I was scaring little children XD )

I was working hard more than whole damn year, even wasn´t going out with friends, in order to have time to draw - and get enough of the money to afford the piercings... Together it costs me over 58 € .

On Sunday (2nd Sep) I´m moving to the college..
I came to say bye already, ´cause this week I´m really busy.
With drawing, and a lot of diffenernt things which must be settled until my departure. *frustrated*

(It´s not a college exactly hmm.. but I couldn´t find the right equivalent word for it .. In Slovak it´s "internát". [I don´t see any sense by saying this to you, but just for fun XD ] - It´s a paid hostel for the students from far cities. But I´m not on a high school yet, so the word college doesn´t fit.
--and.. In my country we start at the school on 2nd XP -this year on 3rd because it´s Monday)

From 2nd I´ll be living in our capital city Bratislava.
I should be coming home almost every weekend.
I´m notifying you because I probably wouldn´t have there an acces to internet.
So I wouldn´t be answering on comments immediately and please, don´t spam my inbox too much ok? // no, you can, I´ll be only glad for your interest.
.. but XD I´m already afraid of the number of messages, when I´ll come home at weekends XDD
Even now I spend average one or two hours only with answering. @_@

The bad news - I will probably withdraw from the fourth one, because I just can´t catch it in time.

That man, who didn´t paid me for one portrait and said, he would give me my money on another week, he really PAID as he promised. Unbelievable .. Later than one week, but actually he paid !!

So I had enough of my hard earned money for the piercing.
And when that fella from a piercing studio called me, I almost got a heart attack as I said earlier. The delivery of a black spiral I requested took only week and half, no two, nor three as they said me in the studio.
So on the another day (18th July - Wednesday), I have it done
It didn´t hurt, but I still can´t eat and drink properly until I get used to it.

On Friday I went to the most expensive hairdresser in our town in hope he will FINALLY do my haircut well. For my surprise, he did it perfectly and it even wasn´t that expensive as I expected.

I just love these small enjoments. ^^


My mother thinks I´m a machine or what.
She brought me home a request for two another portraits until Monday. I feel really exhausted..
I still didn´t even start to work on those 6 portraits (A2 format), and another 2 smaller, I must finish until 30. August. So I´m really anxious wheter, rather, HOW I´m supposed to make it in time...
Even now I had not enough of sleep and already a BIG abhor against drawing.. this will be interesting X_x ~~
On top of that, my stereo withdrawed its duty >,< ( I depend on the music )
And yesterday my best friend departed to Serbia for two weeks .. aww boredom ..
At least, an acceptance for my request for accomodation in a college arriwed. ^^ So I´m no longer homeless

First, i didn´t receive my award for portrait [link] on time..
ha ha.. that guy said, that he would give me the money on the next week ( as if this is gonna happen ! ), so I´m missing 300SKK from 1300SKK (9€ from 38€.. In my town, there´s only one piercing studio - that´s why it´s so overcharged).
And second, yesterday I went to book in advance to that piercing studio.. and they don´t have a piercing I requested .. usually they have it, but now, RIGHT now, when I want one, they don´t have it. ... that must be purposedly!

I´m not that pissed, rather .. disappointed...
I must wait another two weeks, until they deliver it..
And then I would get a heart attack, when that fella from studio will call me that they delivered it.
He was weird XD scary XD ...

So now I can do nothing, but wait..

On top of that, tomorrow my kinsfolk from the other side of the country will arrive, so I would get kicked from my own room and have to sleep in hallway ! >< And they even will bring a small kid with them, aww that sux, I am dead!

Oh, yeah, I should finally start working on portraits I have been asked for.. It´s such a pain in the ass! Until the holiday ends I have to finish more than 6 portraits, and people still keeps requesting!
Ha, where am I, to work during vacation?
(6 from these portraits would be on A2 paper format, so i wouldn´t scann it and publish it.)
If it was a brigade it would be ok, but I cannot get one.

I have so much work to do, that I even don´t have time to go out with my friends ..
yeah, I have a lot of work, but I continue to slack in front of PC ..
