My family and I have visited a new church and it looks promising I guess. At some point one has to just "decide." My problem is that one of the ministers there is a woman. Don't even start with me. Church is not a democracy. We don't grant people equal rights there just because they have political and social rights. If I had ever met ONE truly spiritual woman minister in all my years, then I might relent. I've been Episcopalian for many years and I've seen quite a few female priests. They tend to be weird and off base theologically. But what do I do? We visited one conservative church that does not allow female ministers, but they were inviting folks to join the John Birch Society IN CHURCH.
We'll see. I guess we'll join this church but I'll be holding my tongue big time.

I want to express myself through prose. I have disjointed ideas but I don't know how to weave them together into a story. So, what I will post for now is samples of those disjointed ideas, which maybe someday, I will know how to use to at least write one short story.
