I've been so BUSY lately OTL
sorrie if it's like taking me ALSKJFALSKJDFAL days to reply messages @u@ It's just that it's finals week next week and I have lots of studying to do and on top of that I have 2 jobs currently @u@ I work at a book store but now i also work at a restaurant! :'D it's fun tho, but tiring OTL

but after next week, I'll have more time to work on stuff like gifts and stuff that I owe. Also for like my manga's and collab projects, I prolly won't be updating for another week OTL Oh and I'm also rebuilding a Japanese site @u@ Hopefully it'll be up and ready in a week *U*

I've been so sick for the past 3 days ;A;;;

like at first it was only a sore throat and stuffy nose but as the day progressed I started to have a slight breathing problem ;A;;; (I have asthma btw)and then by the time it was night omg i couldn't breath and so i couldn't sleep or eat or even go on the computer to check any of my messages. and the breathing problem progressed till morning so yesterday morning i went to the ER beacause of my breathing problem and by then, i could barely even walk ;____;

once i got to the ER, they gave me breathing treatments which they found out that i was extreeeeeeemly sensitive to or something and my heart rate rose dramatically (like to the point that it was definately unhealthy) D': and it wouldn't go back down for hours ;A;;; and so I had to stay over night at the hospital but they had to put me in the pediatric with all the little children because the hospital was crowded or something and they couldn't get a bed for me D:< omgggg it was weird being the only 19 year old in a place full of children mostly under 10 D:<

yup and I just got home from the hospital and I feel much better nao ;A;;;; but I hate getting sick. I hate my breathing problessss OTL

Gawd! I don't really rant on my journals much but I'm just so pissed off man. D<

I really hate it when ppl mess with my computer when I'm working on something! I was working on a simple animation for the past 2 days or so (btw I got my tablet stylus the other day :'D ) and I was working on it again this morning before I left for work. I had the file opened on 2 programs at the same time (sai and imageready) I saved like every couple of minutes for sai and for imageready, I only had that opened to test the animations so i didn't save there. before I left for work, I was half way done coloring, and when I returned from work, all the colors were gone! D:< I think my dad was messing with my computer and he wanted to close all the programs that I had up on the screen and he saved the unsaved imageready one (with no colors) and not save the sai one (colored) and now I have to do the colors all over again! ;A;;;; and let me tell you, coloring animations is NOT easy... D': *depressed*

Those stupid virus comments are really pissing me off! 0uO I think i can speak in behalf of my fellow artists when i say, in truth, artists don't like crits of their artwork!

Some artists bluntly tell others they don't like crits, but some, like me, say they're ok with it. To tell you the truth, it's not that they're ok with it, it's just that they want to know what they can improve on or to just get an opinion on what others think. In truth, we hate (of slightly dislike?) them. I mean it's totally fine for you to say your own artwork is flawed/ugly/piece-of-crap-material but its a whole other thing for someone else to say it. Art to the artist is like a parent to children or to a younger sibling. You can make fun at them and laugh at them or whatevers but when some random stranger says it, then you start to get all defensive. And then we'll be like "well what do you know about art, huh!??" lol Even if you only spent little amount of time on your artwork and think it's the crappiest thing you've every made, you take time to draw the damn thing so it still hurts a little to hear others think its ugly. Even I sometimes get a little defensive, even if the criticizer meant no harm. That's just the way we are. It can't be help. :'D We just cover up the hurt, and dismiss it.

...I don't even know where that came from. I just suddenly felt like tellin everyone how artists dislike crits. By all means, don't stop critiquing my art. I always have room for opinions on how to improve my art. :'D I guess what i'm trying to say is that even tho we say we're ok with crits, it can still hurt. Especially when they say it so matter-of-factly-I-know-better-than-you sorta way. Most artists already know their flaws and most critics emphasize on the flaw we already know of (I especially hate it when they think parts of my style is the flaw, when in fact, it was supposed to be intentional). Instead of pointing out whats wrong (so bluntly too) it would be nice to know how we can improve of the mood of the piece, or where good references can be found to help, or even what colors might have been better here or there. Those are the kinds of crits artists like to hear; not the kinds that list on and on about all of your flaws that you happen to already know.

Haha. Sorrie for the long, random journal guys (if anyone ever reads this...) :'D I was suddenly in the mood to confess some of my feelings

On a brighter note, I'm so bored lately, I've been reading lotsa books... which is sad cause i have nohin better to do with my time ): So anyways, if anyone's in need for a good book to read, i absolutely recommend 'The Gemma Doyle Trilogy'!! DDD: omg. I LOVED THIS SERIES! ;u;;; and the end made me cry TTATT so yeah... go read it. I also redommend you read 'A Certain Slant Of Light' by Laura Whitcomb. This book is so beautiful I was like drownin in tears when i finished this book! ;u; its a YA book but I don't recommend it if you get offended by sex scenes. I mean they're not overly descriptive or anything but some ppl really get offended... ): but I loved it ;u; It's a must read for any romance lovers~

So... I start college again next week....

I think we should all go on a riot or something and burn homework and start writing profanities on the chalk/white board while wearing paper bags over our head so they won't kno who we are. D':<

So yeah... I went to sixflags: magic moutain the other day. Haha sucha long drive (it was only about 3 hours)! We visited my dad's place first tho and spent the night there because he works near magic mountain! It's so... country-ish! So many fields (sorrie.. places with lots a fields=country for me! lol I grew up in the big cities all my life k!??)!! and i swear the air was cleaner there! :'D *tried to breath much of it* and sixflags was fun! BUT THEY CANCELED THE SUPER COOL BATMAN SHOW I WANTED TO WATCH!! Well actually, i got to watch half of it and then they had 'sudden technical difficulties' and they had to cancel! DDD: *cies* BUT IT WAS STILL SEXY COOL! *//u//* i didn't takes pics tho --no wait let me rephrase that.. I didn't take pics of myself! :'D I only took pics of EVERYONE ELSE!! but no pics for meeee~ *u* and I'm pretty sure you all don't give a diddly-skwat about me going places so yeah... Okay... this is really REALLY sad... I kno i was clumsy before but GOSH! You know how ppl warn clumsy ppl to 'not trip on your own feet'? Well, I was climbing down the stairs and I got to the bottom, and i tripped on my feet! And as if that wasn't enough, I tripped on my feet and one of my toe nails scrapped my heel, giving me a really deep cut! WTH? Uoooooo~!! I fanally gots the Nintendo Wii~!!!! I'm so happy~!! =w= I had to wake up early in the morning on sunday to get it, but it's all worth it!! *u* I love it already!! ;;

Lately I've been busy because I had to move. I dun like moving. ;; It's so tiring and troublesome... I didn't move very far from where I use to live, (like 5 mins away?) but it's still tiring! *sigh* But we're starting to get settled in and stuff. *u*

Hm... I read a really amazing book recently! *-* It's called Alex and the Ironic Gentleman. You sould all read it! It's so interesting!! =u= *can't wait till the author comes out with the next book* I love the main character, Alex! She's so cute and smart! *u* I recommend it to anyone who likes books like Harry Potter. =w=

Hey everyone! I am back! ... I think...

Let's see... what's new... Well, I bought a new computer! Which means I'll have more time to log on! Well, maybe... I'm getting pretty bored here lately. 0___o

Hmm... I bought a Nintendo DS about 3 or 4 weeks ago! I was so happy. I had a pretty pink one! But then last week, my baby sister spilled my bottle of ink all over it and broke. What are the odds!?? I swear, my sister lives to torture my. She's like my bad luck charm!! :C The ink also spilled all over my carpet, bed, and notebook which I draw the drafts of my mangas. And she knows she's gonna get in trouble whever she messes with my stuff because she locks the door on me when she's doing something wrong! Haha. But my mom bought me a new DS. It's not pink anymore though. ;; It's the blue one... Oh well. Anyways, I also bought LoZ: Phantom of the Hourglass, which I LOVE!!!!

It's amazing! lol. I think I need to draw some Link fanarts. *u*

Lolz. It's my marshmallow charas~! ;w; OMG! I actually started uploading this icon like 2 days ago, and it just now changed!! *A* dA is so weird lately... Oh well, no point complaining~! At least it's there now~! =w=

Let's see... what updates do i have in my life... Oh yeah. As my christmas gift to all of you, I'm making a short oneshot manga~! It'll have absolutely nothing to do with any of my other mangas. Just a short little christmas story. I'll prolly be hosting it on smackjeeves or something. I won't tell you the plot of the story yet but I can introduce you one of the charas:

Her name is Koyuki. She's very... 'down-to-earth' I guess you can say... She doesn't have a very cute personality so i dunno if you'll like her... Eww... I wish i didn't make her hair so annoying to draw! Why did i have to make it long and BLACK!??=w= lol. Oh well. I like the way it is.

I have all the pages sketched out, and comes out to appox. 40 pages~! @__@ I dunno if i can finish it all in time, but i'll try~! So keep a look out for that! ^^

C: My baby sis took her first 'shichigosan' pics the other day.

For those of you who don't know, 'Shichigosan' is a japanese holiday where children the age of 3, 5, and 7 dress up in their kimonos and go to a shrine where we pray for their good health and what not. I didn't really explain it all but that's what it is in general! It's usually held on nov. 15th but we had an appointment to get her picture taken early! haha, don't look at me! that's prolly the only pic you'll ever see of me! ;; lol. they forced me and my mom to be in the pic. I wasn't even dressed properly or anything... 0__o

Anyways, I also have a new puppy in our house! My dad's friend's dog had puppies which he couldn't keep so he gave one of them to us~! But we already have a dog (a dalmation)! The puppy is suppoedly a rotwiler/collie but he doesn't lookit...0__o My mom wanted to name him 'mayuge' meaning eyebrows in english But that's such a stupid name! >: So we just named him 'gonta' which is just a normal japanese dog name! ^^ Sorrie i dun have pics of him. i'm too lazy to take them. =w= haha, well that's the update on my life. sorrie so long...

So, south California is under MAJOR wildfire right now. It's all happening near my home so i might have to evacuate soon! ;-; I dun wanna~! But the fire is spreading quickly and all schools in the San Diego area have been closed down for the rest of the week! 0__o I hope it dies down soon. I've never done evacuations before!

I was really disappointed by the recent Gibli Film "Gedo Senki" ;w; i didn't really like it... Maybe because it was Goro Miyazaki's firs film but I still didn't really like it. Especially compared to the last few gibli films... ;w; This really makes me feel sad... Gibli Films are like God to me! this film let me down lots... ;w; *sigh...*

On a brighter note, I also watched "Sora wo Kakeru Shojo"... VERY nice movie!! I really like it!

The story was Great! the animation was beautiful, and the ending isn't so... so cliche~!

I also watched a another japanese film called Dororo (non-anime)~!! I LOVE this movie~!! Tsumabuki-kun is so cute~!!

It's another one of those 'youkai' movies (if you know what that is...). It's really good though! I hope there's a sequel to it cuz I really like it!

Haha, anyways, enough abaout movies, I'm getting bored talking about them... =___= Oh well... See you soon~!!

So anyways, wtf?? My brother recently brought home a rabbit cuz one of his friends asked him to take care of it or something... I swear, I've never seen a rabbit more UGLIER than this!! I mean how ugly can a rabbit really get?? It's fricken HUGE (like a turkey(?)!!) and it's eyes are like reddish/white (it's really creepy) and it's a white rabbit but it has one black spot on it's eye! It looks as if it was a bruise or something!! 0___o But oh well... It's fur is really soft... I have nothing against ugly animals (I owned and ugly cat (named Ugly) which I loved to death!! ;w; ), but seriously... this is the ugliest rabbit I've ever seen... ;w; poor thing... I feel sorrie for it...
