School's gonna start pretty soon, not looking forward to it. I have 3 books to read before start of term and I haven't even got through the first few chapters...why?! Why does Nineteen Eighty-Four have to be so...tedious? Bahh.

On a happier note, Monster's finally getting exciting, I'm on episode 33 with 41 episode to go. Whoot! I can't wait to see what happens...

I made some new year's resolutions too...but I doubt I'd keep them..sigh. Well, I'm off to enjoy the rest of my holidays.

I hate having so much to do in so little time...

Need to finish my art piece by Friday: finish art hmwrk in textbook by Thursday: finish calculus hmwrk + study for the test on Monday: prepare for my Psyc. sac on Thursday: find a weirdly-shaped glass bottle for VCD by Monday... and prepare for my English oral presentation.

We have to record a current affair stuffs on TV and analyze the persuasive techniques used to persuade us (which is stupid cos not everyone has VCRs). Hence, I came up with a couple of ideas:-

1) Don't do anything and fail it.
2) Not come to school for the days that I have English - (im such a pansy XDXD!!)
3) Try downloading the clips from their site-- failed.
4) Ask friends to record it for me-- didn't work out cos even if they did, I still won't be able to watch it
5)....ask my bro? -- SUCCESS! (I <3 him, LOL. He suggested that I use the teacher's laptop together with a projector and just show the video from the current affairs site) Why didn't I think of that?? It just shows how slow I am...heh

Thank God my family's fortunate enough to not have to suffer like those poor ppl in Laos D:

My back hurts from kneeling to use the computer all day… All well, it's a good experience once in a while; makes you appreciate the things you take for granted. Why I decided to go for ‘no furniture’? Hmmm, I guess I didn’t want to sacrifice something as vain as food cos that’s simple and easy; I don’t really mind if I starve for 40 hours, and no, I cannot sacrifice technology cos I have homework (curse art essays >.<~) to do. Plus, I wanted to sacrifice something that I cannot live without –furniture. No chairs = gloom.. lol

So far so good, I reckon I can hold out till tomorrow night…no mattress for the whole night…lalalaa…sleeping on the floor…lalalaa…no tables to work on…lalalaa…yeap, how bliss can this get? Oh wait, what about church? Stand at the back during the whole service?? =O What to do? I guess I’ll just have to sit on the benches then~~ *whistles innocently*

We’re going to Melb U’s open day tomorrow, should be fun. Might head to ACMI afterwards to go see Pixar’s exhibition (which I’m happy about) anddd I might also go to Melb. Central for the free-screening of the upcoming movie, Stardust. [link]

But lemme start from the very beginning, I was chatting to a friend of mine and I asked her about her display pic.

*content might not be accurate, but it's from what i can remember*

Me: Hey, who's that?
Friend: OH, FINALLY. (she wanted me to ask her about it, hence the reaction)
Me: ...?
Friend: Kanata Hongo, actor for the main character in PoT movie.
Me: PRINCE OF TENNIS!??!??!11
Me: O_O

*you see, i had no idea about any PoT movie so I was pretty big-eyed, lol*

'Neways, the conversation continued, mostly about Kanata Hongo. (which I admit is pretty VERY cute)

Wanting to find out more (about the movie), I googled it and watched the trailers etc [link] I was pretty hyped about it the instant my friend mentioned PoT movie, but after watching the trailer I was even more hyped.
Kanata Hongo was born to play Echizen. He fitted soooo well as Ryoma, he’s too adorable for a 16 year-old!! And most of the time he looks as iif he's about to cry...kawaii!! @.@ [link] and [link] He even sounds like Ryoma – tho without his girlish voice (of course) And like the fangirl I am I just had to download obtain the movie. XD!!!

The movie was okay…not that good, cos being a movie, the producers had to squeeze a dozen arcs into it. The balls were mostly CG and when they weren’t it was like watching noobs playing tennis; not that I’m a tennis expert or anything, but seriously. Meh. All the Seigaku casts were really well picked, Kanata Hongo (Echizen Ryoma), Yuu Shirota (Kunimitsu Tezuka), Hiroki Aiba – btw is <3 (Syuusuke Fuji),
Hiroki Suzuki (Syuuichiro Oishi), Masaki Kaji (Takeshi Momoshiro), Kousuke Kujirai (Kaoru Kaidoh), Osamu Adachi (Eiji Kikumaru) and Yoshikazu Kotani (Takashi Kawamura). Oh, and did I mention Hiroki Aiba as Syuusuke Fuji?? He’s my all time favourite character both in the live action movie and in the anime series. *stares dreamily* Hey! It’s rare for me to act like this, gimme a break. XD’’’ You know, when it was Fuji’s turn to play against Hyotei’s Jirou Akutagawa, I spent the whole match fan-screaming and squealing in my seat. His Hakugei was wow [link] But after that, I spent the rest of the movie harbouring bitterness towards the producers for making Fuji’s match so short!! I swear it was barely 2 minutes long!!! >.
Ryoma’s match against Hyotei's Egate Mcleod Higaki [link] was very…disappointing…? All Ryoma did was like copy other players’ moves [link] They made Ryoma look so unoriginal, buuu D;< But heh, Tezuka’s Tezuka-zone rocks!! Though his zero shiki drop shot was uhh…a tad bit weird, yeh…wow, I've rambled so much, yet I haven’t even started rambling on NANA.

NANA. Hmmmm, what is there to say…other than the fact that…KANATA HONGO PLAYS SHIN IN NANA 2!!!11 O_O he’s soooo cute! Love his hair~ [link] I’ve heard of NANA before and wasn’t really that interested. But now, cos of Hongo, I will fangirl over it too! LoLs. Whew, such a long post, but who cares, no one reads this anyway. Cheers.

Whew. after 3-4 weeks of rehearsal and what not, we finally got to present our play at church today, hoorah for that, lol
It was rather fun tho and stupid....we also gave out cookies that we made last week, hoped the mum's like them.

The kids were so cute when they sang! I wished i was a kid again...lol

Ahhhh english SAC on Thursday!!! nuuuuuu... I hate SACs, moreso I HATE ENGLISH!!! gah

OOO I got heroes 20-21~~ gonna go watch them.

oh yeh, got a few new animes that are interesting, especially Gigantic Formula; the graphics are fab, very sleek and nice. Theres also Reideen which is lame, cos they move like superrrrr slow....so i gave up dling it after the first episode. haih..I miss OURAN111!!! GO MAKE NEW EPISODES! haha, k, enough said.
