1. I will only post fanart or requests/commissions of certain characters. None of my original characters/stories/etc... will be posted online from here on in. If you did NOT see any of that stuff before, tough shit. (That being said, only close friends may see the OCs and whatnot.)

2. I will NOT post 18+ art to this webpage. Same goes for commissions/requests, those will be e-mailed, and if I see them posted elsewhere, I will discontinue that as well.

3. To get myself moving, I will post ONE sketch a week. No more, no less. I encourage anyone and EVERYONE to critique the work, as it is the only way I will get any better.

4. If you actually care about my life, you'll know my IM or texting info by now. That being said, you wanna know about me, you have to be a friend of mine. All other personal information will be kept private from here on forth. Anyone who does otherwise on this site is a fool looking for attention.

5. Anyone whining about how artistic nudity is "untasteful" or "sinful" or whatever will be blocked, booted, etc... Please keep stupid opinions to yourself. Keep any religious beliefs to yourself. Keep any PERSONAL BELIEFS TO YOURSELF. Doesn't matter if you're a member of the KKK, a neo-nazi enthusaist or a straight-up Christian... Keep your trash out of the internet. We will thank you for it.

6. Stupid comments will be deleted as I see them. Or at least hidden, as per DA. Please don't make me waste my time here.

7. Photos are not art, at least personal photos. That's what Facebook is for. If you know my name. Look for me there for any photos.

8. If I find any of my original characters/old drawings/old photos/anything I had originally drawn, created, etc... on your page. I will first, kindly request that you remove it and delete the file from your computer (even though I have no way of finding out whether or not you've done the latter). If this goes undone, or even if you go so far as to insult me, and THEN proceed to leave said images up, I will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law, so don't push me please. "Fair Use" does not apply to any of my material. Also, I do not premit fan art of my characters please. There is ONE exception to the rule, and you have to know me pretty well to find that out.

9. I will take a total of TWO (2) commissions at a time. I do have a life outside of drawing, and I do not draw for a living, nor do I expect to.

10. Requests are open if I do not have any commissions open at the time. If I receive a commission while I have a request(s) in progress, I will stop the requests to immediately work on the commissioned work. Requests are usually reserved for close friends. Oh yeah, the one-sketch a week rule... that also takes a nosedive when a commission is contracted.

I took a hiatus from Deviantart due to some personal problems, and deleted my work also due to personal reasons.

2. Why won't you tell me about XXXXX?
Again, personal reasons, and I probably don't know you well enough. If you know me that well, look on my facebook page for more information. If you STILL can't find the answers there, PM me and I may get around to telling you.

3. Why won't you post XXXXX to this site?
In the case of 18+ drawings, this website does not supply sufficient security against underage viewers.
In the case of my OC's (Original Characters), I plan to use these to start a few manga later in life. Hopefully I can get good enough to get such a thing published.

4. Do you do kiribans (pageview screenshots)?
Not anymore. Screenshots are too easy to edit, and if someone wanted to, they could claim them as necessary, and I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Sorry.

5. Will you have a table at XXXXX-Con?
No. I will adhere to this rule. Never will I ever obtain a table to sell anything at a convention. I go to those to have FUN.

Half of the payment will be requested in advance prior to starting work, and when the product is finished, a preview file (at 3/4 completion and watermarked) will be sent to you for review. When accepted the remainder of the payment will be expected before I send the finished (completed) file. A high quality print will also be mailed to you (if you supply me with a mailing address and $5US (no additional fees required for commissions over $20US)) I will retain the original copy for my own personal collection. This can be obtained as well, as determined on a case by case basis.
SOME commission prices are negotiable. None are free. Please do not patronize me.

Oh, and if the request is for a fanart for an original (not serialized (By serialized, I mean stuff like Naruto or One Piece)) character that does not belong to you, please have THAT person e-mail me AND DA Note me, saying it is okay to have their characters used in such a context. I will NOT start on the commission until this is done.

7. Why do you charge so much for commissions?
In the case of the 18+, if I have to draw it, I may as well get some good funding out of it. Otherwise, as I said, some prices are negotiable.

8. Why won't you accept my request/commission?
I either have too much on my plate right now, or I've filled my 1 Request/2 Commission quota, or maybe Godzilla could be striking somewhere near, I don't know... This technically SHOULDN'T be in my FAQ really, as I will most likely give you a reason in a reply.

9. Do you use XXXXX-website?
The only other web pages I frequent are Pojo (for my Yu-Gi-Oh cards) and Facebook (for my life updates). MySpace and Twitter are for losers. Deal with it.

10. I know you post stuff here... but do you have any other work you post?
My 18+ stuff can be found at another website. PM me if you want to know where. (I will need proof of some sort that you are at least 18) I have a YouTube account under the username Nekoyuki. RARELY will I post anything there though.
