Tomorrow I'm gonna go to Annecy, in France, where the biggest animationfestival in the world will take place! It'll be so much fun ^^
I'll go there all by myself, with the train, but overthere I'll see a couple of people who worked in the same animationstudio as my internship.

While they kept telling me for more than a year that I really couldn't get a traineeship at an animationstudio because my education is interactive mediadesigner and not animator.

I'm watching the Lion King 2. It has the most perfect animation in it ever. When they sing "Love will find a way", Kiara looks at Kovu with such intence love. I love that look, so much emotion. They did a great job on it.

In a few days I have to go to school again. To be honest, I'm looking forward to it. I like my holiday, but I do like my school too. Too bad I won't have a lot of school this year (I think it will be two weeks over all), because we need to work at a real company this year. But that's fun too, I guess ^^
Hopefully the second company I'll work for will be an animationstudio. I'm going to look for it myself. Hopefully it will work out fine!

Everywhere the museum makes posters etc. with butterflies and I thought I remembered that they had them, I think they took them away for the night because all the doors of the rooms where the plants were (and butterflies supposed to be) were kept open.

But I've been to loads of other museums and some bands that played that night, so I had a great time

I'm also going to a museum which has places where all sorts of butterflies are, I'm hoping to be able to make a few pictures of them ^^ But I don't know if my camera can do it, because of the climate there o.o
And I'm also going to the Theatermuseum for sure, they've got a lot of preformances about dancing ^^

I've got to finish the story I'm going to animate this week so I'll have the lines that need to be said in the animation done by, well, I hope tomorrow.. I'm worried about it though because I've got so much to do for tomorrow. I need to write a scenario, the script and a synopsis.
I've also got to make the storyboard for the animation, the cover for the cd and some drawings and posters. And I need to have a poem or a lyric for tomorrow, but I don't have to write that myself. I can just pick one from the Internet.

I just read I should have the voices tomorrow to but I'm not going to make it. I don't mind about that though, because I think no one already has stuff like that by tomorrow.
I do want to have my songs before tomorrow, so I can give an idea of the backgroundmusic in the animation.

So I'm going back to my work now..

For the ones who want to do voices in the animation, I'll send you the texts this week.

Next Tuesday I have my final presentation for school. Then I've got summerholidays and I hear if I can go to the next year in school.
I'm kind of nervous for the presentation, because I've got to do it for the teacher of the second grade and I've never done that before, only for my own studycoach.
I really need a job during the holidays XD I'm trying to find a nice one..

I'm trying to make an own character. I've been trying to make one for at least 6 months now, but it didn't work out that well untill now.
With an 'own character' I mean one that I use more than once for drawings (and maby later on comics or short animations, when I can make better animations and can think of stories -making up stories is the hardest part, I'm not good at that. Please help me if you feel like it T_T-).
But now I'm finally really making one. I'm still making sketches of him and trying to improve him. Yes, it's a he, which is funny because I normally don't draw males.
I hope he works out well and that I'm able to upload him overhere. I hope my scanner doesn't make him look all ugly when I scan the drawings.

I'll try to update this journal every once in a while, though, knowing myself, I probably won't.
