I've had a few people ask me to make tutorials on character design, but I'll be honest:

For me character design isn't entirely an artistic thing. It combines some of my stronger ideals with artistic taste.
This makes it sort of odd to just make "a tutorial" on how to do it, as there's a lot more to it than just the art.

I'll summarise the artistic part in short: Almost any good quality character design tutorial will most likely go into things
like silhouettes, body shape, how to stylize, unique faces/facial features. If you really desperately want information on that
it's out there, google and/or the search tool are your friend.

As the Summer's almost over I'm planning to finally start producing pages for the long-awaited reboot on my webcomic (found at www.neorice.com )

While I was gone the game I've been working on, Frogatto, got released on iphone etc;

for anyone interested in any info about it and the actual game, it can be downloaded at www.frogatto.com and is available for sale

Normally I wouldn't beg anyone for help out of pure pride, but I have to do something flash-related for school.

I have to make an educational "game" to help students understand how to work with the bunsen burners during chemistry.

Now I can easily deal with stuff like graphics/animations and have a basic understanding of flash, but don't quite have the knowledge to make
a full fledged game.

The game itself will be fairly simple and almost entirely drag/drop & button based in how it works, but I simply don't know how to get certain functions/commands to work without an expert around to point me the right way.

I'll have to semipardon for the lack of updates and stuff, as I kinda need to focus on school and what not, and most of the things I draw when I do find the time are related to the game I'm working on @ www.frogatto.com (it's getting better every day.)

In other news, I've been drawing/doing a lot lately, the problem is, everything I do is well ... smaller sprite work for my game, sprite sheets for enemy animations, tiles, items and all that kind of stuff.
