I like secret santas even if half the time you wind up working a long time on a picture to get nothing in return (not bad art I mean literally nothing, some people never do the shit) its the not knowing what you are going to get that makes it awesome. like one of those dollar store grab bags that say FOR GIRLS and end up having like playdoh and army men in it.

Hello fellas 8D long time no post to DA, cause I suck. Rest assured I have been drawing though, I just dont like anything enough to post it! anyway thats not what this journal is about! this journal is about how I need a quick commission or two, for some spare cash. Hey guys! I'm feeling so great today, so great I decided I want to hold a contest! Amongst other things but we'll get to that later on in the journal

First off, there will be two contests, both require you to be a bit creative! these contests are for everybody, whether you draw or not.
there WILL be prizes ofcourse :> and the judging will go unbiased, meaning if you are my friend dont expect me to automatically apoint you a winner, I dont find that fair at all!

The first contest: My pokemon trainer Iris is in bad need of an outfit, I admit I am VERY bad at outfit design, I tend to reuse the same stuff all the time.. so I need help from some more creative people!

hey guys, You know I'm normally never up at 9 AM and I think I'll go back to sleep after I write this but its something that has been bothering me for a while. I havent been drawing very much lately, and when I am its doing commissions or squeezing out art fanart. Mostly right now thats because I'm very very sick and have been a walking pile of heat radiating snot for a week, but another big part of it is I am interested by other things right now, thus the fanart.. and basically.. uninspired by a lot of my creations as of late. dont get me WRONG its not like I WANT to ignore my original characters, and my original stories and plotlines and things its just that I kind of am and I know a lot of people, including myself are all upset I havent been drawing my original stuff at all.
I HAVE been doing a lot of pokemon art, most of my RPs these days are pokemon centric, and everyone I know interested the fandom is really awesome *unless their name is wymsy* and I enjoy the game and collect merchandise so its hard not to be really into it. I draw a lot more, I'm just scared to post it in fear that I will ANNOY everyone with it, because I hear "God Nie you draw the same stuff all the time its really boring I wish you would draw some original stuff" Well you know what? Me drawing pokemon a lot is a lot like you drawing the same OC over and over again Dx
Its just what I happen to be into and its hard for me to control how much I guess..but again dont get me wrong, I'm not here to whine, or protect myself..I'm actua;;y looking for some suggestions. what do you guys think would be a good way to inspire me back into working with my OCs? at the very least I'd like to start paper fangs over again after I finish these commissions.
I have come to realize I draw a lot of usually what I rp the most.

I'm doing much better now. My father passed away on 3/12 and I miss him terribly; he was the best dad in the world. He was an amazing man, a great friend and as much as we fought, and I told him I didn't like him, it was only because I am a snotty retarded teenager who always wanted her way..
That being said always tell your family you love them because you'll never know when the last time you'll ever see them is going to be. Family and friends are a beautiful thing, and thanks so much for everyone who has had MY family in their thoughts or has given us gifts to help us get through this. Especially

HAY FELLAS Im back from MEGACON. I actually went, wowza. I only went friday and saturday though! I went with the ever awesome

and

per usual! We HARDLY any art this time cause the layout was wonky, and nobody really had much time, so instead we sat around and did our thang. Tori was in costume so I went around and grabbed pictures for her since she couldnt touch the camera (Bloody fingers) And We met

first. her and tori were both Hunters so I watched them dance at eachother. then we found a table.

and chilled. and then later in the evening we moved over to a wall where we found the really cool

but she couldnt stay long! At least we TOUCHED HEARTS. And then

found us and we doodled a bit! I totally butchered her characters ;_; eee but me, her, andrew and someee other girlll had a POKEMON BATTLE. a 4 way one, and I beat everyone *brushes off shoulders*
Then I took blackthorn, Misch and ky--kiske home with me and we slept (Not much)
Got up early saturday and went. this time we found

who let me have a wrist band to get in the dealers room WOW so awesome, and she drew me a volare so I doodled her blu<3 she was on her way to walmart so we didnt get tosee her long, but theres always metrocon. Not much went on the rest of the time but people watching was great ;_; Mom made me clean house sunday and it was lame and I saw nobody and I was sad.

Hi guys, I wanted to post this to apologize for my complete slowness and retardedness when its comming to trades and commissions, just recently my father crashed on his motorcycle and has been in the hospital. He just went through a 6 hour surgery yesterday and I havent been at home much because of this; doctors say depending on how his body heals he may or may not walk, but it's looking like he'll be able to make a full recovery, money will also be very tight now and everythings in a pickle :s
Megacon is probably off for me this year, which is a shame because I was excited for it, I'm hoping I'll still be able to go but if dad needs me here then I'll have to stay

Commissions are still open because I need them pretty badly (And I feel like a huge hypocrite for just whining about people who beg for donations in journals the other day. ugh)
but I'm going to be very slow for a while but I WILL get them all done. please try and understand :s

Hay guys! I've been cleaning up my room and stuff so I was wondering if any of you guys wanted see pictures of all my junk? I'm a junk collector! And by junk I mean toys and things.
I'l take pictures only if you guys wanna seeee~

Also the subject name of this is ART WALL, why? because I know some artists like to put print outs of all the art/ originals of all the fanart they get on their walls and I think this is a REALLY cool idea, but I don't want a bunch of holes in my walls really..does anyone have a good method for how I could do this without using a bunch of tacks? I know theres double sided tape but that stuff is so weak..

Went to DISNEY WORLD with my amigos =Ky--Kiske ~Meefs and ~DevilsSantuary (though heather split and went with my mom shortly after we got there.)
We took a group picture that I still haven't seen and I bet it is AWFUL. I wore the worst shirt ever
We had a lot of fun, we were cut off by a bunch of bitchy people, had old people insult us, got delicious pineapple ice cream, went on riideees, and I still cant feel my feet!
But the highlight of the day was meeting IRL SKYLER.
Thats right. In the line of splash mountain (A ride I absolutely detest, but was forced on. Straight drop rides make me die. I'm terribly afraid of them)I spotted this sort dude with fucking Skyler's exact hair style. I didn't think anyone could pull it off but he sure did. Me and =Ky--Kiske laughed about it for a while "HI SKYLER" and he'd just kind of look at us confused.

Later, after space mountain we found Skyler again. Sulking with his ipod. And he walked away from us.. Then Tori =Ky--Kiske composed him a wonderful song, and sang it every time he walked by from then on. BYEE BYEE SKYLERR

And then skyler walked by AGAIN. like he cloned himself..or had a time machine or something.

MY BIRTHDAY WAS SUPREMELY AWESOME. I got 3 birthday cakes, one of which was in the shape of metapod (Pokemon), made by the ever awesome ~Meefs and *Ky--Kiske then my mom made one, and I got one from the store and I must be at least 400 pounds heavier now.

I got some money from my mom, I got some clothes and a really awesome hoodie (Its a brownish colour on the outside, and orange on the inside) also some cargo shorts from Andrew, Tori got me CROGUNK from Pokemon (A toy..I don't like him much, she just got it because it made a hilarious noise when you squeezed its hand. We laughed a lot.) I also got this really hideous lollipop which we all joked was Skyler- because its grey and making a really awful face.

Uuuuhh then we sat around and drew awful things, like I drew DBZ/Ninja turtles cross over with the subject of teenage angst...do you know how hard it is to draw piercings on a turtle? I also watched Spaceballs for the first time.
And today I got really sick and so when I got home I puked and now I feel kind of better. I am sad the weekend is over, and also I am sleepy. CHEST HURTS sore sore sore. dunno why I got so ill.

Hey guys..does anyone else have this problem?
I have a younger sister who is about 13,and she keeps coming into my bedroom whenever I turn my back,and steals my drawings! It's terrible, because most of the time I don't notice when they go missing, or I think I've left them at a friends house.. Sometimes they are trades or even worse inked commissions that I NEED to get to people and they just end up going missing and I have to redraw them all together, wasting my time and making it harder on me, only for me to find the originals weeks later stashed in her room. And what she does with these pictures is she will either edit the pencil sketches into her characters, and ink them (badly) or she will just trace the inked and or coloured ones and make them into her own characters! and now shes been tracing my art for so long,even when she is not tracing her artwork is almost identical to mine. It's annoying because everyones like Oh your little sister is so talented and so unique, and I'm not doubting that I just think she is MORE unique when she's doing her own thing.
I scream at her, I have multiple times to not take my art, I've begged her because its all I love about myself and it's a huge passion of mine. I've worked for years to get in the direction I'm going, she hasn't worked at all.
Mom tells me I should just let her and be flattered and she'll eventually find her own thing, but It's hard to be flattered after so long, especially when people tell ME I shouldn't copy MY LITTLE SISTERS STYLE. I have no idea what she tells people about me, and I really wish she'd stop, she always swears she will stop but sure enough a week or two later I'll have a bunch of my art go missing again.
I've made a few commissioners VERY angry because of this.

Not only does she take my art style and trace my pictures, but her characters personality's and looks are almost all mirrored off of one of mine. It's obnoxious because I am very defensive about my creations and I get very mad when I even suspect they have been copied in anyway. I guess that makes me childish.

Any advice on what to do about this reoccurring theft in my own home? I'll lock my art up if it comes to that but I'd like to be able to trust my own sister, asking her nicely doesn't seem to help, and I hate to be mean to my sister.
Anyone else with similar problems?

Third in a row where the "Art trade party" had been going on from when we got there till we left (Except for sunday, due to lack of funds and or energy we all decided to go home and sleep)
I met some awesome people, and some people who's faces I wanted to kick in.
I saw a whole lot of weeaboos dressed up as alot of the same thing over and over, and I gave some love to the people in the hideous fursuits- they smell like wet carpet.
There was this awesome Link that sat next to us that only spoke in screams- it was pretty awesome

Anyway back to the art!
So per usual, *Ky--Kiske ~Meefs and Myself found a spot out in the open and put up our "Art trades" and "DRAW HERE" signs. Nothing for the first forever, then bounce over some conceded faggots- who left without even finishing what they started, then there was this girl who had a whole lot of characters that all looked the same, and every so often we'd meet an artist who thought they were teh best artist evurr, And quite a few who knocked what we do right to our faces, alot of people wanting to brag that had no reason to brag at all..- Now don't get me wrong, I don't like my art much but even more so I hate when people think they're the shit even if their art IS very good, it's obnoxious..Anyway those people stuck around and annoyed us for a while.

Somewhere during the time we left the keys in the trunk.

THEN CAME the AWESOME ~BlackThornRose and ~Militiawoman Black thorn drew me Nie and Hades, and Militia woman drew me Deimos and Phobos they stuck around with us for almost the entire time! We were rejoined by our buddy ~Licorice-chan from megacon and I also got a chance to draw with ~MsYuffie-chan and ~beastofbloodgaara all I know is I got alot more art, and most of it was of Demi and Toshio -as I failed to bring references with me. D:
we also met *SourTea again, BTW BLUE YOU LEFT YOUR SKETCHBOOK SO WE PICKED IT UP AND WE SAW ALL OF YOUR YIFF PICTURES. but no, really we have your sketchbook

The car lights were left on so the battery was dead and we were trapped with this scary drug guy in a japanese school girl uniform on the top floor of a parking garage, so we had this fat man with a stache come to the rescue to jump start us. The next day we ate dennys and got horribly ill and had the shits for days.

Uhh this is not in order at all.
Anyway the con was great, I look forward to more, even if they are anime cons and most people look at my art and go D: I still have fun making fun of them the second they turn their head- this ones going out to you, miyavi with the imploded eyeballs.

We chilled with this girl named Dave on the last day,as well as wade.

Last but not least I finally remembered the sweaty funk smelling catboy who walked up to us and hugged us all, and made a terrible purring noise while doing so as he released his stench,and took his leave.

Please guys..please please shower- please?
From now on I am bringing references for the sake of actually being prepared- I SWEAR. Art trades in person are so much easier.

There are now holes in my shoes from walking so much. and I had more starbucks in two days than I ever have in my life I think.

Just got back from JACON. OHGOD, my Third convention so far, and I have to say the most boring.. I had most fun making fun of people to their face :< That's so mean, but hell if they didn't deserve it. I would have killed for a "you are not Japanese" neon flashing sign. I even got asked "why are you even here" A few times.
Haha the highlights of the con were 1. Misa yung 2. Chubby 12 year old doing a leg kick and giving everyone a vag shot(I didn't actually see this but I sure laughed a lot) 3. leaving the con.

I just kid! It was fun, I met a lot of artists, I hope I can remember all of their DAs.

Anyway for a good 90% of the con I was with ~Meefs *Ky--Kiske ~Suguro and ~Tailswune I got alot of art trades and I commissioned some really amazing artist.

I've exciting news. Paper fangs is being worked on again, I've been sent notes from countless telling me they'd really love to see it get worked on,and I'm finally excited enough to start it back up. I've decided to start it over from the beginning though, so expect a new first page comming, The storys been rewritten and reworked a whole lot.

The website will be up soon! Hopefully my layout will come out as nice as I see it in my head.

Here I am, sitting in sixth period..Virtual company. I SHOULD be playing around with HTML and CSS but I'm on DeviantArt, like a retard. I pretty much hate this class, the only thing good about it is all this site building knowledge I've been gathering..meaning I'll be able to make sites to host my comics now Expect that soon actually.
Though freshmen constantly running up to me, whining because they dont know what a table is, or how to add images, It gets on my nerves..Justttt slightly.
Why havent I been on? Easy. Grounded, yet AGAIN. I hate to complain but I got grounded for taking a NAP. yes a NAP during the day. Though the time away from the computer has given me time to finish my trades and commisions/ requests..It annoys me that I have to scan them at home, import them onto a flash drive and then take them to school just to upload them. Ontop of doing alot of traditional work..I like working with markers but my traditional art is so..sloppy and obnoxiously shiney.

So I've been grounded FOREVER now. Been in a sour mood (per usual) Have been finding things every day that upset me more and more, have a bone to pick with a few people. Have a lot to do. Been doing trades from.. about 2 years ago? Yeah. doing them now is better than never, I suppose.
Trying to get some kind of consistency when I draw my characters. When you draw a character their hair part shouldn't flip sides depending on what way you draw them facing.. and they're ear size and eye shape shouldn't change either. consistency is a bitch but its a nice thing to have.

So how come everybody's characters on DA suddenly have jaundice?

My older sister ~DevilsSantuary moved back in with us and she and I had to go retrieve my grandpa's sketchbook from some mansion..okay, my grandfather didn't even draw, and he lived in a barn but thats not the point. But we get there and the doors lock, and so we're wandering around and theres all kind of fucked up shit that I can't remember, and there was this dead little girl with combusting eyeballs in the fridge and something to do with one of my moms co workers. Then I woke up and made a sandwich.
The only dreams I ever remember are the fucked up ones, like.. last week when I had a dream about having to cut off the heads of diseased kittens.
Also, been practicing trying to make my traditional art look not anime, but that is hard when you have a white gel pen.
I also just recently bought bracelets resembling Toad's from X-men: evolution, because I had 20 dollars, and I have no life. Oh man and I've actually been finishing my art trades for once.

I think I'm matured a lot when it comes to my characters, and characters in general. Just recently I kind of organized my gallery into folders, one of the folders was called my characters. You don't know how sad it was to see I hardly have ANYTHING in there, most of it is Nie. I have well over 60 characters, most of which have never even been mentioned on my Dev art. a lot of times you can find them on other peoples gallery's though, like Ghost, Candon, Flinch, Deimos and Phobos, Tar, Bez and Azure, Roach, Mak, V and Typo etc etc. So I've decided I'm going to draw a shit load of my characters who haven't gotten any love. And I'm going to revamp a lot of them, So be prepared to see some changes.
With that being said, I've desperately practiced drawing different body types, face types, hair styles and such lately. Because when I see all of my characters looking similar, it drives me fucking crazy.
SO SORRY ITS NOT FAN ART OH GOD. I actually like looking at original characters more than fan art, maybe theres just something wrong with me. I really envy some peoples ability's to create weird fucked up alien looking characters, monster characters and inhuman characters are always my favorites.

STORM HAWKS? Who loves it? I DO! I'm such a little geek! I've been trying like you guys don't even know to draw Stork. All the characters look the same except for him and Radar, Stork's paranoid, pessimistic and just..the highlight of the show for me, His design is so unique but so fucking hard to draw. If you haven't checked out the show yet, episodes are on youtube..come on, somebody has to geek out with me!

Whenever I can get a new job is when I can renew my sub.. until then this is going to be a challenge. I do commissions in exchange for them but I don't recommend you buying me one unless you can wait a while ;_; I try to do everyone in the order they paid. THEN comes art trades. I've done a lot of the sketches/line art but they're so outdated its painful. anyway! Just glad to be back

I really shouldn't be on DeviantArt right now, I really shouldn't. This is not my computer 8D;
As you can probably guess, Computer problems.. But not actually with the computer, Just the internet- wont turn on for anything. I've tried Reinstalling it multiple times. I cant reformat, because it is the only computer that the scanner/printer is installed on, that my photoshop is on, my tablet..Everything pretty much. I can still draw on it, meaning all of my trades and commissions are fine, completely fine. with my lack of internet, I've had ample time to work on everything. I'd just burn the files onto CD and upload them on another computer, but for some reason they wont transfer onto CD, and no other computers will run a floppy disk (ancient..I still use them) Meaning, if I did reformat the computer I would probably lose all my art/picture files. Many hours of work down the drain. I'm supposed to be saving my money, but I'm going to see if getting a flash drive will help so I can at least transfer my files onto DevArt. Anyway, I've been on AIM- usually after 8 PM since I have to take turns with my little sister, and I have my phone. But not on DA, and I cant check my messages (Well over 1000 Deviations) nor read any journals. Mom really doesn't want me using anything other than AIM on her laptop, since she uses it for work.
BUT Just thought I'd throw out there that I am not dead, I am still drawing..I apologies if I owe you things from ages ago, I'm trying to fix the computer without having to reformat. it'll be my last resort, but It'll kill me to do so :[

On another note? Beat Twilight princess. Oh my god amazing<3 about 150 hours of play time..confusing, confusing game time..Puzzles make my brain ouchy

Think about it. whats the most stereotypical 'bad job' in all those cartoons?
The unenthused kid standing around in a giant costume with kids climbing all over him, right? WELL. Guess what I'm going to be auditioning for on thursday! A character at Walt Disney world. Thaaats right, A big fucking fur suit in the florida heat. Why the hell not?
Actually it doesnt sound all that bad. Heat looked aside. Everyone who is a character you ask will tell you it gets hot in those things. And depending on the character, the masks can be extreamly heavy..
I think the hardest part is going to be all the body language..since I wont be able to talk- Meaning if someone pisses me off I cant be exactly say ANYTHING. However, this is all IF I get the job. a second choice of mine was attractions. But I was told Characters was hiring,and they hire at 16, and are well respected cast members at disney world. So I'm in luck.

I was working at a pet store, but since My sister was being treated horribly (Along with being called a cunt by her boss) she decided to quit, Meaning I decided to quit as well. Even though I love animals, Disney's going to have alot more perks. and it was about time I joined the rest of my family.. (Every single person in my family thus far has been employeed at disney, as it was the reason we moved to orlando florida in the first place. XDD We were tourists far too amazed by all the 'magic' )

Anyway! thats just a major update I thought I'd share. I REALLY need a job/money/to finish my commisions/ to take more commisions/ to not fall asleep in class.

WELL First off, the hell that is known as SCHOOL. Secondly? Once I take a nap, goodluck getting me awake. Third my scanner is a Complete ASS right now. and as some of you may or may not know, not every sketch I do is on the computer.. Infact, I draw alot in class. mainly boring stuff, or my half assed attempts at drawing my own hands in an hopes to maybe draw those things slightly decent.

DID actually make progress on alot of art that I owe however, I can now safely say I've atleast started EVERYTHING I owe. Then gifts and THEN personal artwork- I always set my priorities right, but then I procrastinate like nobody's business.

Happy exscuse to stay home from school day!
No honestly..It's September 11th. 2001, world trade centers. Sad stuff.

Theres a bunch of idiotic kids thinking it's funny to call up the schools and threaten to bomb them..Thats not smart to BEGIN with, but lets add a dunce cap by doing it on September 11th of all days. Way to get yourselves put in jail, kiddies.

I think it's really low..but more so really sad when people use artists names in the tags of thier artwork when its got nothing to do with the artist. I know a person who adds 'yaoi' and 'naruto' to every picture tag she ever uploads. Kinda pathetic, imho.

I've got hair bleach on my hands and it makes them burn sting and swell up. It's very unpleasent. Not from my own hair either, from bleaching my moms hair. Why? Because my mom seems to think its cool to have burnt orange skin and a bleach blonde mullet.

Speaking of mullets, everyone go laugh at my baby sister ~Medusachanxx cause mom just cut her hair into a mullet and she looks HILLARIOUS
