How's it going? Hope all is good. Anyway, I thought of something, since I'm trying so hard to make myself an avatar and I really suck at it. I thought of making a little contest. Here's what you have to do:

Yep, just as the title of this journal said, I am back. Although I have nothing to share with you guys right now, but hopefully will have something new sometime. Reason why I've been gone for like a year or more is, well.. loads of things, my life has taken a huge turn, had problems at home, at work that I almost quit, but I was convinced not to do it by a friend of mine since I might not find any other job. Plus loads of other things. Anyway, won't bother you with that anymore.

On the bright side, some good things been happening actually, I got my own studio in the basement and business is going good and I'm more into photography now than photo manipulations, so I'll be doing those photo manipulations from time to time. I wish I could share with you the photos I've taken but problem is none of my clients so far wanted their photos to be displayed anywhere. So just be patient then, will have something in the future.

Also I'm thinking of opening a new deviantart account, somewhere I put up my photography and my digital art together, under the new name of my studio. I feel since I'm back here, I'd want to start fresh and new. But I don't know, would require lots of work I guess.

Well, I have heaps of new messages, notes and stuff in my inbox, deviations alone are 14,190 and the messages are 2,369, journals are 40,352 not forgetting the favorites too which are LOADS so I definitely cannot keep up and respond to all those, I will try though. So thank you all so very much for the add, the comments you left in my devs and at the mainpage, for everything here. Thank you

I am so behind things now, I'm so uninspired, I didnt make anything in a long while and its making me go nuts and at the same time, I just can't make something when I'm just always in a block, huge block and even lots of stress around, also reason of my absense all this time is, I was in hospital cause I broke my toes, yes the toes. T-O-E-S. It fucking hurts. I cant imagine how someone feels when they get their leg or whole foot broken, it must be so fucking painful, its much MUCH worse than what I'm feeling. Still its bit blue now, it was all very blue and purple-ish.

Hmm apart of that everything is dull and sucks too, from work to home. I'm not happy anymore. I get away with playing WoW (World of Warcraft) keeps me busy from thinking about all those things, I feel like seriously quitting work, get something else better than where I am now, pays better too.

I am also WAY behind to replying all of the people who sent me comments or devwatched me.. and they are A LOT, around 1,000+, I don't think I will be able to respond to all of it, but I'll sure read it all & appreciate every feedback I got. So thank you, to every person who devwatched me, commented on a piece or journal, or added something to their favs, thank you very very much. I'm glad that you all liked it.

Well, its time for me to go now, I don't know what I'll be doing, playing, making something, watching TV or just sitting and thinking, I dont know. We'll see what happens in a while.

Photographic magazine selected some of my work to be published in their magazine.. and the magazine called last night asking for an interview for the next issue. A girl will call me to set up a date for the interview and wanted me to prepare for them any new work I did and they wanted a photo of me, They clearly said that they want a photo of me that shows ME, meaning if people saw my photo they'll say "oh yeah, she did that!" lol. I must really get a picture of me and work on it well I am over excited too but I guess it'll be great. Its only the start.

I am SO addicted to WoW (World of Warcraft) and I'm still at level 7! .... I'm taking too long just exploring around.. and stuff, well, I guess I have plenty of time, its not going anywhere, but I need to make it to level 10 or more by this weekend... now I shall go out for dinner and will continue to play later

Hello everyone,

About time for an update I guess... well there's nothing much really, everything is going slow with the business thing, we just paused it ya'know... I've been in and out of hospital all last week.. been very very tired but now I'm feeling better except with this VERY annoying headache, I feel my head will explode soon, I might be going to get a cat scan soon, if this headache doesn't go away by the end of this week. Sometimes I can't even sleep cause of it. Whenever I wanted to start working on something or even think of doing so, I get this mind blowing headache, pretty ironic sometimes.

Ahh well..... work is ok, kinda pretty sucky lately but thats work everywhere I guess.

I got myself a Flickr account [link] , pretty interesting, it will only contain random shots taken with my mobile, so don't expect anything artistic, even blurry shots can be found there. I've already uploaded shots taken from my Jordan trip, more shots will be added later tonight maybe or tomorrow.

I guess thats all.... and tomorrow is another day....................

I've been so lazy lately, but I'm getting out of it I guess. Guess what? I'm all sick again. Yes. AGAIN! I hate it so much, I'm going to the doctor to get me something that helps my immune system, mine is like ZERO, I get sick all the time, cold, flu, sore throat, you name it. Just like about two weeks ago I think, I had food poisioning and been hospitalized then I had ANOTHER food poisioning! and besides that, I also had hay fever. Now I also got allergy from the beautiful weather! I can't stand smoke, dust, perfumes, and such strong smells. I just start coughing and hardly breathe. As my best friend said, I better die then.

Anyway, apart of that, I need some help from you guys, I need help getting some lighting equipment, diffusers & reflectors. I'm making a project plan for a photography studio and currently I'm making up a list of all the equipment that is needed along with their prices and so on. I'd really could use some help in finding what is the best out there. So please please please if anyone is familiar with these things or has already got a studio, worked in one or something, then direct me to the right place, give me some tips or anything that'll help me with it, I'd appreciate it alot and thanks in advance.

Also, one of my prints got featured for "Mother's Day Prints Feature" I was surprised, I was browsing around and thought I'd check the news section which usually I never do unless something catches my eye but I did this time and I saw it. I'm fully back now. I got much MUCH better! Despite the runny nose that is still bothering me, I'm alright now. Anyways, just wanted to say hi to everyone and let you know whats been going on lately.

Well, regarding my "business" its almost ready, I'm waiting for the bank's response in order to get the bank account. I got a new account on deviantART that is going to be like a portfolio of the artworks that I design for others. The account isn't all ready yet, I need to subscribe first and to do that, I need to get my credit card and I'm waiting for it, could be around next week hopefully. And you might be wondering whats the name I picked for my little company, well its going to be called "Dusphoria" I wanted Dysphoria but since it isn't available on dA or even a .com domain, I thought of Dusphoria, its the Greek for Dysphoria meaning "distress or hard to bear" and it is available as a .com domain but I need my damn credit card to register it before its gone, so wish me luck.

And the most important thing left is writing a contract, something I'll use to with clients to assure my rights, ya'know the copyright, payment and all, but I definitly need help with that, so if you guys can help me, I'd appreciate it. Or if you can link me to some examples of contracts that'll help me in writing my own, I'd be gratefull. I'd want to write something plain and simple, no big legal words that confuses client and more so confuses me, something very simple and to the point.

Remember the last exhibition? I had a board member from the committee there wanting to buy a couple of my photographs and use them in a campaign, and remember the lady that I told her right into her face "You're exhibition sucks"? (if I didn't tell you about this funny moment, remind me so I can mention it in my next journal, it was fun! ) Anyway she was the manager of it all, the head of the committe and guess what? They no longer want to buy from me, simply because I was too honest and direct to their faces telling them what I don't like about their work. Ironic.

Also I'm thinking of making some music video more and more lately, actually its a song by Hungry Lucy called "High Price Of Mistakes" I'm loving it more and more and its tempting me so much to shoot something for this song. So this is going to be in my mind for a while, prepairing for it, see if there is any locations and see if there is any models, we'll see if I had the oppertunity to do it finally. Its not really easy to just do it, or else I would've but we'll see.

about time for an update of what happened in the exhibition. Well, honestly it was the first & last time, I'm going to participate with Loyac, the management sucked! We're professionals and should be treated like ones, but they didn't, they promised us a multimedia projector and then they didn't give us one, me and my best friend had a fight with them the day before, because not only the projector wasn't available for us, even the space that we agreed on was changed! They gave us a much smaller space.. not what we agreed and signed on, I was packing my things the day before to just quit it, but my other friend calmed us both down and said we can give it a try and it will be the last, and sure it is THE LAST EVER with Loyac. Cheating bastards. I had to buy my own projector for the 4 of us and I bought a bigger screen than what they provided for us. They were shocked actually that day to see our projector.

The exhibition went fine, the works displayed were crap honestly, except for a couple of people that I liked their works, for example my fellow participant ~naseerov (I haven't mentioned this to you in the exhibition but I'll say it here now) I loved your display, you did great job and I loved your Harry Potter drawing also the drawn version of you on the display. It was really a good idea

Well, we laughed so much, we had fun in our own way, me, my best friend and couple of other friends who are with us. It was crazy 3 days, I had a pretty good feedback from people, I didn't expect it at all, I got some offers, I got interviewed with 3 magazines, my work will be published in Photo-graphic magazine, the next issue, then the issue after will have the exclusive interview with me, and the one after will have an interview of my friend about cinema. Also there is a recorded interview with me that will be published soon on an internet streaming radio called Deera Radio. Loyac wants to buy 3 of my works for some sort of advertising but I'm thinking of not selling them anything. Oh and that cheap jerk, there was a guy next to our section, he was right near the entrance, he had some so called "designs" and guess what? There was a STOLEN design and he claimed that he did it. Lets see what happened there, the picture was of an eye drawn in fire and flames coming out on a black background, I had it in my phone, I went to his section, kept looking at the picture and at the original in my phone, and I asked him, how did you do that design? he simply said, I added the flames, I draw the logo and I made it look orange! I was SO going to laugh and I giggled too, I told him "no you didnt, you only added a filter to the original image and added that detergent-like shape on the four corners" he was shocked... then I said "what if I tell that this image is on an artist site that I know? do you have a web site?" he didn't know what to say, he just shoke his head "no, i dont" and I said "very well, you didn't do anything and this isn't yours" and I walked away. I hate liars. I hate rippers!

Oh well, I think that is all. If I remember anything from it I will update this, so far I guess thats all. It was really 3 crazy nights, I won't forget all the fight we had with the management and the laughter at them too.

Edit: Oh and I just remembered, my brand new camera has arrived finally!! I got a Canon 1Ds Mark-II! I'm going to pick it up this evening with my lenses too. I can't wait till I use it.</sup>

^{Hello, how's everyone? Guess about time for some updates and for you to know the good news - still is shitty at home - but these things made me feel little bit better. So the good news are as follows:}

I will be participating with my digital art & photograophy in an exhibition on March 13th, 14th & 15th - (cReative '06 - Loyac, Kuwait).

I got an offer to do a local movie poster.

Another offer to work on a movie as a production designer.

Some well known director is willing to work with me as =angelheartn knows but nothing is certain about this at all. So whatever about this one.

I'm opening my own business very soon. Next week I'll be checking with my bank for the payment methods and so on.

Hmmm... I think thats about it for the good news so far. As for the things that I MUST finish within the next couple weeks or less are:

Most important thing is formating my PC because its totally fucked up and I need to work on some stuff real soon..

Making a demo reel for the exhibition. I'll be trying my best for this, if its not finished in time, then it will be placed on my web site instead, ya'know as a calling card thingy for my new business.

Finish the photomanips that I'm working on.

I have to go and get my stuff printed soon, before its too late.

Do the laundry that I forgot to do.

Hmmmm.... and I guess thats it for now... apart of that, I hope everyone's doing great and thank you to all the recent devwatches, and who sent in comments, notes & so on. All appreciated.

<sup>I just really wish my life was different. It is different. Ever since mum died couple months ago, its all shitty and I mean at home. Seriously mum's death just really cleared out so many MANY things. We got to know who is our friend and who is not. Who was pretending to be our friend and in fact are our worest enemy. And sadly that enemy is from our own flesh & blood. And at the end of all the struggle, problems, fights we went through ever since mum died. The only true friends to us are only two that my mum loved so much. These two are our friends and family, whats left for us. The rest, they just hate us. I still can't figure out WHY they hate us, WHY they hated mum? Mum been always good to people, strangers or family, everybody was the same to her, why do you hate her that much? Its just so confusing. I hate them. Really I do. Everybody just changed. Each one of them is trying to control us, control the way we live, its like we are kids and we don't know how to go out and have fun, its like we were in prison and now they're telling us to go and be free and do whatever we like. Its bullshit. And its crazy, its crazy at home. Thanks to them I changed also, mum's death did change me alot and now they are changing me, but in return I'm becoming something that they hate, yet I'm happy with that because that way, I'm defending myself and my home and never letting them take control of anything about us, besides, I'm taking more control into my life. So to that, I'd say thank you for making who I am today. Someone I didn't want to be, but I have to be that person so I won't get hurt from you people.

To hell with them and everyone else, thats it from today. Screw them, Screw the world. I won't care about any of them, except my family and my close friends.

I had to let that out, or else I'd explode. Its too much. I'm all sick but I'm getting better now, I've been sick for over two weeks now and really bored of it. It was bad, coughing blood and all but now its much better. Apart of that I still need to go see a doctor sometime, both my hands are shaking too much sometimes, I feel the muscles in my arm hurt abit and its making them shake too much, the other day at work I couldn't write with the pen and when I did, my handwritting is so bad. It stops shaking sometimes when I simply don't do anything, but when I try to hold something it starts shaking again. Weird. Anyway, I better get going, I'll just look around here then maybe read or watch something and go to sleep since tomorrow I'm going to the cemetery to visit mum.

Hello all
First, thank you for your support and comments in the previous journal. I appreciate every comment made there, even though I didn't reply you guys but I just don't know what to say. I don't even want to think about it, I'm ok and going on with my life so far. Anyway, I hope you're all fine and doing great.

I just got myself a print account. So some of the stuff in my gallery will be submitted as prints soon, sorry if you keep seeing the same deviation popping up in your devwatches. I'm also working on something new, actually 2 new photomanips. Besides that I may be entering an exhibition in December, I'm just waiting for some info and an approval too.

I'm thinking of having my own blog, I might leave this journal to be just for quick updates (no details) about my life and more updates of prints, or anything related to my gallery and the deviations or even art in general. I'm not sure yet.
