Here I am.

It's been over a year since I've joined dA now, and I can honestly say it's been a wild ride. I've found some amazing photos, drawings and other art as well as some amazing artists!

I would never have made it here had it not been for my bro

Both are amazing artists, one has a passion for black and white square photos while the other has magical traveling shoes

I also want to thank everyone that has ever viewed my page, my art, faved or commented my art or watched me. I wouldn't be where I am without you, I just want to say thanks to everyone, I do appreciate it. Even if I don't get to reply to every comment or fave, I'm there and I notice it.

Well it's been almost 5 month since my last real journal so I kinda felt the urge to write a new one with Christmas and the new year coming soon!

Even though this year's X-mas feel is nonexisting, which isn't surprising seeing how the weather outside is as if it was May!

I've learned that sophmore year of High School is waaay harder than freshman year the harder way. I've also seen that the amount I spent studying last year, just doesn't cut it now. So one of my new year's resolutions is that I will study more and get my grade point average higher than ever!

Yaay!

It has been a while since I've taken new photos. Like A while. We could blame that on either my camera being picky about it's batteries or my lack of inspiration. I'm thinking that the latter is more likely. Well I did take some new ones in Vienna, but that's on a camera that's in Belgrade now, so I won't get them before January!

I would also like to thank everyone who has faved my work, I really appreciate it, even though I can't always write a thank you message, know I appreciate every watch, fave and comment a lot! I have to thank everyone who has visited my page ever and helped it reach 5,211 paigeviews, just back in April I barerly had 1100 pageviews and now this! Really, wow, I know it may not be much to most people, but it's a lot to me, so once again, thanks!

A special thanks goes to my brother

and his girlfriend, and my friend

for introducing dA to me, and really helping me out.

I appreciate it.

This has been a year of a few firsts, and a few lasts (hehe

hopefully

), but all in all it was a great year, and like every year it had it's ups and it's downs and it's disappointments, but that's just life for ya'll. I know 2009 will be a great year so I'm really looking foward to it.

That wraps up my first special limited christmas edition of a dA journal! Nope, no features this time around, will probably do them next week. Yes, really, next week!

Almost a month has passed since my last journal, and well a lot has happened. I have posted all of my Tunisian photography as well as some other new photography and my first ever successful comic âThe Blind Knightâ!

So hooray for that!

Well, actually my traveling shoes are Superstar Adidas soâ¦

Iâm going to Paris in a week. I canât wait, and well obviously, Iâll be absent from DA during that period, but, I hope that Iâll get some great great great photography out of it! As everyone knows, Paris makes everyone extra artsy!

Unfortunately as soon as I get back from Paris, France school starts, so thatâs majorly sucky, but oh well!

Inspired by my upcoming trip this weekâs features will be Paris themed, also thanks to my brothers

...But Iâm glad I came.

Yes, yes, yes... I know! Iâve been majorly absent from DA for the last two months. I guess that was caused by multiple things, so of which were school, other duties, holiday and well friends... I also felt kinda uninspired for some time. But I guess thatâs passed now, and as the Britney Spears song says, Iâm here now.

In the course of the next couple days, I will post new photography, and some of my newest drawings, this time inspired by âTwin Peaksâ (by the plural used in ânewestâ, I mean 2 drawings

Haha). My new photography will feature the beautiful land of Tunisia, and all of itâs charms.

Today, Iâm featuring my fave pictures, and just simply, awesome pictures of things that I personally like.

I guess itâs that time of the month again! Gather around the villagers, towns people, upper east siders, all the fraternities and sororitites from the colleges and all the others! Now that weâre all gathered, Le Zhurnal (Journal) can officialy begin!

Fun fact #1: This is the first normal journal after my first one from two weeks ago!

Like every year Eurovision

came and went. Leaving an empty feeling inside all of us. The song that won, was bad and Greece should have won by a landslide, but oh well!

Fun fact #2: If you live in Serbia, you can easily send a song to Eurovision, just follow this simple formula:

Violin background music + ethnic words (ex. Name of the rivers, national holidays...etc) â quality = Serbiaâs Eurovision entry

Ah yes... That time of the year has come, the one everyone who watches any show, fears the most, but also really looks foward. Itâs the May sweeps, the time when all our fave shows end their respected seasons! This seasonâs finales, were dissapointing to say the least, none of them fufiled my epectations (unlike last yearâs finales). Ugly Betty, Smallville

, Desperate Housewives... all had less than stellar finales, with the Ugly Betty one being the worst out of the bunch!

...I guess I'll have to actually study now...

In honor of the recent Eurovision contest that was held in BG, and the fact I just returned from Belgrade two days ago, this weeks features theme is âBelgradeâ. Yaay! Admit youâre happy! ...Why isnât everyone smiling and laughing? Well, after these news you will!

This theme will be separated into two parts! So the theme of my next weeks journal will be âBelgradeâ as well, seeing how I have discovered many awsome pictures, worth featuring!

Ooh! Well lookie here, if it isn't a new journal! Now I know my journals are posted every Tuesday (In the memory of the late great shows "Veronica Mars" and "Gilmore girls"), but this week has been so so busy for me, this is the first time I managed to write it!

First off I want to thank

for suggesting my photo "The Catwalk" and

for accepting and featuring it as a DD.

I am ever so grateful and so thankful to every single person that has given me a view and/or a fave and/or a watch! I can't begin to describe how much I appreciate that!

As you see, I have tried and replied and thanked for the faves, watch's and etc. but it seems that just when I need DA to work properly the most, it has turned it's back on me! First, it wouldn't post my comments, then today it wouldn't even open the page properly!

Thankfully, I have managed to get it semi-working now and am able to post this (new) journal entry.

I want everyone to know I will try with my best best effort to thank everyone and check everyone's galleries out, but that will take some time xD Haha so all I want you to know is to be patient

I just want to thnak everyone, because I really really dislike when someone gives a fave and doesn't even get a thanks in return!

As you have seen the previous week, I have said that I will feature new 15 photos every week, however due to me being unprepared to get a DD and not being able to gather enough photos, or to be honest, a theme for the features, I have to say I won't be featuring any pictures this week (except for the monthly deviant feature). I am really really sorry, however I will feature 30 photos next week, I am yet to decide whether I will seperate the 30 photos into two themes or will it be all 30 from one theme, I will announce it.

I hope you understand!

First off, Iâd like to thank the wonderful

for even making it possible for me to even make this journal, and my amazing brother and favorite photographer

So letâs get to bussiness, I have decided that I will feature the 15 best photos (I can find

) from a theme I choose. The entire point of my features, is, to discover less known and less popular talent, so I will try and find as many undiscovered but great photographers and hope that they will become more known.
