I saw his video on Youtube, and honestly I couldn't stop rewinding it and crying. How amazing is it, to be alive in a time in America, a country built on the backs of black slaves, when a black man might be elected president? I'm black on my mother's side, and she told me how my stepdad would attend white schools during segregational times and be yelled at and insulted by the white community, that one hateful word spat at him everyday. I myself am multi-racial, which was considered biologically defective, a living sin. I'm grateful to live in a time when I can hold hands with a black boy, hug a Hispanic girl, talk to an Asian friend, and hold a white baby with no angry eyes to turn upon me. I've heard this is the most colorblind generation to exist, and that in itself is beautiful. How amazing is it, that kid's cartoons are anti-racist? Imagine what the world will be like in the hands of this young generation, with no racial discrimination, religious extremism, or superiority issues to blind them.

As for the other classes I'm not poop at, I got high marks, though not as high as I'd have liked. 5 points in each class were required to pass the semester, and I averaged about 12 points each.^^

Anyway, female addition to my sibling line was born at some point last week, breaking my dad's chain of aries kids.(She's a tauros) Huge age gap beteween she and I, 15 years.
I don't know her name yet. I hope it's something unique, something she'll be proud of. I sorta wanted another little bro, cuz we would've named him Montgomery, Monty for short.<3

Valentines day is drawing nearer. The commercials really go all out to make you feel like the cold and lonely bastard you are don't they. It's odd, tht a day that commerates a massacre could become an overly commertionalized waste of time, forcing people to buy cheap displays of love for others. And spur single people to fling themselves at the next person they see, just to avoid the ostracism of being alone on "the most romantic day in the year".

I was old, freakishly tall, and pale.I also had a kid.The hell?!!).A little boy with blond hair and blue eyes....which scares me, cuz I have black hair and brown eyes.( And I was married to this guy, so small and frail and sickly that I literally picked him up and carried him over my shoulder later on in the dream...
I was rollerskating past a chinese meat shop, and I noticed human parts in the display window. Then the sky was falling apart, the ground was devoured by flames, and I was running...carrying my apparent son and husband...
Then the dream changed..and I was a penguin...and all the other penguins were swimming, and then these sharks came, and there was blood and carnage everywhere...and...then I woke up.


I have no idea what the dream meant, but the idea of death and murder and destruction....as evidenced in the Revelations part of the bible..it terrifies me to no end.I woke up tired and jumpy.



Ignoring that....

I got Pokemon Ranger today(using two target giftcards). It's so weird.I love it though.I was playing, and the other ranger and me were trying to break up a fight between a houndoom and a plusle, and he took the houndoom and left me with a stupid, annoyingly cute, useless little plusle.>/

In other news, only one week til winter break! Unfortunately, it's full of midterms. Fortunately, it's one of the the three times of the schoolyear that I can bring in my electronic stuff to class. Me and are gonna pokemon battle.

My dad's been dropping hints that he's bought me an iPod or a Zune...I hope it's not something I won't be able to use, like my cellphone(never remember to charge it) or digital camera( memory card sucks)or (gasp) jewelry, colthes, bath gels. What I'd REALLY like is a nice new set of prismacolor color pencils, a few putty erasers, and a variety of differents sized inking pens.

This year's just been filled with death. At around 3pm on January 1st, 2007,one of my family members was killed by a stray bullet.This year started with a death, man.
