We tried to get prints printed, but the clerk said her usb stick had a virus 8'D.....so we had to go back later....... I remember her going through the photos, and then....LOL the intense BL pictures XDDDD.......

Everything was so busy!! I never expected to try and make 7 sets of cat ears and tails~ but it was fun.... especially the tofu and tofu lawn set YEAH

Once we got to the hotel...I ended up staying behind, since I was the only one in the group unable to get into the AA XDDD... *fail* All in all, the experience was quite wonderful. I got to meet a lot of people; shared a room with *bluefeathers, ~Okashiimono, and *NuX along with two others, and met ~ciev randomly 8D I bought so many prints, too... I'm pretty sure I bought keychains from *MelloLover and I also got prints from =ProdigyBombay, ~frankhong, *yanimator, *nayuki-chan, ~hakumo, *ramy, ~Lokklyn and a ton of others omg 8'D There were just so many amazing artists....

I liked the part where we made a lot of the guys wear cat ears, like ~ciev and ~Okashiimono. It's too bad my photos of them didn't turn out XD

I really didn't like the halfnaked underwear man cosplaying the guy from the Trident Splash commercial.

And how I was the only one to see him.

I really didn't have a lot to write about there.
So, uhh, I've decided I hate those wiener dogs? Yeah.
My cousin and his girlfriend went to the beach on Saturday and left their $400 dog with my mom, so after the first part of my shift, when I got home, she was there. My mom went to do laundry and told me that the dog, Lucy, was just sitting outside.
Logically, I asked if she was tied to anything. My mom said she'd wrapped the leash around the chair leg.

..ooh, plastic chair.

I had to sprint out the door, hop a fence, chase the dog down the gravel/glass path behind my house, down a sidewalk and through some roads -- barefoot -- before some girls slowed down and looked at me weird. I screamed for them to help me, before one got out and the other U-turned.
...
So, we're all running down the road, watching cars and trucks stop at odd angles on the street before the drivers jump out and try to grab this tiny bullet of a dog, only to miss and get back in. Eventually, the friend came back with Lucy, and offered me a ride home (since we were rather far away)
After pulling the stupid little dog out of the car, I went back in after thanking the strangers, only to find my mom completely oblivious to what had happened.

And now I fear needing a tetanus shot because of my feet. There's a bunch of crap stuck in them, and chunks of my skin are missing 8'D

My cousin doesn't even know what happened, wtf.

Damn dog.

I went to an Italian opera last night. I disliked the distance between the subtitles screen and the actual performance.. the orchestra pit was cool, though. I love being in theatres-they make you feel so small, and just the entire amount of space and people is so overwhelming; in a good way, for me, at least.

I'm just weird.

I'm so happy that I'm almost done school, too. My grades...are slipping. Ack. I can't help it-everyone at work is deciding to quit, and there's barely anyone left. I mean, I heard that on Monday our new head manager came into the store, threw the keys down and walked out! Not only that, one of our workers on the Taco Bell line up and walked, claiming she was having an asthma attack when she was just fine. Wednesday night, though.. ugh. Why did I have to be working?
Everything was going great-one of the 'fun' managers was working that night (not that many are even left), I wasn't working with anyone I didn't like (except the cook liked to pick fights with me for fun-jerk<3) and despite there only being one headset, things were going well.

Until the screens broke.

Yes, that was very enjoyable.

So, we had to take receipts back to our Taco Bell line so she could make our orders, since the previous orders from about 5 hours earlier wouldn't get off the screen she was so used to looking at. So. After remaking the screen orders 3 times, she caught on to the receipt idea, while I dealt with angry people getting out of their cars and banging on the window for their food.

I hate when they get out of their cars.

Anyways; sometime later, things were going fine, until all of a sudden, our manager demands to know where the keys are, notices them on the counter, cusses really loudly, and just leaves.

Went out the door.

Drove off.

Gone.

..yeah, we all kind of stood around for a few minutes...
Not only that, the girl up front had a screen full of orders, and when I went to help her, I noticed, 'Hey, where's the taco bell lady?' Now, she's sort of older, but she's pretty nice. Anyways, I couldn't be bothered to find her, so I crash-coursed the training for Taco Bell and made all the orders for her.

Some half hour after our manager walked out, our other manager (whom we all love-a 7-year-old living in a 23-year-old's body? very fun) walked in, and I swear to God I was shaking with fear. He was so pissed off, it's indescribable. The first thing he said when the Taco Bell woman came out of the staff room was, "Have you been drinking." It wasn't even a question.
Now, we've all sort of had an idea that she drank on the job, but.. wow. She was plastered. I've never experienced working so closely to an alcoholic before. She began cussing about how she came in on her day off to cover this other girl, and then stormed out. Our manager yelled across lobby that she was fired.

She fingered him.

A little girl cried, and I felt sick.

The two other customer service girls and I huddled together, trying to stay together, while the cook in the back just laughed maniacally, before threatening us to not leave (not that we were planning on it). So, for the next 2 hours before closing, I had to handle Taco Bell orders (with my amateur skills) as well as drive thru..... when people bitched, I just said, "I'm so sorry; we've had our manager and our taco bell service employee walk out, so I have to do everything for drive thru." and they just replied, "Oh dear, you poor thing. Take your time, go on now!"

..okay, well, not all of them said that, but one or two said something very similar.

Anyways, one of the girls cleaned up front really fast, and while I handled money, taking and filling orders on drive thru, the third one cleaned behind the counter, which was technically my job. But. Hey. I can't do six things at once, sorry.

We were so stressed. The cook just yelled really loud at one point after we had closed, just because he could. We'd managed to get our drive thru cleanup done before we were closed, so then we just dumped everything on the Taco Bell line and tore it apart. Somehow, we managed to get everything done in less time than it would've taken had all the proper staff been there, doing their assigned jobs.

Yep, we're that amazing.

So, uhh. I've realized that my attention is not focused on much of anything of importance lately. For one, it completely slipped my mind that I was rewriting a provincial today, even though I only found this passing Wednesday, but still. Hopefully I'll be upping my average...I won't even bother sharing it, srsly. XD

Another thing, is that we're switching managers at our work for some from downtown, and omg. O_O I've 3 shifts next week, but... they're all.. long; Like, for instance, on Monday and Wednesday, they have me scheduled 16:30-22:30 when I get home at 15:30.. forces me to miss this mass rehearsal after school on Wednesday haha. My instructor is going to be so pissed at me, because I've missed quite a few sessions... Then again, I'm not attending tomorrow of my own accord (although my mom is seriously ill and I'd rather stay home should something happen).. But at least I get my Friday off, to be followed with a 16:30-23:30 Saturday LOL omg..... I can't close DT well.

...oh, my. When I've been gone this long, there are simply too many things to try and remember. Hmn.
Well, for starters, I'm not so sure about attending university after I graduate. I know what I'd like to go into, but it's getting there where things get foggy. For the longest time, I'd decided that I'd get into languages, yet I didn't know what I would do with that, nor which degree to go after (not that I know now, anyways.) After some time, I came to the decision that I'd like to teach English as a second language. However, I've been told that I'm not required to attend a post-secondary institution in order to start my career, but when I turn around, I hear that I am. I'll talk to my counselor about it, though it would be interesting if anyone else knew something about this. oAo
Surprisingly enough.. I've been really slack in my classes. And that's not saying that they're easing; that's my way of saying I sit there and do nothing. It's really bad. Then again.. my English Lit class has basically turned into a sexual discussions class... not to mention this guy deep-throating a banana to the point it was soggy. oAo I'm not even exaggerating, nor am I making it up. That was worse than having to read A Modest Proposal, where the author suggested we eat Irish babies to benefit us all. Anyways.
I've also become way too addicted to Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicles. It's simply way too cute! I only have up to volume 16, but I watched the OVAs of "Tokyo City" on YouTube.. I can't wait for more! I refuse to read too far online; it's so hard not to, though... =A= I hear it gets really good!
Among other exciting things, I'm almost set for my prom! ;v; I think the last thing I need to worry about is my hair.. People say to keep it dark, others tell me "honey-blonde". All I know for certain is that I'd like for it to grow out again. I have a hair piece that a friend gave me, but I'm not sure if I'll use it or not.
..and if you're wondering, my dress is short and poofy. : D

I've recently gotten back into drawing. I didn't think that taking a writing course would slow me down so much.. Then again, that's no excuse for neglecting it in general. Orz
Hopefully, I'll be able to get through those 9/10 sketches soon.. I might just make the 10^th slot void, since it's gone unclaimed for so long.. haha! >D Of course.. there's still my to-do list.. er. I just can't seem to follow an outlined plan.
Oh, right! Does anyone know where I can get some good textures? I'd like to expand my coloring skills... I've been taking on a more realistic style (at least, I think so,) but it all seems.. dull, still. Also, if anyone has good tips on how to incorporate textures into their colors and/or shading... =v=;; It would be greatly appreciated.

I don't even know where to begin. I was reading my old journal on my front page, and then I realized how long ago that all was. Well, maybe not that long ago, but it feels like it, with everything that happened in between.

I think the dog peed in my room. D<

My kitty is staring at me and drooling... loving? Poor thing. My aunt flew out here last night and brought my cousin's dog, so she's stuck in my room for most of the time. She almost didn't come home when we let her outside earlier. TAT I mean, I like the dog, but I grew up with my kitty, and this is her home...

But GOD, that smell, if he peed...

ANYHOW-
My mom's boyfriend left, and.. it was rather... er, explosive, for lack of a better word. The end. XD

I haven't had time to draw AT ALL lately. I've been having so many naps, too. Work is killing me. Well, it was fun last night. Except for the creepy guys saying my name a lot omg. I hate name tags now.

School has surprisingly been... slack. I've got one exam, and really, the only thing I'm behind on is my poetry unit test. Which was apparently very, very hard. And people did really bad on it. That, and I can't find the stupid criteria in my binder. AT ALL.

All because I was painting sets. Yaaay.

I still feel really sick, too... I'd draw, but sitting makes my stomach super super cramped and ow. ;A;

I just remembered a funny story from the open house Tuesday night XD

OKAY. Just before our music class' second performance, my mom was all excited and wanted a group photo. I pretended not to know her 8D *kick'd*

I'm kidding. Moving on.

So, we're all posing happy-like, smiling and whatever. I ended up sitting on an amp, but it was more of an, "Oh my god, I'm falling, keep smiling because she's still taking the pic--oh look, I landed on something yay!" pose.
So after the pictures were taken I stood up to fix my uniform and then went to sit on the amp properly when this guy from grade ten takes my spot, grinning like an idiot. >_> BTW, he's an exchange student from Thailand. Just.. for reference. Or something.
So I make a face at him and turn around to go find... someone... less odd when he gets all huffy saying, "No no, you can sit here too!" and pats beside him. I raise my eyebrow, but sit anyways just as he continues with, "Or, you know, on my lap..." Then he moved closer....

I wanted to laugh so hard it's unbelievable.

I almost didn't hear him when he asked, "So, you have a date for prom yet?" XD I was all, "Uhh... wha? No." So he grins even more (if that was possible) and retorts, "You should take me! Yeah!" I just stared at him. "Er... why?" "Because! I want to dance.... with you." I'm thinking, 'Was that an afterthought?'

"...and do... stuff."
I started laughing and then sort of left him there. XDDD I mean, what the hell? I can't take him seriously, really. His english is hilarious, too; not racistly, but.. omg. He has one volume of speaking, and he emphasizes odd syllables... X'D

AND JUST THE WHOLE CONVERSATION IN GENERAL

Anyways. That was the highlight of my week. That and my friend Omar picking off a green taco from the bottom of the garbage can at work. Mm. Taco.

I hope everyone is doing better than me. So much has happened in the past month..! I never really wrote much about it, but my school put on a musicl; The Beauty and the Beast. I was too, "OMG I dun wanna sing in front of ppl D:< *FAIL OTL*" to sing, but I was in the orchestra.

...wtfbbq SOLOS?! DO NOT WANT. Yeah, yeah, NO PRESSURE, RIGHT? Doesn't help that our conductor decided to start karate chopping the air with his very angry face on. I wasn't sure whether to speed up or lengthen the notes.. So I ignored him. XD As did the rest of us, um. Yeah. We followed the singers, not the crazy man standing in front of us. I really didn't like when he changed his style mid measure... oh well. We made it. Somehow. Now that we're back to regular band classes, though.. my GOD the music is atrociously easy and boring. ;A; Then again, I happened to get too used to notes um... *counts* 5 lines above the staff? YEAH! 8D HIGH Bb ON PICCOLO!

..our school is horribly ghey in suggestive ways, and I don't care if you're regarding the male OR female populous. I mean.. tango between guys... and... just god. >_> I had to avert my eyes. I felt dirty. XDDD

Due to reasons I'd rather not discuss online 8D my cousin is moving in with us from Ontario on Wednesday. It's very sudden, but, like, WOAH. The only family out here I have besides my mom is.... no one. XD I'm only just a little excited. I don't remember him much, and he's like, what, 4--5 years older than me? Whatever.
Ou and I died my hair. 8D And chopped it. And I have a crush. *FAIL* BUT WHO CARES *facedesk*
I have little fanboys and girls at school. It worries me a bit. I have to make sure I don't fall or something equally embarassing to myself/worrisome to them. X'D GAWD. Constantly watched. It sucks. But our acting class is full of awesome. But we got a new exchange student, so I doubt we'll be as... "open" as one might put it. Oh well.
