Well after an insanely long wait, the good folks over as the "STAR TREK: PHASE II" poject have finally delivered episode 2 of the "Blood & Fire" story. A TOS verison of a rejected TNG script which Crawley's Trek team hve done an incredible job of making, so go watch it yourself over at [link]

I'm my opnion it was a very good episode but simply wasn't worth the stupidly long wait for it. I hope the next episode "Enemy: Starfleet" (which will feature the Phase II build of the Enterprise) is shortly made avalible.

Anyway, on to more important matters - and myself are working on a video Christmas card for my good friends including and to name a few. I will be posting on my youtube page [link] and as usual there will be links from here and my site [link] for easy access.

As you may have noticed, I finally completed season2 of "League of Organic Villains" last week and have already started work on season 3 which will start in January 2010.

As for my other projects - "TARA: THE LEGEND" is currently in the works and with the help of may actually be complete before the summer.

I have a photo exibit beginning of Feburary which will be a display of my local area and the wonderful vistas that are possible if you just bother to open your eyes and see what is really there.

Well I know it's been a while since my last update so here goes a new one.

First off, after a major incompetent f**k up to arrange it, I had to do a buffet for 210 people including the star act of the night - KEITH HARRIS!!! unfortunately I didn't get to meet him but heard most of the performace which was dissapointingly short.

As I'm sure you guys have noticed, I've been getting in alot of photo time and with a special offer for photoshoots on at the moment, I'm really hoping to get AVALON VISIONS off the ground.

finally, Working on a video with which is slow going since she has to "be in the mood" to film, but I've gotten the interest of serveral friends including the totally insane and hope to get a few more of the others involved.

Well, as my latest picture [link] demonstrates, I have begun to put together a photographic service under the name of "AVALON VISIONS" which will involve both photography shoots, stills printing and special printing services, photo restoration, and graphic design. I am currently putting together the website with the aid of my beloved partner for the service as well as a number of local advertising campaigns which has already drawn in some considerable business.

Anyway, in other news, I plan on ending the LoOV comics before long so that "Obliv-Aid 02" can begin and can get his hands on my dalek and cybermen action figures.

With my life being so full of changes and a very busy schedule I am making my return to DA with two massive photo shoot sets, a number of which are to be made available as prints.

On top of this there will be a new look to my website in the autumn along with a number of new artistic projects.

LoOV will be completed soon and then there will be a second round of OBLIV-AID which will include many of the action figures used in the comic and will be available with a free signed copy of a LoOV page of your choice.

Okay, as I've already outlined on my website (www.oblivionmedia.webs.com) I've finally broken my non-partisan rule. The expenses scandle has shown the true colours of certain parties I thought I could rely on and have gotten really pissed off so I'm choosing sides.

next up, I'm getting really pissed off with computers - I'm going to stop using them for everything except dvd files and email checks - so dont expect much from me in the near future. I'm going to buy a stand alone blue-ray drive and thats the end of it.

finally, life is really starting to get on my tits in general. i'm working bloody long hours and starting to feel the pressures of my life style coming down on me so I'm going be changing alot of things over the coming weeks - the summer is going to be a major shake up for my life and will change things (hopfully) for the better.

Okay, it's been awhile since I last updated...this is entirely due to my lappy having died, been resurrected and now refusing to work when it's connected to the internet. So now I have a neat little notebook which I'm totally in love with despite it's 7" of squint-o-vision.

I will be busy tomorrow working on the next issue of LoOV and hopefully for the next few weeks get the final pages of THE INVASION completed. And for those of you wondering about season 3 THE INFECTION and the proposed forth season...we'll have to wait and see since I'm about to find myself in what in the catering industry is known as "ape-shit season".

I've got a number of project in the works and all are slow development, long term works that will be updated on as and when.

Okay this is only goig to be quick because it's 00:25 hours and I need sleep.

My planned return to LoOV has been postponed because of starting a new job with long late shifts which means I need my ugly sleep. However, I now have a 100% guarenteed day off each week so I shall return to "THE INVASION" soon and then set about season 3 "THE INFECTION" shortly afterward.

I'm also working on a pet project I've wanted to do for years (as long as I've been a sci-fi fan to be precise) and although it's in it's production infancy and will only develop at a crawling pace for quite some time, I will begin to post teaser material and "project bible" works here soon to get peoples interested in getting involved.

This is an odd post compared to most - I'm not directly promoting myself for once, but a massive event that will take place today all over the world.

It's Earth Day!!! What is Earth Day? check out this website to find out [link] and sign up to say your particpating.

At 8.30pm your local time, turn out the lights and switch off the electricity and enjoy 60 minutes of bliss. You'l soon relise just how dependant on electrcity we have becomefor everything in our dailylives.

Although I'll be working the last 30 minutes of my shift while this is happening, I'll be sat in the dark somewhere for half an hour before I come home and documenting the event and how the people around me react (or don't as the case will probably be).

I'M SO F**KING PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW!!!
Timelife.com have put together all seasons of The Real Ghostbusters in one collection, on 25 DVDs - AND THE BASTARDS WON'T SHIP OUTSIDE THE US!!!! I've been waiting for years for a chance to finaly replace my crappy tv rip set (of which I only have part of left because a number of the DVD-R discs have corrupted)

Somone please tell me why anyone would put together a ghostbusters fan-boys dream come true and then not let them buy it!!!! F**KING BASTARDS!!!

I've had my lappy die, loose alot of files while I was backing up and now this...So as you can imagine, my week couldn't get much worse...well, slightly worse but this is the icing onthe cake.

Greetings everyone,
I managed to pull the public edit of "Tribute" ([link])off my expiring laptop's backup drive and have uploaded it. As I think I mentioned before Tribute is a big project that celebrates the fun I've had with friends over the last 3 years making movies. However, this "public edit" for youtube is heavily edited and doesn't have the original ending, which when edited didn't make any sense at all so I cut it completely from this verison. And during the bulk of the video I removed some more animation scenes as many of the scenes were unsutible. Youtube's censorship has forced me to create a poor shadow of the original (which will be done as a DVD gift for those this film is a tribute to) and I hope one day to be able to put the full uncut director's edit up here - when youtube gets its head out it's arse.

yes, sadly the day has finally come and my laptop no longer does the one redeeming thing it had left to itself - internet access.
After a rather nasty malware attack over the weekend, i had to do some quick systems resets and ended up loosing my internet access from that machine. And since I've just bought an elite Xbox 360, I can't afford to take the damn thing in for its long overdue resurection.
In the mean time, I've managed to upload my "House of the Dead: Overkill" review ([link]) and for the next 4 weeks or so will be no where to be seen, so drop us an email if you want to say anything as that is just about the only way to get hold of me at the moment.

Just so I can clear up my opnion - WHO THE HELL CHOSE THIS EMO!!! Oh well, I guess we'll have to wait until 2010 to see if this is going to be as bad as the 7th doctor's first season.
Anyway, on to business - as those of you how actually bother reading this site will have noticed that I've not been updating for a while. There are two very good reasons for this:
1) I've had trouble getting the figures I need to complete the remainig shoots which are typically, the next few ages and I can't work around it. I have however changed my supplier and will hopefully get the figures I need soon.

2) Work is keeping me very, very busy. I've got so much to do in the 3 hours spare each day that I simply don't have much time - until now. Once the comic returns th update will be mondays.

Also I've completed the script for season three and on top of that, I've decided to make the third season "INFECTION" the final regular season of LoOV. While there will be a few occasional comics there won't be any regualr serial comics.

Anyway, onto more important matters - my 4-part Decemeber LoOV special has grown into a massive story arch which is currently being worked on ready for the new year - this massive story involves so many elements that I kept expanding and expanding until I relised that I had to put it off until the new year but I can guarentee the 1st part of "THE INVASION" will be up on friday 28th Decemember come rain or shine - and I will try to stick to a weekly update from then on with each new episode appearing friay evenings.

In other news I've started listing a load of STUFF on ebay - go check t out and pick up some of my rare video games & carded action figure [link]

I've been hard at work updating my website and trying to keep things all neat and tidy with graphical designs and some nifty java coding which I'm just starting to learn.

The one page that is giving me problems however, is my links page - this page features all you wonderful people that have helped me in my projects, or are simply a great source of amusement and I want to share the joy. After a few weeks of being pissed off at my lappy for not letting me re-encode my latest short film so I can upload it, I finally swallowed my pride and sat down at my Dad's computer and did the conversion using his copy of WMM.

Okay, first up "Fan Service" 3.3 will be the last in this series and should be up Sunday evening. This part has been postponed because of a new project I've been filming...which is a great segway into...

Second news point - New short film will be up by then end of August and all I'm going to say about it, is that it's called "Power-cut" and is a big "F"-you to a certain group of people. Filming is almost complete and editing is taking all the free time I have.

Finally, "Free Your Mind" will be returning shortly for a new series as and when I get good news articles to cover and a few extra commentary for things that piss me off.

Greetings All,

First off - FAN SERVICE 3.3 will be up on you tube sometime in the next few days when I get time to finish the editing.

That rather nicely segways into my next update point - I'm basically not online anymore as my workload is very high and I'm just to busy to be able to stop and chat on MSN, and with my desktop busted I can't use skype. (btw thanks to for offering to help, Im just gonna not bother - I have 1 working pc for now and that should to what I want for the time being).

Finally, I'm putting all work on halt until I have a couple of decent work breaks and can figure out what I've got in working form and can being to create as a serious new project.

First up, Fan Service 3.2 is under a short break as I've misplaced my copy of best of both worlds part 1 - as soon as I find it, 3.2 will be completed and I will get on with 3.3

Next - DA, stop listening to the community and start listening to the users - we fucking hate redesigns, I still haven't gotten over the last one yet and now we have ANOTHER one - its horrible and my browser starts smoking from the effort of loading all the frigging code.

Finally, I'm working of a major parody project which will remain a secret until I start putting up concept art in the very near future - so watch this space.

IT'S NOT F**KING FAIR!!!! I have a XBOX 360 HD-DVD drive which I beautifully hooked up to my PC and got to run and discovered that the one company that does a HD player software has now taken it's HD-DVD support out of the program!!! CYBERLINK YOU ARE COMPLETE F**KING BASTARDS!!!

Oh well, I've decided that a PS3 is in order - if I can find one with backwards compatibility

Just a quickie really to let all you wonderful people know that I'm not likely to be online much for the next few days as the house is in pieces as we are having some interior building work going on. As a result about 2/3 of my room is currently not even on the same level of the house and most of the floor boards are up (I've been sleeping on the sofa for the past few days). So among all the other causes of stress I currently have I don't even have the security of my little sanctuary.

Anyhoo, once the work is done I will be testing the GRATIS dvd and then looking to send out copies to all my good friends who took part in it's creation.

Well with GRATIS in final DVD creation stage I have finally had a mind to turn to a new project. In this case, a (barely) animated project in the Filmation style of the 70s & 80s. The details I am keeping under wraps until I have a teaser to show. I will however be looking for Voice actors very soon and possibly background artists.

As for the DVD edition of GRATIS - there probably wont be any additional scenes but there will be bonus content. I'll let you all know as I work on it.

First up - the good news - GRATIS is now complete and I'm working on the DVD edition for the wonderful people who got involved, many thanks to you all!

Now, the bad news - Youtube has officially pissed me off. The change from progress bar up loader to the flash thingy now prevents me from up loading videos - allow me to explain. As the up load progresses (or at least I assume it is progressing as there is no progress bar) my web browser and then my entire computer being to slow down and eventual crashes. So I am finally giving up on Youtube and will be searching for a new more reliable up load site. I am open to any and all suggestions.

In other news,
*new Dr. Who pic coming soon.
*I'm taking a break from all other work for a while as I am really bloody tired and need a long break to fix my overworked brain (what little there is of it).

Yes, you read correctly, good ol' Obliv is back in business and fully online...for the time being. SO what news do I have for y'all? well this is what:

1 - As you cannot have failed to noticed my limited internet access the last few days has driven me to such boredom that I went off on a cloning frenzy. Thank you everyone for your comments and faves, however from this I have seen that, as popular as my nude work is (and how much fun it is) a fair few people object to my choice model and so I will lay off it for a while and add only this little comment - I've seen some seriously porn-y stuff of DA in my browsing that makes my work look like a renaissance fresco by comparison so you have right to complain when I turn softcore into artistic expression when many DA user's artistic expression IS porn - talk about the pot calling the kettle black (btw, no offense to the porn DAers).

2 - I'm actively working on a couple of short film projects and will update as and when I actually get somewhere with them.

CALLING ALL ASPIRING FILM-MAKERS AND GENERAL NUT-HEADS!!! Oblivion Media is calling for short comedy sketches in either script or video form for a collab project. The following details outline the feel of the project, but do feel free to ask questions if you have any:

THEME:
~~~~~
30-60 second comedy scetches from all genres of film making ranging from spoof, parody, slap-stick, stand up, and anything & everything in-between. Each sketch will be linked to the next using a clever editing method depending on the style of each clip and it's relation to the next.

REQUIREMENTS:
~~~~~~~~~~
Written Submission - maximum of 5 standard script pages with clear directional instructions on the scene, or else the crew will simply translate to the screen as they see fit. The scene to be shot must be limited to what a shoe-string budget with location shooting can manage (so no indoor locations like schools, shops or bars).

Video Submission - All clips must be 30 - 60 seconds long with a 5 second black card on either end of the clip. File formats must be WMV or AVI in the highest quality your capture software permits. If you wish to send raw footage for full editing be sure to include a list of cuts & edits where desired. If you require post-production effects to be added, be sure to include a full list of what effect and the time codes for them. Special effects to be added to existing video clips must be limited to basic CGI or green-screen composites.
