But, I have gotten to the point where I'm doing art, I just can't scan it in until I get back to school which won't be for another two weeks!

I rather painstakingly modified a 1876 costume bodice to make the pattern and let's just say it took me a good bit of pondering to understand the regency man cut in action. I'm embroidering wheat and acorns on to it and the buttons all have wheat of them. (since I have fashioned them by covering regular buttons with fabric then embroidering a wheat stalk on it.) In addition to this I am doing fall front breeches with more embroidery on it as well. ^.^

Hoo hah. I'm thinking of finding some cheap shoes that I can cover with the fabric on the coat and add lovely embroidery on it as well. I am still doing the other, but it will be so consuming that I will work on it slowly. Of course. I am also finishing those lovely spats.

I was also thinking of making fall-front pants to have a less strange outfit to wear in public. I mean I love wearing those clothes but Jesus people ask a lot of questions about it. Not like I won't wear the breeches. I love breeches you see. And I'm trying to find a pair of nice equestian boots to wear with them. But I am always terminally short of cash. I suppose I shall have to save for that.

I have a butt load of antique patterns to choose from but I will have to draft my own for this damned project. I've been looking at a lot of Beau Brummel and I'm wondering why women get the stereo type for taking long to dress. 5 hours, buddy? This proves your an aristo.
