oh and I got that lack of food headache too, heck I'd eat anything and everything right now, I'm so damn hungry.

I could've slept through it but I don't know, I just don't want to sleep or I might after I end this rant haha.

I'm having some pasta with Alfredo sauce today, one of my all time favorite food as well as a few Middle Eastern dishes, the sucky part is my mom made me go through a few cook books and that just made matters worse I could've eaten those books.

Next time I should eat more than just one boiled egg before going to bed, lesson learned.

For the first time ever other than with my dogs, I'm in an alpha female position right now.

My parents traveled and now it's up to me to take care of the house, what makes me nervous is there already were robbery attempts on my house.

Quick question: why would my parents choose me to care for the house??

I'm not alone here but everyone else is minding their own business and not helping out with my situation here

It's like the ultimate challenge caring for my pets, sister in laws turtle and a whole house, but I think in the end it'll make me feel good.

So here's what I got: 3 phones

, all the emergency numbers I'll need, every single key, a pocket knife and a loaded shotgun (not mine but heck if I need to I'll use it).

So kids the lesson is, better safe than sorry.

I'm sure everyone knows my pet list right now:
2 dogs, a lovely parrot, 200 fish tank (utterly understocked, I need more bichirs), 30 gallon tank and a 20 gallon tank.

and I recently got my sister-in-laws turtle to babysit for about 3 weeks, that turtle is such a joy!!

I feel at my best right now even though it's more work than I had hoped for, but it's my job and I'll get it done even if I have to stay up all night.

It really gave me a sense of what my future holds, I'm sure almost everyone knows I want to become a Zoologist, I'd write that on my forehead and run if someone commented "oh I didn't know that"

I really don't know what feels better than being around animals, I don't think anything will ever measure up to that feeling, just knowing my pets are happy with me could make me cry.

I'm sick of it all, period.

Things in Kuwait are getting out of hand (in general, the Middle East needs fixing top to bottom).

People are idiots and the Kuwaiti Government is ignorant, what could be better?

Cops have the authority to shoot stray dogs, people sell Cheetahs, monkeys, crocodiles... etc.
I've even seen families raising Lions and Tigers with their kids, WTF!?

A wild animal is a wild animal, not a pet. I'm not saying they're bad, but the average person will most likely get harmed by it.

There's only one thing I know and can promise, I'll try my best to become a Zoologist and I'll work even harder to get things under control, the only thing that could stop me is death, so as long as I'm alive I won't tolerate any bit of this crap.

Here's a good example of what I'm talking about: Hell
Looking around that website I've found: alot of animals is poor condition, monkeys, cheetahs, uhh... ostriches, flamingo, alot of mislabeled animals and alot more bad spelling.

A relative (brother in laws niece, 12 year old) slept over at my house, and she thinks I'm crazy!

As soon as she stepped into my house my dog (Mike) went into guard mode, but he calmed down as soon as I shushed him... but she freaked out.

She saw my 200 gallon tank, she got disgusted by the fish, so I showed her how they didn't mind me holding them in hopes to change her mind but that made it all worse

Then I showed her around my room, which is made out of 4 areas: pet area, my so called mini studio, my bed and a workspace. Thankfully she liked my bird (Bella) and the fish tanks (Betty: Senegal Poly & Shrimpino: goldfish).
She kept asking me about how I could actually sleep with the sound of the filters in my fish tank humming and the bird playing whenever she feels like it!

oh and she even tried to find herself a good book to read, but all I have are animal encyclopedias, novels, photography books and reference books (animals also).

She asked if I wanted to become a vet (why does everyone think I want to become a vet? lol).

So the lesson is kids, sleeping over at my place is never a great idea.

The main 200 gallon fish tank:
1. Get a god damn Asian Arowana.
2. Set-up a sump. _Done!
3. Buy some sand + driftwood.
4. Make a few changes on the canister filter. _Done!
5. Buy more filter media. _Done!

Bella:
1. She demands more food. _{Done, thanks mom!}
2. She demands new perches.
3. She demands more treats. _{Done, thanks again mom!}
4. She demands new food bowls.
_{Treat her like a queen.}
5. Get her a carrier. _Done!

My other fish tanks:
1. Upgrade.

I know alot of you already think I'm weird but I've been getting nightmares about my tank breaking and Krusty dying... it freaks me out, I wake up in the middle of my sleep.. etc

I would hate to lose him, he's got a really nice personality... he likes teasing the plecos (Martini & Margarita), loooooooooooooooooooooooooooves the ornates (Bubbles & Spencer), pretty social for a fish of his kind.

If you have never seen a Clown Knifefish swimming, stop right now and run into a fish store or something.
It gets my vote for a graceful swimmer and a cute face that makes me squeak, don't let pictures fool you, they look much better in real life.

So yeah I'm back home from the resort. _{My cousin called it Mexico}

I loved the sea, even though it's a bit murky here in Kuwait

yep, most my wounds and burns healed up pretty well, just little scars left

Not as much pictures are I expected but whatever

I woke up to see the sunrise this morning, it was so damn beautiful! I also got to see two crabs fighting over territories for the first time

The first thing I did when I came back home is ask Bella if she remembered who I was

I missed her loads!

Oh yeah, forgot to mention... I couldn't sleep much, I started getting weird thoughts like "I wish the building would collapse, I'd run out to take pics and become famous"

and I also got pretty bored waiting for food/other people.. etc, so I went guessing where everyone was from (other than Kuwaitis), I pin-pointed South Africans _{They should've taken me with them back to SA}, Chinese, Australians, Indians and Americans

It's nothing new to a parrot but it is new to Bella

She really is starting to come out of her shell, when I first got her refilling her food bowl frightened her.

She's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more playful now, she "sings" _{(which sounds more like high pitched death metal)} and she obviously loves to play with tissue and ignores all they toys I get/make her.

I came back from lunch at my grandma's house, dead tired... I yawned, she did, I did it again (on purpose) like 10 more times and she did it every time!!

and I think she just forgot how to do that now or maybe got bored

oh well, she's ripping tissue for me to clean.

I don't think anyone really understands how much I love her, it's like... she's my daughter.

I got better! YAY!

I can walk like a human again, and my eyes aren't mad red anymore

Gonna start my final exams on 28th of this month

getting 10th grade over with, it sucks!
too much to study, very little time... 14 subjects non-stop, have mercy!

I'm mostly thinking about what I'm gonna be doing in summer, I have several things in mind... I'm mostly excited cause I'll volunteer at The Scientific Center

I'm sure it's gonna be alot of fun, I tend to get hyper around too many animals... which won't be a big problem.
I'm very familiar with the animals there, I know exactly what I'll be doing, let's hope I impress the boss!

umm.. so what happened is, I didn't know how muddy the place was
and it turned out to be the worst place I've ever been to, I mean..
I got stuck in the mud, ankle deep

though it doesn't seem like much, mud is powerful dudes!

my dad had to pull me out, I felt like an idiot.

due to getting stuck I couldn't get a good shot of a mudskipper

they were darn cute!

now, I need to beg my brother to get me a mudskipper (cool pet, huh?)
keep in mind, it won't be coming from the wild!!
so the lesson here is: nature wants to eat you sometimes.

I mean, is it really worth it getting a good picture showing people in such way? I don't want to end up like Kevin Carter really though he's one of my all time fav photographers
