However, life always seems to get in the way. (Job troubles anyone?) I would really love to become a better artist and perhaps even get my hands on some digital mediums because with my scanner and camera traditional art just isn't cutting it.

I'll just have to see how things play out.

Anyways, fall is here in full force, HOORAY! Love the colors and cold mornings. Get to doodle a lot more, so hopefully I'll find a scanner and post some things.(Again, most likely, perhaps,...maybe not.)

Anyways, saw Prince Caspian and The Forbidden Kingdom.

Loved the Forbidden Kingdom, but then again I love those cheesy kung-fu and Shaw bros.-like films; besides it has Jet Li as the Monkey King.(that alone is so full of WIN I can't even begin to believe that my head didn't explode from the AWESOME.) Yes, I'm a nerd. :B

Prince Caspian didn't do it for me as much. It was a fun film, but I'm a stickler for a book-based movie sticking to the book's plot and some major things were twisted or altered for this flick. Reepicheep 'almost' made up for it's flaws but in the end not quite enough. Hopefully the next Narnia film will be well worth the wait and ticket price, as The Voyage of the Dawn Treader is my favorite of the series.

Well, that is enough rambling for now. (~looks back at writiting~ Wow since when did I become a movie critic? Eh, oh well...)

Maybe I should just appreciate all the wonderful art and stories around me. Take a breather.

I've got to say, though, that this DA thing has helped a great deal with my willingness to put stuff out there and hopefully with time I can improve.

Gained a whole new appreciation for those authors and artists who do this all the time.

Well enough of THAT nonsense, summer break is almost here!! Time to hit the beach, hang with friends, and.. work, but I'll think about that later.
