First of all I am officially taking web design work. So if anyone wants a website made for any reason contact me and we can discuss what you would like and price (Not for free sorry) I only have a limited amount of time so I can only take on so many jobs. I currently have two going, which should be done soon.

One of for So keep an eye out for her online portfolio that should be coming up as soon as we agree on a template. I also may be having a couple more jobs coming up in a few weeks, so get in fast if you want the work done.

If you DO want a website, I will write up a brief for you and give you a time line. It is negotiable so feel free to barter with me .

In case you are wondering what kind of work I do I do the following

- Websites, both HTML and Flash based (For those who don't know HTML is a common website, Dev is mainly HTML, and Flash are websites that you have to wait to load with a load bar and are usually interactive) I know basic Javascript, and use CSS style sheets and Actionscript (For those who know what that is lol)

- Flash work, such a Info Graphics, Banners, ect

- Animated Avatars, Pixel AND Flash based

- Illustrations, Commission Drawings, ect

Depending on what you want depends on the price, but once again I am willing to negotiate.

ahem - anyway...

As you have probably suspected, I have been busy as hell. My new course has taken a large chunk of my time, but I love it. It's challenging and my teachers are brilliant. It's definitely harder than last year though, then again what can you expect from the advanced class D:

Moved flats again, something i am very good at. House is nice but it's on a tilt, it's kinda trippy actually. I have this sudden urge to invite drunk over just to watch them stumbled around in their inebriated stated and fall on their face on our gravity bending floor.
according to the previous owners (classmate of mine) it is also capable of interstellar and transformational travel on Tuesday evenings? Kinda sweet if you ask me.

On the down side we seem to have hippies living downstairs that enjoying getting in touch with their zen with the help of all natural drugs (pot) far too much. Now have you ever had a friend or someone who smoked pot in their room and never aired it out? Gets that rancid kinda rank smell about it?

well that is how our downstairs entrance smells because the house is connected by a locked door and it gets through into our place. Delightful.

oh and they have dogs - I love dogs, just not their dogs - they seem to have fleas.

regardless, I am heading home for five days to visit my parental units. I'm actually looking forward to it a ton as I love spending time with them. They are the best parents evaaahhhh. I will be catching up with a ton of friends and getting onto some jobs I have in the works making websites.

Well now you have had forewarning, I am going to talk about DeviantArt's dipping standards when it comes to the Mature Content on Dev.

I am sure everyone is more than a little aware of all the PORN on this site, and I'm not talking about the fetish photography, or the artistic nudes, or even the drawings of big busted anthro woman bulging out of their scants amount of clothing. No sir I am talking about the actual PORN on this site that is pretty hard to miss even on a good day.

It is getting worse too.

Now don't get me wrong, personally I don't give two hoots about porn, seeing it doesn't offend me. I mean, I'm a healthy woman who has seen naughty bits enough times to find the term 'naughty bits' childishly comical. Yet there are people that DO, and it isn't the porn itself that offends me.

It is the way the DA staff are handling it

Anyone who has been on DA long enough had no doubt heard the age old rant about Females nudes vs Male nudes and how the staff seem overly trigger happy in deleting anything with a penis. Yet as soon as you remove that third leg and slap some bulbous boobage on the front. It becomes acceptable 'art'. Even if said boob totting bombshell is as naked as they day she was born, flashing her genitalia all over the place, Frenching another woman in an amateurish photo. It is still considered 'art' apparently?

The top one is probably a PERFECT example of what I'm talking about, because when I went to report it, I got this ---------> [link] which just about made me choke on my drink from surprise.

Apparently it has been reported THREE Times for it's content and each time the reviewing staff member said 'naw that's not porn' and gave it a sticker of approval.

Have these staff members ever seen porn? Or do they get their giggles out of letting this sort of stuff swamp DA? It is either that or they are just really, really stupid. Because I have seen content similar to this with MEN get deleted faster than you can say ' penis '.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not against deleting the male pornography, but you would think the same would apply to the female? Where do these people draw the line and how to they explain their overly drastic double standards? Honestly, if one of you are reading this, for the love of God tell me. I really want to know!

It's insane.

This could all be so easily fixed if the members of the design team would just add ONE Extra feature every time they made a crazy update to the site itself. Instead of changing the look of DA and leaving us with needless glitches to deal with when the design before was perfect. Why not add an extra filter for 'explicit content'?

You already have a Mature Content filter, but why not do another for the more OBVIOUS Pornography here that you obviously find too appealing to delete for us? Heck why not go ahead and make a whole new category for it, so people know where it is instead of having it jump then while they are at work or in class or just....EVER....because it is insulting to our intelligence when you try to convince us that it isn't what we all know it is.

Even Y!Gallery, an obvious site for the production of pornography has more efficient staff than you. Sure they show porn and other questionable things, but they have rules and they STICK to those rules.

If you don't want to see something on Y!Gallery, they have conveniently added an option to FILTER it out. You click the little box with the category you wish not to view and when you browse the site, the content you don't wish to see will now be shown. Simple!

Wow I really am slack with these journal things, then again It's no surprise as I NEVER was

anyway, time to update with what has been going on in my life!

Well my Sister just got back from Hong Kong visiting for a few days and it sounded like she had fun. I was going to attempt to travel over myself by shoving myself in her carry-on but I apparently weight to much and would have gone over the max weight restriction....I have a sudden need to diet.

My projects have been going well and I passed my last one as did most of my class, as we all apparently exceed out Teachers expectations for a first year Web Design class. The project was pretty easy but he ended up having to give the whole class an extra week because we where going above and beyond what we needed to do to pass and he was more than happy to give us the extra time to see the results (that and he's just awesome) I'm currently working on my next one with is our individual project.

Basically we make a website and i has to have a Flesh element to it somewhere. We can make the site about whatever we want, we can even make it for an actual company if we can get a hold of someone. Me I'm making a website for and my game 'Limbo'. We have so much damn information and history for the game is seems a crime to just toss it all on a forum to read. So I've been designing a layout for it and I'm kinda proud thus far.

Other than that not much has happened. The twins I look after on the weekends had a birthday a few weeks about and are officially 2 now (oh god it's delightful x.x) My parents helped me arrange tickets to head back on the boat to Blenheim for Christmas! whoooooooo So I'll be over there with Abby and everyone, and catching up with my friends. Not to mention My sister's birthday on the 23rd (seriously, two days before Christmas D: )

well that's about it, hopefully I'll have more to blab about when I get back to my old home town....yar.

Talk about delayed updates D: Seriously.

It's been months since I wrote in this thing (shame on me) Anyway here is the updates done in an easy to read. Point by point list

1. Moved to Wellington where it was raining and windy as HELL, from Marlborough....where is was SUNNY.
2. Realized wellington had more stuff to do than Blenheim anyway and forgives it greatly
3. STARTED NATCOLL!! *stazztastic*
4. Made new friends in her class. Fleur being the main one who is a totally weirdo blond...like me (apart from the BLOND thing)
5.Went to a sexy party with her gay flatmate. We where both slaves and spent far too much time dancing up against Teg (our self proclaimed "pimp" for the night)
6.Passed FIRST project and went 'WHOOOOOOOO' then promptly peed myself with excitement.
7. Got to third project and had mental breakdown cus she left the school camera on the bus like a smart person. which was just the topping of a very bad FORTNIGHT. Got it back though and avoided having to pay three grand for the piece of poop...
8. Got a delightful string of awesome luck after that....karma you ROXZ MY SOXZ *humps it*

and this is where we are now. Missing a few finer points of course.

Like how FANTASTIC my sister is....and how I wish to hail her as my new GOD (but nothing too drastically important)

Holy moley. It's been too long since I have updated this thing....again

ahem well. Lets see what has been happening in the last few weeks. Quite frankly a LOT has happened. For one I'm in a different part of New Zealand.

First time living in the north Island, should be fun *chuckles* I'm currently in Wellington and living with and some other flat mates. I've enrolled into Natcol and am going to be doing a course on Interactive Design. Which is mainly web design and gaming design etc. I really looking forward to it.

The last few days have been hetic, moving all of my stuff up a hill by the stairs as we have no drive way. My dad nearly died lugging my dutches up here. Walking up these steps without anything is tiring enough let along with draws and desks and boxes First day I spent unpacking and catching up with my sis who is also going to Natcol and doing a different course , and her flatmate

The next few days where just hanging out, we went to a cue room and I lost miserably \...cus I suck at pool in that bad kinda sucky way. Yesterday we went around town and I tried to find a place to get my ears re-pieced cus they healed over years ago. May I just say the pharmacy we went too....RUDE...the woman there said she'd help us and went off to find someone, we found her five minutes later serving someone else *head bang* then another woman went to help us and did the same thing! SERIOUSLY! I hate bad customer service.

After that we had lunch with then cruised back to the flat.

Today consisted of me going to see at her work and drooling over the awesome sewing machines there (I cannot sew much, but damn I wanted one, they where hawt) Then heading out for lunch at KFC (I'm bad, but I lurv the KFC D: ) After that I went to an oriental styled store that sells old Japaneses things like Kimonos and boxes and...well everything really. I got talking to the owner there about his jewelry a what crystals they where made out of. He didn't know some so I told him and he told me some I didn't know. Ended up he liked collectings stones.....and I like collecting crystals....and he was thinking about getting a part time worker

and I need a part time job

I think Fate likes me...so I took his card and am going in tomorrow to see him again and maybe get a job there which would be funnnnn *bounce bounce*

anyway that is it for now (or at last most of it, I'd be here typing for ages otherwise)

OMG I'm in Paris!!

That's right I'm in the city of LURVVV (currently not feeling it though, I feel cheated) and my first night went well. Unfortunately, I woke up with a killer headache due to dehydration and needed a huge glass of water x.x been happening a lot here in Europe actually. I think it's because of the smog or from travelling on the plane. Either way...damn

We were going to go out today but decided against it due to the fact we are all too tired to do much of anything. It was a big hassle trying to get into the apartment, as the guy who took out money and booked us into it...thought he didn't think we got here for another week (poopy head) then tried to say there was water damage...bla bla bla...didn't work and we got the apartment in the end. The washing machine is broken though and there is NO toilet paper. The second shower doesn't work. There is not dryer like they said. No Piano either ...and we paid over 2000 Euro in just our BOND for this. Bitches better be give out Bond back, or I'm gonna open a can of whopp-ass on their parlay-voo behinds.

On the lighter side, Abby and I are planning on going to the Paris Disney Land later in the week. I also wrote a poem on the plane

It's me, Ossia. Currently taking Italy by storm, and I have to say. I'm loving it.

Yesterday was by birthday and we spent it at the Colloseum in Roma! Talk about spoiled. It was fantastic to see it all in it's weather glory. It ozzed history and Breath beauty. I could have spent hours there just soaking it all in and exploring it's well loved crevaces. Picking away at the stories behind it all - sadly we didn't have the time, and none of my family had as much patience to stand around in the hot sun (personally neither did I lol)

It's a shame though. As a lot of the stoneworld and steel pins once use to decorate and hold it all together had been stripped away. In fact we found out a lot of the marble and stone were taken by the Vatican to build...well...the Vatican Oddly enough the storys about how hundreds of Christians were murdered and killed in the Colloseum is a myth. They say one ONE Christian was actually killed there. They spun the story so the people of Rome wouldn't care if the church took the stone and marble to build the all famous Vatican.

Have to say. They definitely put those old rocks to some good use

It was the Circus Maximus were the Christians died. Killed racing on the narrow tracks in light weight Chariots for the people. Some slaves some free. That has been stripped bare. Nothing if left of it except for the shape of it left in the field now there and a few ruins near where the emperor's box once stood.

It's pretty hot here, but thankfully the tempatures have been cooling off. We have some light rain (if you can call it rain) that softened the heated edges and made it perfect. Most of our talking had been done in the mornings, as all of us keep waking up at 4-5 am in the morning Stupid inner clock.

We're in the perfect place for walking. Right near the center of Roma. 2 mins walk from the Spanish Steps. It takes about 30 mins to get to the majors sites. Like the Colloseum and the Vatican (which we saw today)

Well I could go on forever about what we have been doing here. Sadly I thinkw e have a word limit on these Journals Plus I don't want to drown people in blocks of text.

There is just too much to see and so little time. A week isn't enough to take it all in. Still it's definitely worth it.

Next stop - POMPEII! Then off to Paris, France!

Wow it's been a while since I updated but that's me to a tee. Procrastination is my forte!!

Anyway, lets see. What has happened since I last updated? Mmm well I had a seizure (Blasted epilepsy/actually I think the seizure was BEFORE the last journal entry?) Got my bike stolen. Brought a new bike. Got my old bike back () and have been working as usual to save for my trip to Italy.

Nothing much

But yes my bike got stolen and I had to get a new one and spent a good $400 NZ on it. Then two days later I hot it BACK. The blasted drunks who had nicked it dumped it back in my driveway *rolls eyes*

Though it was a bit funny as they left a freak'n BIBLE behind when they stole it. (Seriously WTF?)

Thankfully I got insurance, so I technically got a free bike. I'll probably sell the old one and get some cash for it to put in my savings for my Italy Trip. So I kinda won out on that...yay Karma!

I'd also like to say to all of those I owe commissions too....I'M WORKING ON IT OMG I'M SORRY STUPID LAPTOP GLITCHES WHEN I SCAN SOMETIMES...though it is an awesome laptop I need to get a portable hard drive for it so I have more space. It runs rather slow because it needs more room on it Which sucks.

That said I'm gonna go try get them done

I was going to be doing pleanty this weekend but got sick...now when I say sick I don't mean 'oh noez I have a cold' sick I mean 'all hail the porcelin throne' sick. How did this happen you ask? Elementary my dear Watson.

I, as a caregiver, work in a retirement village called Rose Court. Lately there have been a few nasty bugs going around retirement villages about New Zealand. The last nasty one was a few months ago and was a nasty flu (which I managed to avoid, but got another one that wasn't so nasty) This time it's a stomach flu called the Nora Virus (I think that's what it's called) Basically it only lasts 24-48 hours but you are gifted with the wonder that is barfing everywhere and needing to poop every three hours...not fun.

well as this bug is horribly contagious, we told all the residents to stay in their rooms. Doesn't work so well when some of them have Dementia and forget things easily. Of course I caught it and had to take two days off work.

Because last time I checked...working and vomiting didn't go together well.

anyway I'm over it now, or at least getting better. No more vomiting (Haazah) and I can actually EAT stuff (more hazzah) though I feel tired as hell and had one bastard of a headache this morning. So much panadol was taken to thwart my pain filled foe.

Well not much is actually planned for the yearly celebration of my birth. Most likely just a movie and dinner. Compliments of my snuggle muffin (ie Gareth) who hates being called snuggle muffin...so...I call him it as much as I can I'm nice like that.

Well I've come to adress the almighty issue that has come to light. Being...the topic of questions. Why is the sky blue, how DO you get the creme outta a toosie roll? No actually this one is 'how does Ossia make such clean line art?'

Strangely, some people have asked me how I make my Ink Art so clean? What programme do I use. What tool...rah rah rah...People. I hate to tell you the only tool I use is my hand and a pen -insert shocked gasp here- I have about ten gizillion of them (LIE) They are all different details...some thick some fine...incase I ever feel like putting in EFFORT and actally creating the illution of distance and thickening some lines more than other

note: This never happened...I'm a lazy ass

The next question someone asked me was 'when are you going to be posting art again'

answer...when my artistic block lifts. It's the size of a whale and it's crushing my poor hand. It hurts and I'd appreciate some morphine if anyone could spare it x.x

The last question is....'are you left or right handed'

well actually...um I draw with my right and do everything with my right (except eating...I'm a weirdo and eat left handed) but -technically- I'm a lefty. HOW YOU SAY? Simple. I was born left handed, but my kindigarten was old fashion...and made me do everything with my right hand until I got it 'right' (bad pun) You can imagine my surprise when my mum told me I was a lefty...oddly at my 21st birthday. That had been going 'ohhhh that explains a bit' for a while.

As many of you have noticed. Deviant art had become 'a little' *cough*alot*cough* BAN HAPPY. Banning members left right and center for their opinions and art. I find it ironic they constantly have nude photos of woman as the DD's yet they ask people to remove anime art of nude woman when have a mature warning sticker on them so no one under 18 can view them anyway...Double standered much?

I'd also like to point out that some people have been banned WITHOUT WARNING OR PRIOR NOTICE just because it 'solves a problem quicker'. It's stupid and retarded and the admins in charge of this sort of thing should look up their own rules.

If you ARE going to bann someone. Send them a note and warn them...and get them to reply to you before banning them. Some members don't check their accounts every day! So some might not have even read the note yet before they were banned. Meaning they had no time to rectify the problem...a little common sense and diplomacy is all that is needed. Because I assure you if this blatent misuse of power continues. All of you're precious members that actually sell their work on this site and bring home the bacon for your pay checks will be gone. Vanish...poof...for a more understanding site to host their stuff on.

I'm not the only one bothered by the string of unreasonable banning, but if you disagree with me...that's fine. You're intitled to your opinion.

We'll see who ends up being right sooner or later.

OMG I FINALLY GOT A WEB SITE FOR MY COMICS! *gasp* I'm here to pimp off my site and I need you guys to help promote it so I can get it on the front page at Topweb Comics

anyway. Finally time to do a new journal entry, because I'm one slack *expletive* and should have done one ages ago...

First things first...DAMN...18 pages of Forever Sinners now done, feels kinda weird to have actually managed to continue for that long. Knowing me I should have had it fall through like one page...5...or something I am just a God of procrastination that I am. FEAR MY POWERZ *waves around a stick* all pointy and stuff ^^ *poke*

Second thing...I should lay of the soda too much sugar make Pippa crazy(er)

Thirdly...I'm going to be moving flats in a few weeks, probably just shy of two. So this means computer is being moved along with other valuable items (ie, Tablet, scanner, pets....'toys' Boyfriend) Thus rendering my access to the internet void for some time until we set up our connection again. That should...hopefully...not take too long the phone company isn't so bad as far as phone companies go.

Serephium...or Sereph/Seph

2. What kind of character is it? (furry, anime, etc) and any particular race?
well he's usually done in a anime-ish style but as races go he's a sort of angelic Race thing which is a cross between an Angel and a Muse called the Adachiel

3. What is the first thing your character would think of when he/she first wakes up?
Usually something along the lines of 'just five more minute' grumble and roll over to burry his face in the Pillow. When he -did- get up he'd grumble some more and find a smoke and come coffee.

4. Your character's favorite outfit would be?
Blue Jeans and a black button shirt left partially undone

5. When your character looks into a mirror, what's the first thing they would notice?
depends...if there was no cigarette in his mouth probably that If there was already one there probably his eyes? They are a hard to miss against his hair x.x

6. Does your character have the same tastes in food as you?
LOL...some of them. He likes Asian and Greek food. Though he doesn't have much of a sweet tooth like I do

7. How is your character similar to you?
oh man..umm...he's probably similar to me in the fact he is usually indifferent to a lot of things. Though I'm not indifferent in a bad way, he's a bit too indifferent at times. His addictive personality is similar to mine. Henc ewhy I don't rink much or gamble :S

8. How is she/he different?
The fact he's a guy is one, he's way taller than I am...isn't human and usually grouchy and stoic.

9. If your character could speak, would they have the same voice as you?
Nah...but hearing Him insult someone wuld be fun

10. If you were to suddenly become your character, what do you think would be the first thing you would do as them?
wellll...First I'd find Chris and molest him...then I'd go use his magik!! If I'm going to be a magik casting angelic thing I'm not going to NOT use the magik!! I'd also like to see myself naked and take some photos *subtle cough*

11. Is there something about your character that you don't like how others think of them?
How people always assume he doesn't care or he's a right bastard. Sure he acts like one but most people never ask why.

12. What advantages does your character have over you?
The fact he's strong physically and mentally. With his 'can't be stuffed bothering with this crap' attituide is handy at times.

13. What disadvantages?
All the damn emotional issues and the facts one big 'ol evil demon lady you as her pet is generally a draw back

Been working 91/2 hours today staing in a mall...trying to sign people up to Unicef (google it ) in...wait for it....STALETTO SHOES!!! I'm insane! *dies* but they were the only good shoes I had today to wear *swears* damn my feet still hurt and I got of like....four hours ago? That's nuts.

I have a question for everyone that watches me if they would be to nice as to consider this. I have a project I want to start up, but not a solo one. I wanted to draw images of all the Mythical creatures I could think of...ie unicorn, dragon, peonix, fea, aneglic, demonic, mer people etc....and make a 'mythic' set. I was thinking about it then though 'hey why not involve more people?' Have each person interested in the project do a creature from a list I compile. They pick one and I strike it off the list so no one else does it too?

I considered it, and was wondering who was interested, and if so what kind of creatures I should put on the list? Think outside the box people, anything can be done. From any mythological background. Greek, Celtic, Japanese, Egyptian, Arabic....you name it?

so who is interested? Note me or leave a comment here I'd like to hear from people before I actually decide if I should do it or not.

It's offical...I WANNA KILL MY EX! Stab him the eye with a spoon and use his intestines for christmas Tinstle....Josh, my Flatemate/Ex boyfriend (Oh the bitter sweet irony ) Has once again outdone himself in the derpartment of 'idiotic-things-one-should-not-do'....Let us explain in simple easy to read terminology.

We hope the large lettering was bold enough for all vision impaired persons to read Now let us explain the story in simple happy context. Least I sqewer my moniter with my tablet pen

Once upon a time there were four Mythical creatures. A Wearwolf name Gareth, a Kitsune called Kerian, a Pheonix called Ossia and a stupid idiot called *coughJOSHcough*....One day the four friends got together and planned to live in the same castle. This castle had a Capped internet connection that held 10 GBs worth of download, meaning they had plenty of MB to use when surfing the net and such...Unfortunately...Josh one day decided to buy a webcam to he coudl talk to his fairy friend from a far away land. This was not a problem and the other three friends did not mind...until they descovered HE WAS USING IT ALL THE FECKING TIME AND SUCKING UP ALL THE BANDWIDTH.

Hence Josh put the group over their cap for the month having used almost half of the 10 Giga-bites worth they could use all by himself Of course Josh didn't knwo this (as he was an idiot) and left to visit his family back in his home village.

It was not until after His departure did the three remaingin friend discover what he had done. knowing the Cap would not be reset on the internet for 9 more days...which was oddly when Josh returned from his trip.

Moral of the story? JOSH IS AN ASS! *seeth* The guy pushes us over the cap so we have a god awful slow connection when he is at his fathers house with the 'fast' connection his father pays for...ironically returning once out connection it reset and he doesn't have tp put up with the slowness due to his idiocy! Not to mention this is the second time he has put us over! ARG...he is so paying extra for the phone bill with month! BASTARD! We told him to limit his net usage....but as he has no job (had one but quit because it was too far away...half an hour bus ride form a bus that is a 3 minute walk from our house! Christ!) So spends all of his stupid time on his webcam talking all night and day to people in america....We all know a webcam doesn't take much to run but he is one it ALL-THE-TIME and in a month the cam itself sucked up 2GB of our cap! How much does he use it to get it that high!? I personally give up on him! Not flatting with him and his lazy slack assed attitude next year

Ahhh what wonderful, wounderful sweet sunshine that streams through my windows....and what horrible horrible irony that I am tired, sick and so forth thus wish to shun it's golden fingers of delight (that sounded wrong didn't it o.o)

Anyway...these two weeks have been a mix of joy and not so much joy for me. At the end of last week I finally recived the all holy item creatured by the angels of art...it's very pressance made my muse sing and cheribs flutters with rose petals about my head while belting out the theme song to Gilligens Island....yes my friends. My Tablet finally arrived and I was able to pick it up, hug i, lav attention upon it...then realize it's a bitch and a half to draw on. Yet, this did not quell my mood, I still have a tablet to colour with and I am happy ^^

Then it all decended into madness...horrible chaos of which I usually frolic in but not this time...oh no....CHAOS! The worst kind!

I got a headache x.x

Damn headaches, I don't know what caused it...could have been many things...Lack of sleep over the past week, my wisdom tooth coming through painfully in the right side of my jaw where it is already crowded, or even the fact I'm sick? I don't know which Karma Fairy I pissed off last week, but I am deathly sorry for it. I would bake it cookies and pamper if if I knew where it was and it could make me feel better ><"

So yes, I've been surviving on a minimum of money, looking for a job, trying to cover bills for other members of our flat who can't pay it right now...leaving me with less money for other things...being in pain from a headache, a wisdom tooth and occational stomach aches...not to mention the fact I can't seem to sleep making my headache worse and all manner of muscles tight in my neck for it. The general mood of the flat had been down and I've been trying not to let it get to me...but I think it's winning.

I'm not usually one to dwell on the negative, being more of a opptomistic person looking on the bright side (sometimes too much) but god...this is really wearing me down. If I don't get a good night sleep tonight and painkillers I'm going to go batty.

well Folks, another dull day in the land of my boring mind. Though I did have the strangest dream last night basically I was back at my old College (highschool for all you americans out there) with my friends and my Boyfriend...Gareth...was watching some guy do Katrate in a ring outside beating up some other guy. How we got a righting rings at an all girl scholl with guys in it...I dunno. But if we'd had one of those back then I would have enjoyed my education more

Anyway, this other south african man is wandering around taking bets as this guy is beating the other kid up. So Gareth jumps in to fight (apparently knowing Karate? I know he knows some Judo, or something) then the bet taker came up to me and flirted with me then groped me....what did I do? I slapped him one a few times then kneds in him the unmentionables.

After much complaining that he liked me I said I'd sick my Karate fighting Boyfriend on him if he tried it again (at this point Gareth was winning the fight ) So he decided to run....then it just got really wierd and decended into some sort of World of Warcraft Madness.

Which disdurbs me as I do not play WoW Thankfully I was saved before some naked nightelf came doing a pole dance in front of me or something.

Howdy Folk. How ya'll been do'n? I had my birthday last friday (three days ago for me New Zealand is in the future) And I got some of the most awsome presents.

~Yugisfangirl otherwise known as my sister (the real one ) gave me this [link] printed on professional poto paper X3 so coool. It's sitting in the photo frame Dolores gave me from Ballentines.

My mum and dad gave me 4 hand made cups from an artist my mum knows called Fran Meguire. They are the most awsome mugs you have ever seen, handed painted and everything...they can be priced from $50 NZ each x.x and I got four. Not to mention a queen sized bed and a Tablet *dies* SO HAPPY

My Auntie Simone gave me a $50 gift voucher to The Drawing Room to spend on art supplies *MORE HAPPY* and I got some fine inking pens....o.o who knew that pens could go down to .05 mm tips? I sure didn't?? *EVEN MORE HAPPYYYY*

Bec, my best friend gave me a ring and the most adorable stuffed toy made from that uber soft furry stuff *lurv* And it's PURPLE! *flails and squees* PURPLE YAY!!

My boyfriend gareth is still plotting his gift but I think I'm onto him o.o.

On the down side, our flat relations has not been so hot with my Ex Josh. *slaps forehead* The guy is an idiot. The past week or so he has been complaining to me about lag...he plays World of Warcraft and our net is set up as a network...so if someone is downloading tons of pictures it lags everyone else...

well anyway we have a programme called Net Limiter for that which I constantly have on (because Dev sucks up a lot of bandwidth o.O and this stops it from doing that) He kept coming in to bitch at me for turning it off...which I hadn't...then sulking off when he found I still had it on every time haha to him.

After time and yet more bitching he had the nerve to complain when my sister and Bec were staying for my B-day saying the 'lag' had gone down when we had gone out to lunch.....news to him....we hadn't been on the net all morning with exception for checking the movie times at the theater with net limiter on full -.-'....but he refused to believe us.

not long after that We find out the net had been lagging because we had gone over our cap for the month....meaning someone had been downloading...because we have a lot of MB to work with....lo and behold...guess who had been downloading epps of Anime off the net? Yeah you guessed it...JOSH...and no, for the record he didn't apologize to me either...ass.

Fortunately for us we found out the phone company reinbursed us for a whole heap of money for a blotch up they made a while ago...so our next power pill will be only 80-90 dollars.

Where is the humour in all this...well I shall tell you

Gareth told josh to expect a large phone bill this month meaning we might have to each pay $80 *snort* before he realized Telcome had given us all that money...so what are we doing? Whooooo my birthday is in four weeks. The big two one. Parents are coming down on the friday to take me and the BF out for dinner. I'm actually looking forwards to it because of two things.
1. I don't hang out with my family as much as I would like sometimes...we are pretty close.
2. I might be getting a Tablet for my B-day
*excitment* Squeeeeee!!! I've been trying to get a tablet for years and my parents said they may get me one...or pretty likely they will. Trying not to get my hopes up -too- much.

Either way I'm looking forward too it. If I do get a Tablet it will solve a lot of my drawing problems, meaning I'll be able to actually colour stuff *Le gasp*!

In other news I'm starting a project for Prodigy...well two actually, but one is still on ice until the details have been hammered out. So if anyone makes requests I'm afraid I can't do them for a while. This project is called the 7 Deadly Sins. Where I am taking seven characters from Prodigy and drawing a card to set them too...each will represent a sin...etc etc...so it should be fun. My character Hellcat got nominated for Lust. We already have Greed, Wrath, Envy, Pride and Gluttony... we just need a vote on Sloth.

Forever sinners will be put on hold until I have the time, also, I'm planning on doing some more random character sketches of other characters from Impure so expect those soon too.

OMG YESSS My comp is finally working again *party party* I called my dad and he talked me through it and it WORKED *squeals and dies* so happy...and surprisingly sad at the same time because I got a call today saying my Grandfather...well sort of, my mtothers birth father (she is adopted) I called him Peter usually....Died of, they think is a heart attack or stroke.

He was only in his sixties, not that old, and healthy...surprised us all. The furneral is probably going to be this friday in CHCH. So everyone is coming down to the city for it and I'll be joining them.

But I'm trying to stay positive and can do comissions again! MONEY! *twitches* I had to turn some down because my computer has been down...so that is a good thing...just have to reinstall my scanner programme ><"

I've began doing more of Forever Sinner to get it moving along and I plan on doing more cartoons sooner or later. Mainly to stock up because I may be starting a Web Comic. Dunno yet

Okay I am noticing the flood of bright yellow washing through DeviantArt as of late. I don't even like the colour and it is kinda creepy. I have some understanding of what is going on about Jark (Scott). The co-founder of DeviantArt being unjustly fired and possibly taking legal action against those who did the booting. Though, no doubt there are some things I am missing...usually the way.

But I'd like to know if I'm alone in thinking that this whole thing has been seriously blowen out of the water with a homing missle? I'm aware that anyone who reads my Journal...and who can be bothered entertaining themselves with the crazy words that are usually randomly biffed at the page ....may be sitting there fuming at my uncaring nature towards this. By all means post a comment telling me what you think of me....I don't really care as this is a site of free opinion. You're intitled to it and I don't type this without knowing someone is going to be upset with me for it.

Does anyone know about 'yellow day' when 'everyone' is apparently going to not sign into Dev and make it impossible to view their gallery or something? I dunno, I am only getting second hand info here...but something like that.....I have this to say.

on the other side of the coin....I'll be the first to admit that Spied's ideas for 'improving' DeviantArt suck something nasty. If you want to know what I'm talking about ask someone because I refuse to post links to anything on my journal when it's almost too easy to find it with some effort...if you really want to know just look. Spied must have some issues if he plans on turning Dev into something so commercial? I like this site.....but if all of this continues and these 'improvements' he is planning go through I'm leaving.

I'm taking all my stuff, clubs, art, stories, poems etc etc....and leaving. I'll make my own web site because I can...I live with two computer programmers and my Father designs web pages and writes promgrammes for the air force...so setting up my own thing wouldn't be too hard now would it?

The moral of the story? Sign the freak'n petition and leave it alone *grumbles* Making phone calls and threatening people....or flooding Dev with yellow because you want to feel all politically up to date...is stupid...It isn't going to solve much......Be diplomatic, not idiotic.

Simple solution....Make a new site for people. Heck I'd help with the connections I have if you ask nicely? For free even.

Well, very interesting week. Started doing my '20 Ways to Peal a Cucumber' series again. Randomness and humor all rolled into one messy and bleeding package of doom Best kind. I plan on doing more of 'Forever Sinners' soon, but have a few requests I want to work through first hopefully I'll get through them soon enough....have been on a bit of a drawing binge.

I haven't been doing so many of my 20WTPAC cartoons mainly because...they take a lot of time :\ sometimes more than one of my Manga pages. All the cropping and pasting and scanning seperate images is hell o.< But the end product is always worth it.

In other news. Sand Monkeys have taken over my bedroom and holding my spleen ransom? Why? No idea? I keep telling them my spleen isn't that important, and they continue to make noises at me and demand fruit I never will get those stupid Sand-dwelling monkies -_-"

I saw another UFO today, though someone assured me it was probably just a frizbee I disagree. If I squinted enough it looked nothing like a frizbee! It's absurd really...who throws Frizbees in the air? They are full of vitimans and good for you, why waste a good frizbee just to throw it??

In other more positive news. I am heading home for the week...so won't be on line much over that time because I won't have much access to a computer? So no updates or much else for me. I will probably do some art while I am away and scan it when I get back. We'll see. I have a lot of catching up to do with my sister and plan on taking her out somewhere over the weekend...mainly because my parents will be coming down here on the sunday leaving me alone with my sis....kinda funny really....but my.....well kinda a step grandmother.....lets see if this makes sense....she is my mothers birth-fathers ex-wife Meh mummy was adopted but she isn't my mothers birth mother.

woah, think I'll stop now it is complex x.x gives me a head ache sometimes.

anywho, she is having an operation so Mum is coming down here (christchurch) to see her....while...I...am going up on the friday and coming back down the following friday. I'm going to call instead and wish Delores (Step Grandmother) Luck, she won't need it but it is the thought that counts. I was going to go up when my parents caome down than go back with them so I didn't have to pay for a bus...but a friend (We call her Bunny) called and confirmed her wedding date with me which is on the saturday...and I promised I would go and I wouldn't miss it for the world...so I am coming up a few days earlier.

Sister doesn't know yet, she still thinks I am coming up on the monday or tuseday I made my parents promise not to tell her just so I can surprise her by possibly crawling through her bedroom windows cryng "BRAINNNZZZZZ BRAINNZZZZZZ" Cus I won't get there until sometimes around 8pm?....damn buses...I'd take the plane but it was a bit last minute notification x.x

In other news you may have all noticed the sudden burst of Maps I've been doing...yes...welcome to my other useless talents! Map making YAY FOR USELESS TALENTS! Well I did get a few responces for the Compition idea...sooooooo. I figured I could try it out so here are the rules. Cus there always gotta be rules Dan juu rulezzz!!

RULES

1) The character must be original! Mainly because if I use it then someone goes 'hey that was mine' I get in trouble Never good.

2) you have to include the following details

Name
Age
Race...either human angel or Demon
Hair and eye colour
Bit about their demenor/personality are they good/bad?
Three powers they would have (if any?)

Any other details you can add at your pleasure. Like what they might wear or background information?

3) The image of your character can be one of three things. A drawing, a Photo, or a sculpture (if you really have that much time ) and it doesn't have to be a good drawing if you do one...just enough to gve me an idea...if you can't draw well just describe them in more detail when you do their profile so I get a better idea

4) Entries close on the 16th of June My time...meaning it may be the 15th for some of you...cus I live in NZ and we are ahead of everyone (I CAN SEE THE FUTURE!! rawr)

5) All submissions will be judged by me (dah )

well I decided it was time to update my Journal Mwa haha. Dev seems to be playing up for everyone lately with submissions so I've done what I normally do when there is a problem....ignore it Works most of the time...ahem.

Anyway as most of you may have noticed, I've started doing a Manga! Yes a real manga with the drawing and the reading of right to left Logically it's in english....because I'm not that good at japanese (in fact I barely know english ...according to my english teacher ) I've gone on a bit of a comic/manga bindge as of late. Working on my drawing skills and doing a Manga seemed like to get practice in...Gah! It has made me do more details than I usually do

But other than that! It gave me a good idea...well I hope it was a good idea at least Tell em what you think then I might try it...

I was sitting around at my desk drawing...a place of which my butt seems to be perminately glued too...pencil in hand (once again glued) and I was thinking to myself, something I don't do often So logically I had to get up and take a asprin X_X before I started thinking again and came up with an idea! Why not create an army of super Bunny Ninjas and take over the worlds Hotdog supply!

I soon realized how dumb that idea would be....because I mean come on...BUNNIES?? They'd breed too fast and take control...probably kill me too?

Other than that I thought it was a good plan.

So I started thinking again and came up with something else! Why don't I have a compitition? As this plan didn't have bunnies (or ninjas either -sadly-) I fgured it was a better one than the first.

The idea was to have a drawing compition to design a character I will stick in 'Forever Sinners' as one of the more main characters and they will make frequent apperances helping the 'crew' out

They can be male or female and the character sheet would have to have a drawing of them, heigh, hair colour, eye colour, race (human, angel or demon) a bit about their past, what they like (personality etc) and three powers they would have? If any? And anything els eyou feel like throwing in?

Anyway other than that I have found out something very interesting. Spyware loves me....in an unhealthy way x.x It gangs up on my and does illegal things to my computer that I should sue it for Once again I was forced to reinstall Windows XP pro over my old version to get rid of a Virus cus it kept taunting me evily and hiding in the depths of my C-drive where I could spend my whole life tyring to find it...how it got on my comp I shall never know....and, okay sure....reinstalling was probably a drastic measure that I most likely did not need to take when I could have possibly done something else and got rid of it....something less drastic which wasn't like Nuking an Ant hill to get rid of the bugs....BUT HEY! No more bugs right *evil grin*

Not like there wasn't anything on here I couldn't relaod easily anyway....then again I have to figure out HOW to get my scanner to work once again *bashes head on keyboard* Naggg....Maybe I should take to learning more about comps? I knwo I can get it working so NP...but the sound on my comp is also apparently not working o_O" I had the same prob last time I reinstalled....so should be easily fixed.

ahem...yes well. Funny thing happened yesterday. I txted my dad to call me and he did....from Seattle I forgot he was in America for the week so I was wondeirng why he was laughing at me when I answered the phone x.x oops....but it was funny XD I have a feeling I am going to hear about it in a few years as one of those 'hey remember that time' things....like 'hey pip remember that time when we were kids and I didn't believe you that cats could swim so we tossed spottie into the bath tub?'

She shot out of that thing like black and white lightning and we hardly caught her leaving <.< Damn cat was fast. Being innocent young children (HAHAHAHA RIIIIGGGHHHT) Pure and sweet (*Falls over laughing*) With no intention of harming out kitty (Okay that one's true > .> ) We found it so amusing we did it again for purely scientific reasons of course (Yes I am evil but seriously. I love cats, and not in the eating way. Though apparently they taste like chicken hehehehe) Cat kinda avoided us for the rest of the day....funny that?

In other news...it is storming! I went to a slave auction, pirate themed party (mwa hahahaha) For the record...no I was not auctioned off lol I was already 'owned' by my friend Kath and her Fiance Captain (yes that is his real name) Some girl got sold for almost $200 dollars. Lots of fun until the lightening came and the hail XD We got stuck unter the tent with marble sized chunks of ice falling down fro the heavens x.x Most of the city was cloaked in a sheet of white hail...loked like it snowed....so we dubbed it....RANBO SNOW!!!!!!!! Rawr! "Don't eat yellow ranbo snow"

Coming up is the Vampire Themeed party on Fri 13 of next month I must get my custume ready for that too lol...I vant to suck your vlooood *gnaws on arm*

YATTA I finally found out why my scanner wasn't working o.o Bit of a moof on my part...ended up my Spyware scanner was preventing the download from working for the programme I needed to work it ><" So I just closed it down while I loaded it and Voila! WORKS!

Anyway...Might take a while to scann everything. Most of it has to be done in two parts and some need some inking. So expect some stuff progressively

Well...my life has been interesting lately o.O for a start I managed to get the virus off my comp only to get another one that I have currently got under wraps for now...damn things...not to mention that after having to revamp my whole system hard-drive I have to reload stuff...and now I can't get the progamme for my scanner to work evil evil scanner *prods it and it snarls at her* o.o"

So I have done all these pictures....FINALLY finishing some of the requests I was asked to do a bit back by of Silvi....and a picture for Damion of his character Wolfe from a RP I do with him x.x I also finally did the pic for of her character Silvan in socks XD weeeeeee go the socks.

BUT I CAN'T SCAN THEM YET

It's driving me nuts, but I should have it fixed in a week or two...so I can take some reassurance in that fact for a while.

In other news...mutaint chinchillas have come from thier planet of fuzzalion to inslave us all with their uber cuteness....be warned, for they hold the power to look like a giant fluffy mouse crossed with a chipmunk....and adorable at that....BUT DO NOT BE FOOLS MY THEIR CUTE BEADY EYES!! FOR THEY WILL CONSUME YOUR SOUL!!!!!!! O.O I'm not kidding those little thinks are evil incarnate! They will inslave us and make use their zoo pets...feeding us on pellets for the rest of our lives...........I don't have a problem with pellets,m I mean they do kinda taste like weetbix....but that's not the point....

YAY I GOT RID OF THE DAMN VIRUS ON MY COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!! SQUEEEEEEEEEE!!!

I got that evil virus going around through messanger. *winces* It infects your comp them sends itself to everyone els eon your messanger list currently logged in as a file....if they accept they get it too...EVIL VIRUS! If anyone gets a MS-DOS file over messager do not accept it no matter what it is....seriously....I had to reinstall everything on my system hard-drive after whiping everything to get rid of the damn thing ><"

Is it just me or are men becoming less and less motivated over the years? I mean SERIOUSLY! I Could run around in a brazier in front of my boy friend and he's probably be like 'oh that's nice' and keep doing what he's doing!...........okay so me in a brazier might blind him but that's not the POINT! What I'm trying to say here is that you guys need to get motivated!! Woman say they can do everything (cus lets face it...we can mwa hahaha) But it doesn't mean we want to do everything! Sometimes we like to be lazy too...and we aren't always going to throws ourselves at you.... Maybe some will but not all of us...so bla!

Welllllllllll I finally made a new Avatar Lo and behold it is actually decent! *gasps* There are a few things I could say about it but I'm not going to *shifty eyes* Because it is perfect...yesss...perfect!!! MWA HAHAHAHAHA

Anywho, I finally got up some more of my stuff. Comics and such. I'm pretty happy with how they are turning out and I am slowly getting the hang of Paintshop Pro...so far I am blaming failed attempts on the cheese...THE CHEESE I SAY!! *whimpers* It's out to get me...*eyes flicks about nervously* The cheese and it's evil helpers that pencil stealing ninjas O.O

Waiiiiiiiiiii....I finally figured out how to use Paintshop pro! So I have started colouring some of my work. o.< I'll tell you I suck badly still, but I am getting there. Uni has yet to start and I have been downloading many chapters of the manga 'Bleach' I think I am in love with this Manga... I wuv it sooooo....also reading more Naruto *squeals* it is being updated again...weeeeeee....

The flat I have moved into is pretty...interesting...I have crazy flatmates....FINALLY PEOPLE I CAN RELATE TOO! Squeeeeeee One of my flat mates is trying to breed new life with bread. I think. It has gone a very er...un-bread like colour. I plan on liberating the bread from the crule clutches of his mindless experimentations...and throw it out (or burn it depending on how badly it is contaminated )

I've finally decided to start updating 'Impure' again...so...YOU MUST READ IT DAMMIT AND COMMENT!!! SO I KNOW HOW BADLY IT SUCKS!!!!!! *ahem* yes, anyway I'm also working on the next few pages of 'Born-crystal of atlantis' my little chibi comic. I have some pages I still have to post up as soon as I hook my scanner back up I haven't got around to it since we moved I'm so slack...
