Bueno, abrí un blog, cosa que hace mucho quería hacer. Espero no abandonarlo (suelo hacer eso con las cosas). Más que nada planeo incluir cosas que me parecen interesanten relacionados a distintas formas de arte (más que nada dibujo/pintura y fotografía). También planeo poner algunas cosas mías que me parezca que ameriten decir o contar algo al respecto.

Onto other subjects, I've recently discovered a great blog: [link] , where all stuff concidered belonging the cyber-punk genre is reviewed (like movies, games, books). I've downloaded like 15 movies already. Yesterday I watched "Save the Green Planet", a really WIERD korean movie. I recommend it if you don't mind seeing a little not-so-explicit torture scenes.

And regarding photography, I bought films again so we'll be shooting soon probably.

A few days ago I bought a new analog SLR camera: Pentax ME Super. I really like it (even with its quirks). I already have a roll developed and it works great (I have another one queued).
I'm considering investing on another lens. Mainly to have a wide-angle lens, but it would be nice to have something like a 35-80mm. Regarding macro photography, which I really like, I also thought about getting a teleconverter, but I don't really know if that is the ideal way to go (without spending too much).

Regarding the first roll, it contains photos of Santa Fe, Argentina, where ~lady-alessandra and I recently went (due to a informatics simposium ((GEEK))).


In the next few days I will be uploading some images together with the corresponding stories behind them.

EDIT: well, it took longer than expected, but it was worth it. I'm starting to upload. I'm using my crappy scanner (which for some reason kind of works acceptably on windows only).
Also, I noticed that the copies from the negatives cut a little out (because 10x15cm is not the same ratio as the film's size). I'm thinking on getting the negative scanner once and for all, and maybe take this roll to get it scanned somewhere.

EDIT: so something had to go not-well. I didn't notice the wheel which lets you select the film ISO speed was set to 800, and I have a ISO 400 film

El domingo pasado fui con ~JullsKill al Ferroclub de Haedo y sacamos varias fotos. Después de varias complicaciones (no encontrar como mierda llegar, casi morir de infarto cuando pensamos que un tipo salia con una escopeta y al final era una pala, compartir pilas porque tenía 6 de 8 pilas gastadas, etc) encontramos el lugar y estaba muy bueno (descampado gigante, lleno de trenes oxidados tirados por ahi).

Regarding photography, I thought about buying an analog reflex camera (cheap and used) to take it always with me, but I'm not really sure, my digital camera spoiled me a little. Even so, the simplicity of an analog reflex is tempting. I'll see what I can find.

Oh, I had to take some x-rays of my spine, I'll see if there's something interesting to upload (oh, yeah, so much for art).

That "lazy" emote always looked like an emote humping another one, at least lets hope I'm not the one being humped.

I decided (way late, since I had better oportunities regarding free time) to restart guitar lessons (well, I have to see if it isn't expensive, etc... at least my last teacher is still teaching, and he's like 15 blocks from home .
I don't know if this is going to the drain like ALL the other guitar lessons that I've took in the past... *sigh*, I never feel an accomplishment and the things I'd like too learn... well, I'm too ambicious and I can't commit to anything...

Anyway, I'm mostly excited about it.

Also, I'm going to go to play with drums (just like to accomplish a dream or something like that) in a rehearsal studio with a friend I've met (she plays bass and knows her way with drums).

On other notes... in 7 days there will be a tattoo convention in my city =]

Anyway, the only downside to all of this is that tomorrow I have a final and I'm a bit scared since I don't feel very prepared... I would feel very stupid if I'd didn't pass it... besides, it would ruin my whole next semester

I can't believe these things happen to me. I went to take the final last Friday and the teacher didn't show up
I waited a while, went to ask in the Math Department... they didn't knew anything... I just kept doubting myself (even more, since I was the only idiot to take the final there). I waited like an hour more and he didn't show up.
I went to the Math Dep. again, they still didn't knew anything about him. So, I went home worried about being wrong some how (even though I was like 99.9% certain it wasn't my fault).
Finally, a day later, he answered my e-mail telling me he was sick and couldn't give a notice earlier ¬¬
Now, I have to waste another day and take the final tomorrow. After all of this, I don't know how well I'm going to come out.

I just want the tattoo convention to be NOW. I'm really sick of having nothing to do or not to be able to have someone to enjoy these things with...

El finde de mi cumple fue el más aburrido que recuerdo. Pero entre todo mi aburrimiento se me dio por boludear un cacho con la guitarra, que estaba re abandonada por lo frustrante que se siente no saber tocar bien.
La cosa fue que me agarró curiosidad y empecé a buscar tutoriales y boludeces y en una noche me cerraron muchas cosas que nunca me quedaron claras. Cuatro profesores de guitarra a lo largo de varios años contra un tutorial =\
Entendí mucho más... así que ahora estoy nuevamente entusiasmado con ella.

Por otro lado, si tengo suerte, tendré una camara digital muy bonita como regalo de cumpleaños, de parte de mi viejo, vieja y abuela. Estuve debatiendo un buen rato (y todavía lo hago) sobre si aceptarla o no como regalo, ya que me parece mucha plata para algo así. Pero mis padres insistieron =b

Así que, ojalá que dentro de unos dias tenga algunas fotos para subir con esa camara =]

También estoy intentando componer un poco con guitarra (aunque no sale nada super interesante, solo me cae simpático). Estuve buscando algun sitio tipo youtube pero solo para audio y encontré dos:

Boludeces varias:

Tengo ganas de sacar fotosss... soy medio cobarde para estas cosas. Es dificil ser participe y observador al mismo tiempo. Ser partícipe, de por sí, no me sale demasiado bien =b
Ya estuve llevando la camara conmigo a la facultad y demás, pero con eso no basta. Hay que estar con la cámara en mano o pararse en algun momento a sacar la cámara y sacar fotos.
Tengo ganas de sacar fotos de Ciudad Univ de noche... quizás empiece por ahi...

Ultimamente no tengo nada de ganas de estudiar demasiado. Probablemente, luego cambie un poco esto, pero en estos dias tengo mas ganas de salir (de mi tupper). Siento que siempre me quejo (internamente) de que hay mucho que quiero hacer pero siempre encuentro excusas estupidas para no hacerlas.

Estoy pensando en hacerme lentes de contacto... si considero que no es demasiada guita para el pequeño capricho. Ya me rompe las bolas ver el mundo todo curvado y de no tener vision periférica. Parecerá una estupidez, pero creo que en general la gente no suele mover la cabeza constantemente para mirar las cosas, sino que mueve los ojos principalmente (sino todos pareceríamos pájaros). Por eso, teniendo lentes, no veo las caras de la gente y demás si no, muevo la cabeza. Es bastante molesto.

Seguiré escuchando Soilwork (me gusssta, ta copado)...

I'm not in the mood to type this journal in english... so I'm sorry =b.

Bueno, ayer salí con gente de la facultad todo un dia y toda la noche... tuvo copado, conoci gente muy copada y divertida. Llevé mi cámara y saqué tipo 3 fotos =b... muy pedorras creo... no tengo capacidad artística en esto me parece.

Me fui a @lternativ@ a la noche con la gente... no queria ir en principio porque iba a ser el unico con ganas de ir a la pista donde pasan musica hardcore y demás... Y bué... el revivir viejas epocas me pudo más y fui... aunque terminamos quedándonos en la otra pista =S. Creo que me dieron ganas de ir de nuevo... pero ir a la otra pista.

Pasaron cosas muy divertidas. Una de ellas fue que el patova pedía documentos (no para mayoría de edad, sino para tener algo que me identifique) y no tenía (los iba a llevar, pero bueh... me olvidé), pero sí tenía mi libreta universitaria =b... así que le mostré eso... Y que hizo el patova? Se puso a ver mis notas... pasó la primera pagina con la foto y le dije "no no, ahi tenes la foto" y dijo "no, yo quiero ver tus notas" y le pasa la libreta a otro patova que empieza a leer mis notas en voz alta... y dice "6, 7..., 9, uh... dos cuatros"... Fue muy divertido. Luego me dejó pasar y todo bien.

Me embolé un cacho adentro pero bueh... mejor que no hacer nada.

Volviendo, me agarró mi típica depresión post-salida... que molesto

Well... after poking and poking with the lenses... I decided enough is enough and that I couldn't clean them better than that... I've bough a little cleaning liquid from an optic which works well at some extent. There are a loooot of little hairs and stuff I can't remove.

I reassembled the lens and loaded a film... I don't care anymore, I wan't to shoot. If it comes out bad... well, I've tried. I'll try to get a new lens or even a new (but used) camera.

With some luck, I'll have something to upload in a few weeks.

The problem with my current camera is that the lens had moisture on the diaphragm, which prevented it from closing when shooting. I decided "what the hell... I can't use it anyway... I'll open it". I tried once but couldn't reach the diaphragm (there are many "elements" (actual glass lenses) inside the lens itself). I tried again and managed to reach the diaphragm. I cleaned up the wierd greasy water that was there.

Now I only have to close it. BUT... I need to clean all the elements because I've messed everything up... they have dust particles and finger prints on them =b
I'll buy something to clean it up tomorrow and, if lucky, I'll start shooting something this weekend...

Luckily I didn't gave away the ISO 400 roll I've bough long time ago... I hope the expiration date is true =b

I'm obsessed with a camera I've found on [link], a little Pentax camera. Pretty modest, but it's manual enough for my needs.
It is an auction, therefore I need to wait until it ends to see if I get it. There's like 99.9% of chances of not winning it, since the price is really low and there are at least two other persons intereseted in it. Right now, I have the highest offer, but I was told that most people tend to win auctions by raising the offer 1 $ seconds before the auction ends. And I can't do that, since I'm at class when it ends =\
Also, I'm not going to offer more than I already offered. Therefore, it's just a matter of time.

To give you an idea, I've been the last two days hitting 'refresh' on the page to see how it goes...
And now there are only 5hs left on the auction.. can't wait... Even if I have almost zero chances of getting it... I wan't the camera

But well, if I don't win it I still have other options. Just that the camera won't be as cheap and modest as this one probably.

I've been reading some stuff I wrote in the past (some logs), several years ago. I can't believe that was me, I was a totally different person. It's incredible how much I have changed. I've obviously become more conscious about life and stuff that younger people don't worry about or don't take as serius as I do know. In any case I think I miss my old me. I always think I wasted my teenhood (does that word exist?)... and I also feel I'm wasting my time waiting for my life to change (even though I'm not just waiting but trying to accomplish that).
I'm not actually that old, but I feel really old sometimes.
Even so, I recently realized that I'm as inmature as I was then. Its probably easier for me to talk to other human beings (altough I'm fucking shy, as I've always been), but sometimes I realize that i'm like a little child. All my life my parents overprotected me (and still do) so it was and is hard for me to know where to draw the line and consider what should I worry about and what I shouldn't. I never know if I'm being irresponsable for some action I would like to take or if its just another of my paranoias. Well, being robbed like 12 times in your life doesn't help to feel confortable in the street. I always hated envied people that doesn't have these paranoias because they were never robbed or because they never felt what it's like to be constantly abused (not sexually, don't get me wrong) by bullies. Maybe it's inmature to blame all this things for being the cause of my recesive personality, but I always think that one's personality is the result of genes and/or how you have been raised (the latter in my case).

I hate how some stuff in my life turned out. I've been thinking on it over and over again (I have plenty of time to think, I probably live in my head more than in real life). I consider I'm guilty for some of these things.

In the past I was always reluctant to admit that I felt lonely. But I just have to say that the thing I hate the most in my life is that. I don't know why but I can't feel confortable with the people I know. They feel like strangers. Only some very old friends are an exception to this.
I'm not unconfortable with my tastes / personality. I don't regret who I am nor anything like that. I just don't get why is so fucking hard to find at least _one_ person that has _anything_ in common with me.

... I wan't fucking vacations, some time off to try and change things.

Interesting things happened this weekend.
Friday: I went early to faculty so I could force myself to study for Saturday's test (too many distractions at home). Suffered a little cold, but I liked it nevertheless. I ended up eating a dead-cold sandwich that refused to be heated after 2 times in the microwave oven (yeah, there's a microwave oven and food in the library... but more important, 60 cent coffee).
I did all I could and by 14:00 aproximately I got bored and couldn't continue.
Nothing interesting so far.
Later that day I had class in the 2nd building on campus (pabellon 2, for the people that know what I'm talking about). We entered class and like one hour and a half later the lights go out...
- moment of silence -
The teacher says well, we can continue if you like. We agreed. The teacher, pointing at the blackboard in the dark says "well, this way we can test your abstraction capacity" and starts putting in words what moments ago he was drawing.
There was just a little emergency light on the left so we could at least see something. Another teacher went to find out what happened and when she returned she said that whole campus and near areas where completely blacked out. The light was supposed to come back in two hours.
Well, we continued taking class in the dark. Very fun.
After a few minutes some guy comes in and repeats the same thing the other teacher found out but now he said that emergency lights would only last for 15 minutes or more.
Now we all stood up and started walking. Some people illuminating with their cellphones that have a little flashlight in them.
Very fun. All campus was pitch dark and hundreds of people going out.
Anyway, I decided to go home. Uncontiously I went to the head of the line (llloong line) of people waiting for buses. I didn't meant to steal anyones places so I just approached the place where the busses were parked. It seems a couple of girls talked about me saying "this one stepped ahead of us... things don't work this way" =S. I felt a little bad about it. But again, it wasn't my intention. So I just let 3 buses leave before attempting to get on.
Oh well, I felt guilty afterwards. I always do when I do stupid things like those.

Saturday: got up really early and it was 1ºC outside. Had to go take the test. I thought I didn't had a chance but after all I think I did well enough to pass it. Maybe the combination of having slept less and the exam being easier than exams of previous semesters.

Seems I wanted to type a lot =b

On other subjects, I must say something that's not new but it's always there. I'm sick of how people that don't know me make stupid assumptions. It's totally understandable they act like that considering the shit I see on TV, the crib of stereotypes. Nevertheless, I'm not talking about the people that feel the need to put down someone else just to be cool with their friends or making a stand showing other people they think they're better than me.
I'm talking about people, specially girls, that don't consider me, I think, as mature as them and go for other guys that _look_ more like the _normal_ guy. And I'm not talking of any girl nor guy in specific, if you really know me and think you know I'm talking about.

Don't you sometimes feel you know you the cause of the thing you hate the most of your life but, no mather what you can think of, you can't seem to cut the loop and change things for good?
I just hate when I realize my life is completely cyclic. Every week the same rutine. I _know_ that when I reach the week-end things will be the same. And yes, I do try to avoid that.
I hate feeling older and older just because another week like the previous one passed by.

6 WEIRD HABITS/THINGS ABOUT ME
1- I tend to crack my knuckles (sometimes to relieve finger pain or just cumpulsively, but not really often). Ok, it's not really that weird...
2- I sometimes like to stay like half an hour (maybe even one whole hour) in bed after waking up (I just incorporate myself and stay there)... Day dreaming, acumulating energy to get out of bed and finish waking up.
3- I like to bite and play with my labret (lower lip piercing). I may even pull it with my hand or put my glass' sidebrow through it and let it hang (when I'm reeaaaally bored).
4- I feel the the need to tap rithms (like from a song, drums or guitar strummings) with my fingers (whole 10 of them). The wierd thing is that I got used to do the same thing (tap) by hitting the upper teeth with the lower teeth ("castañear" in spanish, but doing the same thing moving the jaw from side to side).
5- I tend to pull my beard when I think or when I'm just bored or listening someone (or both!)
6- I think too much. About everything. Probably main reason for most of the things I hate about myself. Sometimes borderline paranoic, something I probably inhertied (not at birth, but while growing) from my father.

Didn't thought I could find 6 (not because they weren't there but because I wouldn't see them). Now I think I could probably fill another 6 =b.

Not much to say.
Just tons of things I _have_ to do. Some other things I would _like_ to do. Little time for it all.

At least for this week. Stupid test about Operating Systems. Really annyoing.

When I get a minute I'l compose a deviation or two with some drawings (both on pencil and both on ink) I've been doing at drawing class to get the hand loose and try to avoid the "unsure line" (all jaggy).
I've been having a pose on my mind I'd like to draw but can't find the time nor the mood. Probably sometime this week I'll try to draw it.

Jus watched Amelie on cable (for 2nd time, 1st time was on French class at school and I really liked it). I keep liking Jean-Pierre Jeunet more and more ("Delicatessen", "City of Lost Children"... and "Alien 4"... but that doesn't count =S).

Well, I did one of the two drawings I intended to do (check gallery).

This weekend is just reaching its end. I thought I would be going out or something but I think I ended being the same old idiot as always. Don't know what I expect out of some people...
It's hard to beat my inertia and try to change my bad habits that are the cause of the issues I complain about.

I think one good thing about this year is that something I didn't know how to manage just happened to manage itself out. Well, not actually. But I'm conform with the end result so far.
And yes, I'm talking about my human-to-human or human-to-me relations in my life again. =b
Don't expect me to be more specific over here. That is one (bad?) habit I don't think I'm going to drop in the near future.

No, maybe it isn't a bad habit. I think its about respect to others. To the people that might know what I'm talking about. And again, I'll leave it there. I know what I wan't to say but this is not the proper medium.

Man, I have lived things in my life I can believe. Some I never consider possible and some others I just have to laugh at myself. Even so, I think I haven't started my life yet. It scares me that I'm getting older and older. I feel the pressure of time. Sometimes I don't know If I'm handling my life correctly. I feel like I'm waiting.

I've been going to drawing classes all fridays and I feel I'm getting a little better. Altough most of the week I haven't been drawing (I never seem to find the mood or the time), when I'm there I get to draw 2 hours in peace.
So far, I've been doing all proportion related stuff (in the face), so I didn't do any really artistic per-sei. But last class my teacher told me I was going to do a self-portrait and I should bring a mirror. So today I did, and I drew myself.
I think I never spent so much time looking at myself on a mirror. After two hours my face was floating around on my mind.
The drawing isn't finished, but I must say it is looking really good (with some indications from from her of course). It was good enough to make me laugh when I saw myself on paper with the same serious expression I have most of the time.

It is currently mostly done with lines but I'll be adding values (today's subject) to do the rest.
When I finish that I'll post it here, probably together with other drawings I made.

I need to steal the 220V -> 110V transformer (which weights 2.5Kg... I weighted it!) from my parent, he needs it for his printer. The scanner is slowly making its transition into my room, where it will stay permanently, when my father puts some shelves to lay it.

Anyway, no one uses it but me =b.

Yeah, title from a Deftones song, but it describes better this post than just a mere "updates in v01d's life". Well, actually there's no anniversary... only the uninteresting event. =b

Let's see, I started getting drawing classes and it feels I'm finally getting somewhere with something. Compared to guitar lessons, I feel more capable at this.
I thought into submitting something wierd like a before-after deviation using the drawings made as practice for the class (funny how I finally get to know what were the things I was doing wrong, when I just knew that _it was_ wrong).
Hopefully I'll get some time and do a more creative deviation.

On other subjects, I've been constantly battling in my mind to decide which classes to take this next college period ("cuatrimestre"... tetramester? ). The whole problem was that I thought I could happily just take one class so I don't get overwhelmed by work and all and end up getting bad degress because of that. But after watching the intrincate dependency diagram of each class (correlativities), it seems that I would be making my career longer by one year at least.
Even worse, I got really excited about robotics when I saw that next period I could take "Introduction to Behavior Based Robotics" (which is an optional class, but I need 12points in optionals to get my title anyway). So, taking this class next period wasn't a problem regarding dependencies of other classes, but then again, it would be even worse because I would make my career even longer.
So, I don't know wether I should take the two classes (programed by the "official" class program) and go for Robotics next period or just to take one this period, be more relaxed, but be forced to not to take Robotics next period.
I think I'm going to ask someone who already finished the career and ask for an opinion.
Well, that's my usual rant of the month (ROTM?).

Oh, and I finally got my long-awaited dark-bluish dye, but I got somewhat disapointed when I saw that it looked just black at plain light (altough If put my hair next to a lamp (?) it looks all blue!).

Last night I had a wierd dream... well maybe not _wierd_, but definately uncommon for me.
Before you get any strange ideas: there was no sexual content. But it goes near that side.
I remember it was longer (because I woke up very early, and I wanted to go on sleeping) but I forgot the main story (even after trying to go mentally over my dream to not forget it later, but well). Well, the situation was something like this: I was in some kind of party or meeting with friends (don't know which, don't know how many) and other people I didn't knew. Between these strange persons there where 3 girls that for some reason got really interested in me. I thought they were trying to make fun of me, but it seemed not. I was sitting in a couch and they sat around me, one of them leaning on my side and another one behind, in another couch. Suddenly, I turn around to the girl behind me and she kisses out of nowhere.
And BAM... that's my dream =S

I wanted to write about it because it was bizarre for me to dream about that situation, because I don't have any fantasies about several women. It is wierd how your brain can make you feel like shit sometimes and make you believe that the dream is actually real.
Stupid subconscious.

Now I feel wierd for writing this... but well. Who cares.

Onto other subjects, I'm trying (with my mom's help, who always insisted so much on this) on looking for a place to get drawing lessons.
Yeah, I know... guitar... drawing... photography... bleh
Wan't to do something about my life, besides work and studying.

Hopefully I will have something to submit during vacations, as I'm looking for ideas on what to draw.

I'll continue with my tradition of making a lot of journal posts and not many deviations.
Now that I have got some free time (vacations, and a month of job vacation soon) I started (re)learning guitar/music the autodidactic way (my way =b).
Using some PDF books that a friend gave me I learnt and understood more in a day than in all my past years with several guitar teachers.
Rereading all my old's guitar teachers' notes I can really tell they didn't have a very theoric way of teaching stuff, which always confused me. Now, looking at the big picture, those notes actually make sense.

I'm thinking on getting a better sound card... with nice MIDI support...

Well, some stuff happened since last post. I didn't feel like writing about it, but well.
It is a little contradictory the way I feel, because its a mixture of relief, not understanding and other stuff.

So, I really have to say I'm enjoying my new pair of headphones: sennheiser HD 202 ([link]). Basses are incredible, feels like someone is tapping on my head. How great would it be to wear them while playing music somewhere.

I would really like to have a tattoo but I'm too obsesive to choose something I really like and never get tired of, so... dunno when that will gonna happen.

Altough I still need to pass some tests I already feel like I'm in vacations... I'm a little eager to get faculty out of my head for a while and concentrate on things I've left behind this year. Guitar for starters... the rest is probably materialistic stuff which doesn't really matter (well, not all the rest) but I don't care.

Wierd thing is that I don't really care if I have to retake the course I have still pending... I even think I'm going to take a light four-month-period (yes, that is google's best try at translating "cuatrimestre") next year. Don't want to get my job in the way of my studying, nor my studying in the way of my life.

Well, another boring night. Feels like another weekend.

It's wierd, I don't really know what I want. But at least I think I can see things things less blurry right now. I mean, I think its better if I just wait and see.
Sometimes I can't tell if I just want something because I don't have it or because it is real. I can't really tell by debating it with myself, rather by actually living it.

Argh, faculty is getting really heavy (like always at the end of the year). I just want vacations. REALLY. And I remember when I didn't do anything last summer. Just sitting at the PC and coding all the time. I don't know what to do this summer but at least I know i'll try to do something about my life =b.

I really want to take pictures but in general I never get in any situations where I would like to shoot something or someone. I hope I can change that.
I think I'm gonna start by taking the camera to faculty.

Obviously nothing happened from what I described in previous post. Obviously I'm guilty of my own incapacity.
Why do I get obsessed and it is not even reciprocal? Ever felt like you are in a movie and you just watch the world but you don't seem to interact or even exist there? Well, that's 90% of my life. The other 10% is one of those moments that make everything worth it.
I hate to see other people get so easily what is my only true desire.

Anyway, I'm not blaming anyone for my faults. This is just consuming me and the worst thing is that I know how is this going to end. Even though I still deny reallity for my own sake and try get what I'm after. I guess that is better than sitting around and complaining (yes, like I am right now).

I don't know what to do. Well, I know what I _could_ do, but I think that it doesn't make sense outside my head. The worst thing is that when I get obsessed with a stupid little thing I can't get my mind of it and I can't concentrate on studying and stuff. Now, imagine something like this. My mind is _really_ away in thoughts all the time.
People (including me (yes, I am a person)) can be really wierd. Sometimes it feels like that I see too much of the world and the rest can't see that, and so they live happier and not worrying about this. Then there are people that do see the people like me. I think I've never met anyone that does. Or did I? Can't really know at this point.
It's wierd to feel like this. It is not bad, actually I just can't stop having a good feeling about this. What hurts is that when I try to take my thougts into the real world, it seems obvious that things aren't possible. At least this one, right now.

Whoa, I realized that the title I gave to this post is the exactly same as a previous post (when I was feeling like this actually).

Of course that blogging (if this can be called blogging) is a form of therapy (I've read that once). A pathetic way of therapy, but well.

I'll take some pics tonight. Let's see what comes out.

Three posts in one day. This shows how much happened this weekend.
Last friday was my birthday (damn I'm old!) and it started really well. For reasons I won't explain here I got really depressed later and I thought it couldn't get any badder than that. I felt like I didn't felt for long time.
At the next morning, after lots of different thoughts passing through my head I got some peace. The whole bad thing turned into something that now is something important for me. For a change, I'm gonna try to do what I always think I should do.

Because my camera (specifically, the lens' diaphragm) is fncked up, I grabbed my dad's digital cam and started playing with it. I took a lot of pics, and some of them I really liked. This will be a weekend to remember.
The end of this week could turn out to be really good or really bad. For the first time, I'll try not to be such a fncking coward and take a risk. I hope it doesn't turn out the bad way.

I feel like a fucking stupid. I feel like I don't exist.
Why is it so easy for other people?
Things never go up.
Last night I wanted to scream, cry or run away and don't stop. There's hardly any place where I can have hope anymore. I'm a fucking freak. I'm a fucking joke.
I feel fucking used.
I wish it wouldn't be true but I wish I wouldn't have to deny reality.
Where am I going? Time passes, I feel like I'm going nowhere. I'm just making time. Waiting. Waiting for someone else to feel like this.
Instead I just get older. I waste my time.
I can't seem to do anything about it. At least nothing better that the rest.
I hate people that patronizes or condescends me. What is so fucking good about them that is better than me? It's easy to tease if you don't care shit. It's hard to show what you feel.
Even worse, do they realize about what they're doing? Are they just blind or they don't even care?
Why tha fuck I always join the wrong group? Why can't anyone else be for real?
What I'm I waiting? What can I do? People just don't understand.
They'll never see.

Maybe I'm overreacting. But I feel like shit.
Everything would make sense with someone else. I feel that my own incapacity took it from me. I don't know who to really blame.
Yes, I fucking admit it. I realize my creativity is just a negation of reality where I try to get the only thing I really wan't in life. I'll never create anything true before I accomplish this last desire.
I think I could give it all away for this. I hate to see myself watch time pass and never be any closer. Always the same circles, always the same results.
And now that for once something is different, someone else takes it and makes it disappear.

I had to write this. I think I never felt it so badly.
My throat hurts. This sucks. I suck and my creativity is shit. An escape. A denial.
But in the end, who cares?
Everyone is part of my problem, so they'll never get to understand.

I don't know why, but I really feel like starting (for real, this time) on Photography (plain amateur and autodidactic obviously).
After having a _really_ bad experience with my old Praktica camera (the film wasn't correctly setup, so the film was never exposed), I put the camera away for a while.
Now (that I got over it =b) I'm going to try to make something out of my so-called creativity. Next year I'm gonna rent a locker at faculty to keep my camera on me most of the time.
The bad thing is that the lens of the Praktica is a little fucked up (the diafragm gets stuck, it seems humidity is keeping the little pieces together). I'll try to fix it.
Anyway, I'm also thinking on getting a digital camera and/or probably a negative/positive thing to use with my scanner so I would just need to develop the negative (which is really cheap).
Well, I hope that for next post I have some pictures with me =]

Probably my mood change has something to do with the previous (undescribed) event so I think noone else could understand it.

This will probably be a long post since I feel like taking a lot out of my system (anyway, its a 1% of what consumes me, but a 1% less).

Currently: saturday night. 3:17 AM, listening music, as usual for this time of the day.
What's new? Probably my job (well, since last journal entry at least, 'cuz I'm working for 4 weeks already). It is something really new and really odd for me (obviously I never worked before). Amazingly enough I really like it (so far, at least). I'm working as a sysadmin (next to other people at higher and same level, so I'm not in charge of everything, I'm probably just the computer science guy they needed). My main role over there is to mantain the computer cluster that the Chemistry Department uses (actually three clusters).
It is wierd to do stuff I never did (like opening computers and "playing" around with their components).
But at the same time it's a little scary the responsability side of it (there couldn't not be any responsability involved anyway, but well). They gave me keys (specially one, that opens up the cluster room, the department, some bathrooms (?) and another department somewhere else).
But, again, I like it so far. I think that, for the first job of my life, It couldn't get any better: working at the same place where I study, flexible hours, little hours per week (10), _good_ pay ($300 pesos) and nice people. Probably the best thing of all is that thing that concerned me the most since I got my first piercing and such.
Having a childhood where I heard from everyone (specially close people) that I wouldn't succeed or get anywhere in life if I'd keep looking like I looked, I always thought that someday I would need to forcibly change my way of being (because I don't consider my appearance be just a superficial issue, It is part of my nature of customizing everything, including my body).
And, after deciding that I shouldn't give a crap about what those people said (and probably still think but don't say) I prooved myself (and, indirectly, others) that I _did_ got somewhere. A first step, at least.

Well, that's it for now about the job.
About studying... Mmmh... I don't know why but sometimes I feel a little discouraged to study and that makes me fail a lot when taking exams and such. I know the cause of this (something people probably can't tell from the outside), but it is a problem that won't get fixed if I don't do anything about it. Hopefully, I can find a situation where I can start "fixing" it... Yeah, I couldn't be any more vague =S

Oh, my tooth is finally out. Actually I have it here on my desk. It really feels _strange_ to have a piece of my body between my hands. It just looks like a plastic tooth.

As always, I get those "creative" moments when I feel like I could re-take guitar lessons or maybe art-lessons. But I always end realizing I don't have what it takes for it.
Maybe I'm just not incentivated enough.

It's awfull to see how life passes on and things remain the same. And if they don't remaing the same and seem to get better, I suddenly realize I lost those wonderfull things and complain about not apreciating them while I had them. So, If I apply icomplete induction I could say that I'm just in the period of my life when I lost one of those good things and, If I get _really_ lucky I'm gonna find another of those wonderfull things to later loose it before I get a chance to notice I got it.
Mmmh, pessimism seems to be in my genes.

Hearing the stupid birds I hate to hear at this time of the night I realize that this is just another of those damn weekend nights that I always suffer and when I get retrospective thoughts (depressive ones). I will probably regret typing all that I typed here tomorrow but well. I think I care less and less over time about things I always cared.

I don't even care even if 0 or 1 people read this. I don't even care if this words find their way through some wierd search on google. I just don't.

Well, I'll proably start a blog somewhere if I get this "needs to write" often (I know I often feel like I feel right know, so it's the same).

Ok, enough bitching.
