So, overall, the film is doing...ok. Just...ok. Resident Evil 5 plot

Chris Redfield drives across the African savannah in his humvee towards Kijuju. Kijuju, an area of a "fictional" African country (it's actually Nigeria) has been sealed off by the army after a massive surge in violence, rioting and the murder of foreign residents. Whilst the BSAA is not sure if it's a BOW outbreak or just an outburst of nationalist sentiment, they are investigating the situation and have already infiltrated the area. Chris meets up with his new partner Sheva Alomar. Sheva is there to help "smooth over" interactions as the government has recently been replaced after a bloody civil war and the natives still fear any colonial interference by the West.
The two approach the gate to Kijuju and have to bribe a local army officer to get past. They explore the village, taking in the hostile attitudes of the locals and casual violence. As they head towards their contact, a siren sounds and the village clears. After meeting up with Reynard Fisher and obtaining their equipment they head towards the town square to look for any leads on finding an arms dealer called Ricardo Irving. The pair witnesses the brutal implantation of a Plagas parasite into a local. They progress to the town square just in time to see Fisher's execution and are forced to hold out against the Majini hordes. After a BSAA chopper takes out the gate they press on. They fight their way through the town, encountering foreign girl Allyson along the way only to have to put her down when a Plagas parasite explodes from here head. They reach the sewers where Alpha team has been wiped out. The first Uroboros BOW makes itself known to them and they tap it in a furnace.
Moving through a train yard to a mining office the pair finally encounter Irving, only for him to be rescued by a mysterious masked woman. The two agents search the files Irving left behind and find a flash drive with Jill Valentine's picture on it. Chris has a minor flashback and upon searching the rest of the files, discovers that Irving is heading towards an oil field. After pitch black caves, roads and cliff sides a truck crashes out of control in front of them. Popokarim, a giant bat BOW, emerges and attacks. After being defeated it flies away and Chris and Sheva are picked up by Josh and another agent in a hummer. After checking in with HQ they are given the order to withdraw from the area due to the scale of the problem. Heading towards the extraction point, they are pursued by motorbikes and trucks. As darkness falls they reach the village, only to learn that the other BSAA team has also been wiped out, this time by an El Gigante. After killing the troll Chris states his intent to disobey HQ's orders, saying he must find out what happened to Jill. He tries to convince Sheva to leave but she sticks with him. They head off at first light to the refinery on an airboat.
Sheva convinces Chris to tell him how Jill died. Chris and Jill were given a tip on where Ozwell E. Spencer was hiding out, but when they entered they found Wesker standing over Spencer's body. They immediately opened fire but Wesker easily dodges the bullets and disarms them. After throwing Jill against a bookcase he prepares to dispatch Chris for good, but Jill tackles him and they both fall out the window. Both Wesker and Jill were presumed dead. Chris and Sheva approach a group of islands with seemingly primitive dwellings on them. They are attacked by tribal Majini and even crocodiles in the swamps. They search to find a piece of a crest on each island in order to assemble it and use it to open a gate blocking their boat's path. They finally arrive at the refinery and meet up with Josh.
After fighting their way through yet another horde and a set of lifts they see Irving on a monitor. Irving tells them they're about to be blown to bits along with the refinery. Josh radios them to say he's secured a boat. Chris and Sheva observe Irving leaving on a gunboat, with the mysterious woman heading in a different direction on a speedboat. They fight to the docks and escape in the nick of time with Josh. Next they blast their way through a set of gates and continue into the swamp, before literally running into Irving's gunboat. They board it and confront Irving. Irving has a small flashback of his own to the refinery where the mystery woman demands to know how he will deal with the pursuing BSAA. Irving laughs it off but when the woman threatens him he agrees he will do something about it.

As many long time gamers know, Capcom used to hold the rights to create games based on Marvel comics. It was at that time that they created what is perhaps the greatest cross-over fighting game of all time. Marvel Vs Capcom 2; a triple tag team fighter featuring over fifty of the companies' greatest characters. The amount of variety in the game's roster is simply dizzying. Not even Smash Bros Brawl can claim to have the same level of dream-match, cross-over craziness as Marvel Vs Capcom 2.
Despite it being Y2K, a year when the 3D fighting game were king, Marvel Vs Capcom 2 was still hugely popular. Then, out of nowhere, it the series just died. Capcom wasn't even allowed to press more discs of Marvel Vs Capcom 2 for the PS2 and Xbox, causing the few copies of the game released in stores to suddenly become worth big money. The series seemed truly over, and with its passing died a little bit of the soul of every 2D fighting game devotee.
If any of this strikes a chord for you, then I have good news. Your soul may be saved this day. I've Matlocked a butt-load of evidence that has led me to believe that Marvel Vs Capcom 3 is coming to the USA and to Europe, probably on the Wii, and most likely in 2009. Hit the jump for the details.

Exhibit A: Capcom needs a way to release Tatsunoko Vs Capcom outside of Japan
If you care enough about Capcom fighting games to even be reading this article, then you know that this December, Capcom is set to release Tatsunoko Vs Capcom on the Wii in Japan. The game is a cross-over fighter just like a Marvel Vs Capcom game except with various characters from Japanese animation studio Tatsunoko in place of the Marvel comics icons. This makes sense for the Japanese market, as Tatsunoko's animation has been a part of the Japanese psyche since the 1970's, where Marvel comics are only now beginning to gain some popularity in the Manga obsessed country.
As much as Capcom USA may want Tatsunoko Vs Capcom localized, it's just not likely to happen. In a TGS meetings with "multiple (Capcom) representatives", Spencer from Siliconera was told that due to the North American licensing issues, a game with all that Tastunoko magic going on just wasn't possible to publish outside of Japan.
That's terrible news to non-Japanese fans of Tastunoko characters like Gatchaman and Casshern, but it's incredible news for fans of Marvel Vs Capcom 2. In order to get around all the red tape, Capcom could swap out the Tatsunoko characters for Marvel characters for a fairly low cost, a cost they would probably make back quikcly via the sale of Marvel Vs Capcom 3. But does Capcom of Japan even want to make a new Marvel Vs Capcom game? Well by gum, I reckon they do. Just check Exhibit B and see for yourself!
Exhibit B: Capcom of Japan wants Marvel Vs Capcom 3 to happen
Just recently, Street Fighter IV's producer stated that he'd want to make a new Marvel Vs Capcom. He even said that he met with Marvel at Comic Con 2008, and though he coyly states that nothing is happening between the two companies yet, that he'd certainly like that to change.
It's an answer you'd expect from a guy who wants to get people talking, but doesn't want to draw too much attention away from his current project. If Marvel Vs Capcom 3 is definitely going to happen, the time to announce it would not be while doing press for the build up to Street Fighter IV. But what if you worked for another company involved in the Marvel Vs Capcom 3 project, one that could speak more freely without caring of how it will affect the press and the sales of Street Fighter IV? Well, you'd probably get something like Exhibit C...
Exhibit C: Marvel says it's happening
At this years San Diego Comi-Con, the President of Marvel Studios just came out and said that Marvel Vs Capcom 3 is happening. This is significant for a couple of reasons. For one, it's info coming from a non-videogame related source, and is therefore more credible. For whatever reason, videogame developers and publishers always lie about what they're up to, which is why we often have to turn to the ESRB, the comic book, or the movie industry for reliable inside info on what they're planning (I'm looking at you, Gary Oldman).
Secondly, the fact that the guy even knew what the hell Marvel Vs Capcom 3 is evidence that he's got some familiarity with the series, which tells us he knows about what makes a good Marvel game. In the past, Marvel's dealing with videogame companies was handled by second party negotiators, people who lacked any creative connection to Marvel's characters or interest in videogames in general. It was under their watch in 2004 that EA was handed the rights to start making Marvel games, which lead to the crappy-ass fighter Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects. Now, the reason WHY I had such a difficult time posting this is because my computer wouldn't let me do ANYTHING! Not even log onto DA. It did, however, allow me to talk on MSN messanger but right as I was fixing the problem with the help of my good friend, Mart, the damn thing just shut off! Completely blank! I just walked away from the computer, irrated and forced to use the school's computer as my back up. I finished school so now I won't be as busy because that means that my internship is over.

My grades for this year were the following

Microcomputers - B

And my internship was incredible experience, allowing me to meet such high profiled game designer, storyboard writers and publishers as well as Mayors throughout the state, Governor Patrick and Senator Kerry.

But more importantly, I have succeeded in writing FIVE yes FIVE episodes for my story Grim Deeds *which is a tentive title, my friends, as I have been told that title is to bland, by my fellow co-workers.*

Now...with my success in writing five episodes means that I have, officially, beaten my record of only writing 1-4 episodes in anyone of my stories meaning that this will be the story I will continue to write UNTIL it is finished. *And that will take at least 5 or 6 years but hey I'm excited to write this and happy as all hell that I'm finally feeling proud enough to write something.* So...to help share my happiness...I'm going to post up, here on my deviantart account, the first four episodes of Grim Deeds. So for the next 20 weeks I'll be posting episode sections until the 4 episodes are finished. There are points in a story that are suspenseful and can easily break from the rest of the episode so I can drag out the episodes...sorry but I love to see people's responses to such situations. So starting on December 25th *as my Christmas present to all of you* I will be posting Episode 1: Part 1 for all of you and then continue to post up the episodes every Thursday. *And you can count on that.*

But for this week, I will post up the story to make up for all the weeks not posting up anything at all. Its 13 *possibly 31 depending on your computer* pages. Its a love story of sorts that was written for my final exam in Creative Writing. Its a story of a man who ends up dying in a very fierce battle and then meets the Angel of Death whom uses this warrior to get his revenge on those who used him. But is she really trying to help? Or does she have some other goal that she wishes to acquire. Now, I did pretty good making this story *given the time span I had and good enough to get a B* but none-the-less there were flaws to the story that I am willing to talk to all of you about if you are willing to post your thoughts of the story. The Article: Square Enix drops Tecmo bid, hints at new deals
By Tor Thorsen, GameSpot Posted Sep 5, 2008 4:18 pm PT Japanese RPG giant formally scuppers $200 million offer for Ninja Gaiden maker, in talks with "quite a few" companies regarding mergers and buyouts.

Less than 24 hours after Tecmo said no thanks to its $200 million offer, Square Enix has officially withdrawn it. Initially, the Japanese role-playing game giant didn't rule out a hostile bid for Tecmo. However, the day the Ninja Gaiden maker announced it was pursuing a union with Dynasty Warriors publisher Koei, Square Enix president Yoichi Wada threw in the towel.

"If they truly dislike Square Enix, there is no point," Wada told the Reuters news service. "All [game] creators would leave the firm the moment the deal was done. It would be the equivalent of buying a building."

But while the Tecmo takeover may be dead, that doesn't mean the minds behind Final Fantasy XIII aren't laying plans for other buyouts or mergers. "We are talking with quite a few companies in and outside of Japan," said Wada.

While Wada did not go into further detail, and downplayed any on going negotiations as "routine," the fact Square Enix is talking to non-Japanese parties raises an array of intriguing possibilities. First, that the Tokyo-based company might acquire a Western developer, as Sega did with Secret Level (US) and The Creative Assembly (UK). There's also the possibility of some sort of agreement with a Western publisher, such as the recent Grasshopper Manufacture/Electronic Arts deal.

Now, if your unaware, the lead designer of Dead or Alive creator and Ninja Gaiden Tomonobu Itagaki is leaving Tecmo and suing the company for unpaid Dead or Alive 4 completion bonuses! So, Square looked at this as a possible investment because Itagaki is actually TAKING Ninja Gaiden AND Dead or Alive rights with him so that TECMO can't make anymore games with his characters...which I can understand because they are HIS characters and I wouldn't want my characters to be milked. Now...why would Square want to by TECMO? Easy...now that TECMO has lost both of its star games, it really doesn't have anything to offer as a company and it would be more of a merger to make more games with more people making more money for SQUARE. I LOVE how in the article Wada says he HATES Square...me too my friend...me too.

As far as square-enix goes...I've been with square and enix since the NES/SNES days where titles such as FF3, Chrono Trigger, 7th Saga, Brainlord, Secret of Mana and the liek were all top-notch rpg in their own right and almost nothing churned out by either company was sub-standard. I'd have to say that that is absolutelly no longer the case with Square. Only about 40-50% of the games they develop now are really worth any mention and, of those, its generally only the big franchises like Kingdom Hearts or Final Fantasy. I was completelly miffed to say the least by their decision with a multi-platform FFXIII, but I can understand that there is certainly more money to be made. That said, I still find their business practices opf late to be seriously disconserting and leaning more towards the business end rather than the quality of production in their titles. All of this aquisition bull on their part only leads me to believe that my once favirote company and rpg developer is now in the game to make as much money as possible. If they really wanted us to all be happy they would already be halfway through development on Chrono Trigger 2(a true sequel), Secret of Mana 4(another true sequel), a port of Front Mission 5, and the oft-rumored Final Fantasy VII Remake. They don't give a damn what we want, they just do what is in their best financial interest. The sad part is that, no matter what market research probably indicates, all of the titles I just mentioned would probably make them more money than half the lame DS games and 5th remakes of old games combined.

The golden days of Square are over. Basically after the geniuses that made the games pre-Enix merger left most of their games have been mediocre at best save for a couple. Back in the day almost every Squaresoft game was killer. I've personally given up on them

So anyway’s, with that said...Final Fantasy IX came out in 1999. And by this time, Final Fantasy VII, VIII and Tactics were well on their way and beaten. And each game took me a year or more to beat. Tactics = 1 year. FF8 = Two years *damn Ultimecia and Adel!* And of course FF7 ...Sephiroth! But this one...would only take a matter of 2 or 3 DAYS to beat. ...What happened to the challenge? And best of all...a cool villain would be nice! Kuja? Really? That’s the best you guys got now? And worse of all was it was back to the way FF use to be which, I kinda did not like. I’m more into the futuristic FF’s I guess like FF6, 7, 8, and X. Speaking of which, FFX, another game that had the love story AND saving the world...I kinda liked it better for its love story and, of course, you can’t go talking about FFX without the underwater kissing scene between Tidus and Yuna. But overall...as for villains appeal...again...they didn’t seem to deliver something motivational enough for me to like them.

Now...it was at this time that Squaresoft would become Square-Enix. It would also be at this time that FF, Square as a company as well as their games quality would DECREASE greatly for more of a pleasuring fan service games rather than actually making a good game. Kingdom Hearts *the first one* was the last good game that I played by Squaresoft and the way I looked at Kingdom Hearts was sort of a go away party for all of Squaresoft’s hard work. Of course...not to say Squaresoft as a company didn’t make bad decisions. The Final Fantasy: Spirits Within movie was a disaster of course...loosing Nobou Umaestu was bad as well as the director of the FF series. *which explains the decrease in the quality of the games as of late.* And most importantly, the merging of Square with Enix...seems like it was icing on the cake. So...it only seems natural that FF and Square would soon become the company of pure hate and examples for EVERY SINGLE VIDEO GAME COMPANY to point and show how much you do NOT want to be like them. I’d also like to mention that Square, although royally screwing up FFX with FFX-2, FFXI and FFXII as well as screwing up FF7 with Dirge of Cerberus and Before Crisis, HAS done some good things over the past 4 or 6 years or however long its been since they’ve been around. Front Mission 5 *which sadly never saw a state side release but had INCREDIBLE music and hell of a good story to boot*, Kingdom Hearts II *which actually turned out to be better in many ways than the original*, Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core *which I was surprised yet not because if there was any part of the FF7 storyline that was unclear it certainly was during Zack’s storyline and time that he was alive.*, Advent Children *Another Final Fantasy VII spin-off but at least the movie had to do with something about the game...even if it is loud and obnoxious*, and of course, it goes without saying that this most recent announcement of a Final Fantasy Versus game *Final Fantasy Dissidia* looks to be amazing...best part? They STOP where Final Fantasy stopped being good...that tell you anything people? Fan: UM...AERITH???!

...Like I said...I didn’t forget anybody. Yep...I HATED...Aeris! Yes I said it...I said...Aeris! For YEARS...we had known her, the annoying girl in pink who apparently is the mother of all Mary Sue, as Aeris...not Aerith...Aerith sounds retarded...Aeris does too but either way it was bad for the character. She sucked...and yes I was happy...COMPLETELY happy when Sephiorth killed her. And it was also at this moment I liked Sephiroth that I appreciated Sephiroth as a villain. Everything he was doing before hand...well...didn’t really make him seem like a villain...just a confused character. And even today...I don’t consider him a villain or bad guy...hell...I’m more likely to consider everyone before him and after him a villain. At least he thought he was helping the world....everyone else just wanted to destroy it or rule it. Now...was I at least sad about Aeris’s death? Hell no. Did I cry? No. Did I laugh? No I’m not twisted. I just didn’t like the character. I liked Tifa. I thought Tifa was a little more realistic. But all in all...the game was still amazing to me and finally I could take into appreciation of the Final Fantasy series. So...it took me a while to beat the game. * cough3yearscough* And actually beat the game AFTER beating Final Fantasy 8. It was a year to beat Final Fantasy VII Disc 1-2 and then 2 more years to just beat Sephiroth. Yep...I sucked at FF. But hey...you know what...it was because of this that I had even more of a connection with Sephiroth. He challenged me and didn’t let up and even after replaying the game 3 times, it still wasn’t enough to beat him. But when I did...I was overjoyed of course.

Now...in the time span of Final Fantasy VII to VIII and waiting for Final Fantasy VIII to come out, I went out to get another Final Fantasy game that I had seen in the stores. That game...was Final Fantasy Tactics. A game that, in my mind, surpasses Final Fantasy in so many levels. Yeah...it’s the chess style/ Ogre Battle game but still it had a story that made up for the gameplay. It was like a story written by William Shakespeare himself. It was amazing...and best of all? Cloud Strife makes a special guest appearance. With his story connecting itself with that of Final Fantasy Tactics...and Final Fantasy VII still trying to be beaten...my love for Final Fantasy VII obviously grew...and grew to even the point of getting the dreaded Ehrgeiz. Ehrgeiz was a versus game made by Dream Factory *not really Square, Square just overlooked it*. And was considered a piece of shit by many gamers...me? I thought it was... a masterpiece. I mean...if you look at those shitty Dead or Alive/Tekken or even Soul Calibur games with their RESTRICTED gameplay and then look at Ehrgeiz and the ability to run around anywhere and not have to be restricted...yeah...it was a definitely a game ahead of its time. And for Final Fantasy characters...Cloud Strife...Zack...Tifa Lockheart...Red XII...Yuffie Kisaragi...Vincent Valentine...Sephiroth...it was pretty good though...although...maybe if I looked at the point people were making today...and played it again...I MIGHT realize the things people were saying. But...then again...I don’t like to be in the norm...

My next game by SQUARE would be a game that is considered by many gamers a Jewel to the gaming world...Chrono Trigger. At first, Chrono Trigger wasn’t something I was sure about nor knew anything about and so I didn’t want to buy it right away, worrying about the same experience I had in Super Mario RPG. So, after renting it what must have been three times, it goes without saying that I enjoyed this game from beginning to end. To me, time traveling stories like Back to the Future and Terminator are some of my favorite types of stories. Stories of people trying to change fate by going through time. And this is no exception. What was better was the characters designs were done by that of the Dragon Quest games and the Dragonball shows *If you know his or her name...consider yourself a true nerd. * So...even after beating it and then still renting it for a fourth time...I finally decided to ask it for Christmas! Now...you would think I wouldn’t care about a game that I’ve already beaten...but no way...I realized how special Chrono Trigger is and for me not to own it would be in itself would be a crime...little did I realize that something unexpected would be headed my way...Final Fantasy VII....the self-proclaimed king of FF...

You tell your experience and story of how Final Fantasy has effected or did effect you as a gamer and as a person. The story SHOULD be a page long *Microsoft Word regular page long* and should tell your experience throughly. Then you should tag three other people to tell their stories! ^^

So basically...my story does not start with Final Fantasy 1...but rather...Final Fantasy II *or Final Fantasy IV for JP*. When I was a child...say 6 or 8, I noticed the game called Final Fantasy II. My brother, who at the time was working for Toysareus *or however you spell it* and knew quite a thing or two about Final Fantasy and video games. All he said was "it was crap. Move on." And so I did. But eventually, overtime, I wanted to experience the Final Fantasy experience with Final Fantasy III. Why? Well...not just because I wanted to become my own individual and be rebellious. Its also because SQUARESOFT had become quiet an influential impact on my life as a writer and person that I had to give it a try. My first real Square game, oddly enough, was Secret of Evermore, an amazing game *yes I said amazing* that stars a boy and his dog going through a world of different imaginative places in time. For example: you fight dinosaurs in the prehistoric age, mummies in the ancient greece and Egypt age, Dragons in the Middle Ages and Robots in the Future Age. Now...many might ask why was this game was so good? Well..due to my personal connection with my own animals *aka rabbits*, I wanted to write a similiar story with a boy and his rabbit. A story that anyone who knows me, would be called Monster Wars.

In anycase, my next game with SQUARESOFT, before I'd play Final Fantasy III, was a game I thought, along with everyone else because we didn't have the internet to know, was Secret of Mana. Yes...I thought it was a sequel or prequel *as I looked on the date of the game being 1993 and Evermore was 1995.* and bought it under those expectations...of course they weren't met but I didn't care. Mana, to me, wasn't better than Evermore *perhaps I was following the whole first game is best game motto*. But still...the music is awesome and the character interaction was something that I hadn't seen...and I was regular gamer of games like Mario, Zelda and Megaman so I wouldn't be use to this. So...now...finally I play Final Fantasy III...or rather...I rent it to see if I would like it. And...I hated it...I could NOT stand how the gameplay was nor did I like the story itself. I didn't make it far at all but I didn't care. It was horrid! >< I mean...at least with Evermore and Mana you could rapidly swing your weapon or whatever and keep swinging...where as this...this wasn't! And so I returned it, hoping I would never...EVER have anything to do with Final Fantasy again...

1. Megaman 9

All I gotta say is...O..M...G! @_@ Megaman IS DEAD! No seriously...this is BAD! Having Megaman 9, as I have always stated, meant that the Megmaan series, as a whole, is coming to an end. The Megaman franchise never has truly been connecting as is but now...the connection will be made with Megaman/Capcom's Megaman 9! All I can say is...yeah I'm happy about it...but at the same time I don't know what to do...now here's some interesting tid-bots *tidbits* about it. First thing, its only available if you DOWNLOAD it from WiiWare, XBOXLIVE or PSN Network. No, it won't be in stores. According to Kenji: the simple fun of a classic Mega Man game "doesn't fit into the grandiose and expansive world that the consumer gaming industry has become, and so you have to make games that match the current expectations." He said pushing for the creation of a Mega Man in the style of the original "would be quickly criticized for things like being simplistic, outdated, or too expensive", thus making it "too difficult" to develop such games in the "current climate." He then goes on to say that the rise of retrogame services like Nintendo's Virtual Console allowed the development team to put together Mega Man 9. Second, this will be the FIRST time...that a FEMALE villain *no not womenman that be just wrong...but possible* Her name is Splash Women...and I thought there was a female when I saw the trailer. Overall, retro is good...but shocking to the world that the game that will connect EVERYTHING...is the game that will be explained in NES greatness. Whether this is good or bad cannot be explained without playing...so you just need to find out yourself.

2. Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe. Now for awhile I've been wanting to check up on this and I should have...because if I did, I would have found out on my birthday, the creator, Ed Boon, said that MK vs DC WILL have fatalities! of the MK characters and DC villains will have fatalities, while DC heroes will have brutalities...WHICH is crazy that DC villains have fatalities I kinda read over that. Intertwined with the fights there will be new gameplay modes featuring totally different game dynamics to the usual fight. These modes are "Free-fall Kombat", which is activated automatically after throwing the opponent to a lower level in the arena. The player can fight in the air during the fall, after which the winner will land on his opponent, which will probably affect the course of the fight; and "Klose Kombat", which is a mode you can enter during a fight, causing the characters to lock with each other and the perspective to change to a close-up of the two, to make for an interval of close-quarters fighting (much like in boxing games. In addition, the rooster, which was said to have only 10 from both MK and DC making it a total of 20 characters...turns out that their are now 20 characters on each side making it 40! @_@ Wow...if this is true characters I didn't even think of but wish were in *like Captain Marvel, Catwomen* could also make it in. Now...as for the rooster of MK vs DC....so far they have

Its another radio show folks! And we're back on with quite the bang too! Literally! The power went out to the whole city and we couldn't film the rest of our show...that is...until my buddy Stevo cleverly brought his headphones so that we could record on his computer! ^^ But make sure to download this episode fast if your really liking the show...if you don't well that's understandable. BUT! Get this! When we filmed the ending of the show it took us 30 minutes, no stop talking AND SWEARING of us shooting the breeze and being ourselves...not the perfection plan the station would like to have. Last time I posted up a journal of my so-called likes and dislikes. In truth, as I looked deep inside myself and asked "What the hell is wrong with me" I realized...no...I'm not neccessarily a bad person. Just confused. Really confused. Lost even. See...as I have recently discovered about myself *which I do constantly* I realized that my life has been somewhat of a lie. All those views I had weren't mine but my older brother's. Not to say that its his fault and I pointing the finger at him because I did make the decision to model myself after him. But that's just thing...I looked up to him and acted very similiar to him, besides my personality. As far what was "cool" and "uncool" I followed my brother's example. But I no longer wish to follow in my My brother’s footsteps. I want to live my life and like the things I want to like. So, if you can all just disregard those comments, as I am trying to, then we can off on the right foot and find what it is that I like. Again, I apologize to those who may have been strongly offended but there is however three views that were on my journal that are of my own opinion and not of my brother's.

1. I love XPlague and could never love anyone else.
2. I like inflation and it has nothing to do with hurting women.
3. And I'm sorry but I STILL dislike the current FF games and DOA.

Moving on...

Recently I have COPYRIGHTED or (c) my story, characters AND ideas for, and yes this is the title, Tides of War. A lot people thought that title could even have more meaning then what I maybe thinking of it and so I decided to keep it as is. Boy...copyrighing stuff isn't fun. AND its expensive. But it was all worth it...so IF I decide to post up anymore it will always be copyrighted to & Stealing won't help you now!

...And yes....I will continue to post up my writings *poems* once a week. ^^

This is Arcana Heart, a game well over shrouded by other video games. Its made by the same people who brought you Disgaea and now it brings a game very familiar to that of Guilty Gear and Street Fighter fame...2D fighting with just females. Yup...only girls fight in this game. Talk about a fan-made game. -.-; Normally, I'd be bashing other related crap like this *coughDeadFantasycough* BUT I'm actually interested to see how this game is...I don't have problem with girls being bad ass and all but balance, for me, is the key between both Females and Males. *Which is how I write my stories*. I dunno what it is about this game but something about it is drawing me to it. HOPEFULLY, I'll be able to get this lil' gem before it disappears...which...won't be 2 or 3 months from now because I'm poor Sucks being a poor kid. Well, I hope to get a job this summer but who knows what'll happen. Anyway's, take care everyone!

The Orphan bill will make any creative work (photo, drawing, sculpture, anything artistic) unprotected unless registered fully by private copyright bureaus (every last one of them).

This is some serious shit. You have to register every completed piece you have ever created since 1974 with every private copright assosiation in order to protect your creation/work. If you do not, any business or person can take it and use it without paying you royalties and without asking for permission.

Everything.

Remember, each registration for each photo costs money which you may not have or get the time to pay for. And that's a fee for every registry, every time.

Every creative artistic work you may produce can be taken without permission and can be labeled as "orphaned" through this bill and all auto-copyright RIGHTS the people have will be lost.

The fat cats benefit from this and you lose. Not only your creativity but your individuality and livelihood.

Go to the link and read it all, I implore you. Then do what you can with your voice to protect your rights. If they have this, then what's next? Your right to free speach? The right to protect yourself?
