I have such an inhuman load of work to do over the weekend not to mention my mom needs me to watch Julie Saturday nigth (SURPRISE!). My friend had to cancel tonights movie/sleepover plans because of her mom. And just a bunch of other head-bash-on-table things going on that I don't care to write here. Sometimes you just have to consider anitdepressions, seriously.

Ah! It's the holidays! And even though I'm agnostic I love this time of year. Because quite frankly even though it's about 'religion', well, I don't believe in religion so it doesn't matter to me, I just love how this season brings people together and is just a joyous time of year. I just got out of school today and a week of not looking at my alarm clock makes me very very happy. Personally I can't wait until New Years. You see, Russians don't really celebrate Christmas but we go crazy on New Years. This year I'm spending it in a russian club/restaurant called Golden Gates getting wasted 8D

That's right, you are about to read me bitching about the most retarded class to ever exist. Ever. Combine that with the worst teacher ever (Ever) and you have one hell of a seventh period.


Okay today was the first day of the second marking period (heart spasm) and in my school my grades schedule goes as follows:

You have 8 periods total, 1 is lunch, 4 are the basics (English, History, Science, and Math), 1 is language (Spanish, German, or French), One is switched every other day between gym and either String Orchestra (Me), Band, Chorus, or General Music (1st and 2nd marking period)/ Graphic Design (3rd and 4th). You still with me? 'Kay, the last period changes with the 4 marking periods Fam. Con., Art, Career Tech, and Health. In that order, however your class willl start at any given point. (i.e. My class started at Health)

So now you see I have Fam. Con. short for Family Consumer Science.

Anyway, the two classes that Mrs. Reins had before us were horrible (spitballs in her hair, running around, kicking each other, whatever) and now she started class telling us how shocked she is about how crude and "potty-mouthed" your grade is. I almost busted a lung trying not to laugh at her whole speech (which I'll spare you since you woulnd't get the humer in most of it anyway). The fact that me and like, half the class kept exchanging glances while grinning like idiot's didn't help seeing as our friends were what caused this interesting speech. How did the class take it? Well, in the middle of it someone threw a crumpled up diagram of the vagina at her.

Which only me and Fred saw since we were directly behind her when she uncrumpled it.

So then we watch a video about 'Instant Impressions'. The obviously last minute 'actors', horribly written skripts, and Mexican elevator music accompanying the intervals where they announced the topic they were about to cover in another horrid skit left me restraining myself from either cracking up on the spot, bashing my head on the table, or drowning myself in a cup of coffee.

Note: During the video they said that it takes longer than an instant to make an instant impression.




And I, of course, promptly belted out that this had to be the most idioic oximoron in the world.

And Mrs. Reins hissed at me.

ANYWAY
I know you guys have had enough of me whining about my art so I'll move on.

So yesterday Linnea, Rebecca, Rachel, Sean, David and I (some of the string orchestra) played at the Hall of Fame Dinner. This is basically a stick-up-the-ass stuffy dinner for a bunch of ancient retired teachers from the school district to come and make polite conversation while wishing to go home and turn on some 'Roseanne' or the Style Network or whatever the hell floats their boats. You know, the kind of party with a platter the size of like, 4 of my heads filled with freakin' cheese and a little basket of crackers on the side. Anyway, before the 'Social Hour' (which is when we played), we were warming up in sitting room (I think) and I was playing some Bach and Sean (cello) told me that I should try out for the Bucks County Youth Orchestra........ Well, I was going to a year ago but my parents are too busy to drive me so that kind of sucks o-o

It's amazing, it gets me in such a good mood, I'm dancing in my seat and either mouthing the words or just singing along xD

Lesse, shitload of studying and finishing notes for History...... I'm thrilled. 'Kay, I'll put it off for another few hours or so.
