I was slightly hoping for a free ticket so I could bring a friend along with me the next time. Oh well, life goes on. I might submit a new photo of Prince, who graced me with his presence yesterday afternoon. I swear now that it's summer he only comes in for food. Other than that I haven't been out in about with the camera...well besides Father's Day...I have been writing though, which makes me happy. I think I said at one point, that I would submit a minor piece. So we'll see what happens with that. You might see more of my writing now that I'll be taking Creative writing this coming semester. But my campus only has Photography II.>.< It's weird, I know. The first time I saw it, I was like whats up with that? So I suppose I'll stick with self teaching. I would be open to advise. Just like to let everyone know, I'm making the best with what I have. Which is digital camera and I've seen the prices for some of the nicer camers....I have high doubts of getting one of those anytime soon. It's a little depressing.
Off the subject of photos and on to the motion picture or to be more percise movies. I'm so excited about two movies coming up in May. First is, Star Trek, which is coming out on the 8th and I can hardly wait. It's going to be huge, lots of Star Trek fans will be waiting in line to see it. I'll be the first to say I'm a little bit of a geek. But I however did not get the chance to see the original t.v. series. I saw Voyager and Enterprise though. The second movie I'm animated about is Up. Haha. *grins* Yes I do know that my joke was cheesy and feel free to mock me I am not ashamed. It is going to be hilarious. Or at least thats what I am led to believe by the previews. Other than that I haven't seen any movies that I would care to see. It's weird but I've been in a Lord of the Rings phase and have been watching Return of the King over and over lately. I wish they had another movie like this coming out. If there is I don't know about it. but anyway enough of my babbling.

In a way it was a good thing, because it allowed me to catch up on my reading for some classes. But now that I'm up to speed, I'm now brainstorming for my first paper in English Comp. Which is a process paper, "How to...". At least this isn't going to be like my high school speech class get up and show them the steps! Blah!! So if anyone wants to throw some ideas at me, go ahead.
Um, new photo up. "Buster" Originally I had the photo in color, but after awhile I decide that I liked it much more in black and White. I think B&W, bring Busters expression out a bit more. And he's such a sweet boy, so hopefully this helps you understand. I don't know when I'll have more photos up. Right now I'm focusing on my writing, and maybe sometime soon I will have something for everyone to read.
Oh I do know one reason for my happiness. I'm going to see Underworld: Rise of the Lycan. This is supposed to be like a prequel sort of. But I'm mostly happy because by studying the previews, I believe there will be a lot of awesome fighting scenes! And after that I'm going to have chinese food with my friend! Thats it for now.

And I can tell my classes and professors are going to be awesome. I especially can't wait for my history class, last time we talked about the very first Americans, and the whole land bridge during the last ice age! I was so excited that I knew something the professor was talking about. And I'm taking a English Composition class which may be just what I need to get myself back into the game. I even got a school shirt....but that really is a story in itself.
Oh, I am going to a rodeo this weekened! It may not be everyones cup of tea, but this means that I might have pictures to submit in the coming week! And personally, I love the rodeo. Well I suppose thats it for now. Just before I end this journal (short as it is) I'd like to thank those who comment, fav or watch my photos. I really appreciate any support I get, it really encourages me to better myself.
