La voluntad es una fuerza misteriosa de la que no podemos prescindir. Alegrémonos si la naturaleza nos ha proporcionado una buena dosis de ella. Si nuestra fuerza de voluntad es mas bien escasa, será necesario que intentemos llenar esta laguna. La unica tecnica conocida es alejarse de lo que te distraiga. Lo malo es que siempre se requiere tener mas voluntad para alejarse de las cosas que nos distraen, que por mala fortuna siempre son mas atractivas que las cosas que son útiles y realmente necesarias de realizar, por lo que quedamos en las mismas...
Yo por mi parte siempre intento alimentarla con las cosas bellas que tiene la naturaleza y cuando ya no tengo nada mas entretenido y ocioso que hacer me pongo a hacer las cosas que son importantes sin arrepentimientos por nada.
pd. Siempre oculto las cosas que me distraen y no tengo problemas de voluntad, al menos por un tiempo .

Will is a mysterious force from which we can't run away. Feel happy if nature has given you a good dose of it. If our willpower is rather low, it will be necessary to try to fill this gap. The only thing that fill that gap is to get away from distracting things that drives you away from your will.
But we get to a point where we need a lot of will to get the distracting things that originaly distracting for get the things that are the most important...
From my part I always try to feed my will with nature things and doing the things that i like the most, and then when there is no more to do i get to the important things without regreted for nothing.
pd. I always hide the distracting things and thats gets me aways from the will problems, at least for a while .
