Now, unlike last year where I shared what I wanted, I'm going to share what I want...but none of it's material things like a new guitar (I DO have a list, but that's beside the point). This year, I thought I'd share some different things I'd like for Christmas this year, and for the coming year...

A happy, healthy new year

The drive to finish at least one of my stories (preferably The Superstar Emissary

)

The drive to start (and finish!) one of my currently-planned stories (Toon Civil War, as soon as I come up with more ideas)

To talk with someone I've never talked with before on Skype (like ~LaCasaDreams, if she gets a mic)

For a close friend of mine on FanFiction.net and YouTube to come to deviantART; you guys would seriously like her, she's really fun

To improve in all the things I do, from writing to basketball to video making

To go somewhere/see something I've never been/seen before

A year's worth of peace on the internet; no e-drama, no emotional baggage, just good times with all my friends here

SHOULD some kind of e-drama arise, I'd like the common sense to just shrug and move along from it (I hate to admit it, but I have a habit of getting myself in too deep in some things

)

To meet someone famous (I met Curt Schilling once before, but I'd love to shake hands with someone like David Ortiz, Amy Tan or Charles Martinet)

And that's the list C:. Here's hoping I get at least some of the things on there.

While we're talking about Christmas, I should let you all know that A Very Wario Christmas MIGHT NOT get done before the Holidays are over. I'm gonna give myself until January 6th (considering there's 12 days of Christmas) to finish it, and if I can't do it by than, well...

Who knows? But to make up for it, I'll post up a special Christmas one-shot for you all to enjoy. What'll it be like? Stay tuned to find out

Amber Clearwater (Original Character; voiced by Luci Christian) - The kickboxing queen of the Navajo Nation, as well as the team's co-captain. Freespirited, friendly, and one heck of a dancer, Amber will jump up at any challenge that comes her way using her skillful moves and control over a power known as "Spirit Flame."
Super Art: Mystic Rhythm (Calling on the powers of her ancestors, Amber delivers four Spirit Flame-engulfed kicks to her opponent, and a hard punch to finish the job.)

Mario Mario (Super Mario Bros. Series; voiced by Charles Martinet) - One of the most well-recognized characters in video game history, and the UniverseTrotters' secondary co-captain. When it comes to fighting, Mario brings a variety of skills, including fireballs, insanely high jumps, and the Star Spin he gained from Princess Rosalina.
Super Art: Mario Finale (Mario channels all his fire powers into a gynormous twin-headed blast that blows anything in its path away.)
Theme Song: The Super Mario Bros. Theme (Super Mario Galaxy Mix)

Luigi Mario (Super Mario Bros. Series; voiced by Charles Martinet) - Mario's younger, lankier, and lesser-appreciated brother. Being the brother of the game world's biggest star, Luigi posesses the same rudimentary skills as Mario, with the only differences being that he jumps a little higher, and controls thunder.
Super Art: Luigi Showstopper (Similar to the Mario Finale, but Luigi instead uses lightning that rains down on opponents and zaps them as he points skyward.)

Yoshi (Yoshi's Island Series; voiced by Kazumi Totaka) - The Mario Bros.' oldest childhood friend. Gentle, yet always ready to jump up and defend the Marios and their friends, Yoshi posesses the ability to slurp up enemies with his longer-than-life tongue and turn them into eggs for throwing.

Even though he's only eight years old, Tails is a mechanical and technical wizard, sharing the mechanic's role with X5; he also holds his own well in a fight, using his flight skills and a new Mega Man-like hand cannon called the Tornado Buster.
Super Art: Focus Blast (Tails charges and fires a super-powerful blast using his Tornado Buster, clearing out anything in its path and weakening anyone that gets hit.)

Knuckles the Echidna (Sonic the Hedgehog Series; voiced by Scott Dreier) - Sonic's half-rival/half-friend, and the guardian of the Master Emerald. True, he's gullible and a little hot-headed, but the incredible strength that Knuckles brings with him is a major addition to an already-strong team.

Well, nobody knows for sure, but it can't hurt to predict the future

So if anyone has any interest in playing along, I wanna see who you think will make it into Super Street Fighter IV. There's only two rules to playing, but they're rather simple:

You can select up to three Street Fighter characters. This is for two reasons; one, because unless he's been dropped from the game, Hakan counts for a roster spot. The other reason is...well, read the next rule to find out.

Nobody guess Ibuki. Going back to the first rule, we can only assume that Ibuki is in the game because of the Famitsu scan in the article that reveals Cody, Guy and Adon...unless Naruto Uzumaki's making a cameo in this game (oh, HELL no

).

So, yeah, three guesses per person; feel free to include your reason for wanting her, possible Ultra Combo(s), backstories, what have you. Here's mine, just so everyone knows what to do:

Elena (Street Fighter III Trilogy) - Interesting fighting style, and a fresh, lively personality compared to the others.

If you thought I was REALLY that depressed, than you'll be glad to know that I'm not. I was only trying to make a joke related to the game I just picked up. And besides, the quotation marks around "Trigger" should have been a clear indicator that I was trying to make a joke

. But again, if you got scared, I'm sorry.

Now then, onto BlazBlue...well, after months of research and watching countless videos on it, I finally managed to snag a copy by trading in some of my old gaming stuff at my local GameStop (my hardly-used GBA, my Gamecube, a few games, etc.) and using my GameStop EDGE Card to get it. The game's had me interested for months now, and now I can finally say that I have it. And from what I've tried out so far, I gotta say it's well worth the wait

.

So far, I've only dipped into the Training and Arcade Modes, so I'm not gonna get too deep into it. But as far as controls go, everything feels smooth and responsive, from moving to attacking. The only problem I really had was a natural problem.

Here's what I mean by a "natural" problem: since the beginning of this year, I've been playing mostly Street Fighter games like Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix and Street Fighter IV, and those games use a six-button control scheme; three buttons for punches and three for kicks (or in the cast of Balrog, all punches). BlazBlue, however, only uses four buttons for attacking; three for standard attacks, and one for a character-specific Drive Attack. Whenever I was in a match, I'd hit the 'A' button thinking I'd pull off a punch, but instead it activated the Drive. It'll definately take some getting used to for me, and if you're used to a certain control setup in fighting games, this one'll take some getting used to. But the controls are great overall.

The real showstoppers in this game are its look, sound, and feel. For a 2D title, the game looks gorgeous; the backgrounds are bursting with life, and the characters are very fluidly animated, even when they're just standing still. Musically, there's plenty of sweet tunes that really set the mood of the battle; some, like Iron Tager's theme, are hard-rockin' and intense, while Cactus Carnival (Taokaka's theme) is bouncy, yet energizing. And the characters are all very-well voiced. (On that note, here's a fun fact: Iron Tager is voiced by Jamieson Price, the same dude that voices Largo the Black Lion in Tales if the Abyss

).

So overall, from what I've seen so far, BlazBlue is THE game that should give Street Fighter IV a run for the title of "Best Fighting Game of 2009." Seriously, it's that good. Though, for anyone that's new to fighting games, or they're new to this particular style of fighting games, get ready to ride a steep learning curve; even I'm still trying to make heads and tails of everything (if any BlazBlue experts are willing to drop some tips my way, I would gladly appreciate it

This was a little game that was started by my friend ~Comickook, and I thought I'd do it just for fun. Basically, you guys choose someone from a video game series, a television show, a comic book series, etc., and I talk about them. What I'll cover goes like this:

Just thought I'd do another quick update...that, and I needed a better excuse to test out my (temporarily) free journal skin use

.

Okay, so the other big reason I wanted to do this was because there's two story-wise updates I thought I'd put out here for you. One of them has to do with Toon Civil War...or, excuse me, FanFiction Civil War. You might wonder, "Why the name change?" Well, believe it or not, I'm actually gonna break a rule that I set when I first started this story and include video game characters. Reason being, when you think about the premise of the story...whether shows like The Simpsons or Looney Tunes should change their styles to fit with the times or go as they always have...the same case can be applied to most video game series. I mean, you look at franchises like Sonic the Hedgehog, they're barely considered relevant names in gaming because they've lost the way. So with that in mind, I'm going to include characters from various video games. TO give you an idea of what THAT'S gonna be like, all I'll say is this: Sonic is on the Pro-Reg side, while Mario is Anti-Reg. Both are gonna be the righthand men for Mickey and Bugs respectively, kinda like Mr. Fantastic and Luke Cage were to Iron Man and Captain America. There's definately more where they came from, but I'll reveal them some other time; currently I'm working on a Dramatis Personae for the story, which'll include all the major and minor players in the story.

Second off, there's the matter of my Subspace fanmake. Despite what I said about sticking with Bugs and company for the Kirby cast, I'm actually going to go with Bugs as Sonic. Why? Well, obviously, it's because Bugs and Mickey make an excellent marquee matchup. But the other reason is that I came up with another idea for Kirby characters, and I'm actually really surprised I didn't think of it in the first place

. I won't spoil it for all of you, you just need to find out what it is when I start the story. So I apologize to ~NoLimit5 for not using your suggestion

. Either way, here's hoping you guys'll enjoy the story!

Meanwhile, Rise of the Rabid Fanbrats has gotten a grand total of...one update

. Yeah, sorry I couldn't give it a bit more before the end of the month, guys

It's just that aside from real life stuff, I've also been working on a few other projects, like A Very Wario Christmas (I wanna get a jump on that early so I can TRY to get it done before Christmas). But I'm gonna make up for it in two ways: I'll try to continue the story past Halloween, and I'll do a Thriller one-shot for Halloween. Either way, you'll get something from me for Halloween this year; I've also got a YouTube video ready to go

Everything else is coming along as smooth as it can get, so keep an eye open for all that, too. And...I guess that's it, really. So, I look forward to your suggestions, and I'll see you all later!

Anyway, that little anomoly aside, I figured I'd get some updates in for you guys. First off, I apologize for being so slow with Rise of the Rabid Fanbrats; you know how it is with real life stuff. But I'm sure you guys'll be glad to know that I'm actually gonna EXPAND the story past Halloween; yeah, it'll still be set on Halloween, but I'll continue on with it past October. Why? Let's not fool ourselves, poking fun at fanbrats is a hobby for all seasons

Then I'll take a two-month break from the story so I can work on A Very Wario Christmas (I actually got a tiny bit of that story started now), and I'll pick it back up after the Holidays. Speaking of Michael Jackson, I've been hearing a lot about the new film they're putting out towards the end of October, This is It. And, honestly...I'm kinda skeptical about it. I mean, sure, seeing the behind-the-scenes footage from what could have been his last performance sounds nice and all, and it LOOKS really, really cool. But did they REALLY have to make it into a feature film? It seems like they're milking the Moonwalkin' Cash Cow from beyond the grave

. If anything, I think this all would have been better off as a web-related deal, show some of the footage from the rehersals on Jackson's website or something. Eh, who'm I to question Hollywood? The concept sounds good, but making it into a film...yyyyeah, overdoing it.

While we're on the subject of movie-related stuff, I thought I'd do a quick little review on a short film I found not too long ago. It's a Disney short that was made way back in 200, and it tells about the American folk legend, John Henry. I dunno why, but I've been watching this short like crazy the past few days, and for good reason; it's actually really good, as far as shorts go. If any of you are familiar with the story of John Henry, this short'll be a refresher for you; in this case, however, the short bypasses a lot of John's early life and skips right to his Crowning Moment of Awesome: the great race against the steam drill. There's two kinds of animation on display here: there's a quiltlike design in the opening sequence and in some bits throughout the short, and the rest is all traditional Disney animation. Both are pretty well-done, especially the traditional sequences. One part that I was REALLY impressed about was towards the end when John and the steam drill were in the tunnel and were making their way through; it just looked so...so...I don't know how to describe it, it's THAT cool-looking

. But what really got me was the music; now I'm a sucker for good music, and this short had PLENTY of it. Nice little spiritual-style tunes, and some great toe-tappers, too. If you're into music like this, you're in for a real treat. Overall, Disney's take on John Henry is a pretty darn good one; if you're into history, or Disney in general, check it out: [link]

Anyway, I figured it'd be time for a little update. Now, I'm sure some of you were wondering what it was I put up a few days ago; you know, the 'Coming Soon' deviation? Well, for those that got it, give yourselves a pat on the back. For everyone that's still a little in the dark about it, let me attempt to explain. What you saw was actually the prologue to my new Halloween-style story this year, Night of the Twitards. It's, in a nutshell, my way of celebrating the spirit of Halloween, while taking a few shots at the rabid fans of the Twilight series. The story is mostly going to revolve around Manny Rivera and Frida Suarez; why those two? Well, there isn't enough El Tigre-centered work out there, and this will not stand

. The story is also going to have sort of a Resident Evil-ish vibe to it, something begins infecting the citizens of the town, and it's every man for themselves afterward. But yeah, aside from Manny and Frida, it's also going to feature a cavalcade of supernatural characters, ranging from the first main trio of Disgaea (Laharl, Etna, and Flonne), a few Darkstalkers, and, of course, Marvel Comics' Blade (come on, you can't have a story about fifth-rate vampires without a badass vampire hunter, right?). Anyway, a couple things I thought I'd point out in terms of the story:

~Just like ~NoLimit5's Law & Dismay, the same rules apply here; not everyone's going to get out of this story alive. There WILL be moments where characters will suffer grizzly ends at the hands of fate (be they turned into rabid fans or not), and they may turn out to be characters that you like. So basically, whether you like them or hate them, everyone has a bullseye on their back.

~This is only meant to mock the rabid, stone-cold insane fans of Twilight. For the fans that have some sense of logic and at least understand how crazy some fans can get, like ~Masterofthevoid or ~KingdomHeartsfan666, you guys don't apply, and hopefully you'll get a kick out of the story. To the insane fans...this one's for you

.

Suggestions for cameo characters...heroes or victims...are welcomed for this story, so if you have a character that you want to see get killed off, or a supernatural character that you think would be good in this story, let me hear it

.

In other news, everything else is going along pretty well; I'm considering writing up a demo scene for Toon Civil War that'll give you guys an idea of just what's going on. All the other projects, as usual, just stay tuned

.

Moving on from the FanFiction crowd, there's news going around that the long-rumored Disney game Epic Mickey is supposed to be revealed late next month. I never got my chance to really express my thoughts on this, so I figure, "Eh, why not do it now?" The title itself SOUNDS interesting, and the artwork looks really funky (check it here: [link]). But there's only one thing that concerns me about it; don't get me wrong, I think the idea is pretty clever, I'm all for looking at things in a different perspective. The only problem with that, though, is that I'm worried Disney may try to reinvent themselves a bit TOO much. While it's not bad to try and go for a different style, you still need to at least keep the essence of what made you great to start with, and not throw it all away in favor of the exact opposite. Look at Bomberman: Act Zero, it tried to trade in it's cute, cuddly atmosphere for something darker and edgier, and look at how that turned out XP. But in general, I'm going to keep my ear to the floor for this one; it DOES look interesting.

And now, to end off with a question: if Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days doesn't drop until next week...[link] How did GameTrailers get their mitts on the game so early?!

First thing's first, an update on the Toon Civil War; haven't heard about this in a while, huh? Anyway, after some thinking...and I deeply apologize to a lot of people for this...but I decided to put all the authors that're appearing in the story so far (me, ~NoLimit5, *Wormtail96, ~LaCasaDreams, etc.) on the neutral side. Now before anyone says anything, there's a few reasons why I'm doing this. First off, nobody's wanted to go with the Pro-Reg side, and while I find that to be sort fo a good thing, having one side stacked with authors while the other has none seems a little unfair to that side. That, and ask yourselves this: while you may hate the direction a series you like is going in, would you really want to fight against characters from that series? So again, a HUGE apology to anyone that wanted to go Anti-Reg, but I want to try and be as fair as possible in this story. As far as WHEN this whole thing's gonna get started...I'll get back to you on that

NOW...onto some new stuff. It's nearly October...that means a heavy abundance of tales of the supernautral, hordes of sugary goodies, masks of all shapes and sizes, and MY personal favorite, October Baseball...which will likely be making its way through Yawkey Way this year

. But that also means, people will be making Halloween-themed stories, and I happen to be working on one this year. I won't divulge too much into it, but I'll only give you a riddle:

Well, this is it; my last few days of summer are closing in, and soon it's back to punching the old time clock again. Eh, it's probably for the best; doing nearly nothing day in and day out DOES get rather boring after a while. But I had a pretty good summer this year; enjoyed myself at my summer program, went to a few concerts, saw some good movies, took a trip up to Maine for the day...yeah, feels like I had a satisfying summer

. Sucks that it's gonna end, though

. But, you know what they say, a good thing doesn't last forever.

So, yeah, this means my chatting time with you guys is gonna be regulated to mostly weekends. I may wander on AIM or Skype if I have a light load of homework or it's a non-school night, but you can expect me to show up on the weekends. As for my projects, those're still going on; I'm actually way ahead of what I thought I was going to put out for The Apokolips Emissary, so you guys'll get more out of what I had before. Though, I'm only going to be submitting a chapter a day once I get the next chapter up, so I don't procrastinate so much

. I've got a couple battles left to write out, then the big finale, the epilogue, and that's it, I'll move on with my other stories and occasionally give you guys some Apokolips Emissary bonus features, like a mockup trailer, some bloopers, Smash Kingdom-style skits (kept PG-13), spoof trailers for game franchises the characters are representing (Banjo-mon, Crash Bandicoot Country, The Legend of Mulan, to name a few

), and any other little goodies I can think up. Tales of the Abyss vs. Nintendo, I'll get on that as soon as I finish Emissary, or I may even start it when I get close to finishing it. Everything else, yeah, just stay tuned

"Nobody's thought of using characters from any of the Tales of series for the Mortal Kombat characters."

Now, I'm pretty sure you all know what's coming, right? If you guessed that Marvel vs. Nintendo's going to be remade, kudos to ya. But let me explain why I'm doing this:

Marvel's a little TOO obvious a choice for this kind of story. Yeah, I know the Marvel cast is being used for the Mortal Kombat characters in this sense, but even so, it seems a bit obvious that a famous comic book franchise would cross paths with a famous gaming company. I mean, come on: Marvel vs. Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat vs. DC...hmm, come to think of it, I'm surprised Dark Horse and Sega haven't tried to swing a deal

. But you get my point on this one, and while I like Marvel comics (and a good portion of the characters), it's the truth.

Marvel's been used a couple times before for MK vs. DC fanmakes. On the same note as the last bit, let's face it, nearly EVERYONE has used Marvel for this sort of story, albiet mainly on the DC side of things. Regardless, Marvel's still been used a lot, so I figure something fresh would be welcome. Again, I like Marvel, and I love a lot of the characters I was planning to use, but all the same, a little bit of freshness goes a way.

I want to try and see how I do working with Tales of characters, specifically the ones from Abyss (the one game I happen to know best). Now granted, I worked a tiny bit with Luke fon Fabre from Tales of the Abyss in The Crossover Emissary (we all know what happened to that in the end

), and not to mention I worked a bit with Dist, Sync, and Largo earlier on (though they were cheap knockoffs of their randomized selves from ~Phantom-Lucario's series on YouTube). But I've never worked with the characters in-character before. So I want to do this to see how well I do with them.

Let's not fool ourselves; the prospect of Luke fon Fabre going up against Link is a damn good one

.

So with that said, here's what I've got planned for the Mortal Kombat characters. Keep in mind, some of them may not fit, but I'm gonna take a couple creative liberties with the characters to make it so they can stand a chance in a fight (none too major, anyway):

So yeah, my day trip week's pretty much done; I saw a few really good movies, stayed out of the heat, went up to Maine for the day on Thursday (specifically an old place I used to stay in Maine for vacations as a kid), I pretty much had an enjoyable week

. And now I'm back full-time (or at least most of the time) to do all my usual stuff. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures or video of the Maine trip to show you (I lack a camera, let alone a decent one), but my sister took a few shots, and if she finds it in her heart to send me some of them, I'll gladly put them up here to show you all what my old vacationing spot was like.

Eh, whatever, what I meant to say was that I thought I'd fill you in on my other projects. Now, first of all, I've finally found the motivation to finish what needed to be tweaked in The Apokolips Emissary, so now I'm gonna start putting up what I have so far; however, instead of a chapter a day, I'll give you guys three a day, just so I can get everything in before school starts up again for me. Once it all goes up for you guys, then the updates will be less frequent (thanks to schooltime and other various happenings), but I'll still plug away at it.

One thing I should bring up in terms of the story, and I apologize if this is upsetting: I've decided to drop Batman from the cast. Why? Well, basically, while I DO like Batman, I wanted more of the focus to be on Superman, as he's no longer going to be a DC Comics-related character in a few years. And seeing how Batman is so popular these days, I didn't want him stealing Superman's thunder, so there you go. Sorry to any Batman fans out there

. In any case, after the story gets done, I'm also planning on releasing a few extra oddities, like in-story bloopers from the story, a trailer for a game that stars the characters in the story, Smash Kingdom-style outtakes...essentially, these will amount to DVD bonus features. If anyone wants to help with the bloopers, just let me know, and I'll put up an announcement following the story's conclusion with all the details

Let's see, other projects...Marvel vs. Nintendo's still in the works, as is AntiToons...speaking of which, just so the cast isn't TOO overcrowded, I'm gonna drop a few characters from the list. If it's a character you suggested, I apologize in advance.

As for the Nintendo pilot, a lot of people seemed to like it, which is nice. However, after consulting with a few people, I'm not going to make Mia Moto, the original character in the story, the leader of the team. No, she's actually going to be an assistant to Professer Elvin Gadd, who's the head of the technology for the team. So to start off, my last day of my school's summer program is tomorrow; and man, it couldn't have come at a better time, I worked my tail off today

. At least tomorrow there's a huge school barbecue after a little wares fare we have at the end. In any case, this means I'll have more time to do my own stuff; work on my stories (which I'll get to in a second), chat with a few of you guys, make a few new YouTube videos, the works. HOWEVER...I'm not planning on spending my whole three-and-a-half weeks sitting in front of my computer; I've got other things I wanna do, too, like play a few games, get out of the house and do some walking, all the bear essentials of life. So I'll definately have time to come on and talk with some of you, but if you ask my presence and don't get an immediate response, I'm probably doing something else. I'm sorry, but you know what they say, real life comes first. On that note, my family and I may take a short vacation somewhere, likely New Hampshire, around the week of the 18th, so I may not be around for anything at that time; nothing's been confirmed yet, but I'll be sure to keep you guys notified.

Now, onto the stories...agh, I can't believe how slow my progress has been X_X. I mean, yeah, I managed to get a chapter up for Marvel vs. Nintendo, but it's been slow...which is odd for me, seeing I could get a chapter or two up in a day, or two if I'm lucky. But that aside, everything's still in the works; the Samus chapter for Marvel vs. Nintendo is about halfway finished (I'm currently working on the fight with Samus & Black Cat), and I've made a bit more progress on The Apokolips Emissary. And AntiToons...well...yeah, not a whole lot from that

. But that's all my old stuff; I've got a couple new ideas I wanna present to you guys...

Alright, so this first idea actually came from working on Marvel vs. Nintendo, primarily the Nintendo side. Basically, it's an ongoing original crossover story (like ~NoLimit5's Law and Disorder series) akin to Justice League, with a few hints of X-Men blended in. The story revolves around a team of Nintendo-based heroes lead by Mario, as well as an original character who acts almost like the Charles Xavier of the group (minus the psychic powers), and their adventures play out almost like something you'd see in X-Men, Justice League, and/or Teen Titans. There would obviously be appearances by some of Nintendo's finest heroes and villains, and the occasional third party guest appearance (a la Smash Bros. Brawl

), and the adventures would follow set story arc like the Phoenix Saga from X-Men or the Robin/Slade relationship arc in Teen Titans. But, yeah, it's basically a series of adventures inspired by Justice League, but with a Nintendo-ian twist to them. I'm working on something of a pilot scene for it where the original character/leader meets Mario, and when that's done, I'll post it up here on deviantART and FanFiction.net. If you guys like it, and I mean really REALLY like it, I'll continue on with the story using that scene as a springboard. Heck, if any of you have any ideas for story arcs, you're more than welcome to help out

The other idea I have is one that could go two ways; it's a Kingdom Hearts-based story...HOLD UP! Not a Kingdom Hearts fanmake, that's being covered by Sakura Hearts...but it goes more along the lines of what Kingdom Hearts should have been like. It stars Sakura Kinomoto...I dunno, she seems like the right girl for the job...and I'm considering using either Disney or Nintendo characters as the base source material. As for adding in other franchises like Square did with adding in Final Fantasy characters, I'm not considering doing that because that's exactly what detracted the games' storyline from the Disney motif. But anyway, yes, that's another story I'm consdiering tackling; if you guys want to see it, I'll consider working on it.

Okay, so now that we got all the story-related stuff out of the way, let's move on to other matters. Recently, I downloaded more games from XBLA to go along with Marvel vs. Capcom 2. The games in question are...:

I actually cheated and downloaded it this morning when I woke up around 5:30 this morning...which is pretty early by my standards

. I even got to give it a whirl a couple times today to see what it's like. So what do I think of the game? Well...

...It's awesome!!!

The controls are smooth and responsive, and the combos are a blast to pull off. The only thing for me is that the air combos are a bit tricky to pull off, but since I'm just getting my toes wet, that's to be expected; with a little elbow grease and practice, I'll be a force to be reckoned with in no time

. I still have to learn about the uses of things like Variable Counters and Snapbacks, but like all good games, that'll come in time.

Graphically, this game looks awesome; the sprites are well-detailed, even if they're not fully redrawn like Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix's sprites were; but the filters for the game make up for that by making them crisper or smoother. The backdrops for the fighting locales are incredible, you really have to see them in motion to appreciate how cool this game looks. And the roster is HUGE; it easily outdoes Brawl's roster (sorry to all the Brawl fans out there

), with megastars like Spiderman, Doctor Doom, and Wolverine from the Marvel side, and Ryu, Mega Man, and Jill Valentine from Capcom's stable (with new characters like Ruby Heart and Amingo also coming from Capcom). The best part is that they're all available from the start, so you don't need to break your thumbs to try and unlock them all.

So overall, from what I've played so far, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is everything I've been hearing about it; it's challenging, it's diverse, and most important of all, it's fantastic

. If you're a 360 owner and love fighting games, this is an absolute must-buy. PS3 owners, you'll have to wait a bit longer

Well, another month has come and gone; I got out of school for the year, and Marvel vs Capcom 2 isn't out yet. *Sigh* I was so hyped up for it to come out yesterday...Capcom just HAD to wait until that weekend to say, "Hey, wait a minute, June 29th isn't the right date!" It's not so much the announcement that bothers me, though; I'd be more accepting of it, had Capcom denounced the rumors of a June 29th release earlier. Imagine if Nintendo delayed Brawl another month the day it was supposed to be out, or there was a midnight launch party for Grand Theft Auto IV and Rockstar told everyone that the game was pushed back another few weeks. At least Nintendo got it right with Brawl when they announced both delays a few months ahead of time so nobody would be dissapointed. But I dunno, I think Capcom should've handled the rumors a bit better

. That doesn't mean I won't buy the game, though, you can count on me downloading it as soon as it goes live

.

Anyway, I thought I'd do a little mini-review of this manga I've been reading called Fairy Tail (and I'd like to thank my pal ~NoLimit5 for showing it to me

). The story is basically the adventures of a girl named Lucy Heartfilia who meets up with a guy by the name of Natsu Dragneel. It starts off with the two of them meeting, and shortly after, Lucy is kidnapped by a slave trader named Bora of Prominence, who was posing as Salamander of Fairy Tail. Luckily, Natsu comes in and rescues Lucy, using his ability to eat fire...no, I'm not kidding...and reveals that, believe it or not, HE is Salamander of Fairy Tail. After that, Natsu offers Lucy membership into Fairy Tail Guild, which she quickly accepts, and the rest is just one adventure after the other.

Needless to say, this is actually a pretty good manga! Which, for me, is saying a lot, considering I'm a guy who basically grew up with regular American comic books (perferably the old Archie Sonic comics

). It always keeps you guessing on what's gonna happen next, and the characters are very unique; Natsu, like I mentioned earlier, is a fire eater. Come on, who can gobble up fire and use it against their own enemies? That's pretty badass, if you ask me

. Lucy's just as unique; she uses special keys to summon spirits, some of them based around horoscope signs (like Leo, Cancer, Taurus, etc.) But when it comes to choosing a favorite, it all comes down to Lucy and Natsu, they're both really unique characters, and are cool to boot. And topping it all off is an impressive art style; if you're familiar with Rave Master, you'll be surprised to know that the creator of this particular manga is Hiro Mashima; everything looks very well-detailed, from the landscapes to the characters. And there's also a few little easter eggs if you look closely

Overall, Fairy Tail's a very interesting manga; it's got a great story, cool characters, a sweet art style, and is overall a fun manga to read. If you enjoy adventure mangas with a little magic dashed in, I'd say this is your best bet

Gimmie some time to get myself updated! It's a long way to go when you've only read 12 out of 141 chapters, goddamnit!!

The upcoming Playstation Network/Xbox Live Arcade port of the classic 2D fighting game was originally scheduled for a late June release. Capcom posted the following message from thier official Twitter:

ÂNo official release date for MVC2 as of yet. Digital release dates can be tricky. Do not expect before end of July, tho.Â

Fans of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 would have to wait at least one more month for game to arrive on the Playstation Store and Xbox Live Marketplace.

Well, I was afraid this might happen. I'm not 100% sure if it's true or not, but if it's coming from Capcom, it sounds like I'm gonna need to wait a while before Marvel vs. Capcom 2 comes out X_X;;;. Oi, I hope it's not true and it comes out on Monday...

In any case, I'm pretty much off my 360 break now, mostly because I wanted to update my Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts file with the LOG's Lost Challenges DLC (I need to try it out for a review of the game I'm writing up.) But I'll still occasionally hop back on the Wii to do a few races or Brawls; they'll just be very infrequent, as setting the Wii back up with the gaming station I've got is a major pain in the arse XP.

Anyway, the rules on summons are simple: you can have up to three on your team at once, and any Final Fantasy summons are off-limits. So you'll need to draw from series that're represented on your team, or something else you haven't included. For example, the Key of Hearts' summons include...

Well, school's getting close to done for me this month; I've just got two full weeks and about half a week to go, and then I'm officially done for the year...well, until my school's summer program begins a wekk-and-a-half later X_X;;;. It sucks, though, I was SUPPOSED to get out of school by the 17th this month, but five snow days this winter pushed me all the way back to the 24th. Eh, oh well, at least I get SOME sort of break in the end, and it's better than nothing. And plus, I have Marvel vs. Capcom 2 on XBox LIVE to look forward to during my break, that's a major plus

.

But in any case, I suppose you could say school's partly to blame for my lack of writing these days (aside from the recent songfic I made for ~LaCasaDreams, the prologue for the Nintendo side of Marvel vs. Nintendo, and the latest Crossover Emissary chapter). But the other reason for that is the fact that May and the first part of June seems to be a stretch of time where my writing hits a dry spell

. The same thing happened last year, I believe, so I think that's safe to assume. But if logic serves me right, my writing swagger will eventually come back by the middle of June and I'll be turning out new material for you guys to read. So to everyone waiting for the next chapters of The Crossover Emissary, Marvel vs. Nintendo, or whatever the heck it is you're watching from me, hang tight, the stuff's a-coming

.

Onto other matters...I started playing Sonic Unleashed on the 360 again recently; finally got through that blasted shooting stage

. I've blitzed my way through a good amount of it so far, and it feels so good to be playing a GREAT 3D Sonic game

! The daytime stages are great; they're fast-paced and an absolute joy to play, Sonic platforming at its very best. As for the nighttime stages...believe it or not, these are equally as good as the daytime levels

. The night stages definately aren't as fast as day stages, but MAN, you can get a real rush out of beating the ever-loving crap out of stuff

. Like earlier today I was brawling in Adabat's nighttime stage, and towards the end...oh, wow...TOTAL. OWNAGE. Seriously, Sega did better than expected with the Werehog stages...although the term Werehog could use a little work

. Still, though, this is by far one of the best 3D Sonic games in recent memory; sure beats the hell outta that Next-Gen swill

Last thing I thought I'd bring up is that I'm considering taking a crack at an original Kingdom Hearts story; I dunno if it'll be a sequal to the original stories, or something completely different, but one thing I have set for the main hero(es) is that the both of them (there would be two heroes) would be polar opposites of one-another. Something along the lines of "One tries to be independant while the other is dependant on his friends." As for who their partners would be, they'd both be Nintendo and Sega based. For example...

Alright, to start with, you may have noticed a whole bunch of my deviations are gone, right? Well, allow me to explain: recently, I got a whopping 30 notes in my inbox...which is actually rare for me

...and all of them were from the site staff. Apparently, all those Sonic-ized versions of everyone...~NoLimit5, ~Wormtail96, and the others...were all taken down because they were believed to be infringing on a copyright of Sega's. I can SORT OF understand it from a design aspect, but they were fanmade, so they could've been safe. And besides, the person behind the dollmaker, ~geN8hedgehog, said that anyone could use them

. Bleh, oh well, I was actually gonna go and delete a few of them, anyway. But yeah, in case anyone was wondering, that's why my gallery's been trimmed down a bit.

Now, I've actually been thinking about this for some time, and I've come down to a decision. As much as I hate to do it...I'm cancelling The All-Star Emissary. You know, the Subspace Emissary fanmake where you guys voted on the characters? Well, after a little consideration, I decided to discontinue it, and for a few reasons. First off, ~Sharidaken WAS gonna do a Subspace Emissary fanmake using a cast I offered to him, but he decided not to do it for his own reasons. Also, some of the characters were from ~389, ~julayla, and ~JusSonic's stories, and you should know all three of them are people that I personally dislike

. Despite that, it wouldn't feel right to use their casting choices. And, of course, you all should know what happened with ~NoLimit5's Subdark Emissary. In the end, the characters would only be coming from ~Essteka, ~slyboyseth, and my stories, and...well, it's not really much, to be honest

. It's ironic, I hyped this up so much for you guys, only to cancel it later; sorry, all

. But I'll make it up for all of you with the rest of The Crossover Emissary, which is still being worked on.

For those of you that remember my last journal, which was just me complaining about Spax calling you guys trolls, it's funny...I actually went back to that same journal entry, and Spax was actually referring to someone else who was friends with a bunch of trolls

. Huh...I honestly thought he was talking about me. Well, he actually DID talk about me, but that's not important. What IS important is...well, I was reminded of the age-old saying "Look Before You Leap." And wouldn't you know it, I failed at that

So...I love old cartoons. They're the stuff of legends, the shows I grew up with as a kid; Darkwing Duck, Looney Tunes, Scooby Doo, you name it. I remember all of it very fondly

. And you know what else I love nowadays? Marvel Comics. Okay, so it hasn't put out a movie that shattered several different records in the span of a month. But still, it's got some memorable characters, good storylines, and it even spawned one of the best fighting games ever (that being Marvel vs. Capcom 2). Now, you might think I'm pulling a Nostalgia Critic by saying that these should never go together, unless you want something utterly crappy. But in this case, I think blending the two ideas together has created something brilliant. What is that, you may ask? Why, it's none other than my newest original crossover story:

Toon Civil War

I've actually read up on the Marvel Civil War, and the plot for that actually made me think of what it would be like if the same deal happened in the world of 'toons...y'know what, I'll let the plot explain it for itself:

In a time where cartoon television ratings are in steep decline, the big wigs of television decide that the best way to bring their ratings back up is to bring back some of their older cartoon franchises. The problem? Audiences wouldn't find the old shows' senses of humor funny, so in theory, the idea would be a bust. Enter the Next-Gen Registration Act; this act is, essentially, any toon's key to getting back into the national limelight. The tradeoff, however, is that they would need to "Modernize" their act so it would fit with today's standards of humor. When the Act is first announced, the toon community is split; some think that it's their way of getting back the fans they once had, while others believe that it's a horrible idea and should stick with what they've got. At the heart of this argument is the cartoon world's two most familiar faces, Mickey Mouse and Bugs Bunny. Mickey believes its the toon's only chance of being relevant, but Bugs wants them to stick with their guns. An argument leads to seperation. Seperation leads to war. And war leads to all hell breaking loose in Toon World.

See, the plot DOES borrow heavily from the orignal Civil War plot, but with a few minor tweaks. But in a way, you can actually see how it makes sense, you know what I mean? Anyway, allow me to introduce you to the main roster of characters on both sides of the argument:

To me, that's a bit of a long term, so I like to use a shorter term: "Fanmakes." It's essentially what everyone has been doing (or has done in the past), which is taking current stories and replacing the main characters with other characters that fit the parts best. I still think a large number of fanmakes (with some great acceptions) are just flat-out boring, ill-conceived and poorly-written (as I mentioned here: [link]), and I still stand by what I said before. I still enjoy writing them (as I'm only gonna do a small amount before trying to focus on more original writing), and I'll check one out if I think it has the potential, but still, that's what I think the majority of fanmakes are like these days.

But that's now what I'm here to rant about. No, I'm here to truly define what a parody IS, because I think the term's being misused as of late. Parodies are works of satire that're meant to make fun of something that's either famous or infamous. They take certain elements of their source material, and poke fun at it. A good example is Spaceballs...man, I love that movie

...because it makes fun of practically everything sci-fi; Star Wars, Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, Planet of the Apes, and the like. It also dabbles in references to other movies like Rambo and the Wizard of Oz, but largely stays sci-fi. Other good examples of spoofs are...well...anything by Mel Brooks and Weird Al Yankovich, two of the world's best parody geniuses (at least that's what I think

). But in general, that's essentially what a parody is; not a recasting of a story with different characters and the occasional new plot device, what I just explained is it.

Now then, with all that out of the way, I thought I'd make a few announcements on future stories. First and foremost, I've had a change in plans concerning my idea of a Justice League: Secret Beginnings fanmake. I'm no longer going to do that; instead, I'm gonna stay in the realm of doing a superhero-themed story and do a fanmake of the story mode of Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, which actually isn't half-bad from what I've heard. The problem? I need ideas for a cast

. I was gonna do something like Darkstalkers vs. Marvel Universe, but ~slyboyseth is already using the Darkstalkers crew for the Mortal Kombat "Kast." If anyone's willing to give me an idea or two, I'd love to hear it.

The other thing I'd like to announce is I'm gonna rewrite an old fanmake that I did a few years ago when I was just starting out; if anyone remembers "Simba & Company," the Oliver & Company-based story, that's what I'm going to re-do. It was sort of a request by a new friend I met recently on FanFiction.net named XxMollyStrifexX, because she read it not too long ago and absolutely loved it. So, I'm gonna redo that at some point in the near future, with a new cast and a new direction; trust me, you guys will love this one

Oh, and I've also decided to not do Nicorella and Winlan, too

And the kicker is that my AOL inbox is where I get my updates whenever somebody updates their story or makes a comment on one of my videos (or replies to a comment I made). I honestly don't know how long AOL will refuse to work, but if you make any updates to a story I normally review and/or check out, don't worry, I'll be sure to look into it...I'll just need to take a long route to FanFiction.net to review the stories

The other thing I wanted to let all of you know about is that I'll be officially starting The Crossover Emissary tomorrow in time for Brawl's one-year anniversery. I'm just going over what I have now to preen and perfect it, and it'll go up at some point tomorrow. To be honest, I actually went ahead and started the chapter following the prologue, but I'm gonna hold off on posting that up until I get some reviews from you guys first.

The last I want to cover is the progress for AntiToons: Meet Your Match. Now, I know you guys are psyched for the story, and that's great, I like how you guys are looking forward to it

It's definately a great game, one of the absolute best on the Wii; though in terms of the entire Smash series, it beats out Melee by a VERY small margin because Melee was, and still is, an excellent game.

For The All-Star Emissary, I've decided to push it back for a few reasons; first and foremost, I've only gotten the prologue done, and I haven't been able to think up how the first chapter would go; I'm planning on launching the prologue and first chapter of the All-Star Emissary together, you see. But the other reason is that for this entire story, I want to make it as epic as possible, and the first Subspace story I wrote, the SubToon Emissary...while it's good, I won't deny that, it's not AS epic as The Crossover Emissary will potentially be. And, as I mentioned, I want the All-Star Emissary to be just as epic as any other Subspace Emissary story, maybe even moreso.

So, to give myself a bit more time to set up for The All-Star Emissary, and to set a bit of a bar for myself, my priorities are gonna be switched up; The Crossover Emissary will come first, and when that's done, THEN I'll get started on the All-Star Emissary.

But don't worry, you'll still get something from me come March 9th

The day after my birthday, my dad picked me up from basketball practice and we decided to stop by Gamestop and pick up the birthday presents I would've gotten the same night if not for some last-minute plans (don't ask, I'd rather not explain). Both were two XBox 360 games I was looking for: Sonic Unleashed, the HD Version, and Street Fighter IV. I've played both, and they are both AWESOME!!! I thought I'd post up my first general thoughts on the games here.

First up is Sonic Unleashed. Now essentially, the HD version of Unleashed is very much like its SD brother; you blaze down multiple paths by day, and beat the crap out of everything that moves by night. But there's some differences that set THIS version of the game apart from the other version. For one thing, the day stages feel MUCH faster; not to say the Wii's day stages weren't fast, but the 360's stages are extremely fast-paced roller-coaster rides. All you gotta do for the most part is hold down the X Button, and you'll just fuh-LY through the stages. There ARE times when you need to slow down and do some more articulate platforming, but the rest of the time the X Button will become your best friend; that and the Bumpers for Quick-Stepping. One other thing to note about the day stages, there's more swaps from 3D to 2D back into 3D, which was something I thought the Wii version sorely lacked. But the day stages are definately the main event of this game, with controls that are hard to master at first, but once you get a handle on them, they're silky smooth.

The night stages are a bit of a different story. Other than Sonic the Werehog looking cleaner detail-wise in-game, the Werehog gameplay is essentially the same; you go from Point A to Point B in early Crash Bandicoot fashion while slamming the crap out of every enemy out for your hide. The platforming controls are a bit trickier to master, but you'll quickly catch onto it once you play it enough times. But the overall best thing on display in the HD Werehog levels are the sheer amount of attacks you can pull off; the Wii version only gave you a small selection of moves, but the 360 version gives you a bigger, beefier arsenal to choose from. And if THAT wasn't enough, you can jack up your power by going into Unleashed Mode. The combat is a bit redundant, but like James Rolfe said on Batman Returns' gameplay, it's satisfying as hell. Oh, and one other thing to note: it's a LOT harder enemy-wise, so get ready to die a few times. But that aside, the controls feel good, and are a major step up from the Wii version.

Then there's a shooting stage with Tails and the Tornado-1. Now this isn't bad, the only thing is you need the mental agility and manual dexterity of Neil Peart to get past most of the levels. The button combos come at you quickly, so you need to be light on your feet; otherwise, you're gonna take a dive. And I STILL need to get by this part X_X.

Overall, Sonic Unleashed is a solid Sonic experience, one that many fans (like myself) have been waiting for. And all I can say to Sega is this: it's about damn time

And now, for the crown jewel of my haul: Street Fighter IV. I've been so excited to get this game, it wasn't even funny. And when I started playing this, oooh, did I pick up a winner

. Street Fighter IV is freaking AMAZING. The controls are a bit of a pain to get used to, but once you get to know what you're doing, they're near-heavenly. The game also has a respectable amount of modes, too; it just has Arcade, Versus, and Challenge Mode, but they're all well-represented, especially the challenge mode. It allows you to learn basic tricks for each character so you can build off of them and become a flat-out juggernaut with a certain character. I've only really dipped into the challenge, training, and arcade modes, and have yet to try out the online mode and other features, but playwise, Street Fighter IV is excellent. And it's amazing presentation-wise, too; the graphics look beautiful, the soundtrack is kickin' (and I happen to be one of the few people that actually LIKES the theme song

So basically, come Monday, I'll be back to hitting the books and my time will be constrained. And man, do I have a busy week on deck. But that's not important, so I won't describe that.

Anyway, I decided to, out of sheer boredom, finally break out The Dark Knight and watch it on DVD after seven months of not getting any Batman action. And, to be honest, a few things have changed in my overall opinion on the movie; don't get me wrong, it's still a fantastic movie, and I highly reccomend picking it up if your a Warner Bros. fan, a DC Comics fan, or you just want a kickass action movie. But there's one minor gripe I personally have with it. To put it simply, it was a little on the long side; I have to side with James Rolfe (the AVGN) on this one, it felt a little long and drawn out by about twenty minutes, and there were some scenes that felt rather pointless, like some of the chase scenes after Harvey Dent "admitted he was Batman." If those were cut out, the film would be at a nice length. But in all honesty, the movie felt longer than when I saw it at the IMAX in July

. Oh well, beggers can't be choosers. Still, that didn't really tamper with the awesomeness of the movie; there's a few other minor nitpicks I have with it, but they're larely unimportant. Overall, the movie has a great script, rock-solid acting, realistic special effects, a beautiful musical score, and is overall a fantastic movie. For me, it deserves a 9.9 out of 10, not exactly perfect, but hey, it comes pretty damn close.

Onto other matters...I'm actually considering releasing the new version of The Crossover Emissary alongside The All-Star Emissary. Now I know I said I'd hold off on the former until the latter was all the way done, but in all honesty, I'm actually pretty excited to work with what I have now. So you may see a chapter of The Crossover Emissary (or two) as The All-Star Emissary is worked on, but mark my words, around 80% of my time and devotion will go towards The All-Star Emissary. Speaking of which, I have the prologue written up for the story; I'm just gonna give it some fine-tuning, and work on the first official chapter while I'm at it before I show it to all of you. You should expect the story to begin come March 9th; fittingly, the one-year anniversery of Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

As you all can tell from what I'm reading, there is a new episode of the Rant-Capades in the works; and boy, am I gonna tackle a touchy subject...what will it be? I can't say it here right now, but if you pay attention to what goes on around YouTube, you should have a fair idea of what it's all about.

Now, I haven't seen the whole movie from beginning to end, but I've seen enough of the movie to get a general idea of what the movie is like (well, that and I checked out this review of it: [link]). The plot of the movie is very basic: M. Bison goes after Ryu in an attempt to bolster his Shadaloo forces, and he plans to do so by using his Psycho Power...SOMETHING THAT HE WAS MISSING IN THE LIVE-ACTION MOVIE!!! Anyway, while he and his forces try to hunt Ryu down, Bison finds out that Ken Masters, an old friend of Ryu's, has the same skillset as Ryu himself, so Bison goes after Ken and captures him. And...nah, I can't reveal too much. Onto the review...

Looking at the animated and live-action movies side-by-side, I can tell what killed the live-action movie. See, Street Fighter has more fictional fighting styles going on; how often do you see someone like The Rock throw a Hadouken, huh? Or do you see basketball players like Shaquille O' Neal use a Spinning Piledriver for a slam dunk? Okay, that last one MIGHT be possible by a smaller player, but you get my point. What I'm getting at is that the live-action movie stripped all the fictional fighting moves out in favor of making Street Fighter seem more realistic. Would the movie still have sucked if it were more game-accurate? Probably, but who knows at this point. In any case, where the live-action movie fails, this one shines, and for one good reason: the characters are closer to who they are, and they have their original abilities. Examples...

~Ryu has a hard-hitting Shoryken that cuts open Sagat's chest
~Dhalsim's body is rubbery
~Chun-Li pulls off her Spinning Bird Kick
~Blanka can emit electric shocks
~Zangief can lift opponents up and use Spinning Piledrivers
~Guile can perform a Sonic Boom
~Both Ryu and Ken can pull off a Hadouken; granted, team Hadoukens aren't possible in Street Fighter, but you get the jist of what I mean.

So basically, that's one way the animated movie trumps the live-action movie. The other big difference? As RandomDCE pointed out, there's actual Street Fighting! And the fights are very well-done, you have E. Honda vs. Dhalsim, Zangief vs. Blanka, and Ry vs. Fei Long (who for some reason was left out of the live action movie

). There's a few other fights as well, like one where Ken battles T. Hawk at the Seattle docks. And there's the fight where Chun-Li is in nothing but her nightclothes, and Vega bursts in and tries to carve her up; this scene, by far, is my favorite fight scene in the movie, and the first person who assumes it's because of Chun-Li gets a Hadouken

. But seriously, the fight between Vega and Chun-Li is really, REALLY intense; the music, the action, everything.

Kick. Ass.

There's also the fact that Dee Jay, Dhalsim, and Zangief don't work for Bison in terms of stuff the animated movie got right over what the live-action one got wrong. It was just Sagat, Vega, and Balrog; just the way it should've been.

Let's see, other bits of the movie...the art style is fantastic; everything's beautifully detailed, and the animations are extremely fluid and smooth. The scene where Ken gets brainwashed by Bison looks extremely trippy, and in a good way

. And the music is just awesome, every score that plays fits the scene perfectly. I perferably like Dee Jay's theme, it's got an awesome hook to it. And the voices are excellently-done. Ryu, Chun-Li, Ken, Guile, T. Hawk, Balrog, E. Honda, Dhalsim, and...of course...Bison. All of the voices are fantastic. Bite that, Va Damme and Raul Julia

Now, if I had to make any complaints about the movie, the only one I'd make would be that some of the characters didn't have a lot of involvement. It would've been nice to see a bit more of Dhalsim, Cammy, and T. Hawk, they all would've been helpful factors in the long run.
