Each of the following four deviants will be getting a 3 month subscription as a means of encouragement! *bmoss is one of the most talented folks that I know on dA that really should get a lot more recognition. Just going through his gallery you can find so many fantastic treasures. He strives on trying new things, new subject matter, new styles, and every single time with an amazing approach. Easily some of the best abstract, and symbolic work I have seen, he really understands and uses emotions to really bring his works to life. Each and every piece tells a gripping story that I will not dare turn away from. And most of these stories do have happy endings. I can see so much joy for life and love in his latest works, especially the one he dedicated to his wife who is expecting their baby to be born very soon. That painting touched me so much that I cried for joy. I highly recommend viewing his entire gallery.

Garden State:

"Garden State is one of those movies that fails to stay with the viewer for an extended period of time. It's a forgettable film featuring a throw-away story with unmemorable characters and unremarkable performances. That's not to say it's bad, because that would be an unfair description. But it's hard to figure out why this movie caused such a stir at Sundance. It's a generic story about how a 20-something loser returns to his roots, makes peace with his inner demons, and finds himself and love at the same time. Tell me we've never seen that story before"

This review pissed me off so much, it can be found here if you want to read the full thing.

Fails to stay with the viewer for long...no were you looking at the screen?

Its a forgettable film featuring a throw away story...no you abviously fell asleep at the start of the movie and made up a review in 30 seconds, have no brain, or you are the worst movie critic of all time.

Unmemorable characters and unremarkable performances...no you fuckin moran, Zach and Portman were two of the best performances i have in quite a while, since Lost in Translations Bill Murray and Scarlett Johansson. I can barely even comprehend how to came to that conclusion.

Generic story about how a 20-something loser returns to his roots...no This confirms your absolute stupidity, he is not a 20"something loser" (just shows he wrote down his age) he was on supression drugs to make him calm, since there was nothing wrong with him, he turned into a 'numb' person, someone without many feelings, without much thought. A loser, no.

How are idiots like this ever allowed to write film reviews?

Because we have the fortune of bittorrent out there i have the all the old console emulators on my PC. Which rocks! and you can play them with PSX controllers thanks to a USB -> Controller which you can find here so i was going through a load of SNES games last night having a great time ( since i cant go out due to sickness, ehh *Anto-tono ) found that cute japanese game called Kikikaikai. Its so funny i nearly died laughing, i was playing the girl and a mate of mine was playin her squirrel friend. We go around fighting evil toads and mushrooms (some of the creatures actually look like ones in Spirited away) The girls weapons are a sweeping brush and she throws cards, and her buddy throws Nuts and uses his tail, its class!

Im still sick, i feel ok in the morning but in the evening i allways get worse again. Symptoms : High temperature but im shivering like crazy, bad cough, sore chest, headache ect. Hopefully should be better by next week.

I feel absolutely rotten, im so sick atm. If i so much look at a screen my headache gets worse, so ive just been in bed. You guys have left me some beautiful comments which i will reply to soon. And *iamkatia i will do that for ya soon, ive just been too sick.

Dreams :

Last night i had a string of really crazy dreams all of which i can remember. Freaky.
And they all had deviants in them, freakier.

1) *Anto-tono and i were walking down the beach and we saw this white wooden motor boat (an open top thing, it was a pile of junk really) anyways we decided to rob it. We jumped in and started sailing away, as soon as we got out of the rainclouds it all started getting really sunny. We arrived a small port in Sweden! There was mad hills and aquaducts everywhere. Anyways we hopped off and walked up a stony road trying to avoid all the snakes.
Eventually we were walking across this massive almost endless field for days. The only things we found were these open air toilets, and everytime one of us needed to use the toilet, the other person would have to run a few kilometers out of view so they couldnt see (what happened to turning around, lol) anyways after about 2 weeks of trekking across this field we came across this massive steel container (like at the docks) we went inside and helped ourselves to the food and water there. Then we noticed the container was like the inside of a computer, there were wires and resistors and chips everywhere. I saw a massive graphics card the size of a bus and asked Anto to help me take it out! I wanted it! Just as we removed it from the slot, this man came in (He is a sound engineer from my college who i have never talked to before) he said guys what are you doing? We put the graphics card back. We had a nice chat with him then, he said he wanted to be an animator but had no animation paper, and he was hoping we had brought some with us! Of course we didnt, he said the machine was to help him create animation paper.

SO we left the container, then Denise jumped out of a tree and we had a massive fight, i pinned her and told anto to preform some kung fu on her. He replied, ive forgotten. Thats it, lol.

2) `snowmask turned up at my door one day and said 'yo'. I invited her in and we browsed DA for a few hours. I was asking her whats so special about being a 'Senior member'. She said you wouldnt believe, but then it turns out she now has a '%' on front of her name. 'Being prints staff is like a whole new world' Anyways we got bored of DA. I made her some hot chocolate with coffee in in and she went psyco, said "I WANNA PLAY MARIO KART NOW", i set her laptop up and connected it to my computer, we had a game of Mario kart for about 10 hours until the choc/coffee ran out and she got bored. Then she started saying "You made me come all the way from Hong Kong for this?? You Asshole!"

Damn, i started feeling really bad so i suggested we go camping (wtf?) Anyways we headed out and were travelling around the wicklow hills when she exclaimed she had lost her coat and was freezing! SO i gave her my big purple homor simpson dressing gown (did i just put that on the internet) She seemed happy then until the wolves with the rocket packs attacked! They came in from all angles, i was using my bow to fight them back but they were really strong. I started getting really pissed off when i saw thay were tearing my dressing gown so i started fist fighting the wolves. Next minute a helicopter appears and `snowmask gets airlifted out of there. I was saying HELPPPP get me too! But she said as she flew off "You suck at Mario Kart, :[" The rest of the dream was me getting away from the wolves, i used my inflateable T-rex to help me fight them. I eventually made it home! woooot

I was listening to NPR the other day because the only decent talk radio station in the ENTIRE STATE OF UTAH changed formats to sports talk. Who the hell are all these people who listen to sports talk anyway? None of it matters you morons. Nobody cares what Jim Rome thinks about some football player's salary. Choke already. So anyway, I was listening to "All Things Considered" when they were doing a piece on the wine tasting movie "Sideways:"

In the movie, Giamatti's character is a wine aficionado who drinks Pinot Noir in favor of Merlot, a wine that he despises. Now every idiot who has seen the movie has suddenly become a wine expert, and Pinot sales have shot through the roof. NPR interviewed a guy who said, and I quote:

I used to drink merlot, and after I saw the movie, they say "don't drink merlot," so [now] I'm drinking pinot noir...

You shallow idiots, get your own opinion. If you can't even go see a movie without changing your mind about what kind of wine you like, then tell you what: stay home. You'll be doing all of us a favor. Going on a wine tasting tour does not make you an expert on wine tasting. Just because you see a movie about wine doesn't mean you should stop ordering merlot with your $6 plate of pasta at Olive Garden you tools. If you liked merlot before the movie, why shouldn't you like it after?

And who the hell drinks merlot anyway? Seriously, what kind of moron would put that shit into their system? I don't need a movie to make up my mind about whether or not to drink merlot, the commercial they had a few years back was enough. It had a bunch of snobby cunts in a log cabin wearing turtle neck sweaters, as they ripped open a box of merlot and started rubbing it on themselves before they sacrificed three virgins to Kali. Man, I know that sounds like a bullshit commercial, but now that I think about it, if they really had a commercial like that, I'd drink merlot out of principle.

Then near the end of the NPR interview, they had a clip of Rex Pickett, the author of the book "Sideways," talking to fans about his book. Except instead of talking about the book, these shallow losers kept asking him about the movie. Of all the bad questions to ask him, the one question that kept coming up was "what's your favorite wine?" Oh wow, real original assholes. You ask the guy who writes a book about wine tasting what his favorite wine is? Here's an idea: READ THE BOOK.

Currently :

I feel a wondeful sense of pride and self-achievement today.
I decided to build my self a computer,
i learned and learned and researched.
I picked out all the parts myself, i configures them, i built the machine from scratch with no help, i configured the BIOS, i even set up a RAID 0 hard drive array.

Well its all built, and its even more amazing then i could have imagined. Everything works perfectly.

Games run amazingly, Programs are sweet, 400 GB HD space.
Renders take minutes insted of hours, it takes 12 seconds from boot to be on the desktop.
