It's just... wow.
I mean, the main storyline for the two movies are obviously different. But the little things, ALL the little things that I absolutely loved in The Dark Knight? Totally from The Crow.
The Crow even had it's own "Let her go!" "Very poor choice of words..." moment. WUT.
There was, sadly, a distinct lack of cross-dressing, though.

I don't like it. It has me on edge.

Still. WTF. Sold out until the 8th? Absolutecrazy.

On a side note, THIS NEW FIREFOX HATES ME.
I can't get it to work for more than like, ten minutes. It freezes up, closes itself out, then does this "Firefox is already open but not responding, RESTART YOUR SYSTEM SUCKER" thing and it's really annoying. Because I don't like restarting my computer every ten minutes.
I dunno how to fix it. ): I've tried the suggestions of the usually all-knowing Google, AND my geekyfriends, but nothing works.
So I'm stuck on IE. Which can't work ANYTHING.

The movie was fucking AMAZING. The best I've ever seen. Seriously.
No, I won't post spoilers, as that would be too, too cruel.
But it... it was just amazing. D:
The acting on nearly everyone's part (besides new Rachel chick) was great. The plot was great. There were even scenes that made me jump, and ones that made me cringe - in the good way. And that NEVER HAPPENS to me.
I swear, as soon as any of you see it, please tell me so I can go all fangirl-with-rabies on you.


The one downside, which wasn't really even a downside in the end because it was just an indescribable experience, was the fact that I saw the movie much later than I should have.

The theater completely fucked things up. No better way to describe it, sorry. I never did find out what really happened, but the movie started over two hours late, and this really sucked considering that we had to get there at 9 to get even remotely good seats.
Previews came on for a few minutes, then the whole thing just died.
The worst part was, the screen randomly came on two or three times during the wait to play quick parts of trailers and such. Everyone got SO happy. Then it went off and everyone got SO mad. Never in my life have I heard so many shouts of joy and then boos. Nor have I ever seen so many cups of soda and food flying over my head.
And then, in the middle of the movie during one of the most epic fight scenes, all the sound went out and the lights came back on for like.. ten minutes. This was due to the fact that they didn't reset the timers for when the movie was ORIGINALLY supposed to end. During this, people were literally climbing and jumping out of the seats to run into the other theaters.
But the whole experience was really great. First off, false rumors kept going around that different theater rooms got the movie to work. Seeing mobs of people running in and out of doors for a movie was just so funny. And then the guys in front of me were hilarious. Crazy, but hilarious.

Everyone got two free movie passes in the end, and if this movie wasn't so bloody great, I would never go to that theater after this. But I absolutely have to see it again. HAVE TO.
