Last month I finished my MSc, so I'm currently un-employed but I have two job interviews coming up this week for some temporary positions. In the mean time I'm going to try to get a PhD-position at the same lab in Denmark I stayed the beginning of this year.

But still, it's just 2000. I think it's kinda strange, that equal pictures from different users have so much difference in number of views. Sometimes I see pictures which look quit the same as mine which has like a thousand views, while mine just has just 20. A bit weird.

Last summer she got some problems with the draining system in her brains. It’s like oedema, but than in her brains, which is very rare. Although they didn’t know they exact cause they tried to tread her with medication. At first it seemed to work, but in November she had to take a surgery. Some glands from her stomach were removed and put in place in her brains. It would take like half a year before they would function. But lately she had some leg failures again en went to the hospital. Last Saturday they took some pictures and compared them with the ones taken two weeks ago. A massive increase in liquid showed up, they new glands are not taking over yet, because they are still in phase of attaching. So they give her a massive shot of drugs, which is pretty scary, because the new glands could die by that, but it is needed in this stage. Tomorrow and Thursday she will be checked out to see if there is any progress, if not she will need another surgery to drain her brain, so to say. If they would do nothing, she would like die in 2 or 3 weeks, pretty scary.

And this all reminds me of my last year at secondary school. I was in my exam period, when doctors found out my father had a huge blood-plug (don’t know the right word) in his carotid. So that he had a high risk of getting a brain-attack. He survived, and at the day of my graduation of the secondary school, he lay in the IC with morphine, and we were so relieved. I again get tears in my eyes thinking about that.

These happenings show me so much how I love my family and friends, that it’s hard to think I would loose someone one day…

I've also made some new photographs, but I'm still analoge so I first have to shoot about 20 more before I will get them. So it will take a while before they will be here.

Today I got permission to write my final report, and after that I just have to do 2 or 3 courses. So that means I will get my title somewhere in summer, can't wait
Besides that, next monday is my birthday, and today I bought a birthday cake to do a little pre-celebration with my friends at lunch.

Thnx for the comments on the pictures. Digging up more and more old photographs, have to scan them and do some photoshop-repare. It will soon be holiday over here, so I hope I'm able to make some progress in my mechanic drawings serie.
