So I have this picture that I like using as my psudo-novel-cover for the story I've been working on since last NaNoWriMo. It is called Crown of Roses, and it is a romance novel, based on a weird fantasy mix of dramatized elements from my life and the love I've experienced in it. And by fantasy I mean it is only loosely based, so don't take it for my life story or anything. =/

Anyway, I really want to turn this picture I have into color, but seeing that I don't have photoshop, that isn't very possible. I was wondering, I could ask some of you who read my journals for help? My good friends?

If there is more than one taker, I will be very happy. Maybe I could do a contest, draw thank-you pictures for those who participate, and a special picture for the one I'd like to use as my psudo-cover and for my second favorite? It all depends on how many of you would like to try it out. ^^ I hope I have takers.

So here it is. Umm...maybe if it is possible, when you color, you can change some things to make it better? I dunno, hahah. But I drew it a year ago and I realize some of the hands look weird, his neck collar is angled wrong, and my roses just look weird.

Jaden: Light brown hair, blue eyes. Clothes are red, white, and some silver. His coat, for example, I think should be scarlet red.

Lillea: Dark brown/reddish hair. Think like dark chocolate with a mix of cherries. And brown eyes. Her colors don't matter very much, but some red in there for good measure would be nice.

The flowers are red. They are supposed to be "Mist Roses", they look like roses, except they don't grow in bushes, don't have thorns, or things like that. Basically they are roses with regular stems/leaves.

So yeah...let me know if you are interested pweeze?

I'm totally going to continue to put out my best stuff for everyone to enjoy.

Hah so this summer I have a number of things to do:

-Stain wooden boards for the cabin to make money
-Attend meetings for Young Woman Camp and work on the prep
-Draw concepts for Justin's characters
-Help dad with cooking/Practice with sister for Greiner Family Cookoff
-Work on Japanese online class
-Do summer homework

Ugg. Hopefully I can do everything up to par, because I can't NOT do any one of those things, they are all equally important! Especially the cooking, because he's going through chemo again and gets really sick and can't cook. Also, we're traveling A LOT back and forth to the cabin up by Oroville, so that's like 2.5 hours each way. Dad needs me do drive sometimes. I've gotten a lot of freeway practice! Think I'm ready for my driver test?

Anyway, keeping busy! Gotta go make dinner now, laters!

Lately I've been super busy, since I'm competing for Tracy Junior Miss. If you don't know, the Junior Miss program is a pageant for scholarships. Things like talent, poise, interview, and physical are what we are judged on. Haha, I'm a pageant girl now...

I'm also doing a lot of work for money, like doing posters for the theatre in town. Blah, it's annoying, but good pay, so I can't complain.

My sister's wedding is also coming up is 34 days. Still need my dress hemmed...

And with all the sewing mom has to do for the wedding, and considering I still need help with some of my costumes, Fanime is coming soon after the wedding, and I hope Yuna Songstress and Arietta will be done!!! I've got most of them finished, just need things like Yuna's shirt and skirt made, and Arietta's shirt, underskirt, cover shirt, and boots done. Accessories are finished!

Gah so much to do so much to do.....T^T

Wow, look at that, I'm almost at 8k Pageviews, I feel like a star! xDDDD

Anyway, I suppose a lot of my fans like reading my stories, and don't worry, I haven't forgotten about Like Clockwork. More is coming, it's just that inspiration is hard to come by.

I also had an idea for an original story that I'd like to try soon, so yeah. As soon as I get out of this bad case of writer's block, I'll see what I can do. ^^

This summer has been so boring recently, though! My goodness, but I still need to catch up on my summer reading list. T_T Eww, classic books. But at least I've had fun this past week. Playing Tales of the Abyss for the second time and getting all the sidequests. xD

But anyway, yeah, I'm not that dead, I'll post some chapters soon.

So I'm happy the way things are right now, even if things don't go to well. Because I have friends like you to back me up, telling me it's ok, and that my tears are my own, and I shouldn't waste them. Live life to the fullest, but don't be stupid and careless! What I mean is to be kind to EVERYONE you meet! Talk to people you wouldn't normally talk to! I know someone like that, and he changed my life, even if I only knew him for a week. Please everyone, love as much as you can, because you'll never know who's life you will change.

Also, go after those goals you have put off until now! Now is the best time to start those. It's a new beginning, start it off right! Make a New Year's Resolution. I've never done one before, but it will be fun to have a little checklist this year!

-Kiss a hot boy, even if I don't know his name~ ;D
-Learn and memorize ALL Hiragana and Katakana characters!
-Finish my huge 'Bishonen' project picture~

So I have decided that summer school sucks, but I think I'll be able to handle it if it means I get to take Graphic Arts next year. Oh well, I'll say goodbye to my summer...

At least this summer is still pretty fun. I've got money. I've got a new sun dress. I've been swimming. I've been to the beach (on a lake), I've been boating, I'm going camping, and I'll be going out-of-state (Yay EFY! BYU Utah! Yahoo!).

Even if I STILL haven't started my summer reading, I'll be all right, right? *Nervous laughter*

You know what would be awesome? If I had tons of fans on DA. xDD

Oh yah, and everyone should watch the Tales of Symphonia OVA. It's the anime of the best game ever. Srsly.

There's still the fact that I haven't seen Matt in about a month now, but it's nothing I haven't gotten through before. I'll just have to wait. As long as I remember he's still thinking of me and missing me as much as I miss him right now, I'm fine!

So I guess I'll write about Fanime in the description of the collage. What now? Well I guess I could tell you about my birthday. ^-^;;

The party will be awesome this year, just like last year. Though instead of just having those sleep over come, I'm also inviting a few others (And some guy friends from school *gasp*). Hah I think it's funny that almost all of the guys from school I know think I hate them because when they try to act all nice I diss them on the spot. xD It's annoying. I think I'm much more used to just acting like a guy around guys. (And even sometimes around Matt...or is that the geekiness? xDD)

But whatever, the more the merrier/presents. xD I'm not greedy, really! I've only just thought about that...>-> *Cough* Anyways! Back to what's going on. ^_^

I'm working on a CD to play with a bunch of techno. It's Amie's B-Day Par-tay Techno Remix Disc Numero Dos! For the rave of course. I'm getting a whole bunch a glow sticks for it just like last time. We're also gonna make s'mores in the firepit in the back yard, and go in the hot tub. And DDR, and Guitar Hero II possibly (If mom lets me open it at the party until waiting for the 6th)! So yeah. It shall be awesome. I wish I could invite everyone, but I can't. ^_^;; Oh well, I don't have that many close friends. xDD Only....6. xDD

Yeah, I'm sorry I've haven't been drawing or writing or anything much at all. I haven't even been that lively at school, and I don't feel like talking much at school. I keep feeling like an invisible mass at school. Kinda like I'm fading into the background...

Mm...I should stop reading manga. Hah, because whenever I imagine myself kissing someone, the image in my head is always so perfect, and unreal like a manga. I may be disappointed when I actually get kissed. Gah, not like I'm expecting to!! Ug, no, I don't feel like hanging with guys at school.

What else? Well I'm concerned about my grades. There getting to be B+'s instead of A's, because I'm not doing homework...but...I just don't feel like it, ya know? I get good grades on tests, but I'd rather be reading at home, and at school I'm always reading under my desk. Sneaky ninja-Amie.

I guess it's all right if you do something nice for people on the 14th, but that should be it, you know? Why should you give into the media, and spend money on a trivial holiday? Honestly, I really hate being surrounded by hearts and red and pink in February. It just kind of makes me sick when I go shopping.

But I suppose it got to me this year. I got some boxes of Necco Sweethearts for all my friends. I figured I might as well, since every year I get a few of them from my friends. Besides, they were 8 for 2 dollars. That's 25 cents a box. And I may end up with extras, and that's always a good thing.

Meh, so do whatever you want wednesday, but don't be stupid. It's a stupid holiday and I kinda hate it. So whatever.

The concert was just fantastic! I messed up a bit on the Mozart, but excuse me if I can't memorize Latin very well. I loved all the pieces though. All the music....except for Cindy. I really hated it, but APPARENTLY it was some famous song for the old folkies, so I hope they enjoyed it.

My favorite was the song 'In Remembrance' which is music to this beautiful poem:

I swear, I was close to crying at the end.

Life is a journey, you know? Not a destination. I want an adventure...I...I want something to look back on and smile at. Smile at the stupid things, the hard times, the lasting memories. I want love and I want happiness.

But just asking for that, I won't get it. No, love and happiness are things you have to work at. I'm determined to get them. I know many people. Friends whom I love dearly, but honesty, I don't think they try hard enough. Maybe they don't know how much better their life could be.

I'll get out of life what I pursue. I'm pursuing my dreams and passions. I want to be a writer, as well as a digital artist and vocalist. Why should I waste my talents? I want to do all three, because I love them all. I only get one chance, and I can't just pick and chose one.

...I'm unhappy though. Really, I am. I have so many worries. So many questions and thoughts, but no one to talk to about it...

My parents gave me a knife, and told me to slit my throat, so that whatever the aliens had in store (which would most likely be very horrible and worse) that it was the only way to have a mostly painless death. I said I wanted to live this to the end, and die with a purpose, maybe to help others cope with the disaster, if I could.

Then I kept having floods of all the things I've said I wanted to do (Things I actually have thought about when I'm not asleep) before I die. Things like go to college, graduate, get a supporting job, and raise a wonderful family, like mine. All my friends and loved ones....how much I would miss them.

After thinking of all of that, for some reason all of us were transported onto an alien planet. Most everybody were thinking "This is it, were going to die here."

I was like, "If there gonna kill us here, I'm getting the hell out."

So I ran away, and the scenery was much like a halo. I think I was killing aliens and stuff, but after awhile, I was suddenly transported back to the place where everyone is.....and then....I died. Darkness. And then I woke up.

The ghostly Spartans nodded, and gave him the thumbs-up "can-do" signal.
Kurt wouldn't let them down. All he had to so was single-handedly stop a Covenant army. One last impossible mission...the short definition of any Spartan. It was the least he owed them.
The Fleet Master Elite snarled at Kurt, and the translation filtered through his helmet's speaker: "One last fight, demon. You will die and we shall reopen the silver path."
"Die?" Kurt laughed. "Didn't you know?" he told the Elite. "...Spartans never die."
Kurt turned his gauntlet face-up and pressed the detonator.

I know, I'm such a Halo nerd! I started to cry when it said Sam. In the first book, I cried when Sam died. Then I was beginning to really cry when it went on about how Spartans always do the impossible. Then cried when he detonated the FENRIS warheads. T-T KURTTT!!!!

EDIT 11-28-06: So I finished reading Ghosts of Onyx last night. I guess whatever your thinking about before you sleep appears in you dreams. I had a dream I was a Spartan, and I had to protect Will and Kurt because...I dunno, Kurt had to do something, and Will was too injured to shoot. Kurt told me to cover them both. So I'm standing there, and a jackal and elite walk up. I try shooting the jackal, but my bullets bounce off like water. So I run up, punch it through the stomach, and chase down the elite, and somehow steal his sword and hill him.

Then I retreat to the fall-back position, and wait some more. Suddenly fog completely covers the area. Then I see the silhouette of an elite to the right, 2 meters in front of me. I jab it in the chest with my sword and it dies. Then another appears on the left. Soon there are like, 15 elites standing in the fog, walking towards me, all with swords. I totally kick all their asses. When I was done, the fog cleared, and for some reason, they didn't fall down when I killed them. Like statues. So I kick all their bodies on the floor, and replaces my dim, used energy sword for a new, bright one. Then I woke up.

Weird, huh?!

EDIT 11-28-06: Oh I also forgot to say. When all the enemys were gone, I rocked out to the Halo Theme Mjolnir Mix with a plasma sword-guitar, like the one in "There's Something About Halo 2", because I watched it before I went to bed. xDD

But yeah, and I donno if anything else contributes to my good mood....besides The Charmed Sphere, which is a great book. Still, I donno, I'm feeling so much better right now. Yay.

Lately I've been having a...not-so-horrible time at school. I think it's God's way of cheering me up. I think I deserve to be happy, so I embrace this luck with open arms.

I think I learned a lot, too. There is love, there is lost, and there is a part we always overlook, and never mention. Understanding. Maybe only few persons get to that part...but I think I realized something:

What happens was meant to be, and one should never dwell on the past, but should keep moving forward.

Take a look at what is still around you and enjoy it. I've had the time now....time to enjoy regular High School things: Going to football games, dances, focusing on my grades, and just enjoying the opportunity of a lifetime. You only get to do things once, right? I want to have a high school memory to really look back on.

Still.....will I love again? I.......think maybe I will. There is still someone for me. He's waiting you know? And I bet he's looking for me too. Everything has a happy ending, no matter what you think.

Meh so I tried to play a video game to clear my head. It worked for a little while....

Then I realized: If I screw up....I can't press restart. If I don't cause something to happen that will make something turn out good, I can't just look it up in the cheat book, realize I made a mistake and restart. If I rush through a certain point, I can't turn off the game, and then return to the last save point. And life is a fun game, most of the time. So much, it's like you want to play it again. But we can't. What you CHOOSE is what you CHOOSE. And a game over....is really a game over. You can't just put in two more quarters and continue...

*Sighs* Damn video game analogies are always right. They make me realize....well....that life sucks.

But...I also found out something about myself. I'm too damn anxious to find out what happens next in my game to click the power button. I'm addicted to this game....no matter how much I get frustrated....no matter how long it takes for me to figure out the puzzles.

Well I totally suck at this game. Oh well. I like some of the characters. And through all this I feel completely alone. No one to really talk with. The light in my tunnel is growing dim, about to blow out. But it felt so close. I felt close to the light...maybe a few months ago. But now......now I don't care if I were kidnapped or beaten up or anything. I'm sorry, friends, that I feel this way, but I can't help it.

What am I looking forward too!! You look back on High School as the prime of your life, but It all seems just like a load of shit I have to get through. After that....college. Whoopdie fucking doo. It's a little sad. I couldn't comprehend was going on. I was only in 4th grade, but even though I may not remember what I was thinking, I remember what happened. Just like it was yesterday.

I woke up to my mom calling me. She made me come downstairs, and there, when I turned the corner, I see my dad. His arms were crossed as always when he was concentrating. He stood 3 feet from the TV. He was watching Fox News, and when I first saw it....I didn't really understand. I was shocked. What was going on? The images...the clips they played over and over again for four weeks at least. At the time....all I could think of was the fire....the crash...the falling.....

It was early in the morning, so when I had had enough I went back to bed. My alarm woke me up the second time, and when I got ready for school, and went downstairs, dad was in the kitchen, making me a breakfast. He looks at me and tells me that another plane hit. At that time I was flabbergasted. I had my breakfast and he drove me to elementary school. We didn't listen to the radio.

When I got to school I walked into Mrs. Angel's class, and she had on the TV. She was watching it too. I don't remember seeing any teachers in the halls....I think It came as much more of a shock to them as 8-year-olds.

When the bell rang, I could tell it was driving her mad, but she turned off the TV, and the announcements came on. We had a moment of silence, and that's all I can remember. They tried to make the day as regular as possible.

I think maybe a year later was when I was older and it sunk in a little more. I imagined...If I was in the tower as it fell...the fire, everywhere. Even after a week when it happened, they were STILL looking through the rubble for bodies. And after it happened they tried looking for survivors....that didn't go to well.

Thinking about it now, It's so scary. I don't think I ever cried. At that age I don't think I ever understood it for what it was. And at this age when I finally do, I can't cry, because it was so long ago. I still feel the sadness in my heart. Yes, I lived though 9/11, I will say to my kids, and tell them the story when they read it in the history books.

I'm proud I suppose. Proud that I lived in this generation. That I know the sadness when something terrible like that happens. I'm proud remembering how it brought the country together. After 9/11 we were concerned. There was so much emotion. Something to talk about. Something WORTH to talk about, you know what I mean? Having that emotion that effected us all really gave meaning into our lives again.

So beautiful, yes, I know. I absolutely LOVE this book. In so many ways.....the events in New Moon are almost so SIMILAR to what I just went through.

And the feelings. The love. It's so emotional, it touches somewhere deep in my heart, a place that yearns to be brought to the surface. I want to live my fairytale. I want true love to conquer all in my life. To push aside all the harshness of reality, and let the feeling of meaning and love to be the only thing there ever could be to life. But it's only a story, right? No...I don't think so......I think all the people in this world settle for less, and that's why true love barely exists. If we all could just tell ourselves that we deserve someone that truly cares about us, and loves us, and would actually give their lives for us...it would be a better place. There is someone for you, dearest reader, someone placed on this earth just for you, because you deserve to be happy.

I'm TOTALLY getting back into vampires. I'm reading this romance book about a human and vampire that fall in love. HOMG I want an Edward. He is so.....Ahhh, you know, Matt sometimes the things he says remind me of you. Meep but it so sad because he is a vampire and he doesn't feed on humans because he doesn't want to be a monster. Oooooh and he's SO COMPLETELY ROMANTIC! He sings her to sleep and watches her, waiting for her to wake.......I love that he has a musical ability! He plays the piano, and that couldn't be any sexier.....I love the calmness in him....it's so smooth and peaceful, yet exciting and adventurous. *Streches and yawns* Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh.....'mornin watchers.

So yesterday I was supposed to go with my parents up to the Lake Madrone property (Where we're building a cabin, remember?) and go to a 4th-o'-July pot-luck. I went last year with Aubrey and it was lots of fun. There was food, games, and an awesome dance with a DJ who played 'good' music (xD) who was very cool >.>

Unfortunately this year, Amanda was white water rafting, Abby was in Indiana, Emily was gone, and Aubrey is in Utah!! Luckily Bre was still here....but unluckily could not go because she had to be home early. (It takes about 2 1/2 hours to get up there, and we would be spending the night at my grandma's because the party goes till late)

I refused to go without her, because I -specifically- remember telling Aubrey last year "If I didn't have you here, I would be bored out of my mind!"

So instead I stayed with Bre. We went out and saw The Lake House (OMG BEST MOVIE EVER IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL AND ROMANTIC AND I CRIED AT THE END!! I LOVE IT AND IT'S MY NEW FAVORITE MOVIE T-T YOU MUST GO SEE IT NOW!!) with her dad, and stopped at Best Buy and she got Halo (Bre is Video Game impaired, and I told her it was a sin to own an Xbox without Halo, and that she'd burn in the fiery pits of hell...) and I bought Final Fantasy X-2! Wheee, now all I have to do is beat FFX.......

I'm not too close to the end, though. I think I may have told you, but Bre had her game at the part where you ride a shoopuf, and mine was 18 hours ahead, where you have to stop Yuna and Seymour's wedding.....and I accidentally saved her game over mine......So last night we played FFX till our eyes bled, and now she is all caught up! Problem is....we are stuck because we have to fight this HUGE dragon boss with 32,000 HP, and afterwards, there is no save point, rather guys with guns and flame throwers and a giant macina. O_O We keep dying and having to fight the long boss battle OVER AND OVER.

So I'm going to give up on FFX for a little, and play KH again. I got to fight Maleficent in her dragon form now.....but it's one of the hardest boss battles in the game. T-T Wish me luck.

(Oh, and if you want to know how Bre is doing on Halo.......let's just say that after seeing her.....I must be very VERY good at Halo......at least i can use the moving and aiming joysticks at once xD)

......why do they call it a joystick? Is it because it's like a.......um......ok I won't go into that.....

I just wish everyone knew about the pain I felt. To know what it's like to cry yourself to sleep....to cry so hard....so loud....so much...you just pass out on your pillow.

To know what it's like to crawl on your knees on the floor of your room in the middle of the night.....crying out to God why he had to take it away....why he had to be so cruel.....wonder if he even cares about you.....

So If you asked me If I know suffering...I would say yes.

But.....having the time to think it out.....peacefully......I understand now.

I understand that that's in my past. I need to put it behind me. And go on living life and having fun with the friends who care so much for me.

I wrote that...just to.....get it out. But you know, I feel a lot better.

So all day today I went with my mom and dad and we went up to our property by Madrone Lake in the mountains by Oroville, to mark property lines and such. We saved a lot of money, like THOUSANDS, to find the old stakes from 50 years ago than to make new ones.

Basically all we did was trudge around through the forest on a steep hill, measuring from neon pink marks to other neon pink marks....oh...and pounding wooden stakes into the ground with a hammer. I liked that part.

Oh and the property overlooks this beautiful creek called Berry Creek. It's called that because black berries grow by it. I can't wait to have the cabin and pick berries in the summertime....

Well....today (After soaking my mosquito biten arm in the cool creek water because all my friends KNOW how MANY MOSQUITO BITES I get because I'm just SO DAMN YUMMY) I sat by the creek edge...for about an half hour or so...looking at the water rush and glow in the sun....thinking...

Thinking about what has just happened...and I realised.

Tough It was fun, and I'll miss it, I can still live on, and enjoy life with the friends I have.

I owe you, all my friends, for consoling me and caring SO MUCH. I'm so blessed to have that love.

Really, I owe you all for my nearly perfect life. So when the cabin is built in a year or so, I invite you all, whether you can come or not, to come up and we'll just sleep out on the deck and listen to the creek as the stars shine above. I want to show you all how much I love you.

From my friends I got some art stuff like pastels, a drawing sketch book (Yay! NO LINES!!), some paints, money, B&N gift card, a picture frame, an origami set, and a little wolf statue.

For my actual birthday, however, it was just a normal day. I went to my job, came back at noon, ate a late lunch, computer, had dinner, opened presents. We DID have a cool desert, though. My parents know I dislike cake, so dad made chocolate pudding! xD Just like wedding pudding! *Nudges Matt*

I got a new flat TV that is MUCH bigger than my old one, with the A/V ports in the front and better color. My PS2 I bought myself will be here on the 8th, and so they also bought me a $50 gift card to Best Buy. ^-^ Also, cards from grandparents and stuff add up to 50 dollars.

I think I may go to the mall soon to by some games...basically I need all the good PS2 games: Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II, Final Fantasy...(every one for PS2? xD) and DDR. But I won't forget, I also need to buy Halo 2 OST Volume 2, and RvB Season 3!

My birthday Isn't even over yet, though. I'm still awaiting late gifts from Bre, Aubrey, and my Brother (He's in Texas, remember? Don't think he doesn't love me, because it's on it's way ). AND today Melissa is driving up from Sacramento to go out to dinner with us, because she had to work yesterday. Guess where we are going? Musashi's of corse! It's only the restaurant we ALWAYS go to on a special occasion. We just can't get enough of their fried rice and chicken, and sushi! Needless to say...it was completely awesome. First, Bre and I met up with Deven, his girlfriend, and her friend...and then two of their friends. Normally I don't like being around friend's friends, but we all got along great and it was fun with them. We waited in line for about...an hour. By the time we got in it was 2 o' clock. But it was still gun in line. People were playing cards, talking, and some awesome cos players walked past people in line, being called at to WAIT so they could get their picture taken!

Once getting inside we went almost straight to the merch hall! It was HUGE with tons of booths and swag! RvB was there, and I took a picture with Gus and Geoff, and hugged them! ^^ (Pic on Bre's camera)

Gaia had some cool stuff to! All the stuff was cheaper at the booth than online. The hats were 15 dollars, and they had some awesome new wristbands! It was fun to see most people wearing an OMG hat or Kiki/Coco kitties on their heads.

They had tons of stuff, I didn't know what to get! In the end I got a Gaia OMG hat, a little Mokona plush/key chain, a cool little figurine of a cat watching a hamster in a wheel, lol, and Vaati (From LoZ Minish Cap) cellphone charm. Also a Naruto (Gaara) key chain for Valeree's Bday. She was totally jealous that I was going and asked me to get her something.

I had lots of fun chatting with people at the art booths, taking pictures of cool costumes, and meeting people! I even made two new friends! ^^

What was even a bit cooler was two guys wanted a picture of me! ^-^ I feel special...

This is seriously going to be AWESOME though. My first anime convention.....I won't dress up though. I was going to as Link, but I don't want to anymore. I'll get a better costume next year like a moogle or something.

Although....I could wear my boots, schoolgirl skirt, collard white shirt black tie and bat ears.....

I'm definitely taking my digital camera!!! Taking TONS of pictures of costumes and things....

Not to mention RED VERSES BLUE will be there as well as PEOPLE FROM GAIA ONLINE! Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~

*Sigh* Being the youngest cousin living in California, I'm always the one at family gathering to be ignored. I said hello to everyone, had a few snacks, then went upstairs to play WoW. About an hour later my dad comes up to my room, telling me off, that I should be downstairs. You know, a 'Spend time with your family while you can!' talk. So I go downstairs, and count the minutes. I sat silent for 25 minutes. No one talked to me. I just sat. Finally my mom notices me and asks: "Do you want to go upstairs?" So I walk back up to my room and played WoW until dinner.

I'm just not special to my family. I'm just Melissa's and Christian's little sister. That's all I am to everyone. I know I'm not beautiful. I know I'm the coolest. To my cousins I'm the nerdy little cousin who spends all her time online that they used to tease and play cruel tricks on when she was little.

Really, have you heard it? I absolutely ADORE the cello and violin. The commander and his friend the doctor of the ship play together in the movie, a cello and violin. The commander is extremely sexy by the way. MEEEEOW.....Anyways....

*Sigh* I donno what it is about the cello and violin....but when I hear the sweet music, my whole body throbs with the whisper and sighs of the strings and rasping heartbeat of the music. It's so indescribable but I feel like my body is being lifted by angels.....I want to move as the notes do. When I listen to it...I completely forget all around me. It's just so beautiful.

First we went Ice Skating.

I really kind of dislike Ice Skating. Roller Blading is funner and easier. Ice is so.....slippery. It's much harder to get used to. I was all warm and cute in meh coat, beanie, scarf and gloves!

Then we slept over. Whoot! We ate chocolate, pizza, french fries, and I had lots o' soda! Yay!

Also...everyone has been saying lately: "Wow! Your eyebrows are so light? What did you do, dye them?" I just found out....from my sis, Melissa, and her girlieness, that there is a chemical inside my anti-acne face lotion that has something like Hydrogen Peroxide that acts as a bleach. Who Knew??? O-O

Last night mom and I went to go see the Trinity Irish Dancers, and wow. Ya know, seeing stuff like that really makes me want to go to Ireland. My whole family says out of my heritage (50% German, 25% Irish, 25% Italian), I am the most Irish. I wear Celtic knots, listen to Celtic music, and a whole bunch of other things. I really REALLY wish I was in Ireland right now. I'm always convinced that I will live in Ireland one day. Ssh, yes, I may be silly but, It's who I am.

Okay and as for the title of this entry:

So I'm listening to Cat Country 103.3, because my mom listens to it, and she made me love that station when I was young (But now I listen to B 93.1 Alternative Rock), and It's a bit strange. They play hits from years back and so, when you hear it, you hear new country hits, and old ones too. Well as I listened, they played a song that I knew when I was young, and made me sad. It's really kind of touching, heh.

Like I said I went and did a little research about the origin of Valentine's Day, and well, my conclusion was that It's about LOVE, not Frivolous Gifts.

So those who don't know the story, I'll explain it, using the ever famous, "Amie Retells History".

So there's this war right? And the Romans are losing and need more men and stuff. So the emperor, Claudius II, he's like, "Hey dudes. Get your BUTTS out there!", and the guys are like, "No way man, I love my wife and fiance too much." So the emperor dude says "FINE! THEN I'LL OUTLAW MARRAGE SO YOU HAVE TO GO TO WAR! MUAHAHA!". Valentine was not about to let this happen. After all, lovers are meant to be together, right? SO IN THE NAME OF LOVE, Valentine secretly marries off lovers. Aww, sweet of him, right? Claudius didn't think so. He had Valentine sent to prison, and later -Beheaded- ! What an ass. So he dies on February the 14th, and it goes on in history as the anniversary of the idea of love.

See? I make learning FUN!

It's a Shoujo (Manga having to do with the main character being a girl, involving situations with Bishonens. *MEW* Mangas for girls.) about a girl named Airi, who daydreams about one day how she will have a perfect family, planning her life, and saving herself for her 'soul mate'. ( Heh, I can relate >< ) Well this 7-sided star mirror she has, that has been handed down from her Great-great-great-great-great etc. Grandmother, Is actually a portal hole to a magical world, and all of a sudden one day a cute little prince comes out!

Now let me explain before you judge on how cliche it sounds. The portal is used only for emergencies, and Aram, the prince, was partially cursed by his half brother (To grow into an old man until he can't use is magical powers, but he missed, so now Aram only gets older when he is in the dark.) so he escaped to earth. The only way turn him back into a little boy, his original self, is by the 'Maiden's Kiss'. Only the woman who is chosen by the guy as his 'maiden' can give the 'Maiden's Kiss'. Aram chooses Airi! ^-^

So yeah, plot rolls on, and i don't feel like explaining EVERYTHING, but to save Airi, Aram makes her give him a marriage vow. (Including a scene where she "made her marriage vow over my heart"......He lifts up his shirt and tells her to kiss his chest -At this point I am blushing madly, thinking 'I WANNA KISS ARAM'S CHEST! T-T'- AND THEN, she faints, wakes up, and is locked in a room with little Aram, he hides under the covers of a bed, BIG Aram appears, and lifts down her shirt, kissing her chest -Again I blush madly thinking 'OMG ARAM KISS MY CHEST! T-T' and faints.....aww sleeping cuddle!)

Well OK, and then in between this all, Aram's brother, Jeile is introduces. OMG he is hot as well. Though he is more my type. I love the sweet innocent guys, but I have a HUGE fetish with the take-charge type of men. Plus, he wears outfits with tailcoats, elaborate accessories, and lace cuffs and collar which is me EXTRA fetish. It's so 1800's France, and extremely sexy in my taste.

Jeile is a very....should I say traditional? He calls Airi his 'Mountain Lily Maiden' because he adores her, and I think that is so nice. I wish I was a beautiful lily maiden. T-T

*Sigh* Well, I guess that's why It's shoujo. Almost every scene with either Aram, or Jeile makes me extremely giddy! I giggle and blush at PICTURES! Hehehehe, It's silly, but I dwell on dreams and fantasy a lot, so it isn't surprising. I day dream a lot about a prince taking me away on a stallion to a magical kingdom to be his princess.....but then again.....what girl hasn't? It's the dream of every little girl when their young. I guess some habits are hard to break.

Ya know, I actually used to DESPISE Valentines Day. If you really love someone, what difference is one day out of the whole year? It's because all the stores want your money, so they make you think you have to buy something for someone, just because It's a minor Saint holiday. I only buy those special SweeTarts heart-shaped candies...for myself......They taste good, OK??

Though I do suppose doing something special that night would be romantic. A nice dinner....and evening watching the sunset together....but not all this "OMG IT'S VALENTINES DAY, I GOTTA GO GET CARDS, FLOWERS, CHOCOLATES, AND STUFFED ANIMALS TO SHOW THAT I LOVE HER!!!!"

If you can't say you love someone without all of that, what makes you think you love them at all? Just show them you love them.

So advice for all you people out there who are considering buying LAVISH gifts for your lover: Just spend time with them. It shows you love them more than some chocolates, a card, or a bundle of roses. It's not about what you get, but what you have together.
