For those of you who know me personally, you probably know that I have a strained relationship with my father. (I'll spare you all the finer details.) Well now that my brother (oldest one, Sean) has been kicked out of the house, he's been more stressed lately. Also, if that wasn't enough, my other brother (Matt) is now in collage and not doing so well. So who better to kick around than me, right?

My father started it off by out of the blue making unjustifiable accusations that, because I stay up late at night, I must be looking at explicit material on the internet. He's never even seen the history on my computer so how can he make claims like that? He threatened to ground me because I couldn't explain what I did late at night. First of all, I have insomnia, meaning that I can't just fall asleep at an given time. I may be tired, but I just can't sleep, that's how it works. I didn't wish to explain my behavior at night because, lets face it, how do you explain to your perfectionist parents that their nearly 18 year old daughter is watching cartoons on youtube?

Just recently, I've been feeling slight depression. (something that is only really made better by the joy of my girlfriend) I wont go into detail, just know that it's do to a lot of sh*t going on between school, the next upcoming few years, finding a job, and family stuff. This coupled with my anemia have made me feel really bland over the last couple of weeks, causing me to loose my appetite amongst other things. So what's my dad's reaction to this? He flat out accuses me of doing drugs and wants me to take a blood test. WHAT THE F*CK!

So anyway, I'm avoiding him like the plague now. No doubt this will only fuel his paranoia and prove his point that I'm an absolute junkie and am shooting up in my room right now as we speak.

I don't know why I'm tell this to all of you guys. Maybe I just want someone to tell me that I'm not the only one with f*cked in the head parents. -_-

*Screams in frustration after having typed up this whole journal already and having it be deleted by stupid computers*

I've been in such an irreversible slump lately! I feel completely unmotivated and uninspired as far as art work goes. Sure I've drawn a few things here and there since my last update, but nothing worthy of going on to DA.

My computer that's been gone for five months is finally fixed. It, however, is still a piece of crap and is slower than an accelerating brick wall on steroids.

I heard one of Muse's new songs from their latest album coming out in September. It blew my mind. I didn't think it was possible but they have really stepped up and made their music more moving and original than ever. I also went to FishFest recently with my girlfriend. We got to see Red! They were absolutely amazing and since then I've been listening almost nonstop to the CD that my girlfriend got for me. I love it! Along the way she's got me listening to more Skillet and The Sick Puppies.

(my aforementioned girlfriend for those of you who don’t know) is unfortunately spending the greater part of August in Florida. It’s boring and lonely here in OC without her, but I’ll make it through one way or another. I hope you’re having fun sweetie!

Name your top 10 best friends you have, (not in order) and give a reason why.



1.) - If I had gone back in time only five years ago and told my considerably naïve younger self that this guy would be the best thing that ever happened to me, I would have guffawed myself into a potentially fatal coma. But in all seriousness, despite his annoying antics and ridiculous conclusions, I have never felt closer to any person before in my life. This guy is a true godsend. If it wasn’t for him, I would not be the person I am today.

2.) - A truly admirable friend . She is someone that I can always trust to know how I feel in most situations. I must admit that when I first met her, I made the mistake of assuming that she was rather juvenile. I quickly discovered how very wrong I was upon witnessing her mature and reasonable nature. She’s one of the few people that I will admit to having a strong inclination to defend in any situation.

3.) - What do you say about the one you love with all your heart! She’s such a sweetheart. She’s realistic, down to earth, at times a complete spaz, and truly lovely in every way. How in the world could anyone not love her! She helped me out of my fear of relationships, and I couldn’t be happier. She makes me feel like the luckiest girl in the entire world.

4.) - What can I say, she’s the best of many worlds. She can be wild and random and then she can be someone you could talk to for hours and never get tired of. I will say though, at times, if you’ll excuse the analogy, she can be a bit of a ‘fire-cracker’. But in all honesty, that makes her friendship all that much more rewarding and admirable. At times it feels like we could be reasonably proficient partners in crime.

5.) - One of the most expressive people I have ever met. Her uncompromising convictions are also one of her greatest attributes. Whether she’s poking me into submission or I’m snapping at her for no particular reason, despite our differences we seem to get along through thick and thin. I wish I could tell you in a way that you truly deserve just how much your friendship means to me. Please know that I will always appreciate your overwhelming kindness.

6.) - Someone I can act completely immature around and not feel stupid afterwards. I swear when I turn 21, this guy and a couple of other choice friends have got to go clubbing with me! He is someone that I can talk to about all the things that really interest no one else in our group of friends. (this means a lot to me considering I’m a huge tomboy and grew up as "one of the guys") It’s always fun having play fights and verbal battles with this guy. I truly appreciate having a friend like him because he’s someone I can be really comfortable around.

My computer is being reconfigured and I’ve had to use odd computers whenever I can in order to catch up with the interwebs. I’ve missed you guys and I hope that you all aren’t angry with me for not responding to all your stuff. As far as the chat rooms, I will not be able to resume them until after I get my old computer back. *Sad face*

I’m also going down to my grandparental’s house in a few days and plan to draw and take pictures like a crazy person with art and camera skillz. I also hope to get some new and exiting art supplies while I’m down there.

I would also like to take this moment to talk to you guys about Day of Silence. It is taking place April 17th this year. For those of you who have not hear of Day of Silence, it is a movement to try and stop bullying and the harassment of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered people, and their allies. Normally one would take place in this movement by staying silent and not talking the whole time you are at school. This year however, I personally am going to be silent the entire day in order to make a personal point to my own family that it is not acceptable to hate me because of the fact that I am bisexual and have and support many gay and lesbian friends. It’s understandable if you do not wish or can not participate in the Day of Silence, but if you do I would like you to know that it means the world to me and so many other people just like me who are facing constant discrimination or worst. Thank you.

Not much has gone on lately. The summer is never ending….which is bad for me…’cause I want to go back to school.

I haven’t been drawing much. I need inspiration. Please, if any of you want me to draw anything, I will comply to the best of my abilities. I’m just that bored right now. (It could even be something ridiculous, like a turkey sandwich. )

Don’t want to sound pessimistic, but I don’t think I’m going to get the job I applied for. Even though they had me running around for two weeks getting applications, employer documents, reference sheets, and a work permit. Guess I’ll have to try sooner next year, around May perhaps.

Sigh. Everyone’s out-of-town, and I have nothing to do. I went to the Orange County Fair with my friends Matt and Lindsay the other week. That was a lot of fun. I got replica of the DeathNote and some Pokemon figures. We drove the guy at the anime stand half crazy because we couldn’t find any Haunter figures. We also went on one of the swing rides. Me and Lindsay loved that one.

I got a hair cut. Took 13 inches off. I still have about a good 10 inches left. I’m donating the hair to Locks of Love. They make wigs for people with cancer and other conditions. Though she won’t let me dye all of my hair, my mom agreed to let me get some green extensions.

Anyway, that pretty much summarizes everything that has happened since the last Journal. Sad, I know. I saw a spider run up my wall once, it made my life a little more interesting. Later.

In other totally unrelated news: I’ve decided to pick up my old fanfiction account, brush the dust off, and add some new stories. My mom keeps asking me when I’m going to write something new. I think she likes my stories better than my artwork, but that’s mostly because she’s my editor.

I’ve been trying to upload some new pictures off my camera, but the stupid thing doesn’t want to work. This makes me a little upset because I’ve got some good photos that I want to upload.

Hopefully by the end of the month I’ll ether have or be in a position to get my drivers license. I know…scary thought…me behind the wheel of a car and all. But I want to get my license before the beginning of summer so that I can drive myself to work. That’s right! Work! I plan on getting a summer job this year, probably at the local supper market. I want to work in a coffee shop, because they keep the lighting low and none of the customers will be able to see me. My mom suggested I work at an ice cream place because I would never eat the merchandise. Look out world! This summer I’m branching out. Two more months!

I went in today and got my schedule for the next two years of high school. I decided I’m going to pursue photography and use video production as a backup. I’m also going to take physiology, however this might be a problem considering that I’m slightly squeamish.

Hi peoples! So much has happened…again. First off, I hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving. Mine was rather boring. I had ‘turduckin’ that is = a chicken inside of a duck inside of a turkey. Sounds gross, but it wasn’t that bad. It’s just really awkward to eat.

Anywho. I’m legally allowed to drive now! I drove my mom to the store for the first time and it was truly nerve-racking. I did survive though, so it wasn’t a total disaster. The really challenge will come when I have to drive on the highway. I’m going to be driving to Starbucks a lot more.

*Sigh* Well, I think these past few weeks are staring to make me go crazy. I was telling Heather today about how I hear noises coming from the ceiling of my English class that no one else seems to be able to hear. It gives me the creeps too because these ‘noises’ aren’t that quiet ether. Besides that I’ve had really random odd feelings, like something really bad and unexpected is about to happen but never does. Not only that but support the idea that I’m going crazy I’m seeing Chelsea in everything. It’s really depressing and aggravating.

So besides my personal abnormalities, I haven’t really drawn much lately. Scratch that. I’ve been drawing everyday, the problem is that it usually is random sketch work, it is always on lined paper, and my friends snatch them away before I can say otherwise. No real artwork anyway. Don’t worry (though I bet you don’t care anyway) I’ll most definitely have up some pictures for Halloween as well as Hemms2’s birthday.

Schools ok. It’s probably going to get better. For now, I’m trying to avoid doing my English paper. It’s not working.

I went to the doctors recently. Turns out my shoulder has a separated (forgot the name of it) bone and its pinching the nervous in arm. The x-rays made it look ten times worst than it really was. The doctor kept pausing and staring at me with huge fish eyes, it really freaked me out. Lol. Oh, and the other day at drivers ed I cracked another one of my teeth. Last time it was on a chocolate chip, this time the culprit was a cherry flavored skittle. Damn candy will be the death of me.

I got bored today and decided to screw up ‘The Night Before Christmas’ just for fun. Check it out.

I woke up to a nice 4.7 earthquake at 10:30 am. I was putting on my makeup at the time and I was all "oh shit!" and got out of there. My mom was a the store in (no joke) the glass bottle section.

Then later I was over at my friends house. He had some music playing and all the sudden we hear really deep rumbling. I was all like "I do remember this part of the music." I'm so oblivious. But not as much as my friend Alex. He was all "that was thunder?!".

Then for the past two weeks or so we've had crazy hot weather. Up in the triple digits all the time. It would be suicide to go out side between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Except yesterday at 2:28 it rained from 2 minutes then resumed being hot.

Weird. I think the Apocalypse is coming. At least for California that is. God I California!

We also learned about not drinking and driving. So our teacher made us put on the ‘drunk goggles’ and made us walk in a straight line. He made me go first because I was standing by myself. Everyone was laughing when I couldn’t get my foot on the line let alone walk five feet. I felt so dizzy afterwards. It was pretty fun though.

So yeah….not much else to say. I can see the moon from my window. It will be full in about four days. I just wish I could get some good quality pictures of it instead of these cheap shots that make it look the size of pin head.

I’m getting sick again. Probably just a cold. It sucks though. This is officially the seventh time this year that I’ve gotten sick. Not to mention that I get my Tetnis shot on Monday. I hate shots! I’d rather have the strongest person on earth come and punch me in the arm rather than get a shot. Any takers?

18) What do you look like?: Very lightly tanned, 5’2”, wear my hair in a bun almost all of the time. I wear a black jacket that comes down to my knees. And you’ll fine me wearing blue jeans. Just look at my self portrait.
