Xeonphotrix has a RolePlaying and world creation forum that needs writers and creationists. I need people to help me to create a massive fantasy world through 4 stages of the worlds life cycle which can then be used to RP settings, story settings etc.

Those sections are:

Creation: Set at the time when all hell is breaking lose on Xeonphotrix, Daemons and other assorted nasties are running amok and threaten to destroy the world unless SOMETHING is done! (Setting: Futuristic, maybe a bit cyber punkish. Think Shadowrun - ish.)

Past: Something mammoth happens in Creation and sets the world back to square one. The world has reverted back to its roots, and has become a classic swords and sorcery fantasy setting, where the world is being remade, old races have died out, new ones have been born and links and alliances must be made.

Present: Technology is nearing where it used to be, and the planet is on the cusp of making the first steps into space. BUT WAIT! Where the hell is all the fossil fuel powered stuff? Why is everything powered by Steam? Yea - classic electricity has been replaced by steam power, fantastic new technology enables computers, cars, planes and high speed trains to run on STEAM power! But, there are dark things afoot, underground whispering, cults and people speaking of the "Old ways" and their "Masters." 3000 years after Creation, are the Daemons about to return?

Future: The inhabitants of Xeonphotrix have headed for the stars, using their amazing steam powered rockets, but the residents of Xeonphotrix aren't the only ones in space, and they have the technology that Xeonphotrix used to have, and no matter how bad things are in space, the former Xeonphotrix residents don't seem too keen to return to their home planet, what could have happened that is keeping them away?

So far, we're looking a bit bare as far as members and actual world RP goes, but we do have 2/3 freestyle Play By Post rp's set up, two of which are going very well. A couple are in the beginning stages, with room for plenty more. Also - there is the RP School, teaching the basics on how to roleplay by post online, and it has generally well recieved.

So - yea - that's Xeonphotrix RPG for you. Anyone interested?

This is an RPG set in 4 aspects of a worlds progress: Creation, Past, Present, Future.

Creation: Is set before a MASSIVE world war that completely wiped out almost EVERYTHING. It's a typical swords and sorcery style setting set in the middle of a war between Wizards and something. The RP is set through the ENTIRITY of the war, people can pick up small parts to play as they choose which will eventually culminate in a massive war that the people of Xeonphotrix have to win, at all costs.

Past: Set AFTER the war, and after almost all life in the world has been wiped out - chosen characters in this setting are the leaders, they're trying to get civilisation back on its feet. Chosen characters will be kings/queens, emperor's/empresses etc.
Past is a classic swords and sorcery rpg, but with magic slightly deadened and some things not invented. This section will focus a lot around building up relations, this rp essentially CREATES the world.

Present: Magic has it's potency restored, and with newer technology comes newer threats. Three factions/cults are devoted to bringing the world under their rule, and they will do ANYTHING to achieve it. One is a terrotist faction, one is a Cult of demon worshippers and necromancers and one (more frighteningly) is a mix of the two - Black Star.

In the Future Black Star is no longer multi-nationary - it's multi-planetary and has massive amounts of the universe under it's twisted hand... Except for a group of rebles who are frantically trying to bring them down. Magic, spaceships and alien races can all be found here.

This is just the basics - what happens next?

Right now the RPG is still in it's very early stages, I have a helluva lot of work to do in terms of some world information I want to get down. But - this world cannot begin to take off with a member base. We're looking for immaginative, LITERATE writers for this project. No leet, no text speak... So... Here's a general run of the mill day update. (omfgwtfbbqetc.)

Most of my day was spent at work in the stockroom tidying it up and putting things away and such, while listening to my iPod and being lost in my own thoughts. Most of the time I was listening to the Ichirin No Hana single I posted yesterday. The Hungry Hollow mix pwnz... I can't stop listening to it... An awesome AMV could be made out of that and bits of Bleach methinks.

Because I was awesome and got the work done I had to do early, I got let out early (I couldn't hang round the shop floor really cause I was in my jeans and t-shirt, so I went to buy Holly's birthday card, and on impulse I went into Ottakers because they had all signs of "SaleSaleSale" up... ::shrugs::

So - I had a look round, and decided I can't jusitfy spending the £25 that the Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay book costs, so I looked at the fiction section after bitching the other day I don't read enough.

Long story short, it was 3 for 2, so I got myself Darren Shan's Lord Loss, Anthony Horowitz Raven's Gate which looks interesting and Michael Carroll The Quantumn Prophecy which sounds a bit X-Men-ish, whhich can't be bad really. So I now have them, and Battle Royale that Caz got me for Christmas to read.

By the way, if some people want to suggest some books to me.. go ahead... I really wanna start reading more and I know most of you are avid readers. Mainly fantasy/sci fi stuff, but if you wanna throw stuff you think I may like go ahead... though nothing TOO over the top on the man-love please

Dear Sir/Madam

On Friday 28th of October I placed an order with you (ref [editedout]) for a motherboard, graphics card, RAM and a case. I received a phone call from one of your representatives Monday 31st October to confirm payment details. I was told that the goods would be with me the next morning. Nothing arrived, nor did it arrive during the next two days.

On Thursday 3rd November I sent you an email using the contact form on your website. There was no reply. On the 7th of November I sent you another email asking about the details of delivery of my order. I didnt receive a reply until the 18th of November.

I received a further email on the 22nd Nov telling me that Id have to ring you to confirm card details.

I did so and was told by the person that I spoke to that the item that I had been told was out of stock and which was delaying my order was actually in stock. I then received a further email later that afternoon telling me that the order had finally been dispatched. I receive my order on the 23rd November almost a month later.

All of the goods I received were visibly fine on delivery - there was no delivery-based damage caused to any of the parts.

I took every care while putting the machine together not to damage any of the parts and pieced it together checking all cables etcetera as I went.

I then proceeded to turn it on checked over the BIOS settings before letting it boot into Windows.

During the Windows loading screen the computer reset itself. I turned off the machine and checked all the connections inside everything looked fine. So I tried again this time in safe mode. This time the computer turned itself off.

Turning it back on again after waiting a couple of minutes with the intent of looking at the BIOS settings again the monitor showed no response.

I opened up the case again and examined the graphics card to see the fan hanging off the board. I removed the graphics card, touched the fan delicately to see if it has merely come off its spindle. It came off in my hand. Looking at the underside of the fan I notice that was singed, and had a definite burnt smell. I immediately packaged it away in the delivery box, ready to send back to you while trying an older graphics card that I know to work. The monitor still refused to recognize any signal input which leads me to believe the AGP slot is also faulty.

The following morning (1st December) I filled out the returns request form describing in detail what happened.

However the next day I get an email saying that my request has been declined because of the physical damage to the graphics card.

After asking around in various circles online and after reading your returns policy again I came across this line:

If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify the Supplier as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint.

So I again rang your customer services line and spoke to Asher Manning who said that I could indeed send back the items and an RMA would be set up for me.

I then received an email from Ronny Denise, which I have quoted below:

Hi I spoke to you earlier and told you that you could send your item which I thought was faulty. After reading what you wrote I realise that the item has physical damage to them. Since that is the case, unfortunately we cannot accept the items back. It is stated in our terms and conditions, that if the goods supplied to you are damaged or any item missing/incomplete on delivery, you must notify the Supplier within 48 hours. Sorry for the misunderstanding before.

However as I stated more than once in correspondence the defect/damage was not due to transit. It was a defect that developed while in use and which was reported the very next morning.

I would like to say, to anyone who doesn't like Green Day - that you can lick my sweaty, smelly, post-bestfuckinggigofmylife armpit. And like it.

I've JUST got back from what has to, one of the greatest gigs there has ever been at the Milton Keynes bowl. Fuck me sideways, it was incredible. And when you are singing along with around 59,999 other people to "Wake Me Up When September Ends" and "Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life)" you just know, the band that is on stage, knows what they are doing, and how to do it well.

Incredibly well.

I have never witnessed such an unbelievable site. There was more people to see these 4 bands, than there was when I went to Leeds2004. The MK bowl is MASSIVE, and although it was rediculously uncomfortable (I'm sunburnt!

)people stuck it out, enduring the heat from the sun and the thousands of bodies as they milled around through Hard-Fi (who weren't great but...) bounced and jigged and sang along to Taking Back Sunday, went crazy for Jimmy Eat World, and then went abso-fucking-ballistic when a pink, beer drinking bunny, came out to dance to the YMCA.

Minutes later. Billie Joe, Mike Dirnt and Tre Cool bounded onto the stage, and proceded to own every single person's attention for the next two hours.

The set was INCREDIBLE! They laughed straight into a fast paced version of American Idiot, followed by Jesus of Seburbia(sp?) and then following that up with Holiday.

Billie Joe had every single soul in that arena wrapped around his little finger, as he sparked them all up into a frenzy, the now trademark Green Day: "I said a-waaaay-ooo, (a-waaaaay-oooo) I said a-waaaaay-hey! (a-waaaay-hey!)" echoing out throughtout the stadium, as they belted through a set list of: St Jimmy, Welcome To Paradise, King For A Day, Basketcase and She among others, the sun went down, and everything got more intense. Billie Joe pulled a kid, who looked about 5 up on stage, and got him to shoot the audience with a super soaker that was almost as big as him! As well as Green Day's "lets get three people up on stage and get them to play" which is fucking awesome. How I envy those people, playing in front of 60,000 people, (and the guitar guy got a kiss of Billie, and got to keep his guitar!)

After finishing with Minority, they bounded off stage, heralding cheers of "GreenDay!GreenDay!" and "WeWantMore!WeWantMore!"

And more we had!

Maria was blasted out, followed closely by Boulavard of Broken Dreams, before everything quietened down for Wake Me Up, When September Ends.

The moshing stopped, everyone got their hands, lighters, phones - for the lights, and for people ringing their friends, to let them listen - all got thrust into the air as around sixty thousand men, women, children and teenagers all sang along to "Wake Me Up..." It was an incredible site, and so freaking touching (a mate of Jase's admitted being reduced to tears.)

After Blvd, came a cover of "We Are The Champions" - again, no moshing, but everyone singing along to the Queen classic, waving the horns ( \m/ )around, before Billie Joe took to the middle of the stage, and finished on possibly one of the greatest songs every written. (Shush, when you hear it like this - it is.)

Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life) sang by everyone, even more people getting emotional (it showed on the big screen a couple of girls who had tears rolling down their cheeks) the song meaning so much, and so many different things to everybody.

Everything was rounded off with a huge fireworks display, as Green Day thanked the biggest crowd they have EVER played in the 16 years that they have been together.

Now, after some delays, I'm back at Jase's, knackered, but still exhuberated(sp?) and wishing I was still there, in that crowd, heat or no heat. Good Riddance... wow... I wish I could replay that song, sang like that, a thousand times, but surrounded by my friends, as well as the thousands of people I'm likely to never see again.

So - to anyone who says that Green Day suck. You honestly have no idea what the hell you are talking about.

So yea - I created a new account like you might have seen in the journal entry I created under my last account. Tonight I have the task of moving all the stuff from my old account to here (well... not ALL of it cause most of its sucks.) Which should be fun.

Hopefully I'll keep this one going. Not that I can draw very well... stories I could upload though.
