Although I don't often draw based off holidays, Christmas is one that I don't want to miss. This year, it's going to be based off a famous Xmas tale. I will begin to work on it soon.

I finally got Photoshop CS2 installed into my new PC, and I hope I don't screw up my new PC.

I have been very busy with my school work for the past two months. I need to focus more on my school work than my hobby, for obvious reasons, but I will try to maintain my practicing a few times per month when I have time.

I hope to get at least three or at the minimum of two sketches posted in dA by Feb 2010. Due to the increased amount of homework I have been getting, and the on-going カガリとルビー project, I try to take advantage of this, by coming up with more interesting themes and ideas for dA. I have been listening to a variety of music soundtracks on Youtube, and songs have been giving me some ideas, and they are nice to hear when you draw, depending on what you're drawing.

BTW, I can't wait for New Super Mario Bros Wii to come out. I have been itching to get a new Wii game. I haven't got a new Wii game for 11 months. Last time I bought a Wii game was Animal Crossing: City Folk. Oh, and I finally got my DS lite connected to Nintendo WFC, and I got a Mew from it! I can't wait for the event starting on November 27th! I want to get that event item, so I can catch Latios in HeartGold!

BTW, I had to reset everything in my PC again. Even though I sometimes find it irritating, it's not a big deal, cuz I have backup data. I dressed up as Luigi again for Halloween, and I never knew a lot of people in my school enjoyed me being Luigi that much. xD It was as fun as it is at Anime Evolution. I saw a Waluigi and Wario at my school. Donkey Kong ran across the stage when someone threw a banana on the stage with the Benny Hill song being heard at the same time. It was epic with that song! xD

This year's gonna be hectic. I am gonna go to university soon, and get a major in Computing Science. I have to get good grades and study hard to secure myself a spot, which is why I haven't been spending a lot time on drawing.

School's keeping me busy lately. Math's a path filled with pain, and we are learning about Stalin in history class, the man of steel that ruled the USSR with an iron fist from 1924 to 1953, and looked like Mario himself. Lenin almost looked like Luigi to me. xD

I just downloaded a GB/GBC emulator for my DS lite, and playing Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden...OBEY ME WARIO! DESTROY MARIO!! (commercial reference)..Coins. I never played the old Mario games before. I still I could have a chance to try Superstar Saga. I love the Mario and Luigi RPG series, BEST RPG...I HAVE CHORTLES!...series ever played. M&L>KH

I hope to get my latest artwork done by my birthday or at least close to my b-day. I haven't drawing a lot lately. I am being more careful and kind of picky about what I draw. I usually consume a lot of time on one sketch. After I am done with the カガリとルビ- series in pixiv, I will plan to draw more Mario pictures (due to the popularity of my Mario drawings, and Mario's my favorite video game series).

For those who don't know what is the カガリとルビ- series, it's a contract I made to myself to draw 7 different pictures in sequence with a story line filled with dialogues (only in Japanese). Over time, each picture is supposed to be better than the last one (Not always the case). The main objective of the series is to advance in drawing hands better, increasing exposure to all kinds of poses and etc. The カガリとルビ- series however is a blasphemy to dA policies due to its content. Each month, a picture will be added to the series. There are currently 3 pictures in the カガリとルビ- series. If you're interested in the series, be sure to send me a note, and you have to be tolerant enough to tolerate the content.

I like to pick on my statistics and compare them, but NOT excessively. I am not really into a race to get the most pageviews. Pageviews are nothing much to me. The most that matters to me is my gallery views. Honestly you guys, what's the big deal about pageviews, it's just the number of times people visit your page (NOT YOUR DEVIATIONS!). Gallery views are the statistics that matters the most! They count how many times your drawings and sketches have been viewed.

I don't really care how many people view my gallery. As long as I am personally satisfied with my skills.

Random Fun fact: My gallery views are twice more than my page views.

I finally moved to my new house, and I love my new bedroom a lot. No more cramp walkways, more privacy, more space and I have a lot of space in my room. The only exception is that my room doesn't have a lock. I hope to get a lock installed on my door.

I have a new sketch coming right up soon. I hope to get it done by my birthday next week. I need to get started on my next installment for the カガリとルビ series (that's where the fun BEGINS!). I am glad that the third installment is more successful than the second one.

Hint of new sketch: She doesn't look recognizable, but once you know her name you will be VERY shocked.

I have a new sketch in progress right now. I still need to draw the eyes, hands, and etc. She's very recognizable in personality, but she looks very different.

I have also planned to draw another ambitious picture. I have gotten into the habit of drawing a group picture once per year. It won't be as big as the Smash bros group picture which I did during this year's summer. I still need a lot of time to plan it out. 2010's group picture theme will be culture.

I really want to focus more on drawing Mario than the Pokemon games and Pokemon Special Manga. I am a big fan and supporter of Mario. I play Mario games, cosplayed as Luigi, and I am more excited for new Mario games than almost every other game.

It's hard to resist drawing characters from the Pokemon Special Manga or Pokemon games, they're just too interesting.

BTW, the rival battle theme is epic, and I made the most stupidest mistake I ever made in Pokemon history. Naming a female pokemon with a guy's name, which is my Cyndaquil. Female Cyndaquils are really rare. 12.5% of all Cyndaquils are females. I swear... I thought it was a male the whole time until I saw her summary! xD

I honestly didn't mean to name her with a guy's name. I hope to change her name from Higeki to Kagari when I get to the name rater in Goldenrod City.

I checked out the new gym leader sprites on bulbapedia. My goodness, every gym leader is entirely redesigned. Same goes for the Kanto region gym leaders. Every's redesign in the game looks cooler than their previous designs. The rival looks better with a shorter haircut, even though he looks like Team Galactic's Mars. Sabrina's new apperance is somewhat pulling me towards her like a magnet.

Honestly, women in Pokemon games are too attractive to decide which one is the best. They all are!

My computer have been running into some problems (I hate Vista A LOT), that I have reset everything in my computer. I don't have my Photoshop installed back in yet, but it will be installed soon.

I would be busy this month, which means I would be drawing less and I would probably only post a deviation every two months. Although many galleries in dA strive by quantity, quality tends to win over quantity in this world. I believe that quality is the key to make a deviation look unforgettable, and it's true to most of the famous artists in dA.

I am planning to redraw someone I already drew, and I am going to make something even bigger than its last appearance, that will blow you away! Oh yeah, I am planning to draw another group picture, but it won't be out till...next year?

BTW, I managed to draw up with a sequel to the カガリとルビー series! It took me two tries to get it right. I bet you're all rushing to pixiv right now...

Update: I solved the problem. It turned out that some Windows application for previewing pictures are not as advanced/strong as Photoshop. Thank goodness the picture I posted in dA is the same as I saw in Photoshop.

I don't make videos quite often, only when I feel like it. I might consider making another one, but with Kirby Sky High, and maybe the Super Mario World Athletic theme. I have been watching a lot of Gourmet Race and Kirby Sky High videos on Youtube, so I thought...let's try it, and I did.

I am having a lot of difficulty improving my coloring skills. I have been seeing a lot of artists in dA using hard-cell and soft-cell shading instead of the burn tool. It's a really difficult transition...Everyone MAKES IT LOOKS SO !@#$-ing EASY! I am already feeling like I am living in the stone age while everyone's in the modern age...my head hurts so much...I don't mind the shading of the clothes, but it's THE !@#$%^#%#$% damn skintone I am having trouble with. I need desperate help. I am terribly stressed out by the advancement of everyone's art skills. @!#%^%^!@#$...I need a break...I dunno how I am going to survive this...feels like the same experience two years ago but it's not the fandom, it's more of self-pressure. I don't know what the hell is wrong with my PC screen. The skintone on others look fine, but when I tried to apply some of it to my skills, IT LOOKS !@#%!$@&%*&!@%#@ horrible! GOD DAMN IT! ahh...1@#$!$!%!$#!@#@% If everyone can do it, why can't I do it?

Please ignore my rattling...I compare stuff too much...I need to take some deep breaths. I wish fall is here! I can't take the heat anymore! Either I need some advice on life or art.

Canada Line is gonna open on Monday, so that means I can go to Aberdeen Centre and get my Mario stuff without having the need to drive to Richmond which takes about 1 hour. I rarely go there, and yet it's such an awesome place to go to.

I need some cosplay advice. Should I have more than one cosplay outfit? I really enjoyed cosplaying as Luigi this year, but I would like to try a cosplay no one has ever tried. There aren't many Mario cosplayers in my region. There were only like 8-14 Mario cosplayers this year, compare the immense army of Naruto, Kingdom Hearts, Bleach, and Death Note cosplayers this year. Naruto, Bleach, KH and DN are really overrated...and don't get me started on KH, I have some issues with it. We need more cosplayers to dress up as OTHER Mario characters, Mario himself is too overrated.

I am thinking that I should cosplay as a villian for next year. I am thinking of cosplaying as Kamek (The evil magikoopa tries to steal Baby Mario from Yoshi in Yoshi's Island). Kamek shouldn't be that hard, since he wears an oversized blue shirt with white linings and a blue wizard hat (I wear my shirt and pants under the cloak), and I can make his mouth out of cardboard and paint it, and don't forget his wand. Also, I won't sweat a lot during the hot summer days (AE happens during the summer). Kamek and I wear glasses, so it's not a problem. I am really short-sighted, and I can't really see well without them.

I am planning to post three deviations or maybe more this month, since my summer school is FINALLY OVER!

I am going to be on Mario Kart Wii often this month. I am mostly on Worldwide mode, and I play mostly during the afternoon from 12:00pm to 3:00pm pacific time. If you happen to see Tosumato, you're racing with me!

I am an okay driver, I use the Classic Controller and drive the Mach Bike. The only thing that I am not fond in Mario Kart Wii online is that I get pwned by items three times in a row, by people using starmans, bullet bills and mega mushrooms.

The カガリとルビーの色情 series in my alternative gallery has been updated with a sequel. Please cautiously note that this art series has mature contents not suitable for some audiences. It's highly advised to learn to read and write Japanese, to understand the dialogue in it.

I assume most of you know that my alternative gallery is in Pixiv.

I am trying to learn some art styles from Pixiv. I am trying to learn from two kinds of art styles that I am looking up, and hope to improve the quality of sketches and photoshop shading in the future. I find Pixiv having a more variety of ways to draw than deviantART, in my own opinion. I think both dA are Pixiv are good sites to go to. I just wish there's a rating system in dA like in Pixiv or Youtube. People in general tend to prefer to rate and fav than commenting.

Pixiv is like dA, but not as family-friendly as dA. You might want to be careful what you're about to look up or search up on Pixiv, if you disable the R-18 filter there.

I am moving to a new house in September. It's a bigger house, cuz my grandmother wants to stay with my family. I won't be able to scan anything in September, so I will try to make it up in August before school starts, and once summer school is over.

Project(s) ongoing:
-Kagari no shikijou series- an image set that goes chroniclogical order based on a shipping from the Pokemon Special Manga. It's more of a research project to endow more knowledge about female and male anatomy and proportions, and to make my drawings look less boring. It can be found in my altervative gallery.

*Kagari no shikijou series is a mature fanart series unsuitable for an audience who can't tolerate sexual content. If you can't tolerate, it's not worth to ask me for the link to the alternative gallery till you're ready.

I don't want my dA gallery to be portrayed as a place for perverts to look up to. I believe that there is more than just drawing mature fanart to attract a lot of viewers. I think that by putting in more creativity, it can bring in a big sum of viewers.

I recently had to take down the deviation: "Kagari no shikijou", because I don't want to deal with the criticism I have been getting in my notes. At the same time, I felt that the deviation isn't meant for the deviantART audience. I understand those who don't mind "Kagari no shikijou", but unfortunately, the majority do mind it. Also, it's not as popular in dA as it is in the alternative gallery. It's probably getting like >300 views there?

I do apologize for my actions and will never post a mature fanart having an intention of lust in dA, unless it's intention is just for laughs.

If you wish to have a link to my alternative gallery, then send me a note with the subject: "Alternative Gallery Link". I can't post a direct URL on this journal entry, otherwise the dA staff will suspend me.

There is one mature fanart that I decided not to take out though, which is PKMN Ranger-Sweaty Love and the previous mature fanart I did on Gardenia. It's faring off better in dA than in my alternative gallery.

By the way, can't you guys come up with more constructive comments for my gallery? I know you want to say it's cool, awesome and nice, but it's getting really empty and not something worth to read. I want a comment that can help me improve the quality of my artwork. It's ok to criticise something if there is something you don't find right on my drawings, you have the right to criticise with a good reason. I won't mind criticisms at all.

So far, I already created two families based on the Mario characters (sorry Toadsworth I forgot to include you...), and the Warioware characters. I wanted to add 18-volt, Young Cricket, Jimmy T, Master Mantis, Kat and Ana, but I don't want to stress out myself taking care of 10 people in one lot, so I only have Wario, Mona, Dr. Crygor, Penny Crygor, Ashley and 9-volt.

I am planning to create another family that is based off the Metal Gear Solid series. I always wanted to make a Solid Snake in Sims 3.

I am difficulty inking my three latest sketches on Photoshop. I could barely get them done, while juggling three of them. By the time I finish them, it would be two to three months from now. Damn it, why does May have to fly so fast...yesterday seems like the first day of May. I hate it when time flies so fast.

My Photoshopping can't catch up with my hands sketching countless drawings for hours. I am still working on my biggest group picture, and in one month, I already have two more sketches ready to go through Photoshop. I am still trying to resist from posting the sketches from dA. The uncolored sketches will end up turning into nothing within less than 2 days, unless it's matured. I am going to post another sneak peek.

BTW, the newly designed characters for Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver are revealed. The male character looks cooler than his original design 10 years later. The new female character however is replacing Crystal/Kris/Marina. I don't mind having either both as the main female character. The graphics in HeartGold and SoulSilver looks awesome, just like Pokemon Platinum. I can't wait to get the Japanese version. I am too impatient for the English version.

I can't wait to get Cyndaquil, and I probably will want a Slowking.

While waiting for HeartGold and SoulSilver to come out, I will keep myself busy with Jump Ultimate Stars and other games, or I will work on my deviants on Photoshop.

I am not sure of you guys heard about Hetalia. It seems interesting about people that represents countries around the world. I am a big history and geography nerd. I am thinking of making a group picture consists of Canada and the Canadian provinces and terittories. If I were to do American states, that would have been hell for me. Thank goodness Canada only has 3 terittories and 10 provinces. Imagine how I am supposed to draw 50 people representing the American states.

At the same time, it fares off better in the long run, compare to the simple sketches I make. I am trying my best to stop myself from turning what I drew with Lunick and Solana into a habit. I don't want to have a bad reputation for my dA account.

This year, group or duet pictures are the main focus. By the end of this year, I want to at least make an OC, and starting to draw anime characters. Thanks to my friend who introduced to me, Jump Ultimate Stars, I am starting to become more interested into the animes through the game. I want to draw at least a couple of female anime characters from different animes/manga. The last time I ever drew an anime character was Yoko from Gurren Lagann. I hope I could have the chance to redraw Yoko.

The anime/manga club wants me to do an OC, cuz they think if I keep on drawing fanart, it would be a bad habit. I also think it's about time I make an OC. Next year, I want to try drawing comic strips and making up humor like nintendrawer, saiiko or TheBourgyman. I am thinking of making an OC that resembles my personality.

I hope that you all know that I am working on my "picture" in my recent post: Coming Soon. I am aware that many won't be able to pass through the mature content filter, when posted. According to my view, I am afraid I might have to place it on a stricter mature filter. This doesn't mean you won't be able to see it, that's cuz I am currently planning an AlTERNATIVE and LESS MATURE version to it. I don't want the underaged audience to be isolated from the rest of my watchers.

Also, I persumed that you'll know who are the guys behind the happy faces xD. I wish I could have done it by April 26th (the date of its 10th anniversary), but because I have to focus more on bringing up my Chemistry and Physics marks up. You will all have to wait a month later for its release.

I am still testing out some new Photoshop techniques and styles. I want to practice more on coloring, and textures that I really want to try. For the rest of 2009, I will be more focused more on group pictures than individual pictures.

I have been seeing a lot of jaywalks lately.

When I was on my way home from my aunt's house, I saw someone jaywalking in the middle of the road. My dad was really lucky that the car didn't hit her, and the guys behind her jumped in shock. That girl was really lucky. Hopefully, she won't do it again. I was really in fright, how scary it could if the car actually hit her.

PLEASE don't ever jaywalk on the road! Some drivers on the road may be talking on their phone while driving, driving fast and aggressive, or be distracted by their music or whatever they are doing. Those kind of people are most likely not able notice you jaywalking, and they are more likely crash into you.

Take the pedestrian crossing for pete's sake! Why the hell would the government build these for? For you to cross the road safely! It won't hurt to take a few seconds to cross the pedestrian crossing. Besides, these few seconds to cross the pedestrian crossing is worth your life. Those unfortunate people who jaywalked, ended up in the hospital, and will have a high chance of being paralayzed. It's not fun being paralayzed. You won't be able to do all the things you want to do in your life, all because you lost the ability to walk or move. Treat life with precious care.

If you don't get what I am saying, try tieing yourself up to a chair and see how it feels.

This month, I am having two Fridays and one Monday off. With more time on my side, I can work on my future deviations.

Honestly, I havn't been getting a lot of views lately. It seems I have no choice, but to....*eyes filled with ambition*...it's time...

The Smash Bros picture I am working on is a huge picture project for Summer 2009. The main idea for the Smash Bros picture is to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the VERY first Super Smash Bros for the N64. Honestly, I don't see ANYONE drawing about Smash Bros' 10th anniversary in deviantART, which really motivates me to be the first to draw one.

In this picture, it will feature all of the 12 characters that were in Super Smash Bros (N64). So far, I have drawn Mario, Kirby, Ness, Link, Captain Falcon, and Samus Aran. I am only halfway done, and I need to draw out Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Luigi, and Fox Mccloud.

I am having some struggles drawing Pikachu, so it would be wonderful, if you guys know any excellent tutorials for drawing Pokemon.

I am currently at the 7th gym, and the gym's pretty tough. My team is only between lvl 39-43, and the trainers in the Snowpoint gym have Pokemon with higher lvls than me. I need to spend more time training my team to be lvl 45. I havn't been winning a lot of battles with my DS friends lately, they are very overpowered and I am very underpowered. I only won once so far, and I am currently the weakest trainer among them...xD The battles between me and my DS friends however are very intense. We all fought until the last one stands. I always like to annoy my friends by using my Lanturn.

Speaking of which, the rival in Platinum is tougher than he is in Diamond/Pearl. I dislike it when he uses Heracross, it used Aerial Ace to knock out my Gallade and Torterra, Rock Slide to knock out my Togekiss, and Brick Break to knock out my Houndoom. I never like Ace Trainers too, I hate it when they all gang up and beat the crap out of me. The ace trainers on the way to Veilstone City almost wiped out my Pokemon, leaving my Grotle standing left.

If you happen to be a veteran of Pokemon, it would be wonderful to offer me some advice against over-powered Pokemon.

My next fully-colored deviation should be released on May 18th. I want to experiment with new styles and different kinds of coloring for this deviation.

From April to July 2009, I really want to draw an anniversary picture dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Super Smash Bros (N64), and the 10th anniversary of the first Ape Escape game. Even though Smash Bros' original anniversary was in Janurary (Japan release), April was the month when Smash Bros came to the American shores in 1999. I also want the opportunity to draw other various Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum characters, such as Jun and the Team Galactic commanders, video games characters from Japanese 3rd party
publishers, more Mario, and etc.

Speaking of which, I finally got Pokemon Platinum. Pokemon Platinum is so different from Pokemon Diamond, everythings in Platinum looks so different compare to Diamond. So far, I already got 4 badges, and I am currently in the 5th gym. My starter is Turtwig, and it's currently a Torterra. I battled with some of my friends, but I unfortunately lost to all of them (I am very under-powered, but I like to stall their attacks). The toughest gym I encounter so far was Gardenia, cuz I only have Staravia. It was so close to being KO-ed by Roserade. If my Staravia got KO-ed, I could have been done for with my Grotle and my disobeying Chinchou. Maylene wasn't as tough as I thought in Platinum, compare to Diamond. I wiped out her entire team with Gallade.

And now, I am off to study my nightmare-ish mid-term Chemistry exam.

Mario and Luigi RPG 3 is still in Japanese, but it's all right. At least I can read Japanese with the exception of some kanji characters. I wish there's an English translation of it, so I don't have to go the online Japanese dictionary to look up the words I don't know.

Nintendo really pulled it off this time. 5 stars from-a-me!

Speaking of Mario, I also got the latest Super Mario Kun, which has the ending to Super Paper Mario, and the beginning of Super Mario Galaxy. Super Mario Kun's version of Super Paper Mario is very different from the game's version. I might post some pages, but not all pages to avoid being suspended from dA.

I am so glad that it's finally Spring Break. When more time and no homework, I can draw more. With many new deviants on its way, you will probably see most of it done by April 2009.

P.S: I can't wait for Pokemon Platinum to come out!

I will be going to Anime Evolution on Saturday, and will be cosplaying as Mr. Resetti! I will be working on the costume during Spring Break. Although, I originally wanted to be Luigi. I decided that Mr. Resetti will be a better choice, since it would attract more attention. Also, there is hardly anyone dressing up in Animal Crossing costumes. This year's convention might be more fun...being Mr. Resetti for one day. How does it feel to be like him?

I havn't been feeling good lately, and I need more sleep. Thank goodness, Spring Break is only one week away from now.

The last time I went to AE, I was very inexperienced and didn't cosplay. I want to make this year's better, by cosplaying. However, I havn't been thinking about what to cosplay though, and I never cosplayed before. I was thinking of cosplay as either Mario, Luigi, or a Pokemon trainer from one of the Pokemon games. If I feel like it, maybe I should go to the extend and dress up as an Animal Crossing character like Tom Nook or Resetti.

I don't think I will be able to keep up with almost everyone's requests, but I will in the end anyway. My Physics and Chemistry classes have been giving me a lot of homework lately, and I need to place both subjects as a high priority. Both courses aren't as easy as you think, and I have to carry home those heavy textbooks. So in the meantime, I won't be posting anything until the first day of March. Requests are more likely to be posted during Spring Break, even though I havn't been coming up with ideas lately. I need some ideas. Hmmm....

In addition to this update, I have been reading some comments from my Youtube account. To all subscribers and watchers of my Youtube account, I won't be making videos for a very very long time. It's just that I am not getting as much audience as I used to back then, and I really don't have neither a lot of motivation nor inspiration, to continue making Ape Escape videos.

There's this one thing that has been bugging me for a while lately. Throughout my entire dA life, I am always afraid of people, as in people I meet in person finding out about my dA account. I have been trying to keep my dA account a secret to people I know in person (except some managed to sneak in and find out), just because I am scared about others' reactions on my deviations? How can I overcome this phobia?

From now on, my request box will ONLY open every two months, and two weeks for each time it's open. I have been reading and replying to comments for the request box for the past fortnight. The one thing that gets into me, is people deciding to wait until the last minute. DON'T WAIT! Not only all of the world athletes coming to my city for the winter games, Mario and Sonic are also competing for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics! [link] I had this big feeling that they will make another Mario & Sonic game based on the winter games (since they already have the summer games), before I even know its official! *goes crazy* This is making me want to make a fanart based off the sequel!!

I hope the 2010 Winter Olympics are successful. Our budget has already exceeded above its original budget up to 6 BILLION...and we still need to finish constrution on the Olympic Village, and extension of the highway from Vancouver to Whistler. In the 2010 Olympics, 90% of Whistler will be open to the public.

We may not be as shiny as the Beijing Olympics, but we will do our best to make the Winter Games unforgetable.

How do I review myself? I review it from the public's view. Comments can indirectly tell what a person really is.

The overwelming commission has shown many vulnerabilities that I have, which are bitter. I have to admit and say my problems, before it goes out of hand. Lying and hiding it will not bring a solution, it will delay the solution from being made.

My first vulnerablity that I have is overdependency and over-reliance. Most of the previous drawings that I have drawn, especially the ones with characters from Pokemon, have too much references. I rely too much on bases and templates to draw new sketches. Bases and templates are like drugs, needing it so much that you can't go on without it.

My second vulnerablity that I have is over-ambition. I found myself being too ambitious about having a variety of artwork that could out-number views more than any other gallery. When I get too ambitious, I start to think of my dA account as the economy, my gallery as a shop, and my drawing skills as the factories, mass-producing sketches non-stop. With so much being mass-produced, the people in the drawings start to be more machine than flesh. Emotions are not moved by muscles and the mind, but by the circuits and programming. Life in the pictures are fading away, like the rainforests in the Amazon.

The last vulnerablity that I have is pressure. Many of those in the arts have placed their own time from their life, just to express what they desire. With fandom and watchers following you, their expectations will get higher, like the greenhouse emissions level on our planet. With so much pressure coming in from the fans' expections, people in the arts will eventually reach a point they will completely snap, like Earth will reach a point that it can no longer support life because of too much emissions. I had so much pressure that it has been completly controlling my life like a totalitarian.

This is not only a big problem for just one, it affects many. Let me state this again. I am neither a person who wants attention nor is mad. I never wanted recongition at the first place.

Obama is really different from what all the previous American presidents did. Usually, a Republican or Democrat chooses someone from his/her party. Instead, Obama wants both parties to work together. Not by judging which party he/she is in, but by how capable and reliable that person is in doing the job. In that way, decision-making becomes easier for the Senate. Obama really did his homework. His plans and promises will not only make America a better place to live in, but for his people.

In this brand-new era, Obama will get the troops out of Iraq in 16 months, close down Guantanamo Bay for good, ending torture and bringing justice, bringing the US economy back to its prosperity, focus more on Afghanistan, and introducing millions of jobs involving clean energy such as wind and solar.

The world never had such a great man, like Obama.

It's such a great relieve that things will turn around for the better. I feel great for my neighbouring country. I wish something like that can happen for Canada. We need another Trudeau.

Obama really change the way how I look at my surroundings. He motivates me to be more optimistic, more faithful, and to be a better person. Everyone deserves a change for life.

After Obama's inauguration, Obama's first foreign visit is Canada. This foreign visit is significant, because an American president had not visit Canada for eight years until now. We Canadians feel very proud and friendly to have Obama visiting our homeland.

Visiting other countries are very important to political leaders. This shows how important is the relationship between Country A and Country B. A first visit to Country B from Country A shows that Country B is Country A's most important ally and partner out of all the other countries, Country A has relations with.

Fifty years into the future, our history textbooks will have a huge chapter on how terrible George W. Bush is, and another huge one on how great Barack Obama is.

I felt my leaving of the Ape Escape fandom wasn't fully completed or satisfied. It's true that I left it behind and moved on, but sometimes in your life you will start to miss the good old days...and think that you could have done more...

I mean, Sony is now all into Ratchet and Clank, God of War, and LittleBigPlanet. Sony should at least make a final game with a big bang to the Ape Escape trilogy, just like the Metal Gear Solid series, since Sony isn't really paying a lot of attention to Ape Escape nowadays. Rather than portraying all of the crazy comedy stuff, it should finish up the trilogy with a more in-depth of every character of the Ape Escape franchise.

My house is still small (now in its first upgrade), but I am making money sufficiently (with the except of spending to buy desired furniture and clothing). When I get to my full upgrade, I wish for my town to go wi-fi, and host a game show in the basement...where people from various towns will duke it out with their knowledge of Animal Crossing, and that first place winners get either a wallpaper, carpet or furniture, and runner-ups will get 100 bells. Unfortunately, that will be a long time from now...I was wanting to get the gorgerous set from GracieGrace, but I gave up on it...sigh...CUZ IF I WANT THE ENTIRE SET, IT WILL COST ME 1,776,000 bells!! Also, I want Redd's invitation badly so I can buy rare stuff from him (Although I hate Redd for giving me fake paintings, too bad he's the only guy you can get paintings from).

The snow hit hard today...sigh...Not many cars were able to reach home because of the heavy snow, and the steep hills covered with snow. A lot of people in Port Moody lives on the mountains and plateaus. I was one of the luckiest ones, since we have a car that has 4-wheel drive. On the way back from Bellfair mall in America, there were cars struggling to get to the top of the snowy hill. A huge truck trailer even got STUCK!

The weather has gone unpredictable. I heard that this year's snowfall is the biggest in 40 years. I was wanting to go sledding with my friends yesterday, but it was snowing heavily that I have to abort it. At least I carved out a snow chair out of the giant pile of snow I shoveled from my driveway for the past few days. I hope I can sit on it, when the snow turns to ice.

The snow level in the entire lower mainland (consists of Vancouver, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Port Moody, and etc) is 30cm. School starts tomorrow, and I doubt how I am able to walk home with snow-level up to my knees.

I have been playing Animal Crossing: City Folk a lot. It's a very fun game! My house is in its second upgrade, I am not really rich (only have 28,000 bells), and I badly want the gorgerous set from GracieGrace (IT'S SO !@#$-ing expensive!!! The gorgerous bed is worth more than my house!). The only items I ever bought from GracieGrace is a I am still waiting for a slingshot to come on sale in Tom Nook's...the tension is killing me whenever I see a present in the sky.

If you have been subscribing me, you may noticed that one of my videos is taken off due a audio copyright claim. Unfortunately, I won't be posting it again. I am not really what I used to be three years ago. I am not really into making any video, or any Youtube Poop (My poops stinks anyway...), and the crowd's really getting rough. I ain't getting what I used to get, and not enough motivation to continue the process. I had been very focused on improving my quality in deviantART, that I completely forgotten about my videos.

I am more of a subscriber and watcher nowadays. I apologize, but my Youtube career has ended. It's time to move on.

Although people here in dA has higher expectations of their favorite characters or what they know, it really doesn't matter much to me. I don't really care much about popularity in dA compare to Youtube. The only thing that matters to me is myself. I only draw when I feel like it, or when I see something interesting.

My New Year's Resolutions:

I wish you all for greatness and happiness in the new year, make your resolutions and hope next year will be better. 2009 will be the BEST year ever, to mostly everyone (you all know why).

With my final picture of 2008 posted, I could just relax...wait a minute. I can't just relax, I have to get started on my next few sketches ahead of time. I am having a busy January, since it's the last month of my first semester. So I want to sketch ahead of time, so I can just photoshop the sketches later on.

Since my Rosalina picture turned out very well, I might plan to draw more Mario fanart for 2009. 2008 was a good year, filled with ups and downs. No year can't be perfect. Just to accept what's done is done, and move on. 2009 will be different than 2008, and it just started.

I am feeling really bored at the moment...sigh... I need to do something to get my life moving along happily.

My house is covered in snow...no...THE ENTIRE LOWER MAINLAND (Greater Vancouver) IS COVERED IN SNOW! It's getting so cold almost everyday, and it's snowing almost everyday. I never expected Downtown Vancouver to have a lot of snow, and usually Vancouver has less snow than most of the cities and towns surrounding it.

There is one more picture that I am going to post, and then I won't be posting any deviations until Feb (my social studies provincial, chemistry final, and my overnight snowboarding trip in January).

I was pleased with the result of my latest sketch. I wish to continue to improve the qualities of my coloring, anatomy, and sketching for 2009.

There will be two Christmas specials coming up, and I am trying to get them done in two weeks before Christmas, or maybe on time for Christmas. They are all scanned. I just need to photoshop them. I have been busy with schoolwork, but I WILL get it done.

I can see that the Super Mario Kun comic strip that I recently posted is very successful. I will scan more time to time, translate them, and post them.

After the Winter holidays are over, I will be taking a break from drawing, and embark on a jounrey to seek for more Triple I (Ideas, Inspiration, Improvement) until Feburary.

It's so cold over here, that I caught a flu. Two nights ago was really terrible. I woke up in the middle in the night because there was something stuck in my throat that I have to spilt out. It was nasty, and I don't like to be sick. Don't worry too much about me, as long as I have my Christmas jolly spirit, I will absolutely be fine. I hope I get better for my snowboarding trip on the 13th.

I am currently working on a Christmas fanart. I have been wanting to draw a fanart based on a holiday for a really long time until now.

Games wanted for Xmas:

BTW, I heard a reviewer from some game site got fired for giving Sonic Unleashed an awful score. Honestly, game sites need critics that like Sonic the Hedgehog or open-minded critics. I mean how can Gamespot give the Xbox 360 version of Sonic Unleashed 3.5? I never ever heard the most pathetic review of such a wonderful and well-polished game from an international critic until now, their review is a dumb excuse to dislike Sonic.

Because of that, I am losing a lot of respect for the critics. Nintendo Power is a better critic, cuz they are more open-minded than those spoiled, ignorant online game review sites. A lot of people on the game sites are very very very pissed off with the critics' review on Sonic Unleashed. You can see a lot of criticism against the critcs' review on Sonic Unleashed in IGN and Gamespot.

It's better off to ask the gamers' point of view of the game, NOT THE CRITIC. Gamers outnumber critics, so why should I listen to the minority? Majority wins in this world.

Even when you're having an artist's block, when you struggling to get your grades up and well maintained in school, and feeling lonely almost every time, staying optimistic and believing in yourself makes a difference in the atmosphere.

Although my gallery doesn't seem to have a change, it will change soon. A few months ago, I was only able to draw Gardenia and Aaron (Elite Four), and now I am able to draw any anime and video game characters, which helps to make my gallery have a bigger variety of fanarts. For the next few months, you will be seeing a lot more.

I managed to get two sketches done this month. There is only one more I am working on, which is a Christmas special. I am planning to post the latest sketches during December. I will have more time in December to photoshop them, and post it on time. There will be some delays in some fanarts due to holiday events, and mandatory events.
