Dreamt about a gorgeous, shy girl called Kate last night whom I was about to ask out...then I woke up. -_-

Thinking about women I want to date a lot recently, hard to focus. :P

I haven't drawn anything aside from the nude Cat-chi helped me with since I moved out. I'm finding it really difficult without having my very own art desk, complete with drawers etc. Hopefully when I move out with my darling Cat-chi, Ensquared and Lance I can afford it and have room for a desk. I still can't decide if I want to pay lots more rent and have my own room, or if I'll just share with Ensquared. Prolly the latter - I have no money.

Trying to draw...not going too well.

I have an ANU interview tomorrow, I'll have to ask if I can interview for a drawing major as well. :)

Also, people should visit me!

Right. Well. I'll post the things about me but I really don't have anyone to tag.. ^^;

1. I love to run around in summer dresses...but manage to refrain most of the time.
2. I like hitting people with large blunt object. Again, refrain most of the time.
3. When I'm out socially I'm really crazy and out there, but the moment I'm doing school work I get really, really serious. Especially if it's to do with english etc.
4. I used to want to be a lawyer, secretary or psychologist. ^_^; But for the last 6 years I've wanted to be a Graphic Designer.
5. I've travelled a fair bit but I want to explore more of the world. ^^
6. I abosolutely ADORE my little sister. I would do anything for her.
8. I collect HATS!!! I want a Pirate hat, an army helmet, an Admiral hat and a russian hat. ^_^

Glenn visited me out of the blue today. I haven't had such a pleasant surprise since that surprise birthday party at Queensland last year.^_^
Which was funny since I ate the left-over icing from the surprise cake for breakfast. I was wondering why my Aunt seemed worried about that... :P

I'm back in the love part of the love/hate relationship I share with my sketch copic markers, I flicked through a mag tute of them and somehow picked something up from it. The inks seem to be mixing more the way I want them to now and I'm frantically drawing and inking things to colour in! ^_^
I've forgotten how much I enjoy using copics as I haven't really used them since the beginning of the year.

Note: Buy new light red and find a dark red.

Christmas cards are at a standstill as I wanted to do original art then print them. Unfortunately the ENTIRE COMPUTER with Photo-shop on it HAS DIED UTTERLY. It won't even turn on! 0_o

Will either wait for Dad to fix it or just draw a LOT more and traditional colour it.

Will be using a lot more traditional media in the near future, though it won't scan well. T_T

I am definitely an extrovert. I can't stand enforced solitude.

Onto art. I've been drawing, well, sketching more like and it's all been very...distopian/steam-punk-esque, not that that's a bad thing. Though I tend to draw messed up lolita's when I'm really frustrated/lonely.

I'm thinking of working at those themes and mixing some more traditional media when I'm inspired again. Though I'm finding it hard to unleash creative juices as I've been wandering the house-hold more...morosely.

I've been posting a lot of my photography that I've had sitting around for a while as I can't be bothered tagging my newer photo's because of photoshop only being on the old comp and my photo's being on the new comp.

I also need new staidlers if I want to work with the mixed media the way I want to, so I'll see if I can pick them up on friday...though I should be buying chrissie pressies. I'll see how the distopia steam-punk drawings go. I might post some of the early sketches later.

It was only a blessing because I could see a certain person. Other than that it's been like an earthquake of problem after problem piling down on me. Whenever I thought I was miserable, another, worse thing would happen just to prove me wrong. Family problems, school problems, personal problems, friend problems, assualt problems and a secret that I can't tell; a secret that's made everything I've worked at for 3 years seem worthless and made me really regretful,and yet... *sigh* I still don't know how much of the now it's changed, or will change or even if it CAN change.


I'm barely making a scratch on the pile of work I have to do and I've been working at it a LOT. *sigh* Lucky I have a safety net whom I saw on monday otherwise I might've crashed harder. Still, I just wish I could fast forward to the holidays so I can have some time to sort it all out.

I agree with the statement. Rape and sexual assualt is something far too many women (men and children) experience, when no one should have to. A recent report said that there is one 'incident' concerning sexual assualt within 2 kilometers of any school that is reported in Canberra EVERY WEEK. And doubtless there are far more unreported assualts.
