Seriously, though, it's gonna be a kickass party. It's also an excuse to buy superhero decoration and toys. I'm pretty sure I'll be getting a lot of toys as presents, since my BFF has been telling people "she likes Dinosaurs and Superheros" when they ask what I want.

So, she loved it so much that after downloading all the songs, we had ANOTHER movie marathon where we watched ever more Chipmunk-y goodness. I have always loved those little guys, but my friend had only heard the Christmas song! So we went into town looking for the best Alvin movies. Unfortunately, my town library and local video store had a limited collection, so we had a small selection. Still, we stayed up until 4 in the morning watching them, even after we saw the midnight premier of Harry Potter the night before.
And you know the live action movie they made a few years ago? It was actually decent! I was afraid it would rape my childhood, but it did not! :3

Anyway, I was watching the Twilight Zone yesterday (SciFi Channel marathon FTW!) and there was one episode that got me thinking. See, there are these aliens who come to Earth to help us accomplish world peace (they end up eating humans in the end. It's a good episode) And I suddenly realized...World Peace is impossible!
Think about it: It's human nature to be violent. It's an animalistic instinct (even monkeys can go to war with each other!) Also, the idea of "peace" is different to every individual. Those who believe in a "superior race" have a different idea of peace than someone like me who believes that everyone is equal. Also, even if we were to create a perfect society in which everyone lived in harmony, people would rebel. It is also in our nature to rebel against social norms. And, of course, ones who do not rebel will dislikes the other, thus creating conflict again...

Whew! Sorry about that rant. I needed to get it out, I guess. Heheh...I should stop thinking so much XDD

But I did get a haircut today! I find this cool because I haven't gotten a haircut in 2 years. I kid you not, my last haircut was at the end of 7th grade, and I just finished my Freshman year (9th). I only got, like, an inch off but it looks a lot better. Before I kinda looked like a sheepdog

It was during rehersal for my school's musical. I'm on run crew, which means I have to move everything around for scene changes. I was moving the pump to the garage area behind the stage, and people wouldn't get out of my way, so it kinda fell back. I found out later that my toe was bleeding and I was like "Oh. I think I need a Band-aid." Note to self: wear good shoes next time.

I'm not looking forward to this week's rehersals...I'm going to loose so much sleep...

One of those little poofy ones, kinda like poodles only uglier and squater. I didn't actually bleed much, though. My cut looks icky...but the hospital said I didn't need to come in for stiches and to just keep it covered (my mom called them and was freaking out, heehee!) It's the dog of the people I'm pet-sitting for, so I'm going to tell them when they come back tomorrow.

Does it makes me a bad person if I hope I get paid extra for that?

Does anyone remember that fic I wanted to write? No? Well, anyway, I finished one chapter It turned out really long, so it may have to be a series...well, I'm not sure if I should submit it here, though! I'm not sure it's that good...I have it on another site, but there's no transfans there, so I didn't really get feedback on it


In other Transformers news, I joined the bowling team at my school ( yes, it's actually a sport! ) Why is that TF related? Becuase the coach is a HUGE Transformers fan! To be honest, I think that's why he put me on the team


Aaaaand, I'm in the process of re-doing Datura's bio. I figured I'd give her a few more skills. I've decided to give her a cool weapon, too!

So, I have this friend. We've been really good friends for about 2 years. We're best friends, really. Or, at least we were. I see her everyday ( my sister gives her a ride to school since we live in the same neighborhood ) and her locker it close to mine. We even have lunch together on Wedensdays. But...she's in band. I don't know about other schools, but where I live band is a cult. Now it's all she ever talks about, and it annoys me. I mean, it's not like I'm not interested in her life, but this is the ONLY thing she talks about, just the inside jokes she made with her squad, how much she loves her squad leader, and how much better it is than Choir, which my sister and I are in. One time when we were talking to some other friends who are also in band, she said, "Aww, don't you feel so left out now?" and then laughed.

And then today, she just really hurt my feelings. I was wearing a cute little dress with a cami under it because it was, well...low-cut. She told me to pull up my cami, since I have a pretty big chest. I laughed and jokingly said "oh, you know you like it!" ( we usually make jokes about this sort of thing. ) Instead of continueing the joke as usual, she looked discusted and said, "Eww, I would hate to have boobs like yours!" And...the way she said it make it sound more like "I would hate to have a body like yours!" It just really hurt. After that, she left to go hang out with some other people.

It's not the first time she's insulted how I look, either. On Halloween, I dressed up in my Batgirl costume and she didn't dress up at all. She said I looked ridiculous, and also called me a slut ( we call eachother that jokingly, but she sounded serious ) Then she ignored me for a while, and decided that since she didn't know anyone else that was at school yet, she's hang aroung with me. Usually she complains that I wear "the same thing everyday", though she only wears jeans and a big sweatshirt 24/7. She also gives me a hard time about how I wore a black shirt every week.

Anyway, I was thinking about writting a fic. A Transformers one, but it won't exactly focus on Datura. See, Datura is a gossip and is very observant, so I was thinking of writting something about the characters, canon and otherwise, the way that Datura and other 'bots see them. So each chapter is a different character with how they act and how others see them, according to Datura.

So, should I try and write this? Or is just a dumb idea? Feedback please.

So we got the day off while they fix the routes.

This also means we highschoolers missed our first "block day" of the year. See, every wedensday high school starts at 9:30 instead of 7:30. Then you have only 3 classes that are 90 min long...and the rest of your clases on Thursday. I'd rather have the day off, though

I cried...because I'm just that cool. And then I hugged all my teacher and felt like a loser, but that's ok.


In other news...there's this shaving cream fight on the last day of school, but I never go. Well, people attacked my friends and I with shaving cream, and 2 of my friends got COVERED. So we were washing them off at the grocery store ( ...don't ask... ) and then we found out the police were arresting anyone who participated in the fight, sinice somebody started using Nair ( it burns and makes your hair fall out... ) Well, the guy at the store was going to tell the cops we were there, so we ran away and hid in a church for a while. Also, it was like 95 degrees outside! Fun times!


Now I'm off to get ready for a sleepover with my friend.
