So its been a bit hectic here.

Just wanted to get some things off my chest. I will probably delete this in 2-3 days.

I'm currently undergoing a few personal stresses at the moment. Most of which are minor, but i have one very MAJOR one which is like icing on the cake if you like.

Most of my minor ones matter very little, with the exception that i have no time at all to see my girlfriend, which is very unfair on her as whenever we do see each other, we're never alone together and I have the subconcious need to just relax and have friendly times with my friends instead of paying any attention to her. Which is unfair.

But unfortunately, my major one, is causing me a lot more heartache than it did the first time it happened.
My mum has just had her first lot of Chemotherapy today, after 2 years since she last faught off cancer.

I've been aware that this was going to happen for the past 2 or 3 weeks now, but after yesterday and her having to go in for 2-4 days in the hospital i've been really worried. First time around she was allways at home and we got to live normally, but now she's going to be away for days at a time for the next few months which really upsets me. And i'm trying not to think about febuary/march time, when she has to spend an entire MONTH in Leeds hospital.

I'm trying really hard to keep up to scratch with my 'very early days' college work, but i can hardly expect this not to have an effect on it >.< Seens as every time i'm not destracting myself with talking to friends im thinking about it.

Mum will be fine though, the cancer she has is hardly as life threatening as Lung cancer or other forms of it, which was exactly the same last time, but i just guess that this time i have so many more 'what ifs' running about my mind >.<

Expo Aftermath

I'm STILL kicking away the expo blues, something tells me these will last another 3 or 4 months XD Then i'll just be worrying about May!

I'm in love with the Yugioh group! We've actually managed to stay in contact sinse expo, and msn is just as much fun when they're around! I started watching YGO 5Ds a bit back, and im now on episode 25, Aki scares me o.o . But yeah, its not AS bad as people make it out to be. At least i dont cringe every 5 minutes due to friendship speeches and extra extra long card games (longest so far in 5ds was 2 episodes).

Yeah. I'm being adventerous and taking 4 outfits now.

I've been REAL hazy about my upcoming plans of late, because every time i decide i go against them >.<.
But as far as i know AT THE MOMENT I HAVE TO MAKE:

Walter - Hellsing - This is partially finished and just needs to get the wig to arrive, I'm taking it to LTB
Seimei - Loveless - Working with what i already have, like Ritsuka, luckily this is a costume i can do that with. 83 I'll need BLACKER ears and tail though... unless im lazy. In time for Secret santa shopping with Yorcos.
Jack Atlas - Yugioh 5Ds - I want to buy the FULL outfit, i already have a wig on the way, cause i want to style it ASAP. In time for May Expo, but i want it done before, cause it is WIN.
Black Mesa - Portal Life - Self designed.... ish. The concept is Based of 's previous designs for him, He's the computer system in Half Life, very similar to GLaDOS in Portal. We thought is Aperture got GLaDOS then Black Mesa got... well 'Mesa'. In time for May Expo XD
Bunny Bakura - My WILD imagination/ Yugioh - Crack. Simple as.

My Cosplay birthday:

As most/some of you may know, my birthday is January the 1st, 1993. Making me a grand total of 17 years of age when the clock strikes 2010 8D. So for my cosplay friends i am throwing a biiig Cosplay New years eve party!

IÂm so glad i decided to go as Bakura both days, the yugioh troop were awesome! <3

Saturday
I got up at about 5.00 on Saturday morning, unearthly hours for someone like me DX IVE NEVER SEEN A CLOCK AT THAT TIME BEFORE!!! ....(except from at LuÂs... when me, sean, emi and Liz were only JUST going to bed XD yay for shinra drinking nights!) I got into my bakura costume... and guess what! I found out i only had 3 rolls worth of duct tape left for Sunday DXX. Then after shaking everyone else in the house awake we set off for Doncaster train station. (its cheaper there)

We arrived and skipped past the expo to drop off our bags at the PTI. I spotted a marik on the underground on the way to expo XD they were like ÂOMG BAKURA!Â And Link gave me a hug >3<.
Finally after getting my brother to change into his team fortress gear (he was dressed as the soldier), we jumped back onto the DLR to get to expo. WeÂre lazy. We didnÂt walk. Once we arrived we instantly spotted the Team Fortress guys, so i ditched robin with them XD And ran away. Many people stopped me in the hallway to take pictures, i met the previously Obnoxious Celtic guardian, who threw a book at me TT.TT IÂIÂll but as they headed into the actual expo i needed to get a ticket. So i queued up.
THE QUEUE WAS MASSAVE D8
But i got to jump it a bit, when some bakura fangirls decided they wanted me to stand with them XD
After 2 hours of queue DX I went inside, there was much rushing about looking for an Ichigo plushie for one of the girls before we came across Jaden, Yuseii, Marik and another Bakura under the GIANT 5Ds Sign DD8. We hung around there for a LONG while XD before moving around.
I didnÂt buy anything that day and just hung about.
We went up to the bridge afterwards to have a photoshoot, Robin hoped i would spazz a little like last year when we went past the Demyx time crew in their Halloween town photoshoot. But i didnÂt XD. (IÂve noticed they have started doing a lot of LK quotes lately in their journals lol SUSPICIOUSSSSSS) Jaden FELL OVER!!! XD MUCH LOLS
There was also a young child who had the Yami Yugi dress up kit! 83 HE SAW ME IN THE LINE AND WAS TERRIFIED BY ME DX

That evening after waiting an hour and a half for mum and dad to get back to the hotel so i could get changed, I went over to room 608 where i met Emi and crew XD
I made lots of friend amongst them and my vexen muse was awakened XD

Sunday
Much of the same.
I was amazed at how well my Season 1 Bakura cosplay was. I got photos taken by the cosplay corner (which you have seen) and this year i didnÂt look a spazz in them... i might upload my vexen ones from last year DX maybe.
I hung around with the same guys, we had our GIANT COSPLAY DUEL!! Of which i got summoned as the trap card ÂMany bakurasÂ by bakura with 3 other bakuras. But then i was sacrificed by my Ryou DX DAMN YOU!
We stayed at expo until the ENTIRE BUILDING closed.
I baught things that day, for a change. XD
My loot: A duel disk system!!! (tm), Lucky star artbook (turns out the DVD in there is the full series, but no subtitles, so just Japanese XD), Axis Powers Hetalia YAOI! 8D (iÂm going to take this to college to show gabby and maybe Emily) England x America (anyone seen the latest episode? ITS TOO CUTE!!! D8). And a SHITLOAD of sweets. XD Not to mention 3 books from the Â£1 manga store for next Itadakimasu!
Then i went back to emiÂs room again, and we met Marluxia the GRACEFUL ASSASSIN XD Further tormenting of my Vexen muse began.

Tomorrow Lounge On 1 at York College is holding a halloween kinda party thing, so me and gabby are going in our gothicy clothing and im going to be wearing some form of a wound... i'm thinking neck wound.

Expo in 1 DAY! - The Plans

DDDD8 1 DAYYYY!

I cant sit still!

Anyway, this is how things should be running:
On Saturday i will be waking up at 4 am in the morning to get into Bakura, and putting make up etc on. That will take me about an hour before i finally kick everyone out of their own beds and chuck the bags in the car. We should be setting off at 5.50 to get to doncaster and on the train for 6.50. Then once at london we'll be making a mad dash through many underground stations to get to the Excel Building. At that point hopefully i'll be able to ditch my bag with the 'rents and go off to the Expo... but the likelyhood is that i'll go with them to the PTI first and grab a key for later.
After that, once i arrive and have got through the doors to expo, i'll spend a good 30mins looking around and seeing whats there before deciding what i want to waste some money on.
[Enter in much meeting up with people and the soforth here]
Then at 5pm I will be heading outside where i will meet up with whoever from the Yugioh group meets up for a photoshoot on the bridge. Hopefully it will be dark by then! 8D
Then at 6pm, the night dueling will start and i'll be forced to bring out my monsters... then be shunned for the fact that my deck is made up of almost entirely ILLEGAL cards >.<
Some time after that i'll give

an angry buzz on the phone and ask what PTI room she's in to gatecrash. 8D

My parents are the most amazing effing people in the world! They booked a room in the PTI opposite expo for us all 8D I'm sure it must have been like the last EVER room there or something XD
I'm going to both days, although no doubt IÂll be fail-late for the first day as we are getting the train down and although my parents say we'll be on time... no... I donÂt think so.

I changed my costumes AGAIN as you may have guessed, going both days as Yami Bakura. Day 1: Season 5 - Modern. Day 2: Season 1. I wanted to take a bloodstained cricket bat TT.TT but I donÂt think imp allowed. I'm going to be meeting up with the Yugioh group both days I think... and I will no doubt spend all my money on the first day! 8D (THEY BETTER HAVE ME SOME YUGIOH SMUT ON THE YAOI STAND OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE TO SETTLE FOR OTHER FANDUMS)

I'm going to melt in the Black Leather Trench coat >.<

On the evening on Saturday I mentioned that we (the yugioh group) could go and have a night shoot on the bridge which would be cool! 8D Mainly because WAYYYY AGO last year when I was vexen it was just WAY TOO COOL walking up there with my orgy coat.

When I went to London for the day, in short it was epic.
I miss Camden market so goddam much! WE SHOULD HAVE MARKETS LIKE THAT UP NORTH! AND IF WE DO I SHOULD KNOW OF THEM!
I got some cool stickers for Mary <3 (ÂÂÂa LOT has changed status wise since augustÂ 8D) and THE CUTEST DEATH NOTE T-SHIRT! There was a freaking Death note t-shirt stall! 8ÂÂD It was sooo cute.
I went around practically every store with my brother who groaned the entire way, wish is was just me and mum like last time. BUT NO. I saw so many really cute Lolita dresses I WANTED but they were like Â£50 each >.< DAMN

First of all, some things were cut out so i didnt need that money. So i halved the amount i should save...

I just got some solution and case for my contacts (I'm baaad... i didnt have those things in the first place... my eyes are fucked.).. That was about Â£6.50
And i just... ACCIDENTLY... accepted something i bid on the offchance on ebay... Â£17.99

I now am not allowed to spend money. Until atleast the week before expo.

Okay... This is the earliest journal in the history of my life... DX Or it feels like it.

I'm only going to get this done now so that when i update it tonight i dont have to re-write the hull recon.

SO HULL RECON!!!!

DX We were late... and arrived half way through... and i think everyone hates me cause it was my fault... well technically it wasnt my fault... it was my dads for persuading me i could get changed at home instead of at college EVIDENTLY NOT!
By the time we were ACTUALLY IN THE CAR it was quater past 6... so naturally we arrived at 7 and missed the cosplay competition and art competition TT.TT
Amy [Foxetta] Literally screamed at me when she saw me running up the stairs... apparrently she elbowed everyone out of the way XD and worshipped my Beyond Birthday costume.
We all joined a giant conga... which was a good idea because otherwise i would have ended sitting in a corner eating jam for the rest of the evening. People kept saying in the conga "OMG A BB!" As i was the only Beyond there. XD And i was glomped by many a person... had pictures taken by many a person... and disturbed many an L.
EVERYONE WAS SCARED OF MINE AND GABBY'S RED EYES DDDDD:

At some point i got half way through the jar of jam... and looked at the sugar content as i was getting just a BIT hyperactive...
I shouldnt have.

XD I think i almost attacked her with glee then. Its PERFECT (minus the coat tails of doom, but the fact its leather makes up for that) and it was only Â£10 too!

I also spotted an entire Sushi crockery set for Â£5 at the next shop we went to and baught it. XD I'm spent out but it was all so worth it!

WAS TOTALLY EPIC!

I feel like i havent seen those guys in ages. Which i havent. Dispite the fact i've been to tonnes of japanese events over the holidays with Gemma and Angie. Its been almost 2 months isnce i went to the last one cause i was on holiday. 83

I was late for the meet... Again. >.< Great leader i am allways turns up late. But my pharoah requested that i shower him with gifts of pocky and his millenium puzzle, and my inner bakura felt like ripping him to shreads for it. DX
Emma's Yami cosplay was amazing for something she practically threw together at the last minute and she doesnt even like yugioh! XD

Okay, So i suppose i should start with my last journal.
Basically i wasnt enjoying my day. Recently i've been under a lot of financial stress, like having only Â£3.50 for 2 weeks because work decided to pay my holiday BEFORE going on holiday and not telling me it was holiday >.< And as it costs me Â£5 a day to get into work plus paying for lunch i was spending Â£10 a day of money i didnt have.
So i got a little bit stressed when the money i was supposed to be saving wasnt arriving.
That and there was an incident at work regarding health and safety that made me quite angry with the way money is being spent at work.

And since last journal well...

Moneys on the better side of life. I might get my soundwave cosplay done, along with Beyond Birthday. 83 Yeah... Suprise?
I've been seeing a bit of the Yorcos crew over summer and our big yugioh meet is next week.
I met some people from Anime League, that day was fun! So i've developed a love for the leeds anime community XD
I joined the york japan society and am doing LOADS with them.

And on the down side some things arent happening.
I am now under the impression that unless i find a hostel or somewhere for people from yorcos who might come then for expo i am staying with my parents in a hotel nearby. Which kinda sucks because then i wont have the freedom of being able to run around the hotels at night looking for other cosplay friends. But Its better than nothing.

My decepticon fetish grew with one ring and a plush cushion XDDD

Oyako no kai.

So today me and Gemma went to the York Japanese Families' Open day (York Oyako no kai) and it was nothing short of AMAZING!
I met gem at the train station who's just got her rail pass (lucky >.>

and she had turned up in the middle of summer wearing black jeans and a black jumper. SILLY. So we spent a good hour looking for a skirt for her to wear instead XD
The traditional pathway of "give the dog a bone", "Travelling man", "Borders", etc. before grabbing lunch from the hogroast 83. Then some more wandering before going to the Okayo no kai. We were REALLY concerned about being the only non asians there XD but we werent. Theres so many people in york into the same stuff as us really!
We started at the origami table, typical "Lets all make cranes!" As to which i failed doing, even though i have made them before. I had blue, gem had pink XD.
We went over to kimonos next where we tried on ours. XD Gem was convinced mine was the best even if i though hers suited her more. I would happily wear those as an alternatave to regular clothing XD
We did some calligraphy too. She wrote "Gemma" "toshihiro" and "Wild Spirit", and i wrote "Poppy" and, suprise suprise, "Bakura".
We watched the kendo and iando(sp?) demonstrations and took part in the tea ceremony before talking to everyone around and then leaving for tea.
It sound short, but it was epic.

No doubt it was better than your day XDDD lol

Short notice i know but basically i'm holding a meet up with my regular group of cosplayers in Yorkshire and we're going to widen the branch for this meet up to those from outside the yorkshire region! Okay >.< I'm abusing the scheme i know but this has to be said too.

Part of the purpose of this journal is to get rid of the one thats lurking on my page from the day before. Something happened today, well an accident happened today that made that all seem rather small and inconveniant, and kind of pushed the fase of mind from my head somewhat, i doubt its gone compleatly but atleast i know now thats hardly something to be concerned about.

About the accident.
It was a life/death situation.
I'm Fine.
Anyone involved is fine.
It hasnt dramatically changed me as a person, i wont give up what i love.

NOW ON TO THE IMPORTANT STUFFS!

- I Have everything ever needed for my Soundwave outfit and just have to start making it now (except the bag/tape/shorts material that i will buy with available money asap)
- I have all but completed my yami bakura outfit (evidently the coat will be made for MCM but not for august)
- Mokona wont be availble until i is safe in the money world. (doesnt look like any time soon unless i start being really cheapscate)

Updates
- I'm off on holiday on saturday, so if anyone wants to talk to me try doing so from 6pm - 3 or 4am on friday night. I'm pulling an all nighter so that i can sleep the entire journey.
- Apparently I dont look 15? As in i look younger. PFFFFT yeah right gamestation, the police and ambulence didnt believe i was younger that 17 today.
- I have a feeling im taking my bakura cosplay down on holiday with me 83 pwnage shots by the beach.

And just so you know this isnÂt anything IÂve expressed before to anyone.

IÂm in a serious relationship for the first time in Â. *counts* 3 years.
Sure IÂve had other relationships between them but for heavens sake theyÂre hardly note worthy.

I broke up from my serious relationship back in year freaking 8 because I felt I was being smothered by my boyfriend (literally I didnÂt get 1 day to myself!) and wellÂ I didnÂt break up with him in the best of ways. I avoided him for a month before he finally got the picture. I didnÂt even tell him how I felt.

And pretty much since then my relationships have been silly little schoolgirl relationships that IÂve always got my hopes up for than then been severely disappointed when the boy has been far to immature to do anything besides hold my hand. After one of my latest relationships (Back last January through to September where we did NOTHING not even go out on a date, we were merely just referred to as a couple) I gave up on pretty much any relationship based emotion, I no longer got worked up about boys or started fancying anyone.
I had no love interests, no longer found people attractive, I didnÂt fantasise about how my perfect relationship would be, I didnÂt put up an effort to look good for anyone.

And now IÂm in a new relationship with someone that I became a girlfriend to before becoming a friendÂ technically. And IÂm finding myself STILL in that fase of mind, while the person IÂm with has spouted a message about him missing me, I cant bring myself out of the world where this isnÂt something that happens to me.

IÂm finding myself being nothing more than an emotional robot that I created to stop myself from getting my hopes up. IÂm over the moon when IÂm with him, but when IÂm alone its like IÂm back to being ms.predictably boring all over again.

IÂm just becoming a bit confused about it thatÂs all.

First things first. I'm very bad with money and at the moment i've decided i'm going to be putting a lot of money into different savings (I have 1 for October MCM, 1 for a trip around asia, and 1 for travel expenses) And hopefully at some point i will be able to put Â£10 a week into these savings... but as i'm only earning Â£30 a week and only allowed to work 1 day at the moment... its kinda hard to do that, especially with going to see friends a lot and going out with Lee (even if most of the time we only need to be somewhere away from the shops and city to have a good day) so yeah...
So i'm going to take up some commissions for cosplay items, i've been doing it a little with some friends for a while but its never been anything major and im not quite advanced enough to do that yet.

Life is good at the moment.

I've finished my exams, and have realised that although i have all the time in the world now, i have little money to do anything i want to do. Which sucks a bit, but i prefer it when i'm '

oor' it allows me to discover a load of cheaper ways to do things.
A couple of weeks ago i cleared the air with my parents and finally told them exactly what i thought which they took into consideration and have been a lot better since, and apparrently so have i D:

MY BAKURA WIG ARRIVED!!! XDD I even watched the new abriged episode wearing it and the rest of my costume... its so epic :,D

Sooo Things are clearing up. I've found out there was little reason to be paranoid over my parents and things are getting a lot easier here! Me and Lee met up last sunday and went to see drag me to hell. An epic movie btw. DEAMON GOAT DDD: That goat haunts my nightmares. He only appears for 2 seconds and he was the star of the show lol And that defenatel awakened my bakura muse... even if it was technically the wrong bakura that was awakened.

World VII are organising a fund raising event in London!

But we're going to organize an event, like a big WorldVII fete!!!

Kay so its June and like i said, I'm back.
Even if technically you still wont be seeing much REAL new hand sewn cosplay. TT.TT
But i'm back, hopefully i can keep track of my two accounts still but.... its hard.

Okayyyy~ So i made a shout it out today which i didnt fully explain on the image... It was mainly to do with the fact that the first thing my parents said on my arrival back from London was they were asking... no DEMANDING to know what the definate arangments were for when i go off again during our holiday in cornwall and I explained that i wasn't entirely sure, all i knew was where we were staying had been changed and we might not be ready to get it done that week. And the first thing they say? "Well they'll just have to do it without you." No. Effing. Way. I have made a commitment to going there and i'm not backing out of it now just cause they have cold feet. Hell, the only reason i'm only putting up with their obsessive whining is cause i really dont want to feel bad about yelling in their face and then clearing off for a week or two. I'm just getting really sick of trying to keep up appearances and making sure that EVERYONE is happy with me, cause either way at the moment someones going to get dissapointed and i hate that. There was no "Welcome back Poppy! Congratulations on making it Alive! Who knew that you were telling the truth when you said you werent as stupid as a brick and could take care of yourself?" at least not until i had actually walked off mid arguement because i couldnt be bothered with them. EVEN MY BROTHER, who is the most paranoid thing ever and 2 years younger than me, admitted they were being stupid and that even he, himself, as a newbie director (srsly, that guy is gonna be huge... but not as huge as Z) could see why they needed me there and couldnt just... as my dad actually said "Add me in later". To be honest, i'm giving less and less of a shit as to their opinions on this as time goes on.
The other issue that was raised was made aware to me at some unearthly drunken hour in the morning on sunday... Emi is probably the only one who knows what this means and i am not about to divulge. But I'm encreadibly lonely at the moment in the relationships feild (could i have made that sound any worse?) and i think its making me hellucinate lol. Nah, its just everywhere at the moment i seem to be flirted with... but i just dont know what it is! Even if i know someone likes me i dont want to do anything about it. No one seems to be RIGHT! GAH!!!! >.<

I miss people too much. Come back to me oh awesomes!

I left school yesterday OmO

In a rather epic day of glomping, covering of silly string, crying and dancing around we had our year 11 leavers day. I stole away my ritsuka tail and ears to be catty for the day in my school uniform and even went as far as to draw all over my shirt before arriving (pics will arive shortly).
There was the 3 muscateers pransing about like goons (aka me bex and spam) all in our cat ears apart from sam who forgot his *punch*. and we drew all over each others shirts.
But after our sugar fueled adrenallin morning; we had to go. T.T so i said goodbye to some of the kids i wasnt going to see again and i faked a tearful goodbye with sam and becky cause we all knew we were totally going to see each other all the time.

I went home rather bored after going to the pub with my dad for lunch and hung around searching what kind of hairstyle i was going to have that evening (see how much thought i put into my prom outfit?). I also changed into some comfier clothing including a button up shirt (see? smart! i knew i was going to have to take the top off to put my dress on and like hell was i going to wear a t-shirt and not be able to get it over my head!) I then got ready to go.

On arriving at the Prom there was a BIG line of cars... and when i say BIG i mean BIG. >.< considering i was sat in an open top convertable for everyone to see BEFORE i got out of the car... that gave away the game a bit. But then i got out (had my photo taken with the car) and dashed through the frenzy of people to my friends who were waiting.

Apparently i looked gorgeous.

After having a few photos taken with some friends, Becky arrived and we called for her until we had to yell "Oi deffo!" to get her attention, ah typical yorkshire method of grabbing peoples attention. And then we had MORE pictures. At which point it began to rain D: so we ran inside.

MUCH PROM HAPPENINGS HAPPENED: Including a very epic moment of waiting in the queue to buy photos and yelling out loud "Screw the queue i have money!" much to everyone who got the joke's lolness.

We danced to back steet boys... did the macarana... etc . and then they told us the awards. (at this point i was currently in the queue mentioned above and i dashed out to hear what the funniest vehicle had been)

So i won prom queen and after that shakily made my way back to the small group of friends i was with to go back and get back in the queue for the photos.

But at least now i have tonnes of free time to do fuck all. And put tonnes of pictures of artwork on Snow-mistress. I'll upload the prom pics annd the like to here if you havent already seen them on facebook.

A RATHER OFFICIAL 3 SCHOOL DAYS LEFT BEFORE STUDY LEAVE!!!

Cant effing wait.

Although on sunday i have to go to my spanish teacher's house (round the corner from mine, no avoiding, DOOM) so that i can have my coursework corrected and go over my speaking exam cause i missed a gazillion lessons this week due to moderation and shiz. So thats fun. I'm also having my spanish speaking exam on thursday morning and although the prospect of missing pe is rather eventful, i know im going to fail the exam.

After that theres leavers day, which i must remember to get a white shirt for.
Its the day when all the year 11s tart it up and have fun dressing up. Me, Beckers and Spam are all going as catties, so i have to make a tail for the pair of them. But it'll still be epic.

That evening its the PROM!
I havent spoken much bout this cause its not THAT much of a big deal to me, its bad enough half of my friends are trying to back out *whack on the head* but i'm going to look horrifically gothic. SRSLY.

On that note i got my hair dyed yesterday, first time it was done proffessionally *le gaspe* but its more of a purply-ruby now... which will mean if i plan on doing my cissnei post crisis cosplay any time soon i'll need to buy a wig, or wait for this stuff to fade. >.<

I cried at the ending of Yugioh... yep i finished the entire thing, series 1, 2, 3, and 5... just got to watch 0 now... i didnt watch 4 cause it twas crap. >.<

So it begins.

If ya guys hadn't noticed from my constant abusiveness on msn... i have been up to my neck in coursework for a while, and i thought after my easter holidays i would be fine and stress free... but then i remembered my spanish speaking and writing coursework i have yet to do ( the writing may be too late ), this i dont care much for apart from the fact i dont want to look like a twirp on the speaking exam. Spanish sucks. I dont care about it. But not only do i have to get that done; i also have to do media studies research, poetry for my exams, PD evaluation, and finish my art prep book for the end of next week.. not to mention learning the currently unwritten speaking coursework for spanish.

I still have to make akira too... *bites lip*

I also had my first (not so if you count january science but that was pee easy) exam yesterday and today, ART. It doesnt help ofcourse that my teachers are against the kind of artwork i do (old school comic book style/pop art) so i have to make my prep book exceptionally good.

I'd hate to be worrying about my prom at this time.. lucky i got all of that stuff done back in january.

And then exams start two weeks today. *sarcastic dance*

I have to revise super duper hard so that i can get a break over the half term holiday inbetween exams. Parents say if i do i get to go see some friends OUTSIDE of yorkshire! *shock horror* Remember the whole "You cant leave the york area" thing? >3

Now, to get things straight. I'm not a big fan of yugioh. Infact, lets be honest, i detest the stuff.
Mainstream kids american anime gets on my tits.
Its not that i can really talk either, i <3 pokemon to pieces and watched totally spies till i was 14. I've never even tried watching the yugioh series and still slag off anyone who plays the game at school (yugioh is srsbsns at our school).

So i found a website that tells me how to actually fill in my art prep book for coursework >.<
Its called GCSE bitesize.
Shame my asshole art teachers couldn't actually tell us this or bother to teach us for that matter.

gah.

So. Stroke of genius.
I'm definately off to the chibicon this year (well... J-culture) and i want to do a lucky star skit that would require someone to play Konata and 'Sabastien'... I shall be Akira kogami... naturally... I've got the script pretty much written up in my head and would love some people to help me out with it XD
If anyone would like to take part give me a yell.

Also i can now almost see the light at the end of the tunnel. My ritsuka costume is finished, i'm getting akira done next week and then im starting Faith which shall be an slice of epic pie. Not to mention 3 WEEKS!!! 3 weeks until im out of scheduled classes and doing what i enjoy best >w< organising my OWN study time rather than have teachers rant at me about how to revise constantly.

Also Also, i have decided which conventions i can defenately go to after the summer holidays... although this may be changed after i start college mainly because i have no idea what my work load will be.

=.= meerrrrr. This easter is wearing me out.
In a good and bad way.

I'm spending tonnes more needed time out with friends, especially the cosplay groupies i hang around with, but also my parents (mainly mum) too. Don't get me wrong I do live with my family and spend all of the day in the same building with them but due to school this year i've rarely had any time to just go out with my mum for the day and on tuesday we went shopping for prom accessories.

XD Typical me i'm not off as your conventional prom attendee and now look like something out of a gothic poster. But i have a mini top hat which i <3 to pieces.

But with this i also have to put in tonnes of time for MORE coursework and exam preperation. I havent started revising yet, though typical me probably wont start until prom, and i have art prep and spanish coursework/prep to be doing. Not to mention the fact i need to drop in my finished product design work on the first training day.

Yorcos is over for another month *sadface*
It was too epic to even describe. D: But i is going to do it because i never do.
Typical Me, i arrive 30 minutes late after getting out at the other side of town and buying talc in boots, by this point my mello binding has already decided to die on me. >.< (makes mental note to make a proper one)
I pick up my brother from Games workshop where he has been waiting for me in his Light Yagami costume, and we stalk into the museum gardens to go leap on our cosplayers.
They're sat at the regular bench with everyone already gathered having a big fight over mikami (Nate) who i'm glad to say fitted in well.
Immediately i pour the talc on sam's head, and say "Tada, you are now near." Much to his dissaproved face XD
Lots and Lots of new people there which makes me happy, including Amy (Foxetta) who says she had a great time and we marvelled over her pocket watch for the mad hatter costume she is making.
We then skip onto macdonalds by popular vote and most of us ending up getting happy meals (With extra happy please) and ended up getting kicked out >.<
More wandering around town, including a sweet shop and travelling man. Then heading around the game shops before back to the museum gardens for our photoshoot. We got a lot more than i've put up >.< you'll have to see it here : [link]

:: Why hello thar! ::

Wow. Britney's skirt is gonna be a piece of epic. Although my hands do smell of swimming pool nowÂ If you ever have a spare black t-shirt and want it to look epic, sprinkle bathroom bleach on it, makes the most amazing colour/pattern.

Mello is coming along, although IÂve put the vest aside for after Friday because I donÂt have time and am going as child mello instead, but for yorcos I will definitely be mello.

T.T IÂm also going through some personal roughty-tumbles at the moment that have me swamped in different kinds of emotions that I have been putting off for almost a year now. Not to mention I almost quit WWRY because of how theyÂre running the thing at the moment. I have art coursework that will take me ages and really just want to be out of high school now, because of the amount of pressure theyÂre is.

SUPRISE COSPLAY!

So if you've payed attention to me on MSN you'll have noticed my rather alarmingly recent obsession with Mello.
Yep. I'm cosplaying him.

Its another use for my vexen wig i have to say, although im not actually gonna rip it apart with a pair of scissors. I have discovered when it's tied back it looks an aweful lot like Mello's hair.

Most of the decision is thanks to Matt who helped '

ersuade' me to be his other half in his death note cosplay for this month's yorcos. [We are having a big DN shoot] He is evidently cosplaying Matt and am his Mello yellow.

Along with this i am making the costume for Britney spears for "We Will Rock you." for our school musical, both of which need to be finished by this friday coming up, but both should be simple. Mello's costume is done up to the vest, which is currently being made, and Britney's just needs the manskirt making and everything else gathered together.

Over the weekend we had Yorcos again. EPIC EPIC EPIC TIMES!
I'm so happy about this because as a first cosplay group its going very well, yesterday we had 11 members come and we are only on our 3rd month not to mention that the epic emma came all the way from Mord- i mean london just to see us.

I've made sooo many friends through them and they made me sooo happy. XD
Needless to say mum and dad are gonna be peeved about the whole fact 'im still doing cosplay even under 'house arrest''

Back from holiday.
T.T it makes me sad that I am not updating here very often, I seem to be getting lots of activity from people though O.O Thank you for the favourites everyone who has done so.

I got some photos from Edinburgh, mainly of robin posing as Âjack the ripperÂ aka modern assassin. Some may be uploaded on snow mistress when I can be arsed.

I got my art exam paper and have been giddy about it since, IÂd go into length about it but yeahÂ cba.

I COMPLETED MIRRORS EDGE!
A friend of mine lent it to me and its so epiccc! I spent so much time frustrated with it but its all totally worth it and now IÂm upset that I no longer have it so thatÂs my mission tomorrow lunch time, to buy it XD. Also it has me wanting to cosplay Faith even though I know my face does not suit her at all D: . SÂnot gonna stop me though.

Yay.

In other news.

I have officially been placed under house arrest until July which totally sucks. Well, I say house arrest, basically I cant go anywhere out of the york area seen drastic by my parents which is just their hint at saying, ÂYouÂre not doing any cosplay conventions, going to see your other friends, etc.ÂÂ Its kinda funny when they go, ÂOh we should go do such and such in april or such and such in mayÂ and I just tell them I canÂt because IÂm Ânot supposed to have a social life during my examsÂ.

But it still sucks.
