So basically I have been going on a "I produce more things, but I don't know what to produce" pouty-faced themed inner rant. And while I kinda wanted to be like "OH HEY ANYONE ON MY PAGE TELL ME SOMETHING TO DRAW" it kinda hit me that either I wouldn't get anyone's attention/no one would say anything (AWKWARD!) or it would just be all digimon couplings. So...yeah. Then I saw the 100 theme challenge in someones journal and was like HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

So I figured /why not./

Basically my personal goal on this is to do one sketch/drawing a weekday, probably while I watch the one show I watch everyday (Rachel Maddow), and that will form habits etc etc.

(Oh man I just realized I am writing this like more than one or two people will read it. OH el oh el.)

So, yes. 100 Theme Challenge GET.

(I plan to tackle the list in a sequential order...BUT I want to reorder some of them to slots that make more sense to me personally. Because I am not finishing off on relaxation, kthx. Scorpoin bites/stings SUCK.
Much worse, it happened while I was in freaking BED trying to sleep. WTF?!?

Anyway, so my leg has been pretty much messed up all day, and my hands/arms keep going numb/asleep on and off all day. (Right now my thumb is all hard to move and junk.)
Which is sad, because I wanna play DDR.

Anyway, on the upside

I upgraded the pickups on my old guitar, and it sounds *awesome*. It will definitly work as a back up guitar now. (Plus, it has a black pickguard now, w00t!) I may switch out the neck later...but we'll see.

More specifically, I mean the whole "No cool touring bands have come to tuscon/pheonix all summer, and then BAM
sept 20: Animal Collective at the Rialto, Muse up in Mesa
Sept 21: New Pornographers at the Rialto
Sept 22: ARCTIC MONKEYS!

What. The. Hell?!?
(Keep in mind I live a 2 hr drive from the Rialto, so even in my Civic, I'm looking at $15 just for gas...so if I tried to go to all three of the ones in Tucson, that alone would be $105 all in a three day period @_@ (Plus the whole "I need a day to absorb")

Sigh, at the very least I *have* to see the Arctice Monkeys. (If only to be able to say "Yeah, I saw them back in 2007" once they get all huge huge and everything.) But I also realllly want to see the New Pornographers. I can give up on the other two...but STILL. WTF?!?!?!? Why couldn't they have spaced it out mooooore?!?

First of all, my immediate reaction to this was "Well, fuck you!"
However, it later became quite amusing, when I noticed that, in an English course no less, I was told to both improve my proof reading skills, and "...add more information to explain you choose the..."
Now, I could be wrong, and they are using some form of English I'm not used to...but come ON. Irony, YAY!

Know what's even better?
Irony was one of the concepts for that story.

You know...part of me wants to say that they did that on purpose. However, with the sheer number of mistakes in the course...yeah.

I bought it on a whim (it was only 3.99, and it starred Jet Li...it had to be decent, right?) and then, BAM, it just more and more awesome.

Seriously, I have no way to explain how awesome and random it is. Even the poor video&subtitles make it *better*."Hey, you have assassinated me!" and then later "What happened?" "He assassinated me!"

Seriously...there is even an automated suicide...the guy is just like "HAHAHAHAHA!" and then a chunk blows out of him, and he squirts blood all over everyone.

The best part? It's part of a trilogy...the only part that was ever made.

Or maybe it's that the main character only survived because of something someone found in a "sutra". @_@

It's just amazing. Watch it if you can.

Seriously, though, sometimes there are just days where I can tell you, right at the onset, that I'm not going to be good for *anything* that day. I will leave with the same knowledge I had the day before, just with a lot more homework, and miss out on some of the "protection" against it being "sick" would have afforded.

(Finally)

What just got me, though, is it expires 2053.

Which made me think,

"Holy shit...I could be alive in 2053."

I would be freaking 65.
The majority of my life would be over.
I will have known my greatest moments...and possibly my lowest, as well.
I could have kids...grand kids.

I could be dead.

But...2053...it seems so very distant. Like something that would never, ever happen. In 2053, I'm going to look at this peice of plastic and go, "Wow...so that's what happened."
