Am I in a good mood? Well, not exactly.
I've been TOO busy... really I know you know this, 'cause its what I've been saying each journal I post. And I noticed that my DA is kinda left behind...

I'm belated with all the fanzine stuff, but I can't escape, I'll have to do it someday. I've been too busy with fashion drawings, designs and sewing (see it here: ), but I can't live without drawing manga. And I'm still teaching, so I never really stopped.

So, as a way to try to keep me drawing, I decided to open this free requests, so that I'll have to force me to draw this and maybe I can recover my drawing rithm (wich uses to be really faster - can you help me?)

RULES

There are 20 spots open. Only 20, and I already think it's too much.
Each person can ask me ONE drawing
No original characters, please. I know, it's cruel, but I just cant draw as well as I want to some charas that I just don't know that much.
NO NARUTO don't even try
No harry potter and No lord of the rings.
You can say the character (s) you want on the drawing or the idea or them both
You may specify the scene or not
I'll make the drawing the way I want, anyway (about inking and colouring). It's free, remember.

I hope it's useful If you don't agree with the rules, go away. I guess they're OK.

Hoje tô aqui pra avisar da caravana de um dia para o Anime Friends q tá rolando pra quem não quer ou não pode ir a vários dias. Comunidade da caravana: [link]

O valor é 130 reais por pessoa. Iremos de ônibus fretado, com ar condicionado, direto pro evento com ingresso garantido e, de lá, voltaremos para o Rio sem ter q se preocupar de ir pra rodoviária comprar passagem.

Segundo os cálculos q fizemos, ir sozinho pro friends de ônibus comum custaria cerca de 170 reais ( cerca de 130 em passagens + cerca de 40 reais ingresso na hora ).

Quem estiver interessado ou conhece alguém q queira, comenta aí.

Dia que iremos ao evento: 19/07 - domingo

A saída será realizada dia 18 à noite, na rodoviária novo rio. Chegaremos ao evento dia 19 pela manhã. Ao fim do evento, domingo a noite, retornaremos para o rio com previsão de chegada a segunda de manhã.

Uma americana aqui que eu não vou dizer o nome mas que se chama Nicole M. me contratou via DA pra fazer uns desenhos pra ela. Além de pagar mal - mas eu aceitei a nivel de experiência - ela me pedia 3874589765087 modificações a cada desenho. Eu, pacientemente, conversava com ela via IM e mudava tudo no PS.
Depois de uma semana, ela veio me dizer que os desenhos que eu tinha mandado para ela não serviam para impressão pq as linhas estavam desniveladas e que eu não sabia fazer arte-final. Expliquei a técnica para ela, ela insistiu em dizer que eu estava errada. Disse que eu teria que refazer tudo. Nota: sem me pagar por isso. Ela já tinha aceitado os desenhos, que culpa tenho eu se a impressora dela é ruim? Tivesse me dito antes, já q me fez mudar TANTA coisa. E como fica o trabalho q eu já fiz? E o tempo que eu perdi com os caprichos dela? Só quem me acompanhou nesse período sabe. Ela me implorou pra continuar, dizendo que me pagaria quando chegasse a uma "determinada" quantidade de desenhos.

Sei. Pagaria, sim, assim como me pagou pelos que eu já fiz. Não sou tão burra assim. Chega na hora, diz que não servem, fica com os desenhos e eu fico olhando??? Dá licença, ne.

ATENÇÃO: Ela procura pessoas para desenhar meninas fofinhas para cartões. Eu tô avisando, mas trabalhar com ela ou não é decisão sua.

Vou me mudar pro Japão e trabalhar em fábrica, espera só a crise passar.

so, my last weekend was amazing! I could finally, after a long time trying, meet in person! You dunno how WE TRIED TO, but always something happened... and we couldn't meet. But this time we did it! We met and took pics, made vids, we watched death note movie 2 and walked around fooling with other people (some got angry Oo *runs away* ). We MUST have more funny times together.

Aaaaand now, next sunday, I'll be at Anime Wings, rio de janeiro. I'll present this convention, so if you wanna see/meet/talk to me, I'll be at the stage, jumping and screaming.

Há algum tempo atrás eu postei aqui ilusts e infos de um personagem de uma história Yaoi que o está escrevendo e eu to desenhando. Então, cada dia mais o zine fica perto de estar pronto, mas estamos com um probleminha de título e eu queria a opinião de vocês sobre o assunto.

A história se passa em um mundo habitado apenas por homens (não existem mulheres ou seres de sexo feminino - é yaoi, oras, isso é justificável). Nesse mundo, as pessoas são na verdade entidades divinas divididas em duas partes: mestre e avatar. Mestre seria correspondente a parte espiritual e o avatar ao físico. Os mestres ostentam tatuagens ganhas de acordo com o nível de suas habilidades espirituais e sua orientação elemental - qto mais tatuagens, mais sagaz o mestre. Mestre e avatar devem estar em total sintonia para sobreviver em batalha contra outros mestres e avatares. O objetivo da luta é matar o mestre adversário, sendo que os mestres são protegidos por seus respectivos avatares. Quando um mestre é morto, seu avatar não fica sozinho no mundo: é automáticamente "promovido" a mestre e tem que se virar pra cuidar de seu avatar (digamos que é um momento crítico e traumático na vida deles). Enfim, tem muito mais além disso, mas não cabe explicar tudo agora.

Vamos ao problema: essa história vem sendo desenvolvida há alguns anos e agora já está em fase de quadrinização. A princíio, o título que definimos foi AVATAR. Infelizmente, para nossa triste surpresa, uma semana depois de escolhido o nome, a nickelodeon vai e me lança Avatar... E agora? A gente não consegue encontrar um título que encaixe direito... pensamos em usar um subtítulo pra diferenciar, mas eu ainda me sinto MUITO incomodada com isso e sei que não vou ter paciência para aturar os engraçadinhos fazendo assimilações e comparações... se alguém tiver uma boa sugestõ de título, tô aceitando.

Foi horrível, constrangedor, cansativo e neurótico, mas eu fui aprovada na monografia com 8,5! (que, por acaso, é quase o meu CR geral). O orientador falou tudo com um discurso taum bonito que eu quase senti falta de dois guardas na porta com chapéu ridículo e um tapete vermelho no corredor. Eu tive que dizer coisas que não tinha me preparado pra dizer e ouvir coisas as quais eu sem dúvida não queria ouvir, mas até que não doeu tanto. Pior foi o tempo de espera.

Tem uma hora que o orientador pede a todos que se retirem para que ele e a banca decidam se o defensor é aprovado ou não e com que nota (que nem nO aprendiz, achei que seria demitida >< ). Então, eu fui pro corredor e receber o apoio dos ouvintes (tive 2 ouvintes voluntários e uma que só tava esperando a professora mesmo). Constrangimento total. Aí eles me desejaram sorte e se foram. Então eu liguei o mp3 pq, naquele momento, somente a voz do Ruki me acalmaria... então eu ouvi Cockroach... bathroom... um pedaço de beautiful e passei pra maggots... no meio de maggots, a porta se abriu e meu orientador me convidou a reentrar e, após um discurso enorme e angustiante ele abriu um sorriso e me deu os parabéns por ter sido aprovada! \o/ Aí os outros fessores me cumprimentaram simpáticos.

Agora vem a parte burocrática: vou ter que fazer duas alterações estruturais no trabalho e pegar uns documentos na biblioteca... depois entregar outros documentos... e por aí vai. Sabe deus quando o diploma chega.

E depois de amanhã eu tenho prova.

E depois eu saio correndo pelada pela rua, gritando e balançando os braços. Quem disse que ia filmar, mesmo? XD

Oi gente!
Alguém deve ter notado que eu ando menos ativa no DA. Bem, eu tenho dois motivos: um é a monografia na faculdade, da qual pretendo me livrar em breve; o outro é o fato de que os computadores de onde eu acesso o DA estarem com algum tipo de problema apenas em relação ao DA. Acho que pode ser algo sobre compatibilidade de códigos... sei lá, nunca entendi muito dessas coisas. O fato é que o DA tá travando aqui e quase não consigo postar mais (já perdi tantos comentários que quase desisto de responder as mensagens que recebo). Por favor, desculpem a demora, mas eu prometo que nas férias vou numa lan house e respondo tudo o que puder. Só pra lembrar: eu moro numa área que não é coberta pelo serviço de internet a cabo e a móvel ainda está sendo instalada.
Obrigada pela paciência... (isso se eu conseguir postar esse jornal XD )

Long time since my last journal in english, I guess. I’m gonna answer some frequently asked questions in this journal, cause I’m kinda busy to answer each of them separated, okay? Hope you don’t mind.

Why Nina is posting less deviations?
Cause Nina is too busy bout college, at last period, last classes, lots of work, many books to read… And also my job is taking a lot of my attention, sometimes I think I’m gonna explode. *boooooom*

Why Nina doesn’t write in English anymore, but in tat weird language that I don’t understand?
That weird language is Portuguese, cause I’m brazillian. As I said, I’ve been too busy, so I don’t even have time enough to think bout what to write or translate what I wrote in Portuguese. Sorry. I’ll try to write more English descriptions at my deviations now on.

What’s Nina’s status? May I ask you something?
You may ask – but I just don’t know when I’m gonna answer. My current drawing status is:

I've made a first contest when I launched it, and the 3 first drawings are gonna be publicated at the 2nd edition. As the 2nd edition will be publicated this month, I decided to make a 2nd contest, for the other editions. It's nice to make contests!

The first prize last time was one edition of "LUNE". This time...

1st prize: 1 Lune (u may choose #1 or #2) + a drawing request (I don't use to do it)
2nd prize: a drawing request (I'm well behaved today )

Eu odiava Harry Potter quando tinha lá meus 15 anos e essa febre começou. Um amigo meu, integrante do mesmo coven, ficou fissurado nesse troço. Quando ele me contou o resumo, me recusei terminantemente a ler. Achei um lixo. Depois de toda a opressão, agora bruxaria virou modinha, graças a Hollywood, seriados enlatados (sempre eles...) e historinhas clichê que vendem ilusões a um bando de impressionáveis que acham que vão soltar bola de fogo e sair fazendo o que quiserem.

Devo dizer que mudei meu ponto de vista sobre Harry Potter, agora que amadureci e resolvi ver os filmes (não vou perder tanto tempo lendo os livros q eu tenho mais o q fazer). Ainda não resta nada de verídico naquilo, mas a história se propõe a ser fantasiosa, e só pode ser perigosa na mente de quem assiste (ou seja: não é o filme, mas o que as pessoas fazem com o que sentem sobre o filme). E, na minha opinião, o mais interessante é a parte de investigação do enredo - e não a magia em si. A magia é parte do cenário. Ou quase isso. A magia é usada para criar e vender os produtos, o que realmente conquista é o mistério.

Primeiro, as pessoas olhavam feio pra gente e faziam o sinal da cruz quando a gente passava. Não que tenham parado de olhar feio, mas agora há uma reação pior: olhos brilhantes que se enchem de vã esperança em que tornemos suas vidas mais emocionantes, de gente que consome coisas como o vazio Winx e o sem-sentido WITCH (da disney italiana). Esqueçam. Nada disso é real, e ainda é contraditório.

Segundo as lendas européias, bruxas seriam filhas mestiças das fadas, portanto constituindo raças interligadas e NÃO inimigas naturais. E milhares de outras características da tradição são misericordiosamente esmagadas pela máquina capitalista...

todos os excluídos viram mercadoria, enfim... e toda contracultura virará produto... é a maldição da humanidade. Adeus, personalidade.

Oi povo do meu coração, tô de volta do friends, de volta pro DA!
Viajar pra sampa, morar 4 dias na liberdade e ficar no friends até não suportar mais sem dúvida foi uma experiência que me mudou um bocado... Não encontrei as pessoas q conhecia no DA, mas conheci novas pessoas lá, o que também é muito bom! Mas o mais marcante de tudo sem dúvida foi ter encontrado a Fran e o Domi - o bjd mais LINDO do mundo. Ela até me deixou bater foto com ele, depois eu coloco aqui pra vcs verem ^^

Voltei com a carga toda, tô trabalhando feito uma condenada, mas feliz da vida com isso. Espero que as coisas continuem fluindo como vão.

E o evento que estou organizando (de novo - é a terceira edição) na minha cidade (niterói/RJ) será em setembro. Vai ter concurso de cosplay, de desenho, de cospobre, apresentação de artes marciais, games, parapara e mais um monte de coisas legais. Vamos lá!
