OMG
OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!

... or "Strange events in my life, part 1".

This must have been the oddest appointment at the dentist's I've ever experienced. I went because of a regular control check and was waiting at the front desk as the front desk lady printed something out, when another patient entered and lined up behind me. What, this should have been strange? Not really of course - it was what happened then being so curious. The receptionist took the printed document and was just writing something down- *fart*.

So, who had been that of the three? Let me give you a clue: Both the receptionist and I looked downright baffled.
Okay, a fart isn't nice but actually it isn't something to talk longer about - if it had sticked to a single one. The problem was: It proved the man seemed to have some serious flatulence in the moment because it went on for probably half a minute. Long ones, short ones, staccato, in different volumes.

Damn, was I disgusted in the first moments. I mean, there was someone standing directly behind me farting as if a machine-gun was sticking in his butt. But the receptionist was probably thinking similarly to me because she grimaced and looked at me like saying: "Err, is this, or rather, should this be anatomically possible?"

Her expression was priceless and I found suddenly this all incredibly funny (and it didn't help, by the way, that the man mumbled in addition something indiscernible all the time while farting), because the situation was just so ridiculous I had to pull myself together so I didn't break out giggling before I could do it silently in the waiting room.
