The most awkward thing in the world is having distant family members visit you.

I swear to god, I don't even know how they're related to me.

Anyway, it's Thanksgiving, and I'm happy for that~

But of course, I hardly had a feast, what with me being TINY and all. XDD

I'm thankful for the fact that I don't have any homework for the long weekend YAY. So that means hopefully I'll be doing some stuff with some people this weekend~

ALSO, my dad finally has the scanner back up and running YAY. So I'll be able to post more pages of Bleak when I'm not so damned LAZY. <3

Well goddamn, have I really not updated this thing since July? Let's fix that, with some updates!

ACO Fanfic - I'll be updating that as I edit it. If you know me in real life, then you've probably read basically the whole story. There are some parts I have to edit, and details I have to add, but it's mostly finished. The majority of the later chapters still need editing, but thankfully I won't have to basically do a whole overhaul like I did with the first chapter.

Bleak - Believe it or not, I have 31 pages done. Yeah, you read right. Thirty-One. Once again, if you know me in real life, then you have the benefit of having already seen what's finished of the comic. Problem is, though, is that my dad decided that the scanner wasn't working anymore, and disconnected it. He said he'd re-connect it, but it's basically a waiting game now. Be patient.

Halloween - Was badass. I went to my school's Masquerade Ball as a sort of dark Mad Hatter, and a lot of people really liked my costume. B) I also had my friend

over to watch movies, and we gave the pizza guy some candy. It was awesome.

Other stuff IRL - So there's nothing too much going on in my real life worth mentioning. My brother moved out back in...was it August? Whatever, things have been really quiet, but nothing too much has changed. It's not like he was home all that much anyway. XDD

Also, there's this really cute foreign exchange student going to my school, and a friend of mine said she'd introduce me to him. So I'm really excited about that, provided I don't end up ruining it with my nervousness. ><;

And that's pretty much it. XD Psyco-Naut signing out then.

Anyway, I got back from my trip a few days ago, and I'm not entirely sure why I haven't updated my journal yet. I'll do that now.

Starting off, the family and I went to Disney World~ <3

We stayed in the Polynesian Resort, which is a pretty classy place, albiet the food was expensive, and I never got a chance to try out the pool.

But there were DUCKS. And they would come to VISIT. And we fed them GOLDFISH CRACKERS.
I swear to god, three the first day, five the second day, seven the next, and after a while, they would come to visit multiple times a day~

I'll upload pictures sometime, and maybe I'll type more about the trip later. But I don't feel like it right now. [/I'm gonna forget anyway]

Secondly, has anyone reading this journal heard any news at all from Tokio Hotel? I'm pretty sure their new album was supposed to come out early July, but that's long past. I mean, it's almost August!
Lastly, I'm looking to comission one or two plushies from an artist, hopefully here on dA, but I'm not sure who yet. I'd hoped for a few artists to be open for comissions, but I don't think they are.

So if anyone reading has any suggestions, please comment or note me with the link to their profile~

McDonalds is my current place of occupation if anybody out there is wondering.
And really, it's not the place itself so much as the people. The employees, the managers, the customers who think it necessary to pay for seven dollars' worth of food in nickels.

Sure, seven months isn't long to keep a job, but I'm not in a position where I actually need a job. I can list off quite a few likable employees there who do.

But, on the lighter side of employment, I got in my application to Hot Topic, so hopefully I'll be working there. I'd kill to work there.

But not people.
Y'know...carrots.
I'd kill carrots to work at Hot Topic.

But besides that, there is more good news for me in the coming months;

For one, there's gonna be a new Tokio Hotel album~! <33 And a new album means new songs, and also a tour~!

I got to see them last year, so I hope I can see them this year.

And, just curious; are any of my watchers interested in BJDs? Not a lot of people around here are, and I'd like someone to talk to about them. Just curious. <3

But today, now, I also have to stay home from school. Apparently, cars are piled up on the roads, which are covered in ice, so says my mother. So, she's paranoid about my brother and I driving to school, and she's also afraid of driving herself. So, no school. Unrelated consequence, I remain being a hermit. :3

I also have to work today. Dunno if I'll be able to go in, though. XD; Maybe if the weather lets up by then. I'll ask opinions around the house.

But, in other news, the new Tokio Hotel DVD came out about a week ago. :3 I haven't had a lot of time to watch it, but I have watched the part in which Tom, Gustav, and Georg raced go-karts. It was funny. XD I think I may watch more of the DVD today, if time allows.

"Bill's so sweet~!" XD I just love the cute little face he makes when he's petted on the shoulder. I'll post it as my webcam later. X3

But I'm also a little upset with myself. I've had no time to work on the Comicaze comics, only havng made two so far this year. ><;; So I've got this idea, where I'll just make a little website (Or another dA account) dedicated entirely to Comicaze comics, and just post them there as I make them. Opinions? :>

Due to a personal conflict, and to the fact that a friend and I don't really talk anymore after a conflict of interests and the fact that I think he's pretty much forgotten who I am at this point, I've officially taken him out of the Comicaze, and have deleted the pictures from my gallery.

This isn't a bit deal to anyone really, but if you know me in real life, you probably know exactly what I'm talking about.

Now this doesn't mean that the Comicaze is dead or anything. It just means that I'll be replacing one of the regulars.

...not that I've posted any of the comics here anyway...

Hell, probably only one or two of my watchers will probably know what I'm talking about.

That being said, I'll be updating the Comicaze and, who knows, maybe this year I'll post the comics here.

Anyway, I've decided to use this journal to list all the things I'm thankful for this year, seeing as there's a lot of them this time around.

This one promises to be quite long, so I might as well get started:

1. My Family - They've been with me through the good times and the bad, and everything in between.

2. All my friends - I'm going to be thankful for them individually:

- One of my best friends since Middle School, she's the person I can always go to for advice, no matter what the problem is. She's one of the smartest people I know.

- Kitten's sister, she's a great friend, and always ensues a laugh from me, even if it's me causing it. c: She never minds, though.

- A best friend (Shut up. People are allowed to have more than one best friend.) who's always there for me, and who can always cheer me up if I'm down, and always listens when I rant.

- A great friend since last year, we've shared many a laugh with each other, over Gaia, then dA, then AOL, both inside and out of our JtHM roleplay. Here's to another year!

And now for those who don't have a dA account (And most of them go to my school)...

Bobby: Oh god, what can I say about him? He's a sweet guy, who's smile is contagious. Sure, there are some things about him that upset me, but all-in-all, he's just a great person to be around.

Zach: A funny guy, sure to be either the next Dane Cook, or more likely, the next Steve-O. Always causes ruckus wherever he goes, and it's always funny.

Zach: (If only I could remember their last names...><;;...) A happy guy who always brings a smile to anyone who happens to pass him by, and always cheers me up when I'm down.

Andrew:

Yuliya: Again, one of the smartest people I know, with a sharp wit to boot. A very logical thinker, and very wise, along with being quite sarcastic when she wants to be. A great friend.

Rachel: A sweet girl who never gets annoyed by me. Which is a good thing. :3

Ben: A guy who always seems to be in the worst of situations, but is always wearing a smile on his face.

Matt: A funny guy who gets annoyed easily. My type of target.

Karla: A great friend since Middle School, and a very smart person when it comes to matters of the heart. Couldn't live without her. :}

If you're not mentioned among these friends, please take this personally and let it haunt you to your grave.

I'm also thankful for:

Music: Awesome stuff, always brings me inspiration for drawings.

Art: Freaking awesome stuff. The known world would not exist without it.

My teachers: Smart people, and can always help when I'm having a stupid moment.

My lifestyle: I'm thankful that I get to live under a sturdy roof, get a good education, and that I'm able to control my future, which promises to be great.

Soda:

The Internet: A time consumer, and my main communication tool between me and friends.

4- Make a chibi Heimdall plushie (I'm gonna try. I haven't had a lot of luck in the past...)

Today, tomorrow, and half of Sunday, I will be going to Cities (I will not give out the names of said cities for security reasonings) with 2 of my friends (And my mom, of course. I can't drive yet.)

And the day I get back...Sunday...is my 15th Birthday!! ^___^ As of now, I'm just hoping I don't get too excited, like one year back in middle school, and I passed out, and hit my head on a table. I had to be sent to ER and apparently I was asking where I was every 5 or so minutes, but I don't remember that part, because I hit my head and I got a nasty purple bruise on my face and my glasses broke and some friends of mine told me that I should have told everyone I got in a fight...but enough about that.

So, you'll have a bit of time off from me. Use this time to gaher up the shards of your lost sanity :3

"Offensive Humor"

Two simple words. People, however, when something like this is brought up, only see one:
"Offensive"

People who actually look at it will see the word:
"Humor"

Here's how it usually goes:
~Person makes a joke. A harmless joke, hoping to get a laugh.
~Butt of joke (and sometimes friends) takes it way to seriously, and makes it their goal to make the joker feel bad, despite the fact that they have probably told an offensive joke or two.
~Joker now feels terrible and is scared to go anywhere near "Butt of joke", never wanting that kind of drama just to take place again.

Now, these jokes can be about anything: Religion, quotes, white people's dancing abilities. I hear these jokes every day somewhere, on TV, in music, in books. Everywhere I turn, someone is cracking a joke about some white guy. You know what I do when I come across these jokes?

I laugh. They're jokes, and I find them funny.

When well-known people make these jokes *coughJayLenocough*, people laugh and find them funny, even if the jokes are aimed at people like them. If heard from someone close (Friend, someone you pass by in the hall, etc.), people go all bats**t on the Joker. I just recently got yelled at by a tight-wad for telling a joke, that wasn't even offensive!

IF GOD DIDN'T WANT US MAKING JOKES ABOUT PEOPLE, HE WOULDN'T HAVE GIVEN US A FRIGGIN' SENSE OF HUMOR!!!

So, "Butt-Of-Joke", if you're reading this:

Get over it. It was a freaking joke.

Anyway, some news: My mom and I went shopping for new glasses yesterday (my present ones are scratched like nobody's business), and I'ma gonna get mine in a week. They're EMO GLASSES!!! You know, those square black ones? Yeah, those B)

I also bought some PrismaColor markers. This is old news for people who know me in real life, but they ROCK. I've drawn so many pictures of Heimdall with those markers it's not even funny X)

Also, I've been looking back on all the RealmsCon stuff (videos, pictures, etc), and I still can't believe I went to that! Yee, I've got that tingly-tingly feeling in my tummy again that I had when I went there. I still remember first seeing Vic Mignogna in the dealers room...EEEEEEEEEEEEE

And....MY BIRTHDAY!!! It's coming up on the 20th. I'ma gonna be 15! Honestly, my 14th year of life friggin' rocked, so I'm looking foreward to this next year! ^^
