I have started making a scrapkit and started painting a new piece.
The scrapkit and new piece will be available on MTA as soon as I finish them.

As the Holidays near I will be tring to catch up on several projects I had
planned,so if I'm not around much it only means that I'm creating new work for you.

Nothing sets my hair on fire more than someone using me,weather it's in business,or in my personal life.
Recently I feel like I've been taken advantage of...and this I will not tolerate.
People should just come out and say what they really want,and not beat around the bush,by leading someone on...it's just not right.
The reason I bring this up?
No more am I a welcome mat to be stepped on..treat me with respect,and I will do likewise.
If you step all over me..watch out!
I am not a mean person..far from it..but I've had enough,some people just don't get it.
I have something to say to those individuals..get a lesson in manners!!

I was in ICU for 2 days due to complications of this illness.
I am now at home,still sick,but much better than I was a week ago.

As for new art,as soon as I get enough strength I will be finishing 2 paintings
that I started before I was stricken with this pneumonia.

In a week or so I hope to be 100% again and back to work.
I want to thank the hundreds of fans who have sent me thier well wishes,I really do appriciate it..you have shown me that there are some awesome people out there.
And for that I thank you.

My art is now licence through MTA (Mistaken Art)[link]
Any and all usage of my art must stop until you obtain a licence to use them.
There will be FTU(Free to use) and PTU (Pay to use)tubes available.
Free to use tubes will require you to obtain a free FTU licence.
MTA represents FTU art as well as PTU.

The number one thing that means the most to me is the happiness of my fans,
and allowing them some ftu art,hopefully shows them that I appriciate thier support.

I want to take a moment and thank the companies who have offered licencing to me...I really appreciated it.
In no way does my decision reflect how I feel about other companies.

Here are some important facts..

I am only concidering signing to protect my art from being used commercially.
Yes some older and new art will be PTU.
I will continue to make some of my future art available free to use.

I wanted you all to know I am still giving this some thought..I will update you as soon as I made up my mind.

Tutorial writers, you have permission to use my artwork on your tutorial site,as long as you give me credit and provide a link back to my gallery.

Full animation of my art is allowed.
Recoloring is allowed.

When tubing resizing and cropping my images to fit in tags is fine. Using stock photography in the background is allowed, as long as the stock isnt from DA, or PTU stock, and as long as it does'nt require any ©Info.
