#1 - ( The Fluctuate Land of Oz ) - Pretty much taking my own spin on the story and characters. Scarecrow, Tin man, and Lion are already posted. Dorothy and Toto are soon to come followed by the Witches and then Oz and friends!

#2 - ( Super Dresses ) - Probably one of the more Geeky and Gay ideas i've ever come up with, as the name suggests, i've started designing dresses based entirely off of the outfits and powers of super heroes/villains. I've already posted a "SPAWN" themed dress. Batman is soon to follow, along with many more as i continue to get ideas.

on a related note, there is a song by NIN called "in this twilight" that i subsequently haven't been able to stop listening to since i stared reading the series. there are so many things i found in common with the lyrics and the book, not to mention the over all general feeling of the song. i recently remixed for fun and i liked the result.

But yeah, just finished Death Note. and i actually didn't mind the ending. everyone told me it was horrible and i might as well just not read it but i actually didn't mind it in the slightest, sure, it could have been stretched for about another volume, maybe it could've been a tad more climactic, but i was satisfied. then i put the book down, realized it was over... and went, FUCK. now i feel like there's something missing. so i stayed up till 3 in the morning going over the whole story in my head and seeing what i'd do in lights situation and stuff. but i definitely miss it. a lot. Takeshi Obata has to be my favorite manga artist by far... and Tsugumi Ohba is a badass writer...

It's not that i don't like DA anymore or anything... it's just, i've had this idea swimming through my head that i'm just completely focused on. it's cosuming my thoughts. I'll still post things, but sadly, it will be few and far between. I may end up posting things from this new personal mind consuming project of mine, but that's in the future, as for now it's very hush hush. but i wasn't going to leave DA without tell you guys tht i care so mutch about. If you have any questions or want to talk to me about something i'm still here for a little while at least... and to clarify yet again, i'm not neccissarily leaving per-say...just Making more time for other things...

2. I'm 6' 2" (Height runs in the family)

Quick summary of contest guidelines:

Draw my Semi-OC, Bloodwing, [link] [link]
1:Try to keep the character as close to my original concept although variations/tweaks are fine as long as you ask me.
2: Be Creative, don't copy the pictures of Bloodwing that I, or any other DA user already made.
3: Can be in any style
4: Doesn't have to be colored but can't be a scribble, ask yourself when you think it's done if you put enough effort into it.
5: More than one entry may be submitted per user.
6: No Nudity but violence is delicious and encouraged.
7: atmosphere doesn't have to be dark, he could be skipping down a rainbow for all i care as long as he's accurate.
8: All entries must be in by Aug. 20th at midnight. And the winner will be judged on the 25th.

NEW!: there will be a first prize, and second prize winner
-----1st: TWO original full color requested pics by me (note: the pictures are going to be started after the winner is chosen and could take some time due to detail.)
-----2nd: My rendition of one of that users OC's. their choice.

on another note, i just obtained a digital camera. it's kind of (really) old and out dated, but I'm gonna start posting some photography. so you can all be expecting some soon. again with the inconsistency... >_<
