In other news, i think my audio recognition crashed somewhere in my brain I'm having trouble filtering out noises and focus on the speech before me.
It's not a language problem either, i had similar problem when i was visiting my home country. I think i hear all the words, but somehow i'm not processing them.
I can read just fine though.
Maybe it's an attention problem. Because i can still listen well in absolute zero background noise, like in movie theaters.

It's like a total movie replaying in my head. But anyway, i have realize something else lately too, i am constantly analyzing something, always something. Be it a song, a movie, a motive, a person, a news, a situation, a philosophy, i'm subconsciously analyzing ALL THE TIME.

Hahhaa, is this normal xD?
But anyway, marketers' new approaches really cheer me up lately. I love the pre-holiday atmosphere. It's like Christmas is coming early, hahaaa. A really nice break from all those depressing economic news. But seriously, i have said this and i'll keep repeating, if the media keeps up this negative buzz, the economy will sink into deeper shit. There's no nicer to say this.
Panic people = less spending, more saving (even though their saving wont last too long anyway if the economy sinks, in most cases) = less money circulation = loses on the corporate side, especially the retailers = chain effect = corporate meltdown == less jobs = less spending ======= deeper shit.

The news are so depressing. On one hand, i'm sleeping after pulling from some last minute work a couple hours before, on the the other hand, the news are so damn depressing. Yes, i am aware how bad the economy is, yes, i am aware how much shit we are in for the future, yes, i am aware Wall Street is crashing and yes, i am aware how many companies will collapse pretty soon. So for that past 3-4 weeks, the radio news have done nothing but repeating the same negative buzz morning after morning after morning. It's not their fault of course, that's their job, spread panics and fears among the people. But i'mma resort to stealth destruction of all radios in the house by pouring acid inside their circuit or something. D<

I love the real fairy tales (meaning the non-Disney versions). Cruel fairy tales but beautiful~
Like, i remember the true version of Snow White. She is an evil woman, the ending was somewhere close to Snow White locking the Queen and made her dance to death in hot iron shoes. Cinderella ending, there were so many versions. One version said Cinderella made her sisters marry some guards in the castle. Another said Cinderella invited the Mother and stepsisters to her castle. When they were taking a bath, she killed them by boiling the water. I need to re-read the original to remember xD And there's Little Mermaid, who died in the end.
Hanzel and Grendel (sp?), the first version i read, they killed the witch by pushing her into the stove. But one version suggested they stole the gold from the witch and murdered her in the progress.

Both version of fairy tales are beautiful, but i seem to enjoy the darker stories.
But anyway, there's no real point in this entry. Enjoy and have a good day/week/month.

Anyway, i stopped by Akon, for 3 hours. I had tons of stuff going on during the week of Akon, it was just bad timing for me. My first year, i was overwhelmed xD;;; so many people. Was any of you there? I know a couple people here went.

bwahahahaha, me of course :grin: ...No, not really, i'm on chapter 358 =.=
That took ... roughly 24 hours? xD hahahahaha, i started reading chapter 1 on Sunday, caught up today *____* i read so much i'm dizzy now. That was a personal challenge, i think. Like that time my cousin handed me Harry Potter and told me to give it back to him after 2 weeks. I was like, wtf, you think i read that slow and finished it in 2 days :grin: hahahhaah this is a brag-fest... (but he has a point, i never pick up more than 5 books a year =.=; my brain will melt if i read too much. ) I know someone who read a thick book in 4 hours... o.o %$&@(%&%(@()&($*)#

Some people say Vista works just fine... Yeah, if you have the money to buy the lastest and most expensive desktops. =.= Just like how every single one of us should have a couple of grands to throw around.
Vista wastes memory, ram, uses a hella lots of pointless security options. (even if you turn off the "cool" user interface) Getting Vista means getting a new printer, new scanner because mine are not compatible with Vista, even with the compatibility switch option.
And guess what, if you have bought a laptop with Vista on it, good luck switching back to XP =.= hahahhahaa, since the graphic and the motherboard is built FOR Vista.

Gah, screw Window. Mac ftw?

But i like Window. (using a Mac right now, not really comfortable with it.) I'll use Vista when everything is compatible with it.
