So yeah, Talent show is tuesday next week, not sure how it's going to be this year since it's pretty hard to top the performance we gave last year, and the H1N1 rampage has kinda put a damper on the amount of acts we have... perfect example, I got cut since I was too sick to roll out of bed last friday and go to auditions... oh well, if they don't want my awesome piano playing in their show it's their funeral, not mine... although I was pretty damn sick.

Cannot WAIT for that 8D and maybe that lends some relevancy to the title LOL cuz riding the bus for 4 hours starting at the crack of dawn in snow and ice sorta feels like the Polar Express LOL and hey, we're going to NYC, which is almost as cool as the north pole, right?~ WRONG, XD It's either way better, or not nearly as cool, your choice, although if we're talking literally, NYC is pretty damn warm compared to the north pole >.>

And it doesn't have a train conductor voiced by my idol Tom Hanks, we just have some driver named Less and this lady of who's name I do not recall, but they're nice enough XD

God, it's pretty bad when you're scared to go to sleep because you're afraid your lungs will just fill up...
I would probably lay down right now, but all I do is cough shit up and if I don't, I lay awake feeling CRUD go down my throat and into my lungs. It's pretty awful. It almost makes me want the shivering and fever back if it meant I'd be rid of all this respiratory crap. It doesn't help that I had SEVERE asthma when I was a kid (still have it, just not nearly as bad). So my cough, is INCREDIBLY loud and abrasive even without any extra help :C so imagine this HORRIBLE cough, but having to deal with it FOR HOURS ON END, and you get coughing so hard sometimes you're sure you're going to rupture something.

God, I don't know, has anyone else with H1N1 had shit like this? I suppose I really underestimated it.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET YOUR SHOTS PEOPLE. I AM PRETTY SURE THIS IS THE MOST MISERABLE I HAVE BEEN IN SEVERAL YEARS, IF NOT SINCE MY TONSIL SURGERY... WHEN I WAS LIKE, 5.

I would have MUCH rather gotten a shot in the arm, HOWEVER painful it would have been, NOT TO HAVE THIS MOTHER OF A SICKNESS.

Ohgad, sorry If I've been slow on replies guys <3 I haven't really been on for two days because I have the FLUUUU (not sure if it's swine, but wouldn't be surprised if it was)
and I guess I don't deal with the flu very well, because the last 3 days have been full of extreme hot flashes, and then cold flashes mixed with shivering and convulsing for hours on end... it's not fun, especially since, when the convulsing stops, your muscles ache SO BAD

so yeah, I've been living off advil and cough syrup _{(the most vile crap I've ever consumed)} and soup :C

uhg, I feel so awful... and now my nose is running... that wasn't happening before ;A;

Okay so wednesday something went down near the kindergarten through 3rd grade branch of the school district... I heard rumors like OH IT WAS SHUT DOWN CUZ OF SWINE FLU

In the paper today was this article, explaining the events.

Some dude from california had parked his car by the lakeview cemetary and killed himself (supposedly) and in the windows were signs warming that there were hazardous liquid materials in the car, so the whole freaking county's police force, fire dept., And even some hazmat people blocked off the village and made a huge scene :C The way the article made everything sound was sooo creepy ;A; here, read it :CCC

Mom got sent to the ER because one of our cats scratched her eye

and since he's already dying, she is just going to get rid of it because she can't sleep in her room anymore without being afraid it will do something worse.

BUT the crazy thing is, lots of awesome stuff happened this weekend too, like going to pick pumpkins, running through the corn maze like an idiot and scaring the shoes off of my cousin Bruce (more literally than you think too, he jumped back into the corn and lost one of his crocks LOL) LOLOL I WAS LIKE "SURPRISE" as I leaped out of the corn LOLOL it was awesome _{yes, Zeno, I was pretending to be a spy LOL *shot*} so yeah that was fun :T except since I didn't use the maze like normal people do, and went through the corn rows, I got a bunch of paper-cut-scratches on my arms and face and that wasn't fun :C CORN IS DANGEROUS LOL IT'S LIKE, MILLIONS OF TINY LITTLE SAW BLADES SRSLY, but I still love to run around in it, although at one point I just kept GOING AND GOING in one direction FOREVER AND I STARTED TO FREAK OUT LOL it was like WHERE IS THE END? LOLOL OMG I AM GONNA DIE *flail*

but no, I made it XD

got a cool picture of the tunnel-thing the corn leaves made allong the rows too :3 it was cool, if you sortof bent down a bit, you could like, USE THE ROWS AS HIGHWAYS, and go really fast, and end up in front of the others who used the maze XD WHICH WAS QUITE USEFUL, YES.

OKAY the movie was SO FAR FROM WHAT I EXPECTED I THINK I WENT INTO SHOCK A BIT... but I still really loved it and I still CANNOT WAIT for my shirts to get here *camps out by mailbox*

But yeah... I really am speechless cuz man was that movie pretty intense or what...

So yeah, by intense I mean, OKAY IT REALLY SCARES YOU, like GOSH COULD SOMETHING LIKE THIS EVER HAPPEN? PFF *shivers*

I loved the freaking DETAILS, they were PERFECT right down to like, THE FIBERS IN 6 AND 7's FACE >:C (which was even smaller than the rest of them)

And again with the DESIGNNNNNNN... Acker was a freaking genius right down to little things like how the Character's eyes worked and crap like that... PFF

ALL I CAN TELL YOU IS, IF YOU ARE WAITING FOR THIS TO COME OUT ON DVD... DON'T. YOU MUST SEE THIS IN THEATERS... IT'S SO MUCH BETTER REALLY... and the SOUND.... GOSH THE SOUND. It'll leave you speechless, I swear. LIKE, sometimes the theater even rumbles because of it, WHICH WAS AMAZING. ESPECIALLY WHEN LIKE, THE MONSTERS WERE MOVING ABOUT >:C I swear, if you don't have a car... WALK. DO IT. YOU MUST.

There were only a few things I was the least bit dissapointed with and they were no big deal...

The story line was a tad bit predictable...
And the voice of 5 was kinda weird... I didn't really like it that much.

and that was pretty much it...

BUT although my first impression was that the dialogue was kindof simple and weird, I am pretty sure Shane Acker and his production crew/whatever did that for a reason...

ALSO there was absolutely TONS of symbolism XD I am still trying to make sense of most of it.

And yeah, it was pretty unsettling seeing our world COMPLETELY DESTROYED and crap... that was creepy :C

BUT DEFINITELY GO SEE IT. BUT GO IN WITH LIKE, NO EXPECTATIONS, CUZ THEY'LL BE BLOWN OUT OF THE WATER, AND YOU'LL BE IN SHOCK THE ENTIRE DRIVE HOME AND NOT ABLE TO SLEEP TILL 2 IN THE MORNING LOLOL

ALSO, although it does give away some things... you should REALLY watch the short film first...
because there's a ton of stuff in the movie that relates to it, even though it's also very different.

overall, I give it like, a 9 out of 5 XDD *shot* awesome movies are awesome.

THe only thing is, YOU ever get excited for a movie, and get really specific expectations, and then the movie is REALLY DIFFERENT, and you're a bit dissapointed because it's not closer to what you thought it'd be? That's sortof how this was, but I assure you, I AM NOT DISSAPOINTED WITH IT... the characters were actually COOLER than I expected, but still, it's sortof a weird icky feeling... I'm sure I'll shake it off soon :T

been really quite busy as in, lazy XD
BUT NYC was fun, not nearly as fun as it is in december, but it was still fun, and I am thoroughly glad I went :3 yusyus.

Dad and I took a ferry-tour around the brooklyn bridge, staten island, ellis island, and the statue of liberty. I wasn't used to being on a huge boat that moved around so much XD I didn't get seasick thank GOD but I imagine is was pretty funny watching me stagger around and such. ESPECIALLY GOING UP THE STAIRS. *goes from one side of the stairs to the other and nearly falls on face*

I laughed my guts out about it though (lol I bet you've never heard that expression before LOL) and I almost landed in this one lady's lap XD

lolol so yeah, that was loads of fun and got us away from the "interesting" smells in the city due to the extreme heat ;A;

And then we went to the American Museum Of Natural History just to see the blue whale and the forrest section and then go to the gift shop *feels bad I didn't let dad stay longer* I don't really know why I was in such a hurry ;A;

BUT OH WELL. We'll go again XD it'll still be there I am sure.

and then we went to have indian food at this amazing restaurant called Mughlai and I had Kashmiri Korma and it was FECKING DELICIOUS.
That's pretty much all we did, OHYEAH, and I spazzed out about this for probably 20 minutes cuz I guess it's probably the coolest thing I have ever seen.

Clover: If I had a superpower and didn't know it, it'd be finding four leaf clovers... in the past 2 months, I've found 36 four leafs and one five XDD

Okay, let me start off by saying that I had SO MUCH FUN I THOUGHT I WOULD DIE AT ONE POINT XD
EVERYTHING I wanted to do, we got to do! 8D it was PERFECT. and it didn't rain ONCE until just a few hours ago when they left. How perfect :3 a nice calm rain to drive home in 8D

But surprisingly, I am not as sad as I thought I would be :T I am sad but only cuz they are gone. But they'll be back. I know it.

Here's basically all the fun shiz we did over the past week
WELL tuesday I thought I was going to have to work, BUT Diego and Keri (my bosses) let me have the week off! ;A; I was so happy, so then my cousins and I basically ran around on the beach all day XD

WEDNESDAY
We got up early and had a huge breakfast XD and then went to Long Point state park where we swam and looked for fossils, and we both found a ton XD *shakes bag ful* AND FFF NO JOKING, I FOUND A ROCK WITH TWO PERFECT HOLES RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE! IT IS LIKE.... A CORALINE FOSSIL LOLOLOL *spazz* So Rai was definitely meant to find dat one

and then I was pouting because mom wouldn't let us go to the gully and jump off the falls, but when we were driving back, we all started singing 'Down To The River To Pray' cuz we always used to and it actually sounds GOOD and MOM PULLED IN TO THE DRIVE NEXT TO THE GULLY 8D and so we were like, RUNNING to the falls to jump off before she even stopped the car LOLOL

so yeah, we swam around and jumped for a while and then MOM tried it and she was hooked XD
When we went to leave, there was this GIGANTIC HORSEFLY like, TERRORIZING us all so we ran back to the car to get away XD RAI GOT BIT ;A;

and later my cousins Zack and Luke came down from up the street and ALL 11 OF US HAD SPEGHETTI AT OUR HOUSE ;A;

and since our family says the blessing pretty much every meal, Josie, the youngest girl, decided to start it and it made my grandma cry cuz it was so touching ;A; it was practically like TINY TIM from the Christmas Carol or something XDD

and GOD THAT WA FUN XD

and later me, Josie Frank and Ethan went to the beach to test some fireworks and poor Josie ended up getting her thumb shut in a car door ;A; but she was okay, and we threw poppers and stuff 8D WHICH WERE REALLYREALLYLOUD

YESTERDAY
We all went to my grandma Joan's house for the big picnic and 2 more cousins came down from Rochester NY. Me, Frank and Bruce all went swimming REALLYFAR like, it must have been about a quarter mile from shore XD AND IT WAS STILL NOT OVER MY HEAD ;A; since Joan lives on the beach that's in a cove and it doesn't get deep very fast :T

then we ate, and messed around and threw crab apples and waterballoons and CRAB APPLE FILLED WATERBALLONS at eachother XD I GOT A BALLOON IN THE FREEKING EYE WHILE IT WAS STILL OPEN XD but I was fine XD AND BRUCE GOT A CRAB APPLE DOWN HIS THROAT XD

it was funny...

THEN LATERS we all went to Nana's beach to shoot fireworks XD

and Diego and Keri stopped over in their kayaks since I told them we'd be there WHICH WAS COOL LOLOL

MAN WAS THAT AMAZING. EVERYONE WAS THERE FRANK, JOSIE AND ETHAN BRUCE AND CARLY AND ZACH AND LUKE (all cousins) and we shot off m-70s and bottle rockets and we had these HUGE poppers that were even louder than the M-70s XD and sparklers and this rocket battery thing that you lit, and it shot off all 100 of them

WHICH BTW was both HILARIOUS, SCARY, AND CRAZY

since mom and Uncle Howie didn't quite know what it would do, so they put it way to close to the garden and US LOLOLOL but noone was hurt, and the dangerousness just made it funnier XD

AND THEN FFF
The coolest part of the ENTIRE NIGHT was the SKY LANTERN 8DDDD *has pictures*
IT FLEW SO FREEKING HIGH IT LIKE, BLENDED IN WITH THE STARS. IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL TOO.

I don't know why, but that damn thing was so cool it almost made several of us cry XD

AND THEN LATER I went up to my house and got the glowsticks and we all put them on and I ran around and chased them all with a stick XD It was pretty cool tho, I looked EXACTLY like TIKI in the dark w/ my hair down and the green glo-mouthpiece thing XDDD

I completely scared the crap out of the littler guys, until later in the game, where they were used to hearing my screech at them and pop out of nowhere LOLOLOL

Gosh, this summer so far has just been the best I've ever had!

Minus the Billy Mays thing, but see, THAT SHOWS YOU HOW GOOD THE GOOD STUFF IS! BILLY MAYS DIED and it's STILL my best summer ever XD

So yeah, My job is going well! I am not completely sure, but I believe I get paid on monday 8D
And it's not one of those jobs where you like, DREAD IT, but are still happy to be getting money. I don't get as much money as most do, but it's enough, and the coolest thing is, I LOVE MY JOB YAY HOORAY XD

So that's cool, and HOHO MY COUSINS FROM GEORGA ARE COMING UP TO VISIT IN JUST 3 DAYS *spazz*

Having them up will pretty much complete my nostalgia fest *snork* LOL LIKE I AM OLD ENOUGH TO HAVE ONE, but anyways, when my family got together in summer when I was little, it made me SO incredibly happy, and then people started moving away and some of the events we used to go to stopped and I didn't get to chose when I wanted to give all that up ;A; so I am pretty damn happy, since this'll be the closest thing to one of those happy days 8D so yeah 8D even though they're all a couple years younger than me, we always have TONSOFFUN and this year ALL OF THEM WILL BE BACK ;A; *is actually going to cry now X'D* But yeah, when mom was in pennsylvania she got me a freeking BAGFULL of illegal fireworks XD and we're going to shoot them off over the lake 8D (in case you are wondering what ILLEGAL fireworks are... they're like LEGAL ONES except we live in New York, so therefore, it's illegal to buy them, unless you can sneak them into the state from somewhere that they're legal LOLOL Not sure of any other state's rules, so just wanted to clarify so no one was like OMFG SHE'S GOT BOMBS or anything XD )

AND OMFG mom got me this Sky Lantern thing 8DD *cannot wait to use it* but it's basically like a small hot air balloon (about 5 feet tall) made of paper, and you light the candle thing at the bottom and let it go and watch it fly away 8D *stupid, but that almost made me cry too LOLOLOL*

And I bought enough glowsticks for a small army, so I am planning on stringing them from trees and making it look all cool and spooky and crap at night when we have the bonfire *is getting excited* LOL OMG OMG I am so happy, LIKE, PROBABLY NONE OF YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW HAPPY THIS MAKES RAI ;A;

And and and we used to play this pointless but AMAZINGLY FUN GAME, where at night, I would dress completely in black and carry a large dark towel around, and like, there'd be cars parked on the beach, which made for good hiding, and I would sneak around and chase the kids and omg, it was never as fun without all of them there ;A; BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER, BECAUSE THEY'RE COMING BACK HOOHOO 8D

And we have this freeking awesome waterfall/creek/cascade thing that's owned by a family friend nearby called the Great Gully 8D and IT IS SOOOOOFUN to go swimming there, it's like, quite possibly the most peaceful place I have ever gone to as a kid. And what's better, is since it's not a public park, there aren't usually TONS of people there 8D sometimes there'll even be NOONE which is always cool! and there's no real DANGEROUS CURRENTS or REALLY DEEP places where people could drown or anything, so it's PERFECT and there's this one waterfall that's around 12 feet high, and you can JUMPOFF the top of it and almost never get hurt... you'd have to be drunk or stupid to jump so you'd get hurt XD

And we're going down to my OTHER grandma's beach, not the same one I always talk about. And we can actually SWIM there, where as at my Nana's beach, there's too much seaweed and crap XD AND OMG since where her beach is, is located on a huge CLAY sheet, we can dig up tons of clay and make little things that we'll end up throwing away in the end anyway XD but the funnest part is digging it up

and we can mess around in the reads and cattails and then scream when we find a leach on us LOL and then laugh for freaking out so bad XD And watch all the dragonflies and make crap with the sand and cattails and driftwood and act like it's a masterpiece when it's really not XD

Ahh, even though it's nearing the end of me really being a KID, It makes me incredibly happy to have this one last summer

for the last few days I have been feeling kinda down cuz of all the gosh damn review and crap for school >:C *cannot wait till the 12th*

and so today I was working on some bracelets, and I was COMPLETELY LOSING IT because they would NOT stay together, so I like, threw it at the floor, grabbed my camera and walked out of the house to take some pictures :T that always calms me down...

SO I went to my grandma's house to get water for the plants (since we use salt to soften our water)

and I did that, checked the mail (which btw no mail from friends boohoo :C )

and I brought my bracelets along to take pictures of since they're made out of recycled stuff, and I want to market them as ECO FRIENDLY, so the outdoors is the perfect place to take pics for my catalogue I have to have done this summer, SO I am looking for a place to sit my lazy ass down and take pictures of these things, cuz TODAY/RIGHT NOW is like, the windiest day of the year LOL I SWEAR.

So went to the front yard of Nana's (grandma's) house and it was too dark, went down to this barn type thing left over from the factory that used to operate before she moved in... STILL WINDY, so I went over to another building, by the driveway were there's like, this tiny concrete strip, and lots of grass and clovers that didn't look dead LOL (which some other spots did) and I sat down on the concrete and proceeded to have a jolly old time going all PHOTO-SHOOT on my bracelets LOL and so I decided to do ONE LAST PICTURE (and trust me, I don't care if you believe me or not BUT I am NOT lying) and so I dropped one of my zigzag bracelets on the ground, took a picture and

woo 8D so yeah I got a few pictures, was really happy and ran home and such, and like, spazzed at my mom about it and all of a sudden she goes...

I pretty much HAD to sit EXACTLY where I did because of the wind, I PUT MY BRACELET RIGHT ON TOP OF THE DAMN THING without noticing it until I had taken a picture, AND I am wearing my St. Patties Day shirt... WELL OKAY I went to the catskills again this weekend and just got back today :T

But it changed my life... probably for the better, I am just so confused right now.
OKAY so I went up to the Catskills, and mom did some rooting around on my Uncle's huge farm property, and she found a tiny tiny patch of something so important, I probably have no idea right now. BUT what she found (I dunno the official name for it) was a patch of forest left from what it used to be a decades ago. My mom and I call it the temperate rainforest, but I doubt that's what it is actually called. BUT ANYWAYS, I have been wanting to find some of it for 2 years now and I finally got to see it, and whew, it was like everything I dreamed it'd be, just very very small. And that's the problem. Mom says that when she was a kid, it used to be so much bigger... but we all know why it's disapearing, we fucked it up. We freaking screwed up, like we always do, and had to kill most of it.
